The present invention relates to a cup, particularly to a suction nozzle cup lid hereof.
Water cups, commonly used containers in daily life, are divided into direct drinking cups and suction nozzle cups according to the drinking method.
A suction nozzle cup is provided with a suction nozzle on the cup lid, and an user can drink water through the suction nozzle by rotating it to connect to the water outlet on the cup lid.
When using a drinking cup with a suction nozzle, the user needs to manually raise the nozzle with both hands, making it inconvenient to open the nozzle.
The technical problem to be addressed by the present invention is to provide a suction nozzle cup lid that is more convenient to operate during use, and further provide a cup with the above-mentioned suction nozzle cup lid.
The technical solution adopted by the present invention to address the above technical problems is described below: a suction nozzle cup lid, including a lid body and a suction nozzle rotatably connected hereto, the lid body is provided with a water outlet that fits the suction nozzle, and is also provided with an accommodating groove for storing the suction nozzle, wherein a button that is slidably connected to the lid body can drive the suction nozzle to rotate out of or retract into the accommodating groove;
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the transmission gear set includes teeth arranged on the button, transmission gears rotatably connected in the lid body, and gears disposed on the suction nozzle, and the transmission gears mesh with the teeth and gears respectively.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, a sliding groove is provided inside the lid body, the button is disposed in the sliding groove and can move within the sliding groove, and the top of the button can extend from the top of the sliding groove.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, a guide groove is provided on the outer wall of the button, and a guide protrusion that fits the guide groove is disposed on the inner wall of the sliding groove.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, a first guiding slope is provided inside the lid body, and a second guiding slope that fits the first guiding slope is provided on the button, and the second guiding slope is attached to the first guiding slope and the two slide together.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, a limit groove is provided on the suction nozzle, a limit protrusion is provided inside the lid, and the limit protrusion is disposed in the limit groove to limit the rotation angle of the suction nozzle.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, a handle is provided on the lid, and a hole for fingers to enter is formed between the handle and the lid, and the end of the button extends from the lid and is located inside the hole.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the top of the button is provided with a groove to facilitate button pressing for the fingers.

Compared with the prior art, the advantages of the present invention is that the user can drink water by directly pressing the button on the lid to drive the suction nozzle out of the accommodating groove through the gear transmission group, and operate more conveniently with one hand.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those skilled in the art will understand that these descriptions are only descriptive and exemplary, and should not be interpreted as limiting the scope of protection of the present invention.
It should be noted that similar labels represent similar items in the figures below. Therefore, an item, once being defined in one figure, may not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
The cup includes a cup body 1 and a cup lid, with the cup lid threaded onto the cup body 1.
Embodiment 1: A suction cup lid, including a lid body 2 and a suction nozzle 3, wherein the suction nozzle 3 is rotatably connected to the lid body 2.
The lid 2 is provided with a water outlet 21, and the suction nozzle 3 fits the water outlet 2 and can be used to block the water outlet 21, and user can drink water through the suction nozzle 3 after the suction nozzle 3 is rotated to connect to the water outlet 21.
The lower end of water outlet 21 is connected to a straw 8 that is inserted into cup body 1.
The lid 2 is also provided with an air inlet 22, and the suction nozzle 3 is provided with a blocking protrusion 31 corresponding to the air inlet 22, a sealing member 23 is provided inside the air inlet 22, and a through hole 24 is provided on the sealing member 23, and when the suction nozzle 3 is in the retracted state, the blocking protrusion 31 presses against the sealing member 23 to block the through hole 24; when the suction nozzle 3 is ready for drinking state, the blocking protrusion 31 disengages from the sealing member 23 to open the through hole 24, so that the interior of cup body 1 is connected to the outside via the through hole 24.
The lid 2 is provided with a accommodating groove 25 for storing the suction nozzle 3, the water outlet 21 and air inlet 22 are located inside the accommodating groove 25, and when the suction nozzle 3 is in the retracted state, the suction nozzle 3 is located inside the accommodating groove 25, and the side wall of suction nozzle 3 blocks the water outlet 21, and the blocking protrusion 31 on the suction nozzle 3 blocks the through hole 24 on the sealing member 23.
