CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This is a U. S. patent application which claims the priority and benefit of Chinese Patent Application Number 202421558940.8, filed on July 3, 2024, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of luggage cases, and in particular to a luggage case with a rapidly installed structure.

BACKGROUND

Luggage cases are common tools for travel and include zipper-style and frame-lock luggage cases for easy opening and closing. For a common zipper-type luggage case, a soft rubber material is mainly connected outside a case shell, then a zipper is sewn, and an inner lining is also required to be sewn or fastened, which requires more manual labor for production and features a low automation degree and low production efficiency.

SUMMARY

To overcome shortcomings in the prior art, the present invention is intended to provide a luggage case with a rapidly installed structure, which has a snap-fit structure to facilitate assembly of the luggage case.

The luggage case with a rapidly installed structure provided in the present invention includes a first case body, a second case body, and a first zipper, and further includes a first fastened frame, a first connecting ring, a second fastened frame, a second connecting ring, and a bent joint. The first fastened frame is connected to the first case body by providing a first clamping groove, the second fastened frame is connected to the second case body by providing a first clamping groove, and the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame are integrally formed through injection molding.

The first connecting ring and the second connecting ring are respectively firmly bonded with second clamping grooves disposed in the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame, the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring form first extension ends, and two pull belts of the first zipper are respectively firmly connected to two first extension ends.

The bent joint is disposed in the middle of a side edge of the first case body and in the middle of a side edge of the second case body separately, so that the first case body is bendably connected relative to the second case body.

Preferably, the first extension ends are L-shaped or V-shaped with an inclination.

Preferably, the luggage case is further provided with a third connecting ring and a fourth connecting ring, a second extension end is formed on each of the third connecting ring and the fourth connecting ring, third clamping grooves are respectively formed in the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame and arranged in opposite directions, the third connecting ring is firmly bonded with the third clamping groove in the first fastened frame, and the fourth connecting ring is firmly bonded with the third clamping groove in the second fastened frame.

Preferably, ribs are respectively disposed in the middle of the second grooves and the third grooves of the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame.

Preferably, engagement parts are respectively disposed in the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame.

Preferably, the bent joint is firmly connected to the first case body and the second case body and includes two accommodating parts, and the accommodating parts are adapted to a groove plate of the first clamping groove.

Preferably, limiting buffer parts are formed on the bent joint, and the limiting buffer parts protrude from two ends of the bent joint.

Preferably, the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame are assembled with two fastened rings and are then installed on the first case body and the second case body, and form closed points along the two case bodies, and the closed points are located under the coverage of the bent joint.

Compared with the conventional technologies, the present invention has the following beneficial effects.

1. In the luggage case with a rapidly installed structure provided in the present invention, the zipper is firmly connected to the fastened frame through the connecting ring.

2. In the luggage case with a rapidly installed structure provided in the present invention, the bent joint is disposed, so that a case body hinged structure is not required. In addition, the limiting buffer part plays roles of limitation and buffering when the case body is opened, and a soft rubber fastened part is directly installed on the case body, to prevent the decreasing of a case body connection strength after the fastened frame is added.

3. In the luggage case with a rapidly installed structure provided in the present invention, the engagement part is disposed, so that the first case body and the second case body can be directly aligned when closed and are not easily misaligned, which improves use comfort.

4. In the luggage case with a rapidly installed structure provided in the present invention, the connecting ring and the second clamping grooves are disposed to allow the zipper to be snapped through the connecting ring, and the connecting ring is bent into a shape appropriate for the case body and then installed on the case body, which is easy to install and suitable for automatic assembly and production.

5. In the luggage case with a rapidly installed structure provided in the present invention, the third clamping groove and a corresponding fastened coil are disposed, to further firmly connect the inner lining, and then the inner lining is installed on the case body in the same process, which improves the production efficiency of the luggage case.

It is clear that the described embodiments are merely some rather than all of embodiments of this application. Generally, components of embodiments of this application described and shown in the accompanying drawings herein may be arranged and designed in various configurations.

Therefore, the following detailed descriptions of the embodiments of this application provided in the accompanying drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the claimed application, but merely to represent selected embodiments of this application. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on embodiments of this application without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of this application.

