The present disclosure relates to the technical field of furniture articles, and in particular to an assembled seat.
The base of an existing seat usually has four support legs. For some assembled seats, the support legs usually adopt an elbow structure similar to an inverted “U”-shape, and the inverted “U”-shaped elbow structure includes two diagonal support legs between which connecting beams are provided. The two inverted “U”-shaped elbows are arranged crosswise, so that the two connecting beams are stacked in a crossed shape and connected, to constitute the base of the seat. As far as the above structure is concerned, the base of the seat can be disassembled and decomposed into two inverted “U”-shaped elbows during transportation, but the space volume occupied by the inverted “U”-shaped elbows is still large. In addition, the overall packaging volume of the seat is relatively large, which is not conducive to transportation and packaging, therefore the structure needs to be improved.
The present disclosure aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the existing technology. To this end, the present disclosure proposes an assembled seat. During transportation and packaging, four support leg assemblies can be disassembled and placed separately. On this basis, the space volume occupied is relatively small, which is beneficial to reducing the overall packaging volume of the seat, and facilitating the transportation and packaging.
The assembled seat according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a seat plate, a connector, and four support leg assemblies, where the connector is located on a lower side of the seat plate and provided with four first connecting portions. The four support leg assemblies are provided and distributed at an interval around the connector, the four first connecting portions extend to the four support leg assemblies in a horizontal direction, each of the support leg assemblies is provided with a second connecting portion extending in the horizontal direction, the second connecting portion is detachably connected to corresponding first connecting portion, and the connector and/or the support leg assemblies are detachably connected to the seat plate.
The assembled seat according to embodiments of the present disclosure has at least the following beneficial effects: the second connecting portion of each of the support leg assemblies is connected to the first connecting portions corresponding to the connector when in use, the connector is connected to the four support leg assemblies separately to form a support base of the seat, and then the seat plate is connected to the connector and/or the support leg assemblies to achieve the assembly of the seat. The structure thereof is simple and relatively stable and reliable; and the connector and the four support leg assemblies can be disassembled and placed separately during transportation and packaging Therefore, the space volume occupied is relatively small, which is beneficial to reducing the overall packaging volume of the seat, facilitating the transportation and packaging.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first connecting portion is inserted into the second connecting portion or the second connecting portion is inserted into the first connecting portion, a first connecting pin is provided between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, and the first connecting pin passes through the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, each of the support leg assemblies includes a first leg and a second leg, the second connecting portion is provided on the first leg, the first leg is detachably connected to the second leg, and the first leg can adjust an upper and lower connecting position relative to the second leg, to adjust a height of each of the support leg assemblies.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second leg is of a tubular structure, the first leg is inserted into the second leg, the first legs is provided with a first locking piece, the second leg is provided with a plurality of adjustment holes distributed at an interval in a height direction of the second leg, and the first locking piece can be clamped into one of the plurality of adjustment holes, to fix upper and lower position of the first leg in relative to the second leg.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the assembled seat further includes a reinforcing frame, and the reinforcing frame is located below the connector and detachably connected to the four support leg assemblies respectively.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the assembled seat further includes a backrest assembly, and the backrest assembly is detachably connected to the seat plate and/or the second connecting portion.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the backrest assembly includes backrest beams and a back cushion, the back cushion is detachably connected to the backrest beams, the backrest beams are partially located on lower side of the second connecting portion, a second connecting pin is provided on the lower side of the seat plate, and the second connecting pin passes through the backrest beams and the second connecting portion and is threadedly connected to the seat plate.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the assembled seat further includes two handrails provided and located on left and right sides of the seat plate respectively, and the handrails are detachably connected to the seat plate and/or the support leg assemblies.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, each of the support leg assemblies includes a connecting tube, a wall portion of the connecting tube is provided with a positioning hole, each of the handrails is provided with a second locking piece, each of the handrails is inserted into the connecting tube, and the second locking piece can be clamped into the positioning hole, to fix a position of each of the handrails relative to each of the support leg assemblies.