In further, a seal ring 26 is installed at the opening of water outlet 21 to maintain a better sealing effect between the suction nozzle 3 and the water outlet 21, preventing water from flowing out of the water outlet 21 when the suction nozzle 3 is retracted.
A limit groove 33 is provided on the suction nozzle 3, a limit protrusion 210 is provided on the inner wall of the accommodating groove 25, and the limited protrusion 210 is disposed in the limit groove 33 to limit the rotation angle of suction nozzle 3, so that the suction nozzle 3 can align with the water outlet 21 after rotation, ensuring smooth drinking water.
A handle 4 is provided on the lid 2, the handle 4 and lid 2 are integrally formed, and a hole 41 is formed between the handle 4 and the lid 2 for fingers to insert.
A button 5 is disposed on the lid 2, and is slidably connected to the lid 2, and the button 5 can drive the suction nozzle 3 to rotate out of or retract into the accommodating groove 25.
A reset spring 6 is also provided between button 5 and lid 2 to push button 5 to reset.
The lid 2 is provided with a spring assembly groove 211, and one end of the spring 6 is disposed in the spring assembly groove 211, a spring installation hole 55 is provided on the button 5, and the other end of the spring 6 is disposed in the spring installation hole 55, and the reset spring 6 is more stably connected between the lid 2 and the button 5 to prevent the reset spring 6 from detachment.
The lid 2 is internally provided with a sliding groove 27, and the button 5 disposed in the groove 27 can slide inside the sliding groove 27, the top of the button 5 extends from the top opening of the sliding groove 27, and the end of button 5 extending from the sliding groove 27 is located in the hole 41, and user press the button 5 to move inside the sliding groove 27 by inserting a finger into the hole 41.
The top of button 5 is provided with a groove 51 that better fits the fingers and provides better comfort when button 5 is pressed.
The outer wall of button 5 is provided with a guide groove 52, and the inner wall of sliding groove 27 is provided with a guide protrusion 28 that fits the guide groove 52, the lid 2 is internally provided with a first guide slope 29, and button 5 is provided with a second guide slope 53 that fits the first guide slope 29, the second guide slope 53 is attached to the first guide slope 29 and the two slide together, and when button 5 is assembled in lid 2, the button 5 slides more stably in the sliding groove 27.
The lid body 2 is provided with a transmission gear set through which, the button 5 drives the suction nozzle 3 to rotate on the lid body 2.
In the first state, press button 5 to drive suction nozzle 3 out of accommodating groove 25 through the transmission gear set, so that the suction nozzle 3 connects to the water outlet 21.
In the second state, release button 5 and under the action of reset spring 6, button 5 rebounds and resets to drive the suction nozzle 3 back into the accommodating groove 25 through the transmission gear set, so that the side wall of suction nozzle 3 blocks the water outlet 21.
The transmission gear set includes teeth 54, transmission gear 7, and gear 32, teeth 54 are disposed on button 5, transmission gear 7 is located inside lid 2 and is rotatably connected to lid 2, and gear 32 is located on nozzle 3, and transmission gear 7 meshes with teeth 54 and gear 32, respectively.
Preferably, there are two teeth 54, two transmission gears 7, and two gears 32.
User can press button 5 through the teeth 54 to drive transmission gear 7 to rotate, transmission gear 7 rotates to drive gear 32 which in turn drives nozzle 3 to rotate.
As shown in FIG. 1, the suction nozzle 3 is in a retracted state and is located in the accommodating groove 25, the side of suction nozzle 3 closes the water outlet 21, and the blocking protrusion 31 on the suction nozzle 3 blocks the through hole 24 on the sealing member 23.
If it is necessary to open suction nozzle 3 to drink water, hold the cup body 1 in hand, insert your fingers into the hole 41, press button 5 with fingers, then the button 5 moves in the sliding groove 27 and through the transmission gear 7, drives suction nozzle 3 to rotate out of the accommodating groove 25 and aligns suction nozzle 3 with the water outlet 21, and user can start drinking water, as shown in FIG. 3.
