Description

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

1. Field of the Disclosure

The present disclosure relates to bags, b and more particularly, to a high-temperature sterilization bag with venting function.

2. Description of the Related Art

Regarding the conventional material for sealed packaged food, plastic films are used to manufacture a sealed bag. During the heating process, especially in microwave heating, temperature of the steam in the sealed space of the bag rapidly increases. The sealing integrity and strength of the packaging material are often insufficient to withstand the internal pressure, causing a risk of burst.

Therefore, for current sealed bag, user has to tear a small opening on the plastic film before microwave heating, so as to prevent excessive expansion of the food and air inside the bag.

However, during the heating process, it is still impossible to completely avoid leakage of internal liquid. Therefore, improvement of the conventional sealed bag is still desirable.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

The present disclosure aims at improving the inconvenience of tearing an opening on the sealed bag before microwave heating and resolving the issue of liquid leakage during the heating process.

For achieving the aforementioned objectives, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a high-temperature sterilization bag with venting function, comprising a main body. The main body is formed of a high-temperature resistant material and has a containing space, with a filling port disposed on one end of the main body for filling object therethrough, and at least a U-shaped venting portion disposed on a lateral side of the main body. The venting portion has at least three fifths of its volume arranged in the containing space.

Another embodiment of the present disclosure provides a high-temperature sterilization bag with venting function, comprising a main body, which is formed of a first heat-resistant layer and a second heat-resistant layer that are overlapping and sealed, with a sealing strip formed on both lateral sides thereof, respectively, wherein one of the sealing strips has a perforation. The main body has a containing space, a filling port, and a venting portion, wherein the containing space is not in communication with the perforation, the filling port is disposed on one end of the main body, and the venting portion is located on the side surface of the main body.

With such configuration, the present disclosure provides a high-temperature sterilization bag with venting function during the microwave heating process. In the heating process, steam thereby generated is able to be smoothly discharged from the venting portion without the necessity of tearing an opening on the high-temperature sterilization bag, thereby preventing explosion due to excessive internal pressure within the bag.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE

The aforementioned and further advantages and features of the present disclosure will be understood by reference to the description of the preferred embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings where the components are illustrated based on a proportion for explanation but not subject to the actual component proportion.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the present disclosure provides a high-temperature sterilization bag with venting function, comprising a main body 10. The main body 10 is formed of a first heat-resistant layer 101 and a second heat-resistant layer 102 that are overlapping and sealed. Referring to FIG. 4, the second heat-resistant layer 102 is shown by a dashed line illustrating that the second heat-resistant layer 102 is disposed on the opposite side. The main body 10 is formed of a heat-resistant material and has a containing space 11, a filling port 12 on one end of the main body 10 for filling object therethrough, and at least a venting portion 13 formed in a U shape and disposed on a lateral side of the main body 10. The venting portion 13 has at least three fifths of its volume arranged in the containing space 11.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an arc area of the U-shaped venting portion 13 is located in the containing space 11, facilitating a highly effective and efficient venting function.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a notch of the U-shaped venting portion 13 is not in communication with the containing space 11.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a tear notch 14 is allowed to be disposed on one or both lateral sides of the main body 10, such that the user is able to tear an opening on the main body 10 through the tearing notch 14.

Referring to FIG. 3 in view of FIG. 1, a food ingredient 19 passes through the filling port 12 to be filled into the containing space 11 of the main body 10, and the filling port 12 is heat sealed after the filling operation.

Referring to FIG. 4 in view of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, when the high-temperature sterilization bag with venting function of the present disclosure is to be microwave heated, the main body 10 is allowed to be directly placed in the microwave without the need to tear an opening on the main body 10 first. During the microwave heating process, a part of liquid transforms into gas, and the gas temperature in the containing space 11 increases, such that the volume of the containing space 11 accordingly increases. When the containing space 11 is unable to contain more gas, excessive gas will be discharged through the venting portion 13.

Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, a high-temperature sterilization bag with venting function is provided. The main body 10 is formed of a first heat-resistant layer 101 and a second heat-resistant layer 102 that are overlapping and sealed, with a sealing strip 15 formed on both sides thereof, respectively, wherein at least one of the sealing strips 15 has a tear notch 14, and one of the sealing strips 15 has a perforation 16. The main body 10 has a containing space 11, a filling port 12, and a venting portion 13, wherein the containing space 11 is not in communication with the perforation 16, the filling port 12 is disposed on one end of the main body 10, and the venting portion 13 is located on the side surface of the main body 10. The venting portion 13 has at least three fifths of its volume arranged in the containing space 11. The venting portion 13 protrudes toward one side of the main body 10. A sealing area 17 is formed in an area neighboring the venting portion 13 and the sealing strip 15 and arranged in adjacent to the perforation 16, wherein the sealing area 17 is not in communication with the containing space 11. The main body 10 comprises a through hole 18 on the top part. The difference between FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 lies in that the venting portion 13 in FIG. 5 is formed in an approximate cone shape, and the venting portion 13 in FIG. 6 is formed in an approximate rectangular shape.

With the foregoing configuration, the present disclosure achieves following advantages.

A highly effective venting structure is achieved. The main body 10 has the U-shaped venting portion 13 on a lateral side thereof, and the venting portion 13 has at least three fifths of its volume arranged in the containing space 11, so as to ensure an effective and efficient venting function. When the pressure within the main body 10 increases, the excessive gas will be discharged through the venting portion 13, thereby preventing the main body 10 from burst and maintaining the stability of the main body 10.

False vacuum is avoided. By providing a perforation 16 allowing inflow and outflow of gas, a pressure equilibrium is achieved during the overlapping sealing process of the first heat-resistant layer 101 and the second heat-resistant layer 102, so as to prevent the distortion or deformation between the first heat-resistant layer 101 and the second heat-resistant layer 102. Also, formation of bubbles during the sealing process is reduced, so as to ensure the sealing integrity between the first heat-resistant layer 101 and the second heat-resistant layer 102, improving the sealing quality.

The present disclosure is microwave heating friendly. When the present disclosure is to undergo microwave heating, the user does not have to tear an opening on the main body 10. During the microwave heating process, the main body 10 will expand, and when there is excessive gas, the excessive gas will be discharged through the venting portion 13, ensuring the safety of the heating process.

The present disclosure is heat-resistant. The main body 10 is formed of heat-resistant material, so as to be heat-resistant.

The filling port 12 facilitates convenience of usage. The main body 10 comprises a filling port 12 on one end thereof, so that the food ingredients 19 or other objects are filled into the containing space 11. After the filling process, the filling port 12 is allowed to be heat sealed, ensuring the sealing integrity and hygiene.

The disclosure has the tear notch 14 facilitating convenience of usage. The main body 10 comprises the tear notch 14 on one or both lateral sides thereof, allowing the user to easily tear an opening therethrough on the main body 10 for taking out the food ingredients 19 therein or for subsequent processing.

Although particular embodiments of the disclosure have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure. Accordingly, the disclosure is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
