The present invention relates to the technical field of children's amusement facilities, and in particular to a slide with a folding function.
Slides are a type of comprehensive exercise equipment and are a type of equipment where slide activities are conducted only through climbing.
At present, in the prior art, for example, the publication name of China's utility model patent is a slide with a specific patent publication number of CN213881358U, the slide of the patent includes an upper slide, a lower slide, and a pair of fastened guide rails that are disposed relative to each other, two sides of the upper slide are slidably connected to one pair of fastened guide rails, and two sides of the lower slide are slidably connected to one pair of fastened guide rails. The upper slide and the lower slide can slide separately. The above existing slide cannot be folded. Because the slide is excessively long, the slide occupies relatively large space during shipment and is not easily stored and transported.
Therefore, the present invention provides a slide with a folding function.
The present invention is intended to provide a slide with a folding function, to resolve the problem proposed in the background.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention is implemented according to the following technical solutions: a slide with a folding function, including a ladder portion and a slide rail portion,
where the slide rail portion is provided with a first folding joint to fold the slide rail portion; one end of the ladder portion and one end of the slide rail portion are hinged through second folding joints, to fold the folded slide rail portion to one side of the ladder portion as a whole.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the ladder portion includes two parallel support rods and a plurality of foot pedals disposed between the two parallel support rods; and two ends of the foot pedal are sleeved and fastened on the two parallel support rods respectively.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a top of the support rod is provided with a curved handrail pipe, and a handrail sleeving pipe is sleeved on the handrail pipe.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the support rods and the handrail pipes are provided with fastening holes, and fastening holes in the support rods and fastening holes in the handrail pipes are aligned with each other and are fastening by inserting bolts.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a mounting rod is disposed on the support rod, and the mounting rod is connected to one end of the second folding joint.

Refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. The present invention provides a technical solution: a slide with a folding function, including a ladder portion 1 and a slide rail portion 2.
A middle position of the slide rail portion 2 is provided with a first folding joint 5a and a first folding joint 5b to fold the slide rail portion 2. One end of the ladder portion 1 and one end of the slide rail portion 2 are hinged through a second folding joint 4a and a second folding joint 4b, to fold the folded slide rail portion 2 to one side of the ladder portion 1 as a whole.
The ladder portion 1 includes two parallel support rods and a plurality of foot pedals disposed between the two parallel support rods. As shown in FIG. 1, the two support rods are respectively a support rod 10a and a support rod 10b, and two foot pedals are disposed between the support rod 10a and the support rod 10b, which are respectively a foot pedal 11a and a foot pedal 11b.
Two ends of the foot pedal 11a and the foot pedal 11b are sleeved and fastened on the support rod 10a and the support rod 10b respectively. Surfaces of the foot pedal 11a and the foot pedal 11b are provided with anti-slip parts to prevent a user from slipping and falling from the ladder portion 1.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a top of the support rod is provided with a curved handrail pipe, and a handrail sleeving pipe is sleeved on the handrail pipe.
Specifically, a top of the support rod 10a and a top of the support rod 10b are both provided with handrail pipes that are bent in a direction toward the slide rail portion respectively, which are a handrail pipe 12a and a handrail pipe 12b, the handrail pipe 12a is disposed at the top of the support rod 10a, and the handrail pipe 12b is disposed at the top of the support rod 10b, which are semi-annular. The handrail pipe 12a and the handrail pipe 12b are integral parts made of metal or plastic.
A handrail sleeving pipe 13a is sleeved on the handrail pipe 12a, and a handrail sleeving pipe 13b is sleeved on the handrail pipe 12b. The handrail sleeving pipe 13a and the handrail sleeving pipe 13b are integral parts made of an anti-slip material.
In the present invention, slide handrails are formed by the handrail pipes and the handrail sleeving pipes, helping the user put hands on the handrails for climbing and the like, which is easy to use and features humanized design.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the support rods and the handrail pipes are both provided with fastening holes, and fastening holes in the support rods and fastening holes in the handrail pipes are aligned with each other and are fastening by inserting bolts.
In the present invention, detachable connection structures of the support rods and the handrail pipes are constructed through the fastening hole and the bolts. As shown in FIG. 1, the support rod 10a is provided with a fastening hole 100, and a fastening hole in the handrail pipe 12a and a bolt are also provided in the support rod 10a.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a mounting rod is disposed on the support rod, and the mounting rod is connected to one end of the second folding joint.
Specifically, one side surface of the support rod 10a is provided with a mounting rod 14a, and one side surface of the support rod 10b is provided with a mounting rod 14b. The mounting rod 14a and the mounting rod 14b are configured to connect corresponding folding joints, the mounting rod 14a is connected to one end of the second folding joint 4a, and the mounting rod 14b is connected to one end of the second folding joint 4b.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the slide rail portion includes a first frame, a second frame, and a slide rail surface. The first frame and the second frame are hinged through the first folding joint, and the slide rail surface covers an external surface of the first frame and an external surface of the second frame. The first frame and the second frame may be folded to reduce storage space for the slide rail portion.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first frame includes a first connecting rod 20 and two first slide rail support rods arranged in parallel, which are respectively a first slide rail support rod 21a and a first slide rail support rod 21b.
One end of the first slide rail support rod 21a and one end of the first slide rail support rod 21b are bent to form a bent part, and an angle between the bent part and a body of the first slide rail support rod is an obtuse angle.
One end of the first slide rail support rod 21a is connected to the other end of the second folding joint 4a, and the other end of the first slide rail support rod 21a is connected to one end of the first folding joint 5a.
One end of the first slide rail support rod 21b is connected to the other end of the second folding joint 4b, and the other end of the first slide rail support rod 21b is connected to one end of the first folding joint 5b.
One side of the first slide rail support rod 21a is connected to one side of the first slide rail support rod 21b through the first connecting rod 20.
The second frame includes a second connecting rod 22 and two second slide rail support rods arranged in parallel, which are respectively a second slide rail support rod 23a and a second slide rail support rod 23b.
One end of the second slide rail support rod 23a is connected to the other end of the first folding joint 5a, and one end of the second slide rail support rod 23b is connected to the other end of the first folding joint 5b.
The other end of the second slide rail support rod 23a and the other end of the second slide rail support rod 23b are connected through the second connecting rod 22.
Based on the above structure, when the present invention is in use, the slide can be unfolded based on the first folding joint and the second folding joint, so that the whole slide can be in an unfolded state to be used, and has advantages of being operated simply and used easily and quickly. When folded, the slide can be folded based on the first folding joint and the second folding joint in an operation manner that is opposite to an unfolding manner, so that the whole slide is in a storage state. After stored, the slide has advantages of small space and small size, and being stored and transported easily.
In an embodiment of the present invention, to further facilitate the user's use, slide handrails are also disposed, two rows of slide rail handrails are further disposed on the slide rail portion 2. The slide rail handrail includes a hard handrail support and a soft handrail body. The handrail support is detachably disposed on the first frame and the second frame, and the handrail body is disposed on the handrail support.
Specifically, one row of slide handrails includes a handrail support 24a disposed on a second slide rail support rod 23a and a first slide rail support rod 21a and a handrail body 25a disposed on the handrail support 24a; and the other row of slide handrails include a handrail support 24b disposed on the second slide rail support rod 23b and the first slide rail support rod 21b, and a handrail body 25b disposed on the handrail support 24b. The two rows of slide handrails are disposed on two sides of the slide rail surface to protect the user.
When sliding down the slide, the user only needs to lean the body between the two rows of slide rail handrail bodies made of a soft material, providing an extremely comfortable and simple sliding process. The handrail support is disposed for assist and support, and can further improve the comfort in use.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first folding joint and the second folding joint are both connecting pipe fittings with a folding function.

