Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a bridge structure design of a belt buckle, and more particularly to a bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Belt buckles are a popular daily necessity. The present inventor has made some research in this field in the past. For example, U.S. Patent US20190082796A1 solves the problem of self-locking belt buckles being too tight and difficult to unlock, and creates convenient tightness adjustment by pressing. U.S. Pat. No. 10,624,425B2 emphasizes use of an elastic element to drive a pawl to move up and down to achieve the purpose of firmly engaging the toothed belt, thereby simplifying the unlocking operation. U.S. Patent US20240057726A1 proposes a press-type structure to make belt adjustment more intuitive and labor-saving.

However, there are still many types of defects that need to be improved found on belt buckles available in the market, such as too many components, poor durability of elastic elements, and complicated operation steps. At the same time, there are also users who pursue diverse and beautiful appearance designs. Therefore, the present inventor continues to study market feedback and opinions, and through an innovative bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle, combined with dual design of spring-based position restoration function and bridges, a more intuitive, convenient and stable fixing method is provided, which also achieves the advantages of shape changeability, making it both beautiful and diversified, effectively solving many problems and improvements in traditional structures.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle, which mainly utilizes a bridge in combination with an elastic force of a spring and a raised pawl to press and push against a belt, so as to make adjustment of tightness of the belt more quickly and stably, and avoid accidental touching, mainly comprising a belt buckle seat, a first bridge, and a decorative panel control. The first bridge is pivotally arranged at a center of the belt buckle seat for rotation adjustment. The first bridge comprises the raised pawl, and a spring is arranged between the first bridge and the belt buckle seat for elastic position restoration of the first bridge and the raised pawl. The decorative panel control is connected to one side of the belt buckle seat, and is provided, on the other side, with a second bridge. When a belt extends through the second bridge and the first bridge to an appropriate position, the spring drives the first bridge for position restoration and the raised pawl presses and pushes against and thus fix the belt. To adjust or remove the belt, the first bridge is pushed to make the raised pawl move downward to a non-pressing state, and the belt can then be adjusted smoothly.

The present invention also provides a bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle, which comprises a belt buckle seat, a decorative panel control, a first bridge, a second bridge, and an auxiliary bridge. The decorative panel control is pivotally arranged at a center of the belt buckle seat and has two ends in which the second bridge and the auxiliary bridge are arranged, with a limiting groove arranged between the two. The first bridge is pivotally arranged on two sides of a convex portion on an outside of the belt buckle seat for being linked with a spring in the belt buckle seat to press and push against the raised pawl. An arc-shaped portion is provided on an edge of the first bridge to cooperate with the convex portion to enable the first bridge to rotate smoothly within a specific angle. To adjust the tightness of the belt, the first bridge is pushed and rotated to release the fixing of the belt by the raised pawl, so as to facilitate subsequent operation of adjustment. After the adjustment is completed, the spring restores in position to resume fixing. By adding the auxiliary bridge to the decorative panel control that is connected to the belt buckle seat, the first bridge, and the second bridge, the position of the pressing and triggering the raised pawl can be changed, making the appearance or mechanism design more flexible and maintaining the purpose of smooth belt adjustment.

The present invention further provides a bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle, which comprises a main limiting frame, a decorative panel control, and a connecting seat. One side of the main limiting frame is provided with a main first bridge for a belt to extend therethrough and the other side is provided with a connecting portion for connection with the connecting seat. The decorative panel control is used to control the tightness of a belt, and comprises a main shaft rod and a main shaft rod raised pawl. A spring is provided on a bottom of the raised pawl. The decorative panel control is arranged inside a limiting groove of the main limiting frame. The connecting seat is used to fix the main limiting frame and is provided, on one side thereof, with a pivoting portion for connection with the main shaft rod and is also provided, on the other side thereof, with a positioning groove for positioning the connecting portion, and a connecting groove is provided on an upper side thereof for connection with the connecting portion. A positioning member is embedded in the positioning groove, and the main limiting frame is completely fixed to the connecting seat and also forms a main second bridge is formed on the side opposite to the main first bridge, so that a wearer can push horizontally and control the decorative panel control to drive the main shaft rod raised pawl to cooperate with ratchet on the buckle for pressing and positioning, making the adjustment of tightness of the belt between the main first bridge and the main second bridge easier and more stable.

