This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202411022982.4, filed on Jul. 26, 2024, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
The present disclosure relates to the field of cosmetics technologies, and in particular, to a cosmetic bottle that can be quickly opened and closed.
Existing cosmetics such as lip gloss and eye black are usually packaged in bottles with smaller diameters. An upper end of the bottle is provided with an opening, the opening is provided with a detachable bottle cap, and the bottle cap is provided with a dipping stick for dipping lip gloss or eye black. The existing bottle caps are connected to the bottle mouth using threads, and each use requires both hands to rotate the cap to open it. Conversely, the cap can be closed by rotating it in an opposite direction with two hands. It is impossible to open and close the bottle cap with one hand, and this bottle cap structure is extremely inconvenient to use when only one hand is available. For example, when one hand is making or receiving a phone call, the other hand cannot unscrew the bottle cap. Most people do their makeup before going out in the morning, and the process of making or receiving a phone call cannot be done quickly, which affects the makeup progress and departure time. Therefore, the existing threaded makeup bottles are inconvenient to use.
To address the deficiencies in existing technology, optimize the connection structure between the bottle cap and the bottle body, and achieve one handed opening and closing of the bottle cap for more convenient use. The present disclosure provides a cosmetic bottle that can be quickly opened and closed, including a bottle cap and a bottle body with an opening at an upper end; the opening of the bottle body is provided with an upward extending bottle mouth, an outer surface of an upper end of the bottle mouth is provided with a limit ring; the bottle cap includes a lid body and a rod body provided in the lid body; a lower end of the rod body is provided with a limit claw, and a lower end of the limit claws is bent towards an outer side of the rod body and is elastically deformed; an inner surface of the limit claws are provided with a limit protrusion, an upper part of the limit ring is provided with a chamfer corresponding to the limit protrusion, and a lower part of the limit ring is provided with a step corresponding to the limit protrusion; a center of the lower end of the rod body is provided with a downward extending sealing body, and the sealing body is adapted to a bottle opening of the bottle mouth; the sealing body is inserted into the bottle cap through the bottle mouth of the bottle body, and the sealing body is inserted into the bottle mouth and the limit protrusion slides over the chamfer of the limit ring, and then gets stuck under the step of the limit ring, thereby sealing the sealing body at the bottle mouth.
The beneficial effects of this device are reflected in the use of a pull press opening and closing method for the bottle cap and bottle body, which allows for one handed opening and closing of the bottle cap. Compared to existing threaded connection methods, the operation is simpler and more convenient, with minimal impact on makeup progress.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a lower end of the bottle mouth is sealed and fixedly connected to one side wall of the bottle body; where the bottle opening of the bottle mouth and the sealing body are compressed and sealed by an annular sealing element; where an upper end of the sealing element is extended to the upper end of the bottle mouth, and a middle of the sealing element is located inside a bottle opening hole of the bottle mouth; a bottle opening hole is provided with an annular groove, and the sealing element is provided with an annular protrusion corresponding to the annular groove; the annular protrusion is clamped at the annular groove by the annular protrusion, thereby fixing the sealing element at the bottle mouth. When the bottle cap is closed on the bottle mouth, the sealing element is pressed against at bottle opening. The sealing element itself is made of rubber or silicone material and can seal the bottle mouth after being squeezed. The sealing element is limited by the annular protrusion and annular groove, as well as the restriction between the sealing element and the bottle mouth, so that the sealing element does not displace from the bottle mouth due to the opening and closing of the bottle cap.