CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of range hood technology, specifically to the hanging bracket that facilitates the installation of range hood and the mounting structure of range hood and hanging bracket.

BACKGROUND

Existing range hoods, especially those with backward outlets, are usually mounted on fixing brackets (including but not limited to cabinets, suspended ceilings, or walls), the wall or the rear of cabinet corresponding to the range hood is provided with a smoke exhaust duct, and the air outlet at the rear of range hood needs to be inserted into the smoke exhaust duct, so that the range hood, during installation, has to be lifted until the air outlet and smoke exhaust duct inlet are horizontally aligned, and then the range hood can be connected to the smoke exhaust duct after backward sliding. It is difficult to install the range hood by one person, resulting in high labor costs.

SUMMARY

The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a hanging bracket for convenient installation of a range hood.

The purpose of the present disclosure is realized in the following way.

A hanging bracket, including

    • a fixing strip that is fixed to the bottom of a fixing bracket through a first connecting piece, and the fixing strip is provided with a second mounting hole that is fastened to the range hood through a second connecting piece,
    • a fixing bracket that is located on the fixing strip and can slide along the length direction of the fixing strip, and
    • an elastic hook that is fixed on the bottom surface of the fixing bracket and used to hook the range hood through the hook portion.

The above technical solution can be further improved as follows.

In further, the fixing strip is provided with a guide hole along the length direction, and the fixing bracket and fixing strip are connected through a fastening device that passes through the guide hole, and the fastening device, when released, drives the fixing bracket to slide inside the guide hole, causing the fixing bracket to slide relative to the fixing strip, and when the fastening device is locked, the positions of the fixing bracket and fixing strip are relatively fixed.

The sliding structure used for fixing strip and fixing bracket is easy to implement.

In further, the guide hole corresponding to the fixing bracket is provided with a slider, and the slider is inserted into the guide hole and slides in the guide hole as the fixing bracket slides. The fixing strip and fixing bracket operate stably.

In further, the fixing strip and fixing bracket fit well in a limit position in the width direction of the fixing strip. The fixing strip and fixing bracket operate stably.

In further, the elastic hook includes a base and elastic arms disposed on both sides of the base, and the two elastic arms are axially symmetrically disposed, and a hook portion that facilitates the hanging of range hood is provided on the side where the elastic arms are separated.

In further, the base is provided with a positioning hole, and the corresponding fixing bracket has a positioning protrusion that is inserted into the positioning hole to limit the fixing bracket and base. The base is not easily displaced relative to the fixing bracket.

In further, the top surface of fixing strip is provided with an elevating bracket, and the fixing strip or elevating bracket is fixed at the bottom of fixing bracket through the first connecting piece, suitable for cabinets of various specifications.

A range hood mounting structure, including a range hood body and the above-mentioned hanging bracket, the top of range hood body is provided with a third mounting hole corresponding to the second mounting hole, and the range hood body is provided with a hook hanging hole corresponding to the elastic hook, support portions are provided on both sides of the hook hanging hole, and the two support portions are inclined towards each other, and when the range hood body moves up close to the hanging bracket, the elastic hook is aligned and inserted into the hanging hole, the range hood body sits on the hook portion through the support portion, and the second and third mounting holes are directly aligned, and alternatively, the range hood body moves along its width direction through the fixing bracket to align the second and third mounting holes and after alignment, the second and third mounting holes are connected and fixed through the second connecting piece. The support portion and elastic hook suspension structure are stable and reliable.

The hanging bracket in the present disclosure is first fixed on a fixing bracket to facilitate the alignment and connection of the smoke exhaust pipeline after the exhaust range hood is hung, and is finally securely connected to the range hood. The solution features simple and easy installation, allows for the completion of installation procedures by one person, reducing labor costs. Moreover, the hanging bracket with ideal versatility is also suitable for various smoke exhaust range hoods.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The present disclosure will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

Embodiment 1, as shown in FIG. 1-3, presents a hanging bracket including a fixing strip 1, a fixing bracket 2, an elastic hook 3, and a fastening device 4. The fixing strip 1 is provided with a first mounting hole 11, a second mounting hole 12, and a guide hole 13 along the length direction. In this embodiment, the fixing strip 1 is provided with second mounting holes 12 at both ends, and a guide hole 13 is provided between the second mounting holes 12 at both ends. The first mounting hole 11 is provided between the two ends of the guide hole 13 and the second mounting hole 12. The guide hole 13 is a waist circular hole.