Thus, for the bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle provided in the present invention, the user only needs to push the bridge to rotate, in order to drive the raised pawl to disengage from the belt, and to restore position by means of an elastic force of a spring, so that the adjustment of tightness of the belt tension is made easy and convenient. The decorative panel control can also be provided with different patterns to enhance the overall aesthetics. The present invention is applicable to various belts (such as ratchet belts, leather belts, canvas belts, and nylon belts), without being limited by materials, so as to expand the scope of application thereof.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention provides a bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle (FIGS. 1-6), which comprises: a belt buckle seat (10), of which a center is pivotally connected with a first bridge (11) that is rotatable for adjustment. A raised pawl (111) extends from the first bridge (11). A spring (112) is arranged between the raised pawl (111) and the belt buckle seat (10) for elastic position restoration of the first bridge (11) and the raised pawl (111). The material of the spring (112) can be changed (such as rubber and elastic plastic). Additional arrangements for combination of the spring (112) and the raised pawl (111) with a belt (40) may refer to the ratchet types in FIGS. 15-16, in order to realize that the usable types of the belt (40) are wider, and thus, using the elastic position restoration of the spring (112) can achieve effective fixation.

A decorative panel control (20) is connected to one side of the belt buckle seat (10), and a second bridge (21) is provided on the other side. When the belt (40) extends through the second bridge (21) and the first bridge (11) to an appropriate position, the spring (112) drives the first bridge (11) to restore position, and the raised pawl (111) presses against the belt (40) for fixing. To adjust or remove the belt (40), the first bridge (11) is pushed so that the raised pawl (111) is caused to move downward to a non-pressing state, and the belt (40) can then be smoothly adjusted, thereby improving the convenience of operation. The decorative panel control (20) can be changed with a decorative pattern or added with an ergonomic curved surface to further enhance the comfortableness of operation.

First additional embodiment (FIG. 7): The belt buckle seat (10) is pivotally connected, at one side adjacent to an edge thereof, to a first bridge (11), and a raised pawl (111) extends from the first bridge (11), and a spring (112) is arranged between the raised pawl (111) and the belt buckle seat (10) to provide elastic position restoration of the first bridge (11) and the raised pawl (111) (the structure being the same as the previous example). One side of the decorative panel control (20) is provided with an auxiliary bridge (30) connected to the center of the belt buckle seat (10), and the other side is provided with a second bridge (21). To adjust the tightness of the belt (40), the first bridge (11) is pushed and rotated to release the fixing of the belt (40) by the raised pawl (111), so as to facilitate the subsequent operation of adjustment. After completion, the spring (112) restores the position to fix.

Second additional embodiment (FIGS. 8-10): The decorative panel control (20) is pivotally arranged at the center of the belt buckle seat (10) and is provided, on the inner sides of two ends thereof, with a second bridge (21) and an auxiliary bridge (30) respectively, with a limiting groove (22) arranged therebetween. The first bridge (11) is pivotally arranged on two sides of a convex portion (100) on an outside of the belt buckle seat (10) and in driving coupling with the spring (112) arranged in the interior of the belt buckle seat (10) to press against the raised pawl (111). The material of the spring (112) can be changed (rubber or elastic plastic), and the thickness of the limiting groove (22) is greater than the thickness of the first bridge (11). An arc-shaped portion (110) is provided on an edge of the first bridge (11) to cooperate with the convex portion (100) to enable the first bridge (11) to rotate smoothly within a specific angle. To adjust the tightness of the belt (40), the first bridge (11) is pushed and rotated to release the fixing of the belt (40) by the raised pawl (111), so as to facilitate the subsequent operation of adjustment. After completion, the spring (112) restores in position to resume fixing.

Third additional embodiment (FIG. 11): The middle of the decorative panel control (20) has a modified shape, while the remaining of the structure is unchanged. Fourth additional embodiment (FIG. 12): The position of the limiting groove (22) is different. Through adjusting the position of the limiting groove (22), the position where the belt (40) extends through the decorative panel control (20) can be used with different shapes and sizes, and the center of gravity of the belt (40) can obtain the best balance point when the belt (40) is fixed. Fifth additional embodiment (FIG. 13): The decorative panel control (20) is further provided with a third bridge (50) which is arranged in parallel with the second bridge (21) so as to modify the strength that the raised pawl (111) press against and connect with the belt (40). Since the third bridge (50) and the second bridge (21) are lower than the raised pawl (111), the pressing force of the raised pawl (111) is more powerful, and the inner side of the decorative panel control (20) can be designed in full plate to hide the belt (40), also achieving the purpose of shape modification.

Sixth additional embodiment (FIGS. 14-16): a main limiting frame (70) is provided, which is provided with a limiting groove (71) at a center thereof, and the main limiting frame (70) is provided, on one side thereof, with a main first bridge (72) and is also provided, on the other side thereof, with a connecting portion (73), and the first bridge (72) is provided for a belt (40) to extend therethrough.

The decorative panel control (20) comprises a main shaft rod (80) and a decorative panel portion (83). A main shaft rod raised pawl (81) extends from the main shaft rod (80). A spring (112) is arranged on a bottom of the raised pawl (81). The main shaft rod raised pawl (81) can also be replaced with a material having resistance characteristics to press against the belt (40) in order to adapt to different types of belts (40). The decorative panel control (20) is arranged inside the limiting groove (22), and the width of the decorative panel control (20) is smaller than the width of the limiting groove (22), so as to ensure that the elastic force of the spring (112) is sufficient to drive the decorative panel control (20) to adjust operation, and a pattern can be attached to the decorative panel control (20) by means of engraving, printing, and three-dimensional modeling.