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a lower end of the scaling body is provided with a dipping rod that is extended into an interior of the bottle body, a lower edge of the sealing element is bent toward the dipping rod, a lower edge of the sealing element contacts and seals with one side wall of the dipping rod. The lower edge of the sealing element forms a first seal with the dipping rod, which can avoid blocking most lip gloss, eye black, etc. from entering the space between the sealing element and the dipping rod.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, there are a plurality of limit claws, and all limit claws are evenly distributed along a circumference of the rod body. The structure of all the limit claws is the same. All the limit claws expand and retract at the same time, playing a key role in opening and closing the bottle cap.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a middle of the rod body is hollow, a side wall of the middle of the rod body is provided with two outward elastic clips, and an outer surface of the side wall of the middle of the rod body is provided with two convex strips that are transversely arranged; two convex strips and the two elastic clips are staggered along a circumference; outer surfaces of the elastic clips are provided with bosses, and the bosses are all lower than the convex strips; an inner surface of the lid body is provided with an annular limit strip lower than the bosses, by moving the lid body upward and the bosses sliding over the annular limit strip and getting stuck below the convex strips, a maximum distance that the lid body is moved relative to the rod body is restricted. The bottle cap is in a closed state, and the protrusion of each of the elastic clips is clamped above the annular limit strip to prevent the bottle cap from being accidentally opened. On the contrary, when the bottle cap is in the open state, each elastic clip slides over the circular limit strip and returns to its original state under the action of elasticity, thereby preparing for a next closure.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a side wall of the upper part of the rod body is provided with a longitudinal sliding groove, and the inner surface of the lid body is provided with a longitudinal limit strip corresponding to the longitudinal sliding groove; by the longitudinal limit strip sliding along the longitudinal sliding groove, a relative rotation of the rod body to the lid body is restricted.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the inner surface of the lid body is provided with an annular recess corresponding to the limit claw, the annular recess is communicated to a lower edge of the lid body; an upper edge of the annular recess is provided with the chamfer; by moving the lid body relative to the rod body, the limit claws are retracted to the annular recess, and a pressure between the limit protrusion of the limit claws and the step of the limit ring is reduced. Due to an outer surface of the limit claws being in contact with the inner surface of the cover body, the limit claws are compressed by the side wall of the cover body, it is caused to retract and the limit protrusion of the limit claws to get stuck under the step. And when the annular groove of the cover body is moved to the limit claw, the limit claws are no longer compressed by the side wall of the cover body. Under an elastic force of the limit claw, it expands outward into the annular groove. At this time, the limit claws only contacts the step, and it no longer presses against the step and is no longer locked.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the rod body is integrated with two elastic clips.

It should be noted that, unless otherwise specified, the technical or scientific terms used in this application should have the usual meanings understood by those skilled in the art to which the present disclosure belongs to.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an embodiment provides a cosmetic bottle that can be quickly opened and closed, which includes a bottle cap 1 and a bottle body 2 with an opening at an upper end. The opening of the bottle body 2 is provided with a bottle mouth 3 that is upward extended. Due to manufacturing process limitations, the bottle body 2 cannot be manufactured as a whole with the bottle mouth 3. A lower end of the bottle mouth 3 is sealed and fixedly connected to a side wall of the bottle body 2. A specific connection structure between the bottle mouth 3 and the bottle cap 1 is as follows.