1. A slide with a folding function, comprising a ladder portion and a slide rail portion,
wherein the slide rail portion is provided with a first folding joint to fold the slide rail portion; one end of the ladder portion and one end of the slide rail portion are hinged through second folding joints, to fold the folded slide rail portion to one side of the ladder portion as a whole.
2. The slide with a folding function according to claim 1, wherein the ladder portion comprises two parallel support rods and a plurality of foot pedals disposed between the two parallel support rods; and two ends of the foot pedal are sleeved and fastened on the two parallel support rods respectively.
3. The slide with a folding function according to claim 2, wherein a top of the support rod is provided with a curved handrail pipe, and a handrail sleeving pipe is sleeved on the handrail pipe.
4. The slide with a folding function according to claim 3, wherein the support rods and the handrail pipes are provided with fastening holes, and fastening holes in the support rods and fastening holes in the handrail pipes are aligned with each other and are fastening by inserting bolts.
5. The slide with a folding function according to claim 2, wherein a mounting rod is disposed on the support rod, and the mounting rod is connected to one end of the second folding joint.

The slide with a folding function according to claim 1, wherein the slide rail portion comprises a first frame, a second frame, and a slide rail surface, the first frame and the second frame are hinged through the first folding joint, and the slide rail surface covers an external surface of the first frame and an external surface of the second frame.
7. The slide with a folding function according to claim 6, wherein the first frame comprises a first connecting rod and two first slide rail support rods arranged in parallel; and
one end of the first slide rail support rod is a bent part, an angle between the bent part and a body of the first slide rail support rod is an obtuse angle, one end of the first slide rail support rod is connected to the other end of the second folding joint, the other end of the first slide rail support rod is connected to one end of the first folding joint, and the two first slide rail support rods arranged in parallel are connected through the first connecting rod.
8. The slide with a folding function according to claim 6, wherein the second frame comprises a second connecting rod and two second slide rail support rods arranged in parallel; and one end of the second slide rail support rod is connected to the other end of the first folding joint, and the two second slide rail support rods are connected through the second connecting rod.

The slide with a folding function according to claim 6, wherein slide rail handrails are further disposed on the slide rail portion, the slide rail handrail comprises a hard handrail support and a soft handrail body, the handrail support is detachably disposed on the first frame and the second frame, and the handrail body is disposed on the handrail support.
10. The slide with a folding function according to claim 2, wherein a surface of the foot pedal is provided with an anti-slip part.
11. The slide with a folding function according to claim 1, wherein the first folding joint and the second folding joint are both connecting pipe fittings with a folding function.
