DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF THE EMBODIMENTS

A technical solution of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to accompanying drawings and examples.

As illustrated in FIG. 1, a fruit cutting toy of the present disclosure includes a fruit body 1, the fruit body 1 is formed by combining two simulated shells 11, either of the simulated shells 11 is provided with a slicing panel 2, the two simulated shells 11 are connected through the slicing panels 2 in a paired manner, and a magnetic attraction element 3 is arranged in either of the slicing panels 2. The fruit body 1 is split into the two simulated shells 11 along a cutting surface, the slicing panels 2 on the two simulated shells 11 are paired and connected with each other through the magnetic attraction elements 3 in an adsorbed manner, and preferably, the cutting surface is an equal division surface of the fruit body 1. The fruit body 1 can be in the shape of various common fruits such as apples, pears, tomatoes, pineapples, and the like. A child can use the fruit body 1 to simulate fruit cutting scenes, and different fruit bodies 1 enable children to recognize and assemble fruits in pairs, thereby achieving an educational and entertaining effect.

It can be understood that the simulated shells 11 can be either solid or hollow, the solid simulated shells 11 usually enable the slicing panels 2 to be integrally formed, and alternatively, the magnetic attraction element 3 can be formed and arranged between the simulated shell 11 and the slicing panel 2.

The simulated shells 11 of the present disclosure are preferably of a hollow structure, such that the entire simulated shells 11 are soft, thereby avoiding danger arising from children's throwing the fruit body 1 when playing. The slicing panel 2 is configured for sealing an opening of the simulated shell 11, the magnetic attraction element 3 can be pre-assembled on the slicing panel 2, and then the slicing panel 2 is fixedly connected to the simulated shell 11 through a corresponding process.

Specifically, the simulated shell 11 is made of an elastic material, and the simulated shell 11 is fixedly connected to the slicing panel 2 through rubber coating, ultrasonic welding, or adhesive bonding.

The slicing panel 2 is provided with an outer side wall and an inner side wall, the outer side wall and the inner side wall are two opposite side surfaces of the slicing panel 2, and the magnetic attraction element 3 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the slicing panel 2. The slicing panel 2, as a pairing plane of the simulated shell 11, needs to have a smooth surface and a certain thickness, an outer side surface of the slicing panel 2 is the pairing plane, and preferably, the magnetic attraction element 3 is arranged on an inner side surface of the slicing panel 2 and embedded in an inner cavity of the simulated shell 11, to eliminate the possibility that the magnetic attraction element 3 is intentionally removed by a child when playing.

A fixing base 21 is arranged on the inner side wall of the slicing panel 2, the fixing base 21 is provided with a notch 22, and the magnetic attraction element 3 is mounted in the notch 22 in an embedded manner. The fixing base 21 encloses the magnetic attraction element 3 through the notch 22, and the fixing base 21 is usually arranged around a center of the slicing panel 2, such that the two simulated shells 11 remain more stable and firm after connection in a paired manner. The fixing base 21 enables the magnetic attraction element 3 to be positioned and fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the slicing panel 2, and alternatively, the magnetic attraction element 3 can be mounted on the slicing panel 2 through the rubber coating or molding.

The magnetic attraction element 3 includes a magnet, the magnet is fixed in the notch 22, and the same magnetic attraction element 3 can be used for the two simulated shells 11, that is, through two magnets, the two simulated shells 11 can be connected to each other in an adsorbed manner. Alternatively, a different magnetic attraction element 3 can be used for the two simulated shells 11, that is, the magnetic attraction element 3 includes a magnet and a magnetizer, where the magnet is arranged on one of the slicing panels 2 and the magnetizer is arranged on the other slicing panel 2.

Either of the simulated shells 11 is of a hollow structure, an opening is formed at one end of the simulated shell 11, and the slicing panel 2 is fixedly arranged at the opening end of the simulated shell 11. The hollow simulated shell 11 attracts children to play due to a better hand feeling, and the slicing panel 2 seals the opening end of the simulated shell 11, such that the magnetic attraction element 3 can be embedded in the simulated shell 11, thereby eliminating the possibility that the magnetic attraction element 3 is intentionally removed by a child when playing.

A step 12 is arranged at the opening end of the simulated shell 11, and the step 12 is provided with a glue filling groove 13; and the slicing panel 2 is arranged in the opening end of the simulated shell 11 in an embedded manner such that an edge of the slicing panel 2 is connected with the step 12 in a paired manner. The step 12 is configured for positioning the slicing panel 2, such that the outer side surface of the slicing panel 2 is flush with the opening end of the simulated shell 11, and the glue filling groove 13 is configured for filling glue such that the slicing panel 2 is fixedly connected to the simulated shell 11.

A plurality of ledges 15 are arranged on the step 12, and the plurality of ledges 15 are arranged around a vertical central axis of the simulated shell 11 at an equiangular interval. The ledges 15 and the step 12 are integrally arranged on an inner wall of the simulated shell 11 in a protruding manner, the step 12 is arranged in a way of surrounding the opening end of the simulated shell 11, and the plurality of ledges 15 are arranged on the step 12. The ledges 15 can extend an area of an upper end surface of the step 12, such that the slicing panels 2 are adhesively connected in a more stable and stronger manner.

One of the simulated shells 11 is provided with a fruit stem structure 14, some fruits have stems, such as tomatoes and peaches, some other fruits have stalks, such as apples, pears and bananas, and the fruit stem structure 14 can enhance simulation accuracy of the fruit body 1.

To sum up, the above descriptions are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and any equivalent changes or modifications made based on the structures, features and principles described in the patent application scope of the present disclosure fall within the application scope of the present disclosure.