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, an outer surface of an upper end of the bottle mouth 3 is provided with a limit ring 4, and the bottle cap 1 includes a lid body 5 and a rod body 6 provided in the lid body 5. A lower end of the rod body 6 is provided with limit claws 7, the limit claws 7 are bent towards an outer side of the rod body 6 and can be elastically deformed. Inner surfaces of the limit claws 7 are provided with a limit protrusion 8, an upper part of the limit ring 4 is provided with a chamfer 9 corresponding to the limit protrusion 8, and a lower part of the limit ring 4 is provided with a step 10 corresponding to the limit protrusion 8. In an implementation mode, there are a plurality of limit claws 7, and the specific number of the limit claws 7 is not limited and depends on an actual situation. The limit claws 7 are evenly distributed along a circumference of the rod body 6. The limit claws 7 have the same structure. All limit claws 7 are expanded and retracted at the same time, thereby playing a key role in opening and closing in the bottle cap 1. In an implementation mode, an inner surface of the lid body 5 is provided with an annular recess 11 corresponding to the limit claws 7, and the annular recess 11 is connected to a lower edge of the lid body 5. An upper edge of the annular recess 11 is provided with a chamfer 9, and the chamfer 9 is moved upward relative to the rod body 6 through the lid body 5, thereby causing the limit claws 7 to retreat to the annular recess 11. Due to outer surfaces of the limit claws 7 being abutted against the inner surface of the lid body 5, the limit claws 7 are compressed by a side wall of the lid body 5, it is caused to retract and the limit protrusion 8 of the limit claws 7 to get stuck under the step 10. When the annular recess 11 of the lid body 5 is moved to the limit claws 7, the limit claws 7 are no longer compressed by a side wall of the lid body 5. Under an elastic force of the limit claws 7, it is expanded outward into the annular recess 11, so that the limit protrusion 8 of the limit claws 7 only contacts the step 10 and is no longer locked. Furthermore, the upper edge of the annular recess 11 is provided with a chamfer 9, which is configured to limit a movement of the lid body 5 relative to the rod body 6, so that the limit claws 7 can be pressed against a side wall of the lid body 5 along the chamfer 9, which results in less resistance. Similarly, the chamfer 9 of the limit ring 4 is designed to make it easier for the limit claws 7 to slide over.
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, in order to achieve a sealing between the bottle cap 1 and the bottle body 2, a sealing body 12 extending downward is provided at a center of a lower end of the rod body 6 in this embodiment. The shape of the sealing body 12 is a vertebral body, and a minimum diameter of the sealing body 12 is smaller than an inner diameter of the bottle mouth. The sealing body 12 is adapted to the bottle opening of the bottle mouth 3, and is inserted into the bottle cap 1 through the bottle mouth 3 of the bottle body 2. The sealing body 12 is inserted into the bottle opening and the limit protrusion 8 slides over the chamfer 9 of the limit ring 4, and then gets stuck under the step 10 of the limit ring 4, thereby sealing the sealing body 12 at the bottle mouth. In an implementation mode, the bottle opening of the bottle mouth 3 is compressed and sealed with the sealing body 12 through an annular sealing element 13. An upper end of the sealing element 13 is extended to the upper end of the bottle mouth 3, and a middle of the sealing element 13 is located inside a bottle mouth hole of the bottle mouth 3; the bottle opening hole is provided with an annular groove 14, and the sealing element 13 is provided with an annular protrusion 15 corresponding to the annular groove 14, which is clamped at the annular groove 14 by the annular protrusion 15, thereby fixing the sealing element 13 at the bottle mouth. After the bottle cap 1 is closed on the bottle mouth 3, the sealing body 12 compresses the sealing element 13 at the bottle opening. The sealing element 13 itself is made of rubber or silicone material and can seal the bottle mouth after being squeezed. The sealing element 13 is limited by the annular protrusion 15 and the annular groove 14, as well as the restriction between the upper side of the sealing element 13 and the bottle mouth, so that the sealing element 13 does not displace from the bottle mouth 3 due to the opening and closing of the bottle cap 1. Besides that, a lower end of the sealing body 12 is provided with a dipping rod 16 that is extended into an interior of the bottle body 2. A lower edge of the sealing element 13 is bent toward the dipping rod 16, and a lower edge of the sealing element 13 abuts against a side wall of the dipping rod 16 for sealing. A lower edge of the sealing element 13 forms a first seal with the dipping rod 16, which can prevent most lip gloss, eye black, etc. from entering a space between the sealing body 12 and the dipping rod 16. Thus, a second seal is formed by the sealing element 13, and the second seal is tight, and lip gloss, eye black, etc. cannot overflow.
