The present disclosure relates to the technical field of household supplies, in particular to a multifunctional towel heating device.
The towel heating device is a product that utilizes electric heating or hot air technology to achieve functions such as towel drying and antibacterial effect. It is widely used in households, hotels and other scenarios. However, existing towel heating devices still have the following shortcomings during use:
Currently, most towel heating products on the market are either towel heating drum or towel drying rack, both of which have single function. The towel heating drum only heats dry towels, while the towel drying rack merely speeds up towel drying. Additionally, the conventional towel heating drums are typically placed on the bathroom floor or countertop, occupying limited floor space in already compact bathrooms. When users require both functions, they must purchase two separate products and find space for both, causing significant inconvenience.
Therefore, we propose a multifunctional towel heating device to solve the above problems.
In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the present disclosure provides a multifunctional towel heating device, which solves the problems of single function and single application scenario of the existing towel heating device raised in the background art mentioned above.
The present disclosure specifically adopts the following technical proposal to achieve the above-mentioned purposes:
A multifunctional towel heating device comprises a main body, wherein a liner for containing dry towels and a heating and drying component for heating dry towels and drying wet towels are arranged inside the main body;
Further, the main body comprises a rear cover and a front cover, a base plate is arranged jointly at the bottom of the rear cover and the bottom of the front cover, the liner is arranged inside the rear cover, and the heating and drying component is arranged on the top of the base plate.

Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 1-12, a multi-functional towel heating device proposed in an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a main body 1, wherein a liner 11 for containing dry towels and a heating and drying component 12 for heating dry towels and drying wet towels are arranged inside the main body 1; a wall-mounted component 13 is arranged on one side of the main body 1, and a folding towel rack 14 for hanging wet towels is arranged at the bottom of the main body 1; the main body 1 has two modes: wall-mounted mode: the folding towel rack 14 is unfolded to form a hanging space while the wet towel drying function and dry towel heating function of the heating and drying component 12 are enabled; desktop mode: the folding towel rack 14 is folded, and only the dry towel heating function of the heating and drying component 12 is enabled. In wall-mounted mode, the main body 1 is hung on the wall through the wall-mounted component 13. After opening the lower flip door 16, the user puts the dry towel into the liner 11 and start the heating plate to heat the liner 11, achieving the heating of the dry towel inside the liner 11. Meanwhile, the towel rack 142 can also be unfolded to hang the wet towel on it. The cross-flow fan 122 is started to use with the heating plate 121. The evenly distributed hot air blow towards the wet towel, accelerating drying and enhancing the drying efficiency. In desktop mode, the towel rack 142 is folded into the interior of the containing grooves 106, and then the main bodyl can be placed onto the desktop. Once the bottom of the main body 1 comes in contact with the desktop, the anti-tipping switch 19 is triggered, preventing the cross-flow fan 122 from starting. Only the heating plate 121 can be activated to heat the dry towel inside the liner 11, making it safer to use.
Meanwhile, the main body 1 can also be used as a storage box. When the towel heating and drying functions are not frequently used in summer, disconnect from the power supply. The liner 11 can be used as a storage space. By opening and closing the lower flip door 16, it is convenient for users to pick and place items.

