This application claims priority to and takes the benefit of Brazilian Patent Application No. 20 2024 011610 6 filed on Jun. 10, 2024, the contents of which are herein incorporated by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention

The present utility model refers to an innovative solution for the jewelry, semi-jewelry, and costume jewelry market, which comprises an auricular platform (1) that will be used to support earrings, devices such as earphones, and other accessories such as glasses.

Said platform (1) is highly versatile in its functionalities due to its ergonomic design and allows users to create a variety of compositions, as earrings, accessories, or devices can be attached at one or more customizable attachment points on the transverse rod (3), giving rise to never-before-seen formats.

Description of the Related Art

There is a wide range of earrings and respective supports or platforms in the jewelry, semi-jewelry, and costume jewelry market. However, nothing resembles this auricular platform (1), which, unlike existing solutions that require ear piercings, pressure points, or platforms restricted to a single model or attachment point, allows interchangeable earrings to be affixed anywhere along the transverse rod (3).

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present auricular platform (1) consists of a base structure (2) and a transverse rod (3), which extends at its upper end to contour the top of the ear horizontally, allowing interchangeable jewelry, accessories, or devices to be affixed along its length. The said platform (1) can be better understood through the detailed description below, which specifies the content according to the presented figures, which are:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL EMBODIMENTS

The platform's functionality consists of a base structure (2) that fits around the user's ear, allowing adjustment according to the ear and neck anatomy, with morphology that adapts to different ear shapes and sizes due to its malleable material.

The base structure (2), contouring the top of the ear, extends into a transverse rod (3) in front of the ear, horizontally. Its angles can be adjusted by pressing the platform's malleable material, shaping it to the desired point.

The platform is fixed around the user's ear, allowing adjustment according to ear and neck anatomy. Its morphology fits various ear shapes and sizes due to the malleable material; the transverse rod is placed in front of the ear, with angle and height adjustable by pressing the base structure (1) and molding it into the desired shape.

This auricular platform (1) offers a range of earring composition possibilities, as one or more points can be used along its transverse rod (3). Since users' ears vary in vertical and horizontal angles and sizes, the transverse rod (3), running horizontally along the ear, allows users to choose a specific point to attach their earrings so they don't exceed the ear's limits.

The transverse rod (3) provides flexible fitting in both shape and location, allowing users to customize the earring placement to match the size and shape of their ears without extending beyond their individual boundaries.

The interchangeable earrings are positioned at the front of the ear, held on the transverse rod (3) at the exact point each user specifically chooses.

The present invention can be manufactured using various materials, surface finishes, colors, and numerous shapes, and it can employ different fixing systems to secure earrings, devices, and accessories on the horizontal rod (3).

Based on conducted research, we describe and illustrate this utility model and conclude that it possesses unique constructive, functional, and innovative characteristics distinct from existing models in the state of the art, as it combines and modifies known elements, fitting the criteria for a Utility Model Patent. Its claim will be described below.