As shown in FIGS. 3, 6 to 8, in order to ensure that the limit protrusion 8 of the limit claws 7 can be tightly clamped under the step 10, a middle of the rod body 6 in this embodiment is hollow. A side wall of the middle of the rod body 6 is provided with two outward facing elastic clips 17, and an outer surface of a wall of the middle of the rod body 6 is provided with two transverse convex strips 18, and the convex strips 18 are staggered along a circumference with the two clastic clips 17. In fact, the elastic clips 17 is formed by opening a concave notch on a side wall in the middle of the rod body 6, and the rod body 6 is integrated with two elastic clips 17. The material of the rod body 6 is plastic, which gives the formed elastic clip 17 a certain degree of elasticity. An outer surface of each elastic clip 17 is provided with boss 19, and the boss 19 are all lower than the convex strip 18. The inner surface of the lid body 5 is provided with an annular limit strip 20 that is lower than the boss 19. By moving the lid body 5 upward and the boss 19 slides over the annular limit strip 20 and gets stuck below the convex strip 18, a maximum distance that the lid body 5 can move relative to the rod body 6 is restricted. The bottle cap 1 is in a closed state, and the boss 19 of each of the elastic clips 17 is clamped above the annular limit strip 20 to prevent the bottle cap 1 from being accidentally opened. On the contrary, when the bottle cap 1 is in an open state, each of the elastic clips 17 is slid over the annular limit strip 20 and returns to its original state under the action of elasticity, preparing for a next closure. Furthermore, an upper side wall of the rod body 6 is provided with a longitudinal sliding groove 21, and the inner surface of the lid body 5 is provided with a longitudinal limit strip 22 corresponding to the longitudinal sliding groove 21. The longitudinal limit strip 22 is slid relative to the longitudinal sliding groove 21, thereby restricting a relative rotation of the rod body 6 and the lid body 5.
A separation process of bottle cap 1 and bottle body 2 with one hand in this embodiment is as follows.
The bottle body 2 is grasped with a palm, the bottle cap 1 is pinched with thumb and index finger, and the lid body 5 is slid upwards. The lid body 5 and rod body 6 undergo a relative displacement, and the annular groove 14 is moved to the limit claws 7. All limit claws 7 are expanded outwards and only contact with step 10 of the limit ring 4. At the same time, the annular limit strip 20 of the lid body 5 is slid upwards over the bosses 19 of the elastic clips 17 and is clamped under the convex strip 18, and the lid body 5 can no longer undergo relative displacement with the rod body 6.
The bottle cap 1 is pinched with thumb and index finger and continue sliding the lid body 5 upwards. The lid body 5 then drives the rod body 6 upwards. During this movement, all the limit protrusions 8 of the limit claws 7 slide upwards over the limit ring 4, and the rod body 6 is completely separated from the bottle mouth 3. This makes it easy to separate the bottle cap 1 from the bottle body 2. Compared to the existing rotating disassembly method, the dipping rod 16 is pulled out with one hand is more convenient to operate.
A process of one handed closure of the bottle cap 1 and the bottle body 2 in this embodiment is as follows.
The bottle body 2 is grasped with a palm and the lid body 5 is pressed under the thumb. The lid body 5 and the rod body 6 are moved down synchronously. During this process, the limit protrusion 8 of the limit claws 7 is slid down the limit ring 4 and got stuck under the bosses 19 of the limit ring 4.
Continuing to lower the lid body 5, the lid body 5 is moved downward relative to the rod body 6. A side wall of the lid body 5 presses the limit claws 7 to make the limit protrusion 8 of the limit claws 7 more tightly clamp under the boss 19 of the limit ring 4. At the same time, the annular limit strip 20 of the lid body 5 is slid down over the boss 19 of the elastic clip 17 and is stuck under the bosses 19. At this time, a lower end of the lid body 5 contacts the upper end of the bottle, and the lid body 5 cannot continue to move down. And the sealing body 12 presses the sealing element 13 tightly at the bottle opening, thereby achieving sealing of the bottle mouth 3.
The bottle cap 1 and bottle body 2 of this embodiment adopt a pull press opening and closing method, which can achieve one handed opening and closing of the bottle cap 1. Compared with the existing threaded connection method, the operation is simpler and more convenient, and the impact on the makeup progress is minimal.