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, an assembled seat includes a seat plate 100, a connector 200, and support leg assemblies 300, where the connector 200 is located on a lower side of the seat plate 100 and provided with four first connecting portions 210, four support leg assemblies 300 are provided and distributed at an interval around the connector 200, the four first connecting portions 210 extend to the four support leg assemblies 300 in a horizontal direction, each of the support leg assemblies 300 is provided with a second connecting portion 311 extending in the horizontal direction, the second connecting portion 311 is detachably connected to corresponding first connecting portion 210, and the connector 200 and/or the support leg assemblies 300 are detachably connected to the seat plate 100.
It can be understood that, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the seat plate 100 presents a square structure and is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 101 to facilitate ventilation when a user sits on the seat plate 100. At the same time, the weight of the seat plate 100 is reduced, which is beneficial to reducing the production cost and transportation weight. When in use, the connector 200 is located at the center of the lower side of the seat plate 100, the four support leg assemblies 300 are distributed at four corners of the seat plate 100 at an interval around the connector 200, and the four first connecting portions 210 extend to the four support leg assemblies 300 in a horizontal direction respectively, such that the connector 200 is formed as an “X” shaped structure roughly. The second connecting portion 311 of each of the support leg assemblies 300 is connected to the corresponding first connecting portion 210 of the connector 200, such that the connector 200 is connected to the four support leg assemblies 300 separately to form the support base of the seat, and then the seat plate is 100 is connected to the connector 200 and/or the support leg assemblies 300 to achieve the assembly of the seat. The structure thereof is simple, the four support leg assemblies 300 are connected and fixed through the connector 200, so that the support structure on the lower side of the seat plate 100 is relatively stable and reliable. During transportation and packaging, the connector 200 and the four support leg assemblies 300 can be disassembled and placed separately. Compared with the inverted “U”-type elbow structure, the space volume occupied is relatively small, which is conducive to reducing the overall packaging volume and facilitating the transportation and packaging.
In an actual application, the connecting structures among the seat plate 100, the connector 200, and the support leg assemblies 300 as well as the specific composition of the support leg assemblies 300 can be set accordingly according to actual use needs, and will not be described in detail here, and will be explained in detail below.
In some embodiments, the first connecting portion 210 is inserted into the second connecting portion 311 or the second connecting portion 311 is inserted into the first connecting portion 210, first connecting pins 312 is provided between the first connecting portion 210 and the second connecting portion 311, and the first connecting pin 312 passes through the first connecting portion 210 and the second connecting portion 311.
It can be understood that, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the second connecting portions 311 are of tubular structures, the first connecting portions 210 are inserted into the second connecting portions 311 to achieve the connection between the support leg assemblies 300 and the connector 200, and the first connecting pins 312 pass through the first connecting portions 210 and the second connecting portions 311 to limit the separation of the first connecting portions 210 and the second connecting portions 311, thus achieving the fixation between the first connecting portions 210 and the second connecting portions 311. During disassembly, the first connecting pins 312 are screwed out or pulled out to disassemble and separate the first connecting portions 210 and the second connecting portions 311, and the structure thereof is simple and easy to assemble and disassemble.
In an actual application, the first connecting pins 312 can be bolts or plugs, the first connecting portions 210 can also be tubular structures, the second connecting portions 311 are inserted into the first connecting portions 210, and the insertion therebetween can also be fixed through an interference fit or a snap-fit structure, and the corresponding change can be made specifically according to actual use demands.
In some embodiments, each of the support leg assemblies 300 includes a first leg 310 and a second leg 320, the second connecting portion 311 is provided on the first leg 310, the first leg 310 is detachably connected to the second leg 320, and the first leg 310 can adjust an upper and lower connecting position relative to the second leg 320 to adjust a height of each of the support leg assemblies 300.
It can be understood that, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, by providing the first leg 310 and the second leg 320, the first leg 310 can adjust the upper and lower connecting position relative to the second leg 320 when in use, so as to adjust the height of each of the support leg assemblies 300, thereby achieving the height adjustment of the seat and improving the applicability.
Further, the second leg 320 is of a tubular structure, the first leg 310 is inserted into the second leg 320, the first leg 310 is provided with a first locking piece 313, the second leg 320 is provided with a plurality of adjustment hole 301 distributed at an interval in a height direction of the second leg 320, and the first locking piece 313 can be clamped into one of the plurality of adjustment holes 301, to fix upper and lower position of the first leg 310 relative to the second leg 320.
