The present disclosure claims the priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202421518934.X filed on Jun. 28, 2024 before CNIPA. All the above are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety.
The present application relates to the field of glue bottles, and particularly relates to a glue bottle with a brush.
When using glue, due to the difficulty in controlling the amount dispensed, it is typically equipped with a glue brush, as disclosed in the patent with publication No. CN217101201U. However, in conventional glue bottles, a lid and a bottle are usually directly connected by a threaded connection or a snap-fit connection. Such a structure is relatively simple, and the sealing performance is limited, leading to leakage at the interface; additionally, the glue inside the bottle tends to volatilize, resulting in the formation of white residue. Therefore, there is a need for a glue bottle with improved sealing performance.
An objective of the present disclosure is to address the deficiencies of the prior art, which provides a glue bottle with a brush.
The present disclosure adopts the following technical solutions to address the aforementioned issues.
A glue bottle with a brush, including a lid and a bottle, wherein a side of the lid is detachably connected to the bottle, the lid is internally provided with a connecting handle, an end portion of the connecting handle is provided with the brush; a bottle mouth end surface of the bottle is provided with a groove structure; and the lid is internally provided with a protruding annular structure corresponding to the groove structure of the bottle mouth.
Further, an end portion of the annular structure proximate to the bottle is formed as a rounded corner.
Further, a side wall of the groove structure proximate to an axis of the bottle is formed as an inclined surface, and an end portion of the side wall proximate to the lid tilts toward the axis of the bottle.
Further, a height of the side wall of the groove structure proximate to the axis of the bottle is greater than a height of the side wall remote from the axis of the bottle.
Further, the brush is made of PET material.
Further, the bottle includes an inner bottle body and an outer bottle body, the inner bottle body having two open ends; the outer bottle body has an open side for connecting to the inner bottle body, and the inner bottle body is detachably disposed inside the outer bottle body; a bottom of an inner side of the outer bottle body is provided with a snap-fit protrusion corresponding to the inner bottle body, the snap-fit protrusion engages with a bottom of the inner bottle body; the groove structure on the bottle is disposed on the inner bottle body of the bottle.
Further, a portion of an inner side surface of the outer bottle body proximate to the open side is provided with a first snap-fit structure; and an outer side surface of the inner bottle body is provided with a second snap-fit structure corresponding to the first snap-fit structure.
Further, the lid includes an inner lid and an outer lid; the inner lid is detachably disposed inside the outer lid; the annular structure on the lid is disposed on the inner lid of the lid.
Further, the inner lid and the outer lid are connected by a snap-fit connection.

It should also be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are merely schematic illustrations of the basic concept of the present disclosure. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a glue bottle with a brush includes a lid 1 and a bottle 2. A side of the lid 1 is detachably connected to the bottle 2. In this embodiment, the bottle 2 and the lid 1 are connected by a snap-fit, in which the lid 1 is directly snapped onto the bottle mouth of the bottle 2. The lid 1 is internally provided with a connecting handle 13, and an end portion of the connecting handle 13 is provided with the brush. The bottle mouth end surface of the bottle 2 is provided with a groove structure 23. The lid 1 is internally provided with a protruding annular structure 14 corresponding to the groove structure 23 of the bottle in mouth. The brush is made of PET material, which has stable chemical properties and does not react with various types of glue, thereby facilitating glue storage. When the lid 1 is opened, the lid 1 is separated from the bottle 2 until the brush is detached from the bottle 2. At this time, the brush dipped with a certain amount of glue is applied to objects requiring adhesion, evenly distributing the glue over the bonding area.
The end portion of the annular structure 14 proximate to the bottle 2 is formed as a rounded corner, allowing the protruding annular structure 14 on the lid 1 to be smoothly inserted into the groove structure 23 to form a seal.
The side wall of the groove structure 23 proximate to the axis of the bottle 2 is formed as an inclined surface, and an end portion of the side wall proximate to the lid 1 tilts toward the axis of the bottle 2, allowing the lid 1 to gradually form and enhance sealing performance when being pressed downward to engage with the bottle 2.
A height of the side wall of the groove structure 23 proximate to the axis of the bottle 2 is greater than a height of the side wall remote from the axis of the bottle 2, ensuring sealing performance while effectively preventing glue from entering the groove structure 23.
The bottle 2 includes an inner bottle body 21 and an outer bottle body 22. The inner bottle body 21 has two open ends, and an interior of the inner bottle body 21 is configured to store glue. The outer bottle body 22 has an open side for connecting to the inner bottle body 21, and the inner bottle body 21 is detachably disposed inside the outer bottle body 22. A bottom of an inner side of the outer bottle body 22 is provided with a snap-fit protrusion 24 corresponding to the inner bottle body 21, and the snap-fit protrusion 24 engages with a bottom of the inner bottle body 21. It should be noted that in this embodiment, the snap-fit protrusion 24 is formed by an upward protrusion at the bottom of the outer bottle body 22, such that the inner side of the bottom of the outer bottle body 22 has a protruding structure, while the outer side of the bottom of the outer bottle body 22 has a recessed structure. This configuration prevents the outer bottle body 22 from forming low-pressure adhesion when placed on a flat surface, thereby facilitating placement and lifting of the outer bottle body 22. The groove structure 23 on the bottle 2 is disposed on the inner bottle body 21 of the bottle 2. The bottle 2 adopts a nested structure with the inner bottle body 21 and the outer bottle body 22, such that even when the overall thickness of the bottle 2 is substantial, uniform thickness is maintained. Additionally, the bottom of the outer bottle body 22 is provided with the snap-fit protrusion 24 engaging with the inner bottle body 21, achieving snap-fit sealing to prevent glue from leaking between the inner bottle body 21 and the outer bottle body 22. A portion of the inner side surface of the outer bottle body 22 proximate to the open side is provided with a first snap-fit structure 25; and the outer side surface of the inner bottle body 21 is provided with a second snap-fit structure 26 corresponding to the first snap-fit structure 25, further enhancing the connection between the inner bottle body 21 and the outer bottle body 22. In this embodiment, both the first snap-fit structure 25 and the second snap-fit structure 26 are annular protruding structures.
The lid 1 includes an inner lid 11 and an outer lid 12; the inner lid 11 is detachably disposed inside the outer lid 12; and the annular structure 14 on the lid 1 is disposed on the inner lid 11 of the lid 1. The inner lid 11 and the outer lid 12 are connected by a snap-fit connection. The outer side surface of the outer lid 12 smoothly transitions into the outer side surface of the outer bottle body 22. An inner wall of the outer lid 12 is provided with a recessed annular groove, and an outer edge of a bottom of the inner lid 11 is provided with a protrusion corresponding to the annular groove, in which the two interlock to achieve a snap-fit connection between the inner lid 11 and the outer lid 12.
To prevent rotation of the inner bottle body 21 inside the outer bottle body 22 during their snap-fit engagement, intermeshing toothed structures are further provided between the inner bottle body 21 and the outer bottle body 22; similarly, intermeshing toothed structures are also provided between the inner lid 11 and the outer lid 12.
An end of the connecting handle 13 is connected to the inner lid 11. In this embodiment, the connecting handle 13 and the inner lid 11 are integrally formed, and an end of the connecting handle 13 distal to the inner lid 11 is provided with a mounting hole for connecting the brush.