A slider 21 is provided at the center position of fixing frame 2, the slider 21 is internally designed with a through hole 22, the two sides of the fixing frame 2 are bent upwards to form a groove 23 with open ends on the top surface of the fixing frame 2. Slider 21 is inserted into guide hole 13, and slides in guide hole 13 along with fixing bracket 2. The fixing strip 1 is placed inside the groove 23, and both ends of the fixing strip 1 extend from the end of groove 23, and the fixing bracket 2 slides relative to the fixing strip 1 through the groove 23, that is, the fixing strip 1 and fixing bracket 2 fit well in a limit position in the width direction of the fixing strip 1. The bottom surface of fixing bracket 2 is provided with a positioning protrusion 24.

The fixing bracket 2 and fixing strip 1 are connected through a fastening device 4 that passes through the guide hole 13, and the fastening device 4, when released, drives the fixing bracket 2 to slide inside the guide hole 13, causing the fixing bracket 2 to slide relative to the fixing strip 1, and when the fastening device 4 is locked, the positions of the fixing bracket 2 and fixing strip 1 are relatively fixed.

The elastic hook 3 includes a base 31 and elastic arms 32 located on both sides of the base 31, the two elastic arms 32 are symmetrically arranged axially, and a hook portion 33 is provided on the side where the elastic arms 32 are separated from each other. The two sides of the base 31 bend downwards to form the elastic arms 32, and the ends of the two elastic arms 32 bend towards the opposite side to form a hook portion 33, the end of hook portion 33 bends downwards towards the opposite side to form an inclined stretching portion 34, and the end of stretching portion 34 bends towards the opposite side to form an inclined pressing portion 35, and the two pressing portions 35 that move towards each other can drive the stretching portion 34 to pull the two hook portions 33 closer, so that the range hood can be easily dismantled. Preferably, the elastic hook 3 is integrally stamped and bent into shape. The angle between hook 33 and elastic arm 32 is less than or equal to 90Β°.

The base 31 is provided with a connecting hole 36 and a positioning hole 37. The positioning protrusion 24 that is insert into the positioning hole 37 can make the fixing bracket 2 and base 31 limit each other. The fastening device 4 passes through the connecting hole 36 to connect the base 31 and fixing bracket 2 together. Specifically, the fastening device 4 includes a bolt 41 and a nut 42, the screw of the bolt 41 passes through the guide hole 13, through hole 22, and connecting hole 36 sequentially from the bottom and is threaded to the nut 42. The nut diameter of bolt 41 is greater than the width of guide hole 13.

As shown in FIG. 4-6, a range hood mounting structure includes a range hood body 5, the top of range hood body 5 is provided with a third mounting hole 51 corresponding to the second mounting hole 12, and the range hood body 5 is provided with a hook hanging hole 52 corresponding to the elastic hook 3, support portions 53 are provided on the corresponding hook portion 33 at both sides of the hook hanging hole 52, and the two support portions 53 are inclined towards each other. Preferably, the support portion 53 and the hook hole 52 are stamped to form an integral shape.

During installation, the hanging bracket and fixing bracket 6 (a cabinet in this embodiment) are securely connected through the first connecting piece, that is, the first connecting piece passes through the first mounting hole 11 to install the hanging bracket at the bottom of fixing bracket 6. The position of the hanging bracket is measured and confirmed in advance, and the fixing strip 1 of hanging bracket is disposed along the width direction of range hood body 5. Usually, a hanging bracket is mounted at both ends of the range hood body 5.

Move the range hood body 5 up close to the hanging bracket, align the elastic hook 3 and insert it into the hook hole 52, and then the range hood body 5 sits on the hook 33 through the support portion 53, and the hanging bracket hooks the range hood through the hook 33. If the range hood body 5 is a rear exhaust range hood, move the range hood body 5 along its width direction through the fixing bracket 2, so that the air outlet of range hood body 5 is inserted into the smoke exhaust channel, then the second mounting hole 12 and the third mounting hole 51 are aligned and fixed through the second connecting piece, and the range hood is installed. If the range hood body 5 is an upward exhaust range hood, it is unnecessary to move the range hood body 5, and the second mounting hole 12 and third mounting hole 51 can be directly aligned and fixed through the second connecting piece.