One side of a connecting seat (75) is provided with a pivoting portion (76) for connection with the main shaft rod (80), and the other side is provided with a positioning groove (77), and a connecting groove (79) is provided on an upper side thereof for connection with the connecting portion (73). A positioning member (78) is embedded in the positioning groove (77), and the main limiting frame (70) is completely fixed to the connecting seat (75) and also forms a main second bridge (74) on the opposite side of the main first bridge (71), so that a wearer can push horizontally and control the decorative panel control (20) to drive the main shaft rod raised pawl (81). Specifically, the main shaft rod raised pawl (81) cooperates with a ratchet (41) of the belt (40) for pressing and positioning, so as to make adjustment of tightness of the belt (40) between the main first bridge (72) and the main second bridge (74) easier and more stable.

In summary, compared with general belt buckles, the present invention utilizes an integrated and linked arrangement of a bridge and a raised pawl to reduce the number of parts and reduce the complexity of design, thereby forming a belt buckle with a simple structure, convenient operation, and diversification of appearance, which meets the needs of fashion and functionality, and improves the smoothness of the adjustment operation through the arrangement of auxiliary bridge, greatly improving the durability.

Claims

I claim:

1. A bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle, comprising: a belt buckle seat; a first bridge, which is arranged on the belt buckle seat in a rotatable manner, a raised pawl extending from the first bridge for pressing against a belt; a spring, which is arranged between the raised pawl and the belt buckle seat for providing elastic bias of the raised pawl toward the belt; and a decorative panel control, which is connected to one side of the belt buckle seat, the other side of the decorative panel control being provided with a second bridge for providing guidance when the belt is inserted, wherein through rotation of the first bridge, the raised pawl is caused to disengage from pressing against the belt, thereby achieving adjustment of the belt.

2. The bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle according to claim 1, wherein the decorative panel control is provided, on one side thereof, with an auxiliary bridge, the auxiliary bridge being connected to and arranged at a center of the belt buckle seat; and the decorative panel control is provided, on the other side thereof, with a second bridge, the second bridge providing guidance for insertion of the belt; and the first bridge is arranged on one side of the belt buckle seat adjacent to an edge thereof in a rotatable manner, and the raised pawl is caused to release a state of pressing against and fixing the belt by pushing and moving the first bridge, so as to perform an adjustment operation on the belt.

3. A bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle, comprising: a belt buckle seat, of which a center is pivotally connected to a decorative panel control, a second bridge and an auxiliary bridge being respectively provided on inner sides of two ends of the decorative panel control, and a limiting groove being provided between the second bridge and the auxiliary bridge; a first bridge, which is pivotally provided on two sides of a convex portion on outside of the belt buckle seat, the first bridge being operable to drive a spring arranged in the belt buckle seat to press against a raised pawl, an arc-shaped portion being provided on an edge of the first bridge, the arc-shaped portion cooperating with the convex portion to enable smooth rotation of the first bridge within a specific angle, so that to adjust tightness of a belt, the first bridge is pushed and rotated to allow the raised pawl to release a fixed state of the belt, and when the adjustment is completed, the spring restores position to fix.

4. The bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle according to claim 3, wherein a thickness of the limiting groove is greater than a thickness of the first bridge.

5. The bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle according to claim 3, wherein the decorative panel control is further provided with a third bridge, the third bridge being arranged in parallel with the second bridge.

6. A bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle, comprising: a main limiting frame, which is provided with a main limiting groove at a center thereof, the main limiting frame having one side that is provided with a first bridge and the other side provided with a connecting portion, the main first bridge being provided for extension of a belt; a decorative panel control, which comprises a main shaft rod and a decorative panel portion, a main shaft rod raised pawl extending from the main shaft rod, a spring being arranged on a bottom of the main shaft rod, the decorative panel control being arranged in the main limiting groove; a connecting seat, which has one side that is provided with a pivoting portion for connection with the main shaft rod and the other side provided with a positioning groove, a connecting groove being provided on an upper side of the connecting seat for connection with the connecting portion, a positioning member being embedded in the positioning groove, the main limiting frame being completely fixed to the connecting seat and also forming a main second bridge on one side opposite to the main first bridge, so that a wearer is allowed to take a horizontally pushing measure to control the decorative panel control to drive the main shaft rod raised pawl cooperating with multiple ratchet teeth arranged on a belt for pressing and positioning, so as to make adjustment of tightness of the belt between the main first bridge and the main second bridge easy and stable.

7. The bridge-adjustment fixing belt buckle according to claim 6, wherein a width of the decorative panel control is less than a width of the limiting groove to ensure that an elastic force provided by the spring is sufficient to drive the decorative panel control for adjustment operation.