It should be noted that similar mark numbers and letters indicate similar terms in the drawings below, so that once an item is defined in a drawing, the item does not need to be further defined and explained in subsequent drawings. In addition, all directional indications (such as upper, lower, left, right, front, rear, and bottom......) in this application are only used to explain relative position relationships, motions, and the like between the components under a specific attitude (as shown in the attached drawings). If the specific attitude changes, the directional indications change accordingly. Further, descriptions related to "first", "second", and the like in this application are for descriptive purposes only.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the present invention provides a luggage case with a rapidly installed structure, including a first case body 11, a second case body 12, a first zipper 41, and a connecting component. Connecting ends are formed in the first case body 11 and the second case body 12, and circumferences of the connecting ends limit a first size. The connecting component includes a first fastened frame 21, a second fastened frame 22, a first connecting ring 31, a second connecting ring 32, and a bent joint 5.

The first fastened frame 21 is connected to the first case body 11, the second fastened frame 22 is connected to the second case body 12, the first fastened frame 21 and the second fastened frame 22 are all integrally formed through injection molding and are matched with dimensions of the first case body 11 and the second case body 12. The first fastened frame 21 is connected to the first case body 11 by hot pressing through a first clamping groove 23, and the second fastened frame 22 is connected to a connecting end 13 of the second case body 12 by hot pressing through a second clamping groove 24. The first size limited by a circumference of the connecting end 13 is equal to a second size limited by a circumference of the first fastened frame 21.

In other embodiments not shown, a convex part is formed at the connecting end of the first fastened frame 21, and a concave part is formed in the first clamping groove 23. When the first fastened frame 21 is connected to the first case body 11, the convex part and the concave part play a role of assisting in positioning and installation. The convex part can be arranged in a circle along the fastened frame or arranged at intervals along the fastened frame, and the convex part and the concave part are disposed to correspond to each other along circumference directions. In other embodiments not shown, the concave part can be arranged on the first fastened frame 21, and the convex part can be arranged on the first clamping groove 23, which also play a role of assisting in positioning and installation.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the first zipper 41 includes two pull belts, and the two pull belts are respectively connected to the first fastened frame 21 and the second fastened frame 22 through the first connecting ring 31 and the second connecting ring 32, and are then fastened to the first case body 11 and the second case body 12. Specifically, a second clamping groove 24 is formed in the first fastened frame 21, a first extension end 311 is formed on the first connecting ring 31, the first extension end 311 is firmly bonded with one pull belt, and the other pull belt of the first zipper 41 is connected to the second fastened frame 22 through the first extension end 312 of the second connecting ring 32 in a same way. In other embodiments not shown, the pull belt is firmly connected to the first extension end 311 through sewing.

In terms of the arrangement of the first extension end 311 and the second clamping groove 24, the first extension end 311 of the first connecting ring 31 is limited to an L-shape with a specific inclination, the second clamping groove 24 is an adapted clamping groove, the pull belt is first firmly connected to the first extension end 311 of the first connecting ring 31, and then the first connecting ring 31 is fastened to the second clamping groove 24 by bonding. The first extension end 311 of the second connecting ring 32 is connected to the second clamping groove 24 of the second fastened frame 22 in the same way.

In terms of arrangement of the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring, in other embodiments not shown, the first extension end can be disposed to be in a V-shape with an inclination and form a pull belt gap. After the first pull belt is fastened in the pull belt gap at the first extension end, the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring are respectively bonded and fastened into the second clamping groove.

The luggage case further includes an inner lining. For the connection of the inner lining (not shown in the figure), as shown in FIG. 3, the luggage case further includes a third connecting ring 33 and a fourth connecting ring 34, and two inner linings that are adapted to the first case body and the second case body are firmly connected to the third clamping grooves 25 on the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame respectively through the third connecting ring 33 and the fourth connecting ring 34. Specifically, a second extension end 331 is formed on the third connecting ring 33, the inner lining is in a sewn connection with the third extension end 331, and the third connecting ring 33 is bonded with the third clamping groove 25. Arrangement and installation manners for the fourth connecting ring 34 are the same as arrangement and installation manners for the third connecting ring 33.