The first connecting piece and second connecting piece are both screws.

Embodiment 2, as shown in FIG. 7-9, differs from Embodiment 1 in that the top surface of the fixing strip 1 is further provided with an elevating bracket 14, and the top of the elevating bracket 14 is provided with the first mounting hole 11, the fixing strip 1 corresponding to the first mounting hole 11 is provided with a displacement hole 15 that facilitates the first connecting piece to pass through the first mounting hole 11 and connect and fix with the fixing bracket 6. The elevating bracket 14 and fixing strip 1 are integrally formed.

As shown in FIG. 10-13, the fixing bracket 6 is accordingly provided with a mounting groove 61, and the fixing strip 1 is securely connected with the mounting groove 61 through the elevating bracket 14. The range hood body 5 and hanging bracket are installed in the same way in embodiment 1.

The hanging bracket in the present disclosure features easy and convenient installation of range hood body 5 and less labor, and is suitable for various range hoods.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A hanging bracket, including

a fixing strip that is fixed to the bottom of a fixing bracket through a first connecting piece, and the fixing strip is provided with a second mounting hole that is fastened to the range hood through a second connecting piece,

a fixing bracket that is located on the fixing strip and can slide along the length direction of the fixing strip, and

an elastic hook that is fixed on the bottom surface of the fixing bracket and used to hook the range hood through the hook portion.

2. The hanging bracket according to claim 1, wherein the fixing strip is provided with a guide hole along the length direction, and the fixing bracket and fixing strip are connected through a fastening device that passes through the guide hole, and the fastening device, when released, drives the fixing bracket to slide inside the guide hole, causing the fixing bracket to slide relative to the fixing strip, and when the fastening device is locked, the positions of the fixing bracket and fixing strip are relatively fixed.

3. The hanging bracket according to claim 2, wherein the guide hole corresponding to the fixing bracket is provided with a slider, and the slider is inserted into the guide hole and slides in the guide hole as the fixing bracket slides.

4. The hanging bracket according to claim 1, wherein the fixing strip and fixing bracket fit well in a limit position in the width direction of the fixing strip.

5. The hanging bracket according to claim 1, wherein the elastic hook includes a base and elastic arms disposed on both sides of the base, and the two elastic arms are axially symmetrically disposed, and a hook portion is provided on the side where the elastic arms are separated.

6. The hanging bracket according to claim 5, wherein the two sides of the base bend downwards to form the elastic arms, and the ends of the two elastic arms bend towards the opposite side to form a hook portion, the end of hook portion bends downwards towards the opposite side to form an inclined stretching portion, and the end of stretching portion bends towards the opposite side to form an inclined pressing portion, and the two pressing portions that move towards each other can drive the stretching portion to pull the two hook portions closer.

7. The hanging bracket according to claim 5, wherein the base is provided with a connecting hole, and the fastening device passes through the connecting hole to connect the base and fixing bracket together.

8. The hanging bracket according to claim 5, wherein the base is provided with a positioning hole, and the corresponding fixing bracket has a positioning protrusion that is inserted into the positioning hole to limit the fixing bracket and base.

9. The hanging bracket according to claim 1, wherein the top surface of fixing strip is provided with an elevating bracket, and the fixing strip or elevating bracket is fixed at the bottom of fixing bracket through the first connecting piece.

10. A rang hood mounting structure, including a range hood body and the hanging brackets as claimed in claim 1, the top of range hood body is provided with a third mounting hole corresponding to the second mounting hole, and the range hood body is provided with a hook hanging hole corresponding to the elastic hook, support portions are provided on both sides of the hook hanging hole, and the two support portions are inclined towards each other, and when the range hood body moves up close to the hanging bracket, the elastic hook is aligned and inserted into the hanging hole, the range hood body sits on the hook portion through the support portion, and the second and third mounting holes are directly aligned, and alternatively, the range hood body moves along its width direction through the fixing bracket to align the second and third mounting holes and after alignment, the second and third mounting holes are securely connected through the second connecting piece.
