The present disclosure relates to the technical field of storage devices, and in particular to a detachable support rail for a rack and a rack.
Independent storage units of the rack serve as movable storage devices to classify and store items. The common storage units are usually used with the rack through multi-section slide rails, support plates or support rails. The support rail for the rack is configured to support a bottom of the storage unit, such that the storage unit is placed in the rack movably. The support rail is often designed as a bar component with an L-shaped cross-section. This design provides the bottom support for the storage unit, while ensuring the movement along a fixed direction toward the user. However, the support rail for the storage unit of the rack in existing markets is usually fixed to a rack body by welding or screw fastening. For the welding, the product takes up a large space in the sales package, which is not convenient for transportation and handling, and is prone to damage in the transportation. For the screw fastening, the product is mounted by the user with a tool cumbersomely.
In view of this, to provide an easy-to-mount support rail with a sufficient structural strength and an assorted rack has become a problem to be solved urgently at present.

Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a detachable support rail for a rack. The detachable support rail includes: a support rail body 10 as well as a first connecting portion 20 and a second connecting portion 30 that are respectively disposed at two ends of the support rail body. The detachable support rail may be manufactured by casting, sheet-metal working or injection molding, with a structure integrally molded. The support rail body is configured to support a storage unit.
Referring to FIGS. 2-4, the support rail body 10 includes a bearing surface 110 and a body side 120. The bearing surface 110 and the body side 120 are perpendicular to each other, with cross-sections defining an L-shaped structure. Two ends of the body side 120 are respectively connected to the first connecting portion 20 and the second connecting portion 30. The bearing surface 110 is configured to support a bottom of the storage unit, such that the storage unit can be placed on the rack. The body side 120 is configured to limit a moving direction of the storage unit.
Two ends of the bearing surface 110 are respectively longer than the two ends of the body side 120. An end of the bearing surface 110 close to the second connecting portion 30 extends along a direction coplanar with the bearing surface 110. An end of the bearing surface 110 close to the first connecting portion 20 extends along a direction perpendicular to the bearing surface 110, thereby forming a limiting portion 111. The limiting portion 111 is perpendicular to the bearing surface 110 and the body side 120, and forms a three-sided guard together with the bearing surface 110 and the body side 120.
The first connecting portion 20 includes a support plate 210 and a snap plate 220. The support plate 210 and the snap plate 220 are coplanar. A first angle a is defined between the support plate 210 and the snap plate 220. The first angle a is not equal to 180°, preferably less than 90°. The support plate 210 and the snap plate 220 jointly form a downward hook-shaped structure. The snap plate 220 is hooked to a groove in the rack, such that the first connecting portion 20 is connected to a rack body. The body side 120 is connected to the support plate 210. A third angle c is defined between the body side 120 and the support plate 210. The third angle c is not equal to 180°, preferably 90°. The body side 120 and the support plate 210 are not coplanar. The support plate 210 is bent outward relative to the body side 120 by the third angle c.
The second connecting portion 30 includes a first oblique surface 310 and a second oblique surface 320. A second angle b is defined between the first oblique surface 310 and the second oblique surface 320. The second angle b is not equal to 180°, preferably greater than 90°, more preferably 150°. The body side 120 is connected to the first oblique surface 310. A fourth angle d is defined between the body side 120 and the first oblique surface 310. The fourth angle d is the same as the second angle b. The second connecting portion 30 abuts against an inner wall of a groove in the rack body through the second oblique surface 320, such that the second connecting portion 30 is engaged with the rack body.
In addition, a locating point 121 is disposed on the body side 120. The locating point 121 is disposed near the first connecting portion 20. The locating point 121 is a protruded spherical structure. Through the locating point 121, the first connecting portion 20 and the second connecting portion 30, the support rail body 10 is fixed with the rack body.
Specifically, according to the detachable support rail, different connecting portions are respectively disposed at the two ends of the support rail body 10. Then, under a combined action of the different connecting portions, the support rail body 10 is stably fixed on the rack, simplifying the connection between the support rail and the rack. Meanwhile, with the independent detachable support rail, the packaging space of the rack is optimized, thereby controlling the packaging size, and reducing a risk of damage in transportation.
Referring to FIGS. 5-8, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a rack. The rack includes: a rack body 400 and a support rail 500. The support rail 500 is detachably disposed on the rack body 400. The rack body 400 includes: a base 410 and a main rod 420 located on the base 410. There are at least two main rods 420. The main rod 420 is provided with a first connecting groove 421 or/and a second connecting groove 422. When there are two main rods 420, multiple first connecting grooves 421 are formed in one main rod 420, and second connecting grooves 422 same as the first connecting grooves 421 in quantity are formed correspondingly in the other main rod 420. When there are more than two main rods 420, multiple first connecting grooves 421 are formed in the main rod 420 at a right end. Second connecting grooves 422 same as the first connecting grooves 421 in quantity are formed correspondingly in the main rod 420 at a left end. A left side and a right side of the main rod 420 located in a middle are respectively provided with the first connecting groove 421 and the second connecting groove 422.
The support rail 500 is the same as the detachable support rail in Embodiment 1. The support rail 500 includes: a support rail body 10 as well as a first connecting portion 20 and a second connecting portion 30 that are respectively disposed at two ends of the support rail body. The first connecting portion 20 includes a support plate 210 and a snap plate 220. The support plate 210 and the snap plate 220 are coplanar. A first angle a is defined between the support plate 210 and the snap plate 220. The first angle a is not equal to 180°. The second connecting portion includes a first oblique surface 310 and a second oblique surface 320. A second angle b is defined between the first oblique surface 310 and the second oblique surface 320. The second angle b is not equal to 180°.
The first connecting groove 421 and the second connecting groove 422 each are a rectangular groove. The first connecting groove 421 is snap-fitted with the first connecting portion 20. Specifically, the snap plate 220 is hooked to an edge of the first connecting groove 421, such that the first connecting groove 421 is snap-fitted with the first connecting portion 20. The second connecting groove 422 is engaged with the second connecting portion 30. Specifically, a tail end of the second oblique surface 320 abuts against an inner wall of the second connecting groove 422. A bending structure formed by the first oblique surface 310 and the second oblique surface 320 provides an elastic force for the tail end of the second oblique surface 320, such that the second connecting portion 30 is firmly fixed in the second connecting groove 422, and the second connecting portion 30 is engaged with the rack body 400. A locating groove 423 is further formed in the main rod. A locating point 121 is disposed on the support rail body 10. The locating point 121 is engaged with the locating groove 423.