For a connection manner for the inner lining and the second extension end, in other embodiments not shown, the inner lining and the second extension end may alternatively be connected by rubber bonding and hot pressing bonding.

As shown in FIG. 4, for the arrangement of the bent joint 5, the bent joint 5 has a specific length and is made of an integral bendable soft rubber material, and includes two accommodating parts 51 and two limiting buffer parts 52 that are symmetrically arranged along an axis, the accommodating part 51 is matched with edges of the first clamping grooves 23 of the first fastened frame 21 and the second fastened frame 22, and the limiting buffer part 52 is firmly connected to the first case body 11 and the second case body 12. The limiting buffer part 52 is positioned at two ends of the bent joint 5, to limit an angle for opening the first case body 11 relative to the second case body 12.

The bent joint connects the first case body 11 and the second case body 12, so that the case bodies are hinged and opened, and a seam formed between the first fastened frame 21 and the second fastened frame 22 is positioned below the bent joint 5 and is covered. In other embodiments not shown, the bent joint may be divided into an upper part and a lower part which are connected by a hinge, thereby achieving a bendable function, and each part can still be separately provided with a hard or soft limiting buffer part.

The first fastened frame 21 and the second fastened frame 22 are also respectively provided with engagement parts 26, and the engagement parts 26 are provided with engagement positioning ends. When the first case body 11 is closed relative to the second case body 12, the engagement positioning ends are engaged with each other to prevent dislocation of the first case body 11 and the second case body 12, and play a supporting role. An upper edge of the engagement part 26 is formed by extending an edge of the second clamping groove 24, and a lower edge of the engagement part 26 is formed by extending an edge of the third clamping groove 25. The engagement positioning ends of the first fastened frame 21 and the second fastened frame 22 are formed into L-shapes, and ribs are further respectively provided in the middle of the second clamping grooves and in the middle of the third clamping grooves of the first fastened frame 21 and the second fastened frame 22, providing strength and reducing used materials.

The specific embodiments of the present invention are described above, and through the above description, the relevant staff can make various changes and modifications within the scope of the present invention without deviating from the technical ideas.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A luggage case with a rapidly installed structure, comprising a first case body, a second case body, and a first zipper, and further comprising a first fastened frame, a first connecting ring, a second fastened frame, a second connecting ring, and a bent joint, characterized in that the first fastened frame is connected to the first case body by providing a first clamping groove, the second fastened frame is connected to the second case body by providing a first clamping groove, and the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame are integrally formed through injection molding;

the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring are respectively firmly bonded with second clamping grooves disposed in the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame, first extension ends are formed on the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring respectively, and two pull belts of the first zipper are respectively firmly connected to the two first extension ends; and

the bent joint is disposed in the middle of a side edge of the first case body and in the middle of a side edge of the second case body separately, so that the first case body is bendably connected relative to the second case body.

2. The luggage case with a rapidly installed structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the first extension ends are L-shaped or V-shaped with an inclination.

3. The luggage case with a rapidly installed structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the luggage case is further provided with a third connecting ring and a fourth connecting ring, a second extension end is formed on each of the third connecting ring and the fourth connecting ring, third clamping grooves are respectively formed in the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame and arranged in opposite directions, the third connecting ring is firmly bonded with the third clamping groove in the first fastened frame, and the fourth connecting ring is firmly bonded with the third clamping groove in the second fastened frame.

4. The luggage case with a rapidly installed structure according to claim 1, characterized in that ribs are respectively disposed in the middle of the second grooves and in the middle of the third grooves of the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame.

5. The luggage case with a rapidly installed structure according to claim 1, characterized in that engagement parts are respectively disposed in the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame.

6. The luggage case with a rapidly installed structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the bent joint is firmly connected to the first case body and the second case body and comprises two accommodating parts, and the accommodating parts are adapted to a groove plate of the first clamping groove.

7. The luggage case with a rapidly installed structure according to claim 1, characterized in that limiting buffer parts are formed on the bent joint, and the limiting buffer parts protrude from two ends of the bent joint.

8. The luggage case with a rapidly installed structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the first fastened frame and the second fastened frame are assembled with two fastened rings and are then installed on the first case body and the second case body, and form closed points along the two case bodies, and the closed points are located under the coverage of the bent joint.