As shown in FIG. 1-12, in some embodiments, the main body 1 comprises a rear cover 101 and a front cover 102, a base plate 103 is arranged jointly at the bottom of the rear cover 101 and the bottom of the front cover 102, the liner 11 is arranged inside the rear cover 101, and the heating and drying component 12 is arranged on the top of the base plate 103.
The rear cover 101 and the front cover 102 are fixed through screws, and the bottom plate 103 is also fixed to both the rear cover 101 and the front cover 102 through screws, further ensuring the overall structural stability of the main body 1.
As shown in FIG. 1-12, in some embodiments, the heating and drying component 12 comprises a heating plate 121 and a cross-flow fan 122 positioned on one side of the heating plate 121, a hot air outlet 104 positioned directly below the cross-flow fan 122 is arranged inside the base plate 103, and ventilation openings 105 are arranged on both sides of the rear cover 101.
The cross-flow fan 122 adopts a long cylindrical impeller design. The airflow is sucked radially and then evenly discharged laterally, forming a wide and stable airflow field. The coverage area can reach more than twice that of traditional fans. The airflow passes through the impeller twice, improving the energy conversion efficiency. It is particularly suitable for scenarios that require uniform air blowing, such as wet towel drying. The cross-flow fan 122 is started to suck air into the interior of the main body 1 through the ventilation openings 105. After being heated by the heating plate 121, the air is blown towards the wet towel on the towel rack 142 through the hot air outlet 104. The number of heating plates 121 is not less than one. A plurality of heating plates 121 further ensure the heating and drying efficiency.
As shown in FIG. 1-12, in some embodiments, the folding towel rack 14 comprises fixing blocks 141 and a towel rack 142, the fixing blocks 141 are arranged at both ends of the base plate 103, the base plate 103 is separated on both sides by the fixing blocks 141 to form two containing grooves 106, and the towel rack 142 is movably arranged inside the containing grooves 106.
The towel rack 142 is U-shaped. When unfolded, the heights of the towel racks 142 are different, allowing the wet towels hung on the two towel racks 142 to be in a staggered state. This design not only facilitates users to pick the towels but also promotes air circulation and improves the drying efficiency. The containing grooves 106 ensure that the towel racks 142 do not protrude from both sides of the main body 1 when folded and form an integral part with the main body 1, enhancing the overall appearance of the product.
As shown in FIG. 1-9, in some embodiments, two ends of the towel rack 142 extend respectively to one side of the two fixing blocks 141 and are rotatably connected to the fixing blocks 141 through rotary shafts 143, and a spring fastener 107 movably clamped with the towel rack 142 is arranged in the middle of the containing groove 106.
The towel rack 142 collides with the spring fastener 107 when the towel rack 142 is folded into the interior of the containing groove 106, and then the spring fastener 107 is deformed and avoids. Once the towel rack 142 fully enters the containing groove 106, the spring fastener 107 rebounds and secures the towel rack 142, ensuring the stability of the towel rack 142 in folding state. The two ends of the towel rack 142 are connected to the fixing blocks through the rotary shaft 143, making the downward flipping process smoother without any jamming.
As shown in FIG. 1-8, in some embodiments, the wall-mounted component 13 comprises at least two connecting plates 131 fixedly arranged on one side of the liner 11, a wall-mounted supporting component 132 is fixedly arranged on one side of the connecting plate 131, a wall-mounted hole 108 corresponding to the wall-mounted supporting component 132 is arranged on one side of the rear cover 101, and a wall-mounted element 133 is movably arranged inside the wall-mounted supporting component 132.
Two wall-mounted elements 133 are fixed to the wall through screws. The wall mounting height and the corresponding distance from the wall-mounted hole 108 are measured in advance. Both the wall-mounted supporting component 132 and the connecting plate 131 are made of metal. To further enhance the structural strength of the wall-mounted nodes, the wall-mounted elements 133 are not mounted in the wall-mounted hole 108 but mounted inside the wall-mounted supporting component 132, preventing the rear cover 101 from bearing excessive force and avoiding overstress on the rear cover 101.
As shown in FIG. 5-10, in some embodiments, a flip door mounting position 109 is provided on one side of the front cover 102, a lower flip door 16 is installed inside the flip door mounting position 109 through a hinged piece 15 and comprises a flip door face housing 161 and a flip door rear housing 162, a panel bracket 163 is arranged inside the flip door rear housing 162, a control panel 164 is arranged on one side of the panel bracket 163, and a handle slot 165 is arranged on the top of the flip door face housing 161.
The flip door mounting position 109 is used to install the lower flip door 16. When being closed, the lower flip door 16 is perfectly embedded into the flip door mounting position 109 and forms a whole with the front cover 102, further enhancing the overall appearance of the product. The control panel 164 is integrated into the flip door face housing 161, making user operation more intuitive. A handle slot 165 is formed at the sunken part at the top of the flip door face housing 161. Users can open the lower flip door 16 by pulling the handle slot 165. The control panel 164 adopts a touch screen, making operation more convenient.
As shown in FIG. 3-11, in some embodiments, the hinged piece 15 comprises a hinged seat 151 and a hinged handle 152, the hinged seat 151 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the front cover 102, one end of the hinged handle 152 is rotatably connected to the interior of the hinged seat 151 through a rotating shaft A 153, the other end thereof extends to the inner wall of the flip door rear housing 162 and is fixedly connected to the flip door rear housing 162, the hinged handle 152 is also provided with an arc-shaped limit hole 154 positioned on one side of the rotating shaft A 153, and a rotating shaft B 155 is arranged inside the hinged seat 151 and movably sleeved with the arc-shaped limit hole 154.
One end of the hinged handle 152 extending into the interior of the flip door rear housing 162 is fixedly connected to the flip door rear housing 162 through screws. When the lower flip door 16 is opened, the lower flip door 16 drives the hinged handle 152 to flip in the direction of the rotating shaft A 153, while the hinged handle 152 drives the arc-shaped limit hole 154 to slide on the rotating shaft B 155. The rotating shaft B 155 fits with the arc-shaped limit hole 154 to limit the maximum opening and closing distance of the hinged handle 152 and the lower flip door 16. After opening the lower flip door 16, users can see the liner 11, facilitating to put dry towels in the liner 11.
As shown in FIG. 6, in some embodiments, the multifunctional towel heating device also comprises a blocking basket 17, the blocking basket 17 is movably arranged inside the front cover 102 and positioned on one side of the liner 11, at least two damping seats 171 are rotatably arranged at the bottom of the blocking basket 17, and the bottom of the damping seats 171 is fixedly connected to the interior of the front cover 102.
The stop basket 17 allows the towel inside the liner 11 to fall off automatically when the lower flip door 16 is opened, further blocking the towel inside the liner 11. The damping seat 171 clamps the bottom of the blocking basket 17 internally, providing damping force for the rotation of the blocking basket 17 and further ensuring the blocking effect.
As shown in FIG. 1-9, in some embodiments, a mainboard PCB 18 and an anti-tipping switch 19 positioned on one side of the mainboard PCB 18 are arranged on the top of the base plate 103.
The mainboard PCB 18 is electrically connected to the heating and drying component 12, the control panel 164 and the anti-tipping switch 19. The anti-tipping switch 19 is triggered when the bottom of the main body 1 comes in contact with the desktop, preventing the cross-flow fan 122 from starting. Only the heating plate 121 can be activated to heat the dry towel inside the liner 11, making it safer to use. When the anti-tipping switch 19 is not triggered, the main body 1 is in wall-mounted mode by default. The cross-flow fan 122 can be used for hot air drying operations. The mainboard PCB 18 integrates a WIFI communication module, which can be connected to WIFI and remotely controlled by a mobile phone.
To sum up, compared with the single-function towel heating drums or towel air-drying racks on the market, the multifunctional towel heating device integrates the functions of towel heating drum and towel air-drying rack in the main body 1, and has two application scenario modes: wall-mounted and desktop. a wall-mounted component (13) is arranged on one side of the main body (1), and a folding towel rack (14) for hanging wet towels is arranged at the bottom of the main body (1);
the main body (1) has two modes:
wall-mounted mode: the folding towel rack (14) is unfolded to form a hanging space while the wet towel drying function and dry towel heating function of the heating and drying component (12) are enabled;
desktop mode: the folding towel rack (14) is folded, and only the dry towel heating function of the heating and drying component (12) is enabled.

