TECHNICAL FIELD

In order to improve the wear resistance of the racket, the methods of soaking in water to dry and soaking in oil are adopted in the preparation process. Water can effectively remove the dirt and impurities on the surface of the racket and prevent the external environment from eroding the racket. The oil can penetrate into the racket to form a protective film, which enhances the wear resistance of the racket. This method avoids the wear problem of the racket in the long-term use and greatly improves the service life of the racket. By adjusting the internal material of the racket to the integrated solid EPP material, the prepared racket can prevent deformation, breakage, delamination, elastic fatigue and other problems, greatly improve the effective hitting area, and improve the elastic performance at the same time. In the preparation process of the racket, the lack of elastic fatigue is solved, and the integrated solid EPP material plays a role in wear-resistant protection of the racket, avoiding the problem of breakage of the racket after long-term use, and prolonging the service life.

1. A process for preparing an improved racket, comprising the following steps:

Step 1, sewing and bonding involving a carbon fiber plate or a glass fiber plate being sewed and bonded onto an integrated solid EPP material using colloid, followed by being pressed again by a pressure device;

Step 2, making the pressed primary product into the external structural shape of the required racket by a cutting machine and cleaning it;

Step 3, putting the cleaned racket prototype into a UV printer for drawing the surface pattern or attaching the surface with water marks;

Step 4, assembling the racket prototype with the surface pattern drawn in step 3, protecting the edge strip, the back cover, and the handle cover.

2. The preparation process of an improved racket according to claim 1, characterized in that in step 1, epoxy resin glue is used as the colloid.

3. The preparation process of an improved racket according to claim 1, characterized in that in step 1, the integrated solid expanded polypropylene is made of polypropylene material, and the density of the polypropylene material is 0.01 g/cm-0.05 g/cm.
