CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 202421303907.0 filed on Jun. 7, 2024, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

This application relates to the technical field of refrigerator storage, and more particularly, to a refrigerator turntable.

BACKGROUND

A refrigerator is a refrigeration device capable of maintaining a constant low temperature, and it is also a civilian product that keeps food or other food in a constant low temperature state. It can be seen everywhere in daily life, production, and scientific research fields.

There are generally multiple shelves in a refrigerator, and food is placed on the shelves for the purpose of improving the storage capacity of the refrigerator. However, in the case where the shelves of the refrigerator are full of food, when a user needs to take out the food on the back side of one shelf, the food on the front side of the shelf needs to be taken out first, so that the food on the back side of the shelves can be taken out; in addition, after the corresponding food is taken out, other food taken out before needs to be placed on the shelf again and sorted out, which is cumbersome and time-consuming in operation, and requires repeated fetching and placing of food, thus increasing the operation burden of the user. Moreover, in the process of rearranging and organizing food, irregular placement and unreasonable space utilization are prone to occur, which affects the subsequent use and storage efficiency.

SUMMARY

In order to solve the above problems, this application provides a refrigerator turntable.

The refrigerator turntable provided by this application adopts the following technical solutions:

    • A refrigerator turntable includes a turntable and a base, where a rotating assembly is disposed between the turntable and the base, a groove is formed inside the base, and the rotating assembly is located inside the groove; and
    • the rotating assembly includes a rotating unit and a fixing unit, where the rotating unit includes a third gear, the fixing unit includes fixing holes and a limiting hole, the third gear is configured to rotate the turntable, and the fixing holes and the limiting hole are configured to fix the turntable.

Further, the rotating assembly further includes a first gear and a second gear; a second fixing frame is disposed inside the groove, a first fixing frame is disposed inside the groove, and the first fixing frame is positioned above the second fixing frame; and the second fixing frame is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the groove, and one end of the first fixing frame overlaps one end of the second fixing frame.

Further, the groove is internally provided with a through opening, and a fixing ring is disposed at one end of the through opening; the end of the first fixing frame away from the second fixing frame is fixedly connected to the through opening by ways of the fixing ring, the first gear is rotatably connected to one side of the first fixing frame, the third gear is rotatably connected to one end of the first fixing frame, and both the third gear and the second gear are engaged with the first gear; and a fixing block is fixedly connected to the interior of the groove, and the fixing block passes through one end of the first fixing frame and one end of the second fixing frame in turn and then is rotatably connected to the second gear.

Further, the fixing unit further includes first fixing columns, there are a plurality of first fixing columns and a plurality of fixing holes, the plurality of first fixing columns are fixedly connected to one side of the turntable, and the plurality of fixing holes are all formed inside the third gear.

Further, the plurality of fixing holes are distributed in an annular array along the axis of the third gear, each of the first fixing columns is respectively inserted into the corresponding fixing hole, a second fixing column is fixedly connected to one side of the turntable, and the second fixing column is inserted into the limiting hole.

By adopting the above technical solution, the turntable can be flexibly rotated and fixed by ways of the rotating assembly.

Further, bolts are disposed inside the base, and there are a plurality of bolts.

By adopting the above technical solution, the stability is guaranteed.

Further, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in a top of the base, a suction cup is clamped inside each of the clamping grooves, and each of the suction cups is made of an elastic material.

By adopting the above technical solution, due to arrangement of the suction cups, the placement stability of the base can be guaranteed.

Further, the turntable is internally provided with water guide zones, there are a plurality of water guide zones, and the sizes of the plurality of water guide zones increase sequentially from inside to outside.

By adopting the above technical solution, the water guide zones can not only prevent the placed food from slipping, but also can prevent the moisture in the food from seeping out.