It can be understood that, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the first leg 310 and the second leg 320 are both of tubular structures, the first leg 310 is inserted into the second leg 320, and the plurality of adjustment holes 301 are distributed at an interval in the height direction of the second leg 320. When in use, the first locking piece 313 can be selectively clamped into one of the plurality of adjustment holes 301, to fix the upper and lower position of the first leg 310 relative to the second leg 320. When adjusting the height of the seat, the first locking pieces 313 can be clamped into different adjustment holes 301, resulting in a simple structure and convenient use.
In an actual application, the first locking piece 313 can be a spring bead, the fixation of the position can be achieved by clamping the bead into the adjustment hole 301, and the bead is pressed to disengage from the adjustment hole 301, to facilitate adjustment of the upper and lower position of the first leg 310. Alternatively, the first locking piece 313 can be a plug, a bolt, and the like, and the corresponding change can be made specifically according to actual use demands.
In some embodiments, the assembled seat further includes a reinforcing frame 400, and the reinforcing frame 400 is located below the connector 200 and detachably connected to the four support leg assemblies 300 respectively.
It can be understood that, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the reinforcing frame 400 is located below the connector 200 and provided with a spacing distance relative to the connector 200. By providing the reinforcing frame 400 that is connected to the four support leg assemblies 300 separately, the structural stability between the four support leg assemblies 300 can be enhanced for ease of use.
In some embodiments, the assembled seat further includes a backrest assembly 500, and the backrest assembly 500 is detachably connected to the seat plate 100 and/or the second connecting portion 311.
It can be understood that, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, by providing the backrest assembly 500, the user can lean on the backrest assembly 500 during use, thereby enriching the functionality of the seat. During transportation and packaging, the backrest assembly 500 can be disassembled and separated, which facilitates the reduction of the occupied space and is convenient to use.
Further, the backrest assembly 500 includes backrest beams 510 and a back cushion 520, where the back cushion 520 is detachably connected to the backrest beams 510, the backrest beams 510 are partially located on lower sides of the second connecting portions 311, a second connecting pin 110 is provided on the lower side of the seat plate 100, and the second connecting pin 110 passes through the backrest beams 510 and the second connecting portions 311 and is threadedly connected to the seat plate 100.
It can be understood that, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, two backrest beams 510 are provided and distributed at left and right, the backrest beams 510 are “L”-shaped structures, and the back cushion 520 is connected to the upper parts of the backrest beams 510. The lower parts of the backrest beams 510 are located on the lower sides of the second connecting portions 311, the lower side of the seat plate 100 is provided with connecting holes 102. The second connecting pin 110 is a bolt, which passes through the backrest beams 510 and the second connecting portions 311 and threadedly cooperates with the connecting holes 102 of the seat plate 100, so as to achieve the connection and fixation among the backrest assembly 500, the support leg assemblies 300, and the seat plate 100, with convenient use.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 2, the backrest assembly 500 further includes a fifth connecting pin 530 which is a bolt passing through the backrest beams 510 and threadedly connected to the back cushion 520, thereby achieving the disassembly between the backrest beams 510 and the back cushion 520. During packaging and transportation, the backrest beams 510 and the back cushion 520 can be disassembled and separated, which is beneficial to reducing the space volume occupied and the overall packaging volume of the seat. In an actual application, a plurality of connecting holes 102 can be provided on the lower side of the seat plate 100, and the connector 200 can be connected to the connecting holes 102 through threaded members, and the corresponding change can be made specifically according to actual use demands.
In some embodiments, the assembled seat further includes handrails 600, two handrails 600 are provided and located on left and right sides of the seat plate 100 respectively, and the handrails 600 are detachably connected to the seat plate 100 and/or the support leg assemblies 300.
It can be understood that, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the two handrails 600 are located on the left and right sides of the seat plate 100 respectively, which can be used by the user to place their hands and enrich the functionality of the seat. During transportation and packaging, the handrails 600 can be disassembled and separated, which facilitates the reduction of the occupied space volume and is convenient to use.
