Description

BACKGROUND

1. Field

The present general inventive concept relates generally to a bench-press type apparatus, and particularly, to a dumbbell bench.

2. Description of the Related Art

Exercise is focused on targeting muscles and employing correct form, and the act of hoisting heavy dumbbells from the knees to a fixed starting position can be a tedious and challenging task, especially when dealing with heavier weights.

Attempting to do so, without care, can severely increase the likelihood of shoulder and knee injuries.

Therefore, there is a need for an apparatus that aids a person's workout routine as related to the exercise of dumbbell bench pressing.

SUMMARY

The present general inventive concept provides a dumbbell bench.