In summary, this application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:

    • (1) According to the present disclosure, due to arrangement of the rotating assembly, the turntable can be flexibly rotated and fixed, which makes it convenient for a user to quickly adjust the position of food according to actual needs, thus enhancing the convenience and operability during use. The precise rotating unit and fixing unit can ensure that the food remains stable in a rotation process, so that the risk of food falling or being damage is reduced. Moreover, through the cooperation of the plurality of fixing holes as well as the first fixing columns, the second fixing column and the limiting hole, the effect of fixing the turntable is further enhanced, and the stability of the turntable is ensured when there is no need to rotate, which makes it easier and more efficient for the user to reach for the food at the back, so that time and energy are saved, and it also helps to improve the satisfaction of the user during use.
    • (2) According to the present disclosure, due to arrangement of the suction cups, the placement stability of the base can be guaranteed, and an anti-slip effect can also be achieved; in addition, the suction cups can be replaced at any time due to being arranged in a clamped manner; and the water guide zones can not only prevent the placed food from slipping, but also can prevent the moisture in the food from seeping out, and thus contaminating the other food on the turntable.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The technical solutions in embodiments of this application will be described clearly and completely hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of this application. Apparently, the described embodiments are only a part rather than all of the embodiments of this application. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of this application.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, a refrigerator turntable includes a turntable 1 and a base 2, where a rotating assembly is disposed between the turntable 1 and the base 2, a groove 3 is formed inside the base 2, and the rotating assembly is located inside the groove 3; and

the rotating assembly includes a rotating unit and a fixing unit, where the rotating unit includes a third gear 7, the fixing unit includes fixing holes 8 and a limiting hole 9, the third gear 7 is configured to rotate the turntable 1, and the fixing holes 8 and the limiting hole 9 are configured to fix the turntable 1.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, the rotating assembly further includes a first gear 5 and a second gear 6; a second fixing frame 12 is disposed inside the groove 3, a first fixing frame 4 is disposed inside the groove 3, and the first fixing frame 4 is positioned above the second fixing frame 12; and the second fixing frame 12 is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the groove 3, and one end of the first fixing frame 4 overlaps one end of the second fixing frame 12. The groove 3 is internally provided with a through opening 14, and a fixing ring 13 is disposed at one end of the through opening 14; the end of the first fixing frame 4 away from the second fixing frame 12 is fixedly connected to the through opening 14 by ways of the fixing ring 13, the first gear 5 is rotatably connected to one side of the first fixing frame 4, the third gear 7 is rotatably connected to one end of the first fixing frame 4, and both the third gear 7 and the second gear 6 are engaged with the first gear 5; and a fixing block 15 is fixedly connected to the interior of the groove 3, and the fixing block 15 passes through one end of the first fixing frame 4 and one end of the second fixing frame 12 in turn and then is rotatably connected to the second gear 6. The fixing unit further includes first fixing columns 10, there are a plurality of first fixing columns 10 and a plurality of fixing holes 8, the plurality of first fixing columns 10 are fixedly connected to one side of the turntable 1, and the plurality of fixing holes 8 are all formed inside the third gear 7. The plurality of fixing holes 8 are distributed in an annular array along the axis of the third gear 7, each of the first fixing columns 10 is respectively inserted into the corresponding fixing hole 8, a second fixing column 11 is fixedly connected to one side of the turntable 1, and the second fixing column 11 is inserted into the limiting hole 9.

Due to arrangement of the rotating assembly, the food at the back can be conveniently taken when the turntable 1 is used. The specific operation method is that in presence of the first gear 5, the second gear 6 and the third gear 7 inside the groove 3, the turntable 1 can be flexibly rotated and fixed, which makes it convenient for a user to quickly adjust the position of food according to actual needs, thus enhancing the convenience and operability during use. The precise rotating unit and fixing unit can ensure that the food remains stable in a rotation process, so that the risk of food falling or being damage is reduced. Moreover, through the cooperation of the plurality of fixing holes 8 as well as the first fixing columns 10, the second fixing column 11 and the limiting hole 9, the effect of fixing the turntable 1 is further enhanced, and the stability of the turntable 1 is ensured when there is no need to rotate, which makes it easier and more efficient for the user to reach for the food at the back, so that time and energy are saved, and it also helps to improve the satisfaction of the user during use.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, bolts 16 are disposed inside the base 2, and there are a plurality of bolts 16. The bolts 16 can ensure the placement stability of the base 2.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a plurality of clamping grooves 17 are formed in a top of the base 2, a suction cup 18 is clamped inside each of the clamping grooves 17, and each of the suction cups 18 is made of an elastic material. Due to arrangement of the suction cups 18, the placement stability of the base 2 can be guaranteed, and an anti-slip effect can also be achieved. In addition, the suction cups 18 can be replaced at any time due to being arranged in a clamped manner.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the turntable 1 is internally provided with water guide zones 19, there are a plurality of water guide zones 19, and the sizes of the plurality of water guide zones 19 increase sequentially from inside to outside. The water guide zones 19 can not only prevent the placed food from slipping, but also can prevent the moisture in the food from seeping out, and thus contaminating the other food on the turntable 1.