Further, each of the support leg assemblies 300 includes a connecting tube 330. A wall portion of the connecting tube 330 is provided with a positioning hole 302, each of the handrails 600 is provided with a second locking piece 610, each of the handrails 600 is inserted into the connecting tube 330, and the second locking piece 610 can be clamped into the positioning hole 302, to fix the position of each of the handrails 600 relative to each of the support leg assemblies 300.
It can be understood that, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the connecting tube 330 is fixedly provided on the first leg 310, the wall portion of the connecting tube 330 is provided with the positioning hole 302, and each of the handrails 600 is provided with two third connection portions (not marked in the figure), each of the third connecting portions is provided with a second locking piece 610. When in use, the third connecting portions are inserted into the connecting tubes 330, and the second locking pieces 610 on the third connecting portions are clamped into the positioning holes 302, to fix the positions of the handrails 600 relative to the support leg assemblies 300, thereby achieving the installation and fixation of the handrails 600, with a simple and reasonable structure, convenient assembly and disassembly.
In an actual application, the second locking piece 610 can be a spring bead, the fixation of the position can be achieved by clamping the bead into the positioning hole 302, and the bead is pressed to disengage from the positioning hole 302, to achieve the separation of the third connecting portion from the connecting tube 330; alternatively, the second locking piece 610 is a plug, a bolt, and the like, and the corresponding change can be made specifically according to actual use demands.
The embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail above in conjunction with the drawings, and however the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments. Under the premise of not departing from the purpose of the present disclosure, various changes can also be made within the knowledge scope of those skilled in the art.
1. An assembled seat, comprising:
a seat plate;
a connector, located on a lower side of the seat plate and provided with four first connecting portions; and
four support leg assemblies provided and distributed at an interval around the connector, the four first connecting portions extend to the four support leg assemblies in a horizontal direction respectively, each of the support leg assemblies is provided with a second connecting portion extending in the horizontal direction, the second connecting portion is detachably connected to corresponding first connecting portion, and the connector and/or the support leg assemblies are detachably connected to the seat plate.
2. The assembled seat according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion is inserted into the second connecting portion or the second connecting portion is inserted into the first connecting portion, a first connecting pin is provided between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, and the first connecting pin passes through the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.
3. The assembled seat according to claim 1, wherein each of the support leg assemblies comprises a first leg and a second leg, the second connecting portion is provided on the first leg, the first leg is detachably connected to the second leg, and the first leg is capable of adjusting an upper and lower connecting position relative to the second leg, to adjust a height of each of the support leg assemblies.

The assembled seat according to claim 3, wherein the second leg is of a tubular structure, the first leg is inserted into the second leg, the first leg is provided with a first locking piece, the second legs is provided with a plurality of adjustment holes distributed at an interval in a height direction of the second leg, and the first locking piece is capable of being clamped into one of the plurality of adjustment holes, to fix upper and lower position of the first leg relative to the second leg.
5. The assembled seat according to claim 1, further comprising a reinforcing frame, wherein the reinforcing frame is located below the connector and detachably connected to the four support leg assemblies respectively.
6. The assembled seat according to claim 1, further comprising a backrest assembly, wherein the backrest assembly is detachably connected to the seat plate and/or the second connecting portion.

The assembled seat according to claim 6, wherein the backrest assembly comprises backrest beams and a back cushion, the back cushion is detachably connected to the backrest beams, the backrest beams are partially located on lower side of the second connecting portion, a second connecting pin is provided on the lower side of the seat plate, and the second connecting pin passes through the backrest beams and the second connecting portion and is threadedly connected to the seat plate.
8. The assembled seat according to claim 1, further comprising two handrails provided and located on left and right sides of the seat plate respectively, and the handrails are detachably connected to the seat plate and/or the support leg assemblies.
9. The assembled seat according to claim 8, wherein each of the support leg assemblies comprises a connecting tube, a wall portion of the connecting tube is provided with a positioning hole, each of the handrails is provided with a second locking piece, each of the handrails is inserted into the connecting tube, and the second locking piece is capable of being clamped into the positioning hole, to fix a position of each of the handrails relative to each of the support leg assemblies.