A glue bottle with a brush, comprising a lid (1) and a bottle (2), wherein a side of the lid (1) is detachably connected to the bottle (2), the lid (1) is internally provided with a connecting handle (13), an end portion of the connecting handle (13) is provided with the brush; characterized in that a bottle mouth end surface of the bottle (2) is provided with a groove structure (23); and the lid (1) is internally provided with a protruding annular structure (14) corresponding to the groove structure (23) of the bottle mouth.
2. The glue bottle with the brush according to claim 1, wherein an end portion of the annular structure (14) proximate to the bottle (2) is formed as a rounded corner.
3. The glue bottle with the brush according to claim 1, wherein a side wall of the groove structure (23) proximate to an axis of the bottle (2) is formed as an inclined surface, and an end portion of the side wall proximate to the lid (1) tilts toward the axis of the bottle (2).
4. The glue bottle with the brush according to claim 3, wherein a height of the side wall of the groove structure (23) proximate to the axis of the bottle (2) is greater than a height of the side wall remote from the axis of the bottle (2).
5. The glue bottle with the brush according to claim 1, wherein the brush is made of PET material.

The glue bottle with the brush according to claim 1, wherein the bottle (2) comprises an inner bottle body (21) and an outer bottle body (22), the inner bottle body (21) having two open ends; the outer bottle body (22) has an open side for connecting to the inner bottle body (21), and the inner bottle body (21) is detachably disposed inside the outer bottle body (22); a bottom of an inner side of the outer bottle body (22) is provided with a snap-fit protrusion (24) corresponding to the inner bottle body (21), the snap-fit protrusion (24) engages with a bottom of the inner bottle body (21); the groove structure (23) on the bottle (2) is disposed on the inner bottle body (21) of the bottle (2).
7. The glue bottle with the brush according to claim 6, wherein a portion of an inner side surface of the outer bottle body (22) proximate to the open side is provided with a first snap-fit structure (25); and an outer side surface of the inner bottle body (21) is provided with a second snap-fit structure (26) corresponding to the first snap-fit structure (25).
8. The glue bottle with the brush according to claim 6, wherein the lid (1) comprises an inner lid (11) and an outer lid (12); the inner lid (11) is detachably disposed inside the outer lid (12); the annular structure (14) on the lid (1) is disposed on the inner lid (11) of the lid (1).
9. The glue bottle with the brush according to claim 8, wherein the inner lid (11) and the outer lid (12) are connected by a snap-fit connection.
10. The glue bottle with the brush according to claim 1, wherein an outer side surface of the lid (1) and an outer side surface of the bottle (2) smoothly transition into each other.