Working principle: Firstly, the turntable 1 is placed inside a refrigerator. Due to arrangement of the suction cups 18, the placement stability of the base 2 can be guaranteed. In presence of the first gear 5, the second gear 6 and the third gear 7 in the groove 3, the turntable 1 can be flexibly rotated and fixed, which makes it convenient for a user to quickly adjust the position of food according to actual needs. Through the cooperation of the plurality of fixing holes 8 as well as the first fixing columns 10, the second fixing column 11 and the limiting hole 9, the effect of fixing the turntable 1 is further enhanced, and the stability of the turntable 1 is ensured when there is no need to rotate.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A refrigerator turntable, comprising a turntable (1) and a base (2), wherein a rotating assembly is disposed between the turntable (1) and the base (2), a groove (3) is formed inside the base (2), and the rotating assembly is located inside the groove (3); and

the rotating assembly includes a rotating unit and a fixing unit, wherein the rotating unit comprises a third gear (7), the fixing unit comprises fixing holes (8) and a limiting hole (9), the third gear (7) is configured to rotate the turntable (1), and the fixing holes (8) and the limiting hole (9) are configured to fix the turntable (1).

2. The refrigerator turntable according to claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly further comprises a first gear (5) and a second gear (6); a second fixing frame (12) is disposed inside the groove (3), a first fixing frame (4) is disposed inside the groove (3), and the first fixing frame (4) is positioned above the second fixing frame (12); and the second fixing frame (12) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the groove (3), and one end of the first fixing frame (4) overlaps one end of the second fixing frame (12).

The refrigerator turntable according to claim 2, wherein the groove (3) is internally provided with a through opening (14), and a fixing ring (13) is disposed at one end of the through opening (14); the end of the first fixing frame (4) away from the second fixing frame (12) is fixedly connected to the through opening (14) by ways of the fixing ring (13), the first gear (5) is rotatably connected to one side of the first fixing frame (4), the third gear (7) is rotatably connected to one end of the first fixing frame (4), and both the third gear (7) and the second gear (6) are engaged with the first gear (5); and a fixing block (15) is fixedly connected to the interior of the groove (3), and the fixing block (15) passes through one end of the first fixing frame (4) and one end of the second fixing frame (12) in turn and then is rotatably connected to the second gear (6).

The refrigerator turntable according to claim 1, wherein the fixing unit further comprises first fixing columns (10), there are a plurality of first fixing columns (10) and a plurality of fixing holes (8), the plurality of first fixing columns (10) are fixedly connected to one side of the turntable (1), and the plurality of fixing holes (8) are all formed inside the third gear (7).

The refrigerator turntable according to claim 4, wherein the plurality of fixing holes (8) are distributed in an annular array along the axis of the third gear (7), each of the first fixing columns (10) is respectively inserted into the corresponding fixing hole (8), a second fixing column (11) is fixedly connected to one side of the turntable (1), and the second fixing column (11) is inserted into the limiting hole (9).

6. The refrigerator turntable according to claim 1, wherein bolts (16) are disposed inside the base (2), and there are a plurality of bolts (16).

7. The refrigerator turntable according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of clamping grooves (17) are formed in a top of the base (2), a suction cup (18) is clamped inside each of the clamping grooves (17), and each of the suction cups (18) is made of an elastic material.

8. The refrigerator turntable according to claim 1, wherein the turntable (1) is internally provided with water guide zones (19), there are a plurality of water guide zones (19), and the sizes of the plurality of water guide zones (19) increase sequentially from inside to outside.
