The present invention generally relates to holiday decoration kits. More specifically, the invention relates to a customizable holiday tabletop decoration kit designed for creating dioramas for multiple holidays, including Easter, Halloween, and Christmas. The kit comprises a base with pre-drilled holes for arranging holiday-specific figures, buildings, and trees, and integrates electronic features such as LED lighting, a speaker, and a motion sensor. The kit allows users to personalize their displays, with control through a mobile application for an enhanced, interactive, and reusable decoration experience. Accordingly, this disclosure makes specific reference thereto the present invention. Nonetheless, it is to be appreciated that aspects of the present invention are also equally applicable to other like applications, devices, and methods of manufacture.
By way of background, many people enjoy decorating their homes for various holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, and Halloween. These occasions are often seen as opportunities to create festive atmospheres, both inside and outside the home, that reflect the themes and traditions associated with each holiday. A wide variety of decorative figurines, ornaments, lights, and other items are typically used to achieve these seasonal transformations. However, the process of preparing and organizing decorations for each holiday can be cumbersome and overwhelming. Shoppers often face the challenge of navigating stores or online retailers to find the perfect items that match their vision. This task can be time-consuming, and in many cases, people find themselves spending more money than expected, purchasing duplicate or unnecessary items, which further adds to the frustration. Moreover, it is common for individuals to struggle with storage solutions, as keeping decorations in an organized manner between holidays presents an additional logistical burden. When items are poorly stored or difficult to locate, the decorating process becomes even more cumbersome in subsequent years, detracting from the joy and excitement of the holiday season.
Additionally, one of the common pitfalls people face when decorating for holidays is the lack of cohesive design. Individually purchased decorations, while festive, often lack unity and can result in a disjointed or cluttered appearance that does not capture the intended holiday ambiance. People often purchase decorations on impulse or based solely on availability, which leads to mismatched pieces that fail to contribute to a unified, aesthetically pleasing setting. Without a curated approach, homeowners find it difficult to create a polished, thematic look that ties the entire space together. Furthermore, there is typically little guidance or inspiration available for creating a cohesive decorative scene, leaving many feeling unsure of how to arrange or style their décor effectively. As a result, the entire process can become frustrating and discouraging, with people feeling dissatisfied with their efforts and the final outcome. This challenge is compounded when people attempt to decorate for multiple holidays throughout the year, as they must constantly switch themes, colors, and styles, all while attempting to manage their collection of decorations
