DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The specific details of the single embodiment or variety of embodiments described herein are to the described product and methods of use. Any specific detail of the embodiments are used for demonstration purposes only. No unnecessary limitations or inferences are to be understood from there.

It is noted that the embodiments reside primarily in combination of components and procedures related to the product. Accordingly, the product's components have been represented where appropriate by conventional symbols in the drawings, showing only those specific details that are pertinent to understanding the embodiments of the present disclosure so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having the benefit of the description herein.

In general, the embodiments disclosed herein reveal a cosmetics applicator which can be used to efficiently apply makeup cosmetics to the skin of the user. In particular, the cosmetics applicator is used to apply a plurality of makeup cosmetics to the user's face. The cosmetics applicator is constructed as a facemask to conform to the user's facial contours and structure, such that it can be easily and efficiently applied to the face during the cosmetics application process.

The disclosed cosmetics applicator may include perforated dots, 120 total dots on a mask layer, which are pre-coated with high-quality makeup products, placed precisely on the intended areas of the facemask for a professional looking result. The dots help distribute the makeup's products evenly and precisely, ensuring a flawless finish, when blended onto the face.

The cosmetics applicator is incredibly convenient for individuals on-the-go, busy professionals, travel enthusiasts or makeup beginners. Additionally, the facemask is timeless, designed to appeal to all ages and skin tones.

The facemask features a unique perforated design with small (0.08 mm) dots (120 total dots) throughout its surface, which are pre-coated with high quality concealer, foundation, blush, contour, and highlighter, or any combination or subcombination of the same. When applied to the face, the mask evenly distributes these makeup products to the face, resulting in a flawless, professional finish when blended, enhancing natural beauty.

The mask is designed in one full face piece with cut-outs for the eyes, nose and mouth area. There are four one inch slits on the mask for a universal fit. Two slits on the right side of mask and two slits on the left side to accompany all face shapes and sizes. The mask, when applied to the face, adheres to the skin and delivers the makeup in a professional distribution for blending with precision. The concealer, foundation, blush, contour, and highlighter are all pre-set to the mask's surface, making it easy to achieve a professional blended makeup look. Upon removal of the mask from face, the concealer, foundation, blush, contour, and highlighter (such as but not limited to) remain on the skin and may be subsequently spread, blended, or brushed to desired look. The face mask/cosmetics applicator may then be discarded or recycled.

The mask's unique design allows for a quick and convenient makeup application process, eliminating the need for multiple makeup products. The mask's pre-coated makeup products work together to even out skin tone, highlight facial features, and create a sculpted, radiant look.

The facemask may be well-suited for those who are short on time or prefer a simplified beauty routine. The facemask is also ideal for makeup amateurs and those who want to achieve a professional-looking makeup application without the hassle and expense of buying multiple products. The mask is appropriate for all skin tones ranging from light to medium to dark.

FIG. 1 depicts a cosmetics applicator 100 including a facemask layer 102 defining a first eye-shaped cut-out 104, a second eye-shaped cutout 106, a nose cut-out 108, a mouth cut-out 110, and a plurality of contouring embedments 112a, 112b,112c,112d designed for facilitating contouring, specific and professional precision of the facemask layer 102 to a user's face.

FIG. 2 depicts the cosmetics applicator 100 including the facemask layer 102 first eye-shaped cut-out 104, a second eye-shaped cut-out 106, a nose cut-out 108, a mouth cut-out 110, and a plurality of contouring embedments 112 are designed to facilitate contouring and offer a professional and/or precise application of makeup from the mask layer 102 to the user's face. A plurality of makeup products 114 are deposited into the plurality of precise perforations (120 total dots) 116 such as but not limited to, concealer, foundation, blush, contour, and highlighter. These cosmetics may be disposed on the mask layer 102 as a number of droplet patterns (32 dots of concealer, 32 dots for contour, 12 dots of blush, 34 dots of foundation, 12 dots of highlighter) 120, 122, 124, 126, and 128. Droplet patterns (0.8 cm) 120, 122, 124, 126, and 128 may be defined as a plurality of cosmetics products 150 on a user's face. When the cosmetics applicator is applied to the face and is gently pressed onto the skin with fingertips, the result is the transfer of concealer, foundation, blush, highlights, and contour onto the face to the correct facial areas depositing the crafted makeup onto skin. Then mask is removed and discarded.

The perforated dots 116 have been labeled a single time on the drawings. However, it is to be understood that a plurality of perforated dots 116 are provided on the facemask layer 102 which each may receive a cosmetic thereon. The perforated dots 116 may be provided in various configurations and different cosmetic applicators. 100 may have varying patterns of perforated dots 116 depending on the desired appearance created by the cosmetics applied to the facemask layer 102. For example, a simple makeup scheme may require less perforated dots 116 compared to more complex schemes.

In some embodiments, the plurality of contour cut-outs 112 include a first contour cut-out 112a, a second contour cut-out 112b, a third contour cut-out 112c, and a fourth contour cut-out 112d each corresponding to a top right corner 210, a top left corner 220, a bottom right corner 230, and a bottom left corner 240.

The facemask layer 102 has a first side 160 and a second side opposing the first side 160. The first side 160 receives the plurality of cosmetic products such that the cosmetic products are transferred to the user's face when it comes in contact with the first side 160. The second side does not receive cosmetics and provides a clean surface for the user to handle, such that the cosmetics are not disturbed during the application process. During use, the user will remove the cosmetics applicator 100 from the packaging and hold up to face in alignment, looking through the eye holes of mask. Next, apply the cosmetics applicator's first side 160, in alignment over the face (or other person's face), looking through eye holes of mask. Gently press the mask to face with fingertips transferring the cosmetic products onto skin. In some embodiments, the cosmetic products are instantly transferred to the user's face upon contact with the first side 160.

In reference to FIG. 4, the cosmetics applicator 100 is provided in a vacuum sealed packaging 400. The package is hermetically vacuumed sealed to preserve the integrity of the cosmetics contained therein. The packaging 400 may include various labels and marketing information to describe the type of cosmetics which are included in the particular package.400. This allows the user to readily and efficiently identify the type of cosmetics which will be applied by the cosmetics applicator 100 contained within the packaging.