The multifunctional towel heating device according to claim 1, wherein the main body (1) comprises a rear cover (101) and a front cover (102), a base plate (103) is arranged jointly at the bottom of the rear cover (101) and the bottom of the front cover (102), the liner (11) is arranged inside the rear cover (101), and the heating and drying component (12) is arranged on the top of the base plate (103).

The multifunctional towel heating device according to claim 2, wherein the heating and drying component (12) comprises a heating plate (121) and a cross-flow fan (122) positioned on one side of the heating plate (121), a hot air outlet (104) positioned directly below the cross-flow fan (122) is arranged inside the base plate (103), and ventilation openings (105) are arranged on both sides of the rear cover (101).

The multifunctional towel heating device according to claim 2, wherein the folding towel rack (14) comprises fixing blocks (141) and a towel rack (142), the fixing blocks (141) are arranged at both ends of the base plate (103), the base plate (103) is separated on both sides by the fixing blocks (141) to form two containing grooves (106), and the towel rack (142) is movably arranged inside the containing grooves (106).

The multifunctional towel heating device according to claim 4, wherein two ends of the towel rack (142) extend respectively to one side of the two fixing blocks (141) and are rotatably connected to the fixing blocks (141) through rotary shafts (143), and a spring fastener (107) movably clamped with the towel rack (142) is arranged in the middle of the containing groove (106).

The multifunctional towel heating device according to claim 2, wherein the wall-mounted component (13) comprises at least two connecting plates (131) fixedly arranged on one side of the liner (11), a wall-mounted supporting component (132) is fixedly arranged on one side of the connecting plate (131), a wall-mounted hole (108) corresponding to the wall-mounted supporting component (132) is arranged on one side of the rear cover (101), and a wall-mounted element (133) is movably arranged inside the wall-mounted supporting component (132).

The multifunctional towel heating device according to claim 2, wherein a flip door mounting position (109) is provided on one side of the front cover (102), a lower flip door (16) is installed inside the flip door mounting position (109) through a hinged piece (15) and comprises a flip door face housing (161) and a flip door rear housing (162), a panel bracket (163) is arranged inside the flip door rear housing (162), a control panel (164) is arranged on one side of the panel bracket (163), and a handle slot (165) is arranged on the top of the flip door face housing (161).

The multifunctional towel heating device according to claim 7, wherein the hinged piece (15) comprises a hinged seat (151) and a hinged handle (152), the hinged seat (151) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the front cover (102), one end of the hinged handle (152) is rotatably connected to the interior of the hinged seat (151) through a rotating shaft A (153), the other end thereof extends to the inner wall of the flip door rear housing (162) and is fixedly connected to the flip door rear housing (162), the hinged handle (152) is also provided with an arc-shaped limit hole (154) positioned on one side of the rotating shaft A (153), and a rotating shaft B (155) is arranged inside the hinged seat (151) and movably sleeved with the arc-shaped limit hole (154).

The multifunctional towel heating device according to claim 1, further comprising a blocking basket (17), the blocking basket (17) is movably arranged inside the front cover (102) and positioned on one side of the liner (11), at least two damping seats (171) are rotatably arranged at the bottom of the blocking basket (17), and the bottom of the damping seats (171) is fixedly connected to the interior of the front cover (102).
10. The multifunctional towel heating device according to claim 2, wherein a mainboard PCB (18) and an anti-tipping switch (19) positioned on one side of the mainboard PCB (18) are arranged on the top of the base plate (103).