After drinking water, release button 5 which rebounds and resets under the drive of reset spring 6 and drives transmission gear 7 to rotate in the opposite direction, and transmission gear 7 drives suction nozzle 3 to return to the accommodating groove 25 and close the water outlet 21 and air inlet 22, returning to the state shown in FIG. 1.
Embodiment 2: Other structures are the same as Embodiment 1, except that there is no reset spring between button 5 and lid 2.
As shown in FIG. 8, the suction nozzle 3 is in a retracted state and is located in the accommodating groove 25, the side of suction nozzle 3 closes the water outlet 21, and the blocking protrusion 31 on the suction nozzle 3 blocks the through hole 24 on the sealing member 23.
If it is necessary to open suction nozzle 3 to drink water, hold the cup body 1 in hand, insert your fingers into the hole 41, press button 5 with fingers, then the button 5 moves in the sliding groove 27 and through the transmission gear 7, drives suction nozzle 3 to rotate out of the accommodating groove 25 and aligns suction nozzle 3 with the water outlet 21, and user can start drinking water, as shown in FIG. 9.
After drinking water, push the suction nozzle 3 to rotate and retract into the accommodating groove 25, the suction nozzle 3 drives the transmission gear 7 to rotate in the opposite direction, and the transmission gear 7 in turn drives the button 5 to move and reset, the suction nozzle 3 then returns to the accommodating groove 25 and closes the water outlet 21 and air inlet 22, returning to the state shown in FIG. 8.

Specific embodiments are used herein to explain the principles and embodiments of the present invention, and the above embodiments are only used to help understand the present invention and its core ideas. It should be noted that the person having ordinary skill in the art can, without departing from the principles of the present invention, make several improvements and modifications to the present invention, and these improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of protection claimed by the present invention.
1. A suction nozzle cup lid, including a lid body and a suction nozzle rotatably connected hereto, the lid body is provided with a water outlet that fits the suction nozzle, and is also provided with an accommodating groove for storing the suction nozzle, wherein a button that is slidably connected to the lid body can drive the suction nozzle to rotate out of or retract into the accommodating groove;
a reset spring is provided between the button and the lid;
the lid body is provided with a transmission gear set through which, the button drives the suction nozzle to rotate on the lid body;
in the first state, press the button to drive the suction nozzle out of the accommodating groove through the transmission gear set, so that the suction nozzle is connected to the water outlet;
in the second state, release the button, and under the action of reset spring, the button rebounds to drive the suction nozzle back into the accommodating groove through the transmission gear set, so that the side wall of suction nozzle blocks the water outlet.
2. The suction nozzle cup lid according to claim 1, wherein the transmission gear set includes teeth arranged on the button, transmission gears rotatably connected in the lid body, and gears disposed on the suction nozzle, and the transmission gears mesh with the teeth and gears respectively.
3. The suction nozzle cup lid according to claim 1, wherein a sliding groove is provided inside the lid body, the button is disposed in the sliding groove and can move within the sliding groove, and the top of the button can extend from the top of the sliding groove.
4. The suction nozzle cup lid according to claim 3, wherein a guide groove is provided on the outer wall of the button, and a guide protrusion that fits the guide groove is disposed on the inner wall of the sliding groove.
5. The suction nozzle cup lid according to claim 1, wherein a first guiding slope is provided inside the lid body, and a second guiding slope that fits the first guiding slope is provided on the button, and the second guiding slope is attached to the first guiding slope and the two slide together.
6. The suction nozzle cup lid according to claim 1, wherein a limit groove is provided on the suction nozzle, a limit protrusion is provided inside the lid, and the limit protrusion is disposed in the limit groove to limit the rotation angle of the suction nozzle.
7. The suction nozzle cup lid according to claim 1, wherein a handle is provided on the lid, and a hole for fingers to enter is formed between the handle and the lid, and the end of the button extends from the lid and is located inside the hole.

in the second state, push the suction nozzle to rotate on the lid, and the suction nozzle drives the button to move and reset through the transmission gear set, while the side wall of suction nozzle blocks the water outlet.
