TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic cigarettes, in particular to an electronic cigarette.

BACKGROUND

With the rapid development of the technology and life, electronic cigarettes gradually replace cigarettes to come into the sight of people. The electronic cigarettes have the similar shapes and taste to the cigarettes and can also extract smoke like the real cigarettes. In addition, the electronic cigarettes do not contain harmful ingredients such as tar and particulate matter, cannot cause passive smoking around, do not affect the health of smokers, do not affect people around, and thus are popular among people.

The existing electronic cigarette includes a shell, an e-liquid storage assembly, an atomization core, a controller, and a light source, where the shell includes a light-transmitting accommodating tube and a light-transmitting bottom cover located at an end portion of the accommodating tube; the e-liquid storage assembly is located inside the light-transmitting accommodating tube; the atomization core is located inside the e-liquid storage assembly; the controller is located inside the light-transmitting accommodating tube and is electrically connected to the atomization core; and the light source is connected to the controller. During smoking, the light source emits light to simulate a real cigarette. However, due to such structure, when the light source emits light, the light emitted outwards is directly emitted to eyes of a user, and the user can see a glaring bright spot, thereby having the poor user experience.

SUMMARY

The present invention aims to provide an electronic cigarette capable of preventing a user from seeing a glaring bright spot.

The solution of the present invention for solving the above problem is to configure the electronic cigarette, comprising a shell, an e-liquid storage assembly, a battery, a controller, a light source, and a light diffusion member, where the shell comprises an accommodating tube and a light-transmitting bottom cover, and the light-transmitting bottom cover covers one end of the accommodating tube; the e-liquid storage assembly is located inside the accommodating tube and is configured to store an aerosol generation matrix; the battery is located between the e-liquid storage assembly and the light diffusion member; the controller is located inside the shell and is electrically connected to the battery; the light source is mounted at the controller and at least partially extends into the light diffusion member; and the light diffusion member is located inside the light-transmitting bottom cover and is configured to guide light of the light source to be emitted out of the light-transmitting bottom cover.

The present invention has the beneficial effects as follows: according to the present invention, through cooperation of the shell, the e-liquid storage assembly, the battery, the light diffusion member, the controller, and the light source, the shell comprises the accommodating tube and the light-transmitting bottom cover, the light-transmitting bottom cover covers one end of the accommodating tube, the light diffusion member is located inside the light-transmitting bottom cover and is configured to guide the light of the light source to be emitted out of the light-transmitting bottom cover, and the light source is mounted at the controller and at least partially extends into the light diffusion member, so that the light emitted by the light source is not directly emitted from the light-transmitting bottom cover, but passes through the light diffusion member and then is emitted from the light-transmitting bottom cover, and the user can be prevented from seeing the glaring bright spot, thereby improving the user experience.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The present invention is described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and particular embodiments below.

Reference is made to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3. The present invention provides an electronic cigarette, including a shell 1, an e-liquid storage assembly 2, an atomization core 3, an adapter plate 4, a battery 5, a controller 6, a light source 7, and a light diffusion member 8, where the shell 1 includes an accommodating tube 11 and a light-transmitting bottom cover 12, a suction nozzle 13 is connected to one end of the accommodating tube 11, and a user can inhale an aerosol by means of the suction nozzle 13. The light-transmitting bottom cover 12 covers the other end of the accommodating tube 11, and the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 and the suction nozzle 13 are respectively located at the two opposite ends of the accommodating tube 11. A first end of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 is inserted into the accommodating tube 11, and a second end of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 extends out of one end of the accommodating tube 11. Preferably, the accommodating tube 11 can be made of a non-light-transmitting material such as a metal, thereby well avoiding light leakage. The light-transmitting bottom cover 12 can be made of a light-transmitting material such as plastic or glass.

Reference is made to FIG. 4. The light-transmitting bottom cover 12 is provided with a charging hole 121, an air inlet hole 122 and an observation hole 123, and the charging hole 121 and the observation hole 123 are provided in parallel with the air inlet hole 122. A surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 facing the e-liquid storage assembly 2 is provided with a limiting groove 124, a positioning column 125 and a connecting column 126, the air inlet hole 122 penetrates through a bottom wall of the limiting groove 124 to be in communication with the limiting groove 124, the limiting groove 124 is internally movably provided with an air adjustment member 91, and an air intake is adjusted by means of the air adjustment member 91, thereby meeting air intake requirements of different users. The positioning column 125 and the connecting column 126 are spaced apart from the limiting groove 124, and the positioning column 125 and the connecting column 126 are provided in parallel and connected to each other. Thus, the reliability of the structure can be enhanced.

Reference is made to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3. The e-liquid storage assembly 2 is located inside the accommodating tube 11, the e-liquid storage assembly 2 includes an e-liquid storage tube 21, an e-liquid adsorbing member 22, a sealing cover 23 and a sealing seat 24, and the e-liquid storage tube 21 is located inside the accommodating tube 11 and is configured to store an aerosol generation matrix. The e-liquid adsorbing member 22 is located inside the e-liquid storage tube 21, is configured to adsorb the aerosol generation matrix, and can be made of fibers or other porous materials. A smoke passage 25 extending in a longitudinal direction of the electronic cigarette is formed inside the e-liquid adsorbing member 22, the smoke passage 25 is in communication with the suction nozzle 13, and the aerosol, formed by atomization of the aerosol generation matrix by the atomization core 3, is discharged out of the electronic cigarette by means of the smoke passage 25. The sealing cover 23 covers a first end of the e-liquid storage tube 21, and the sealing seat 24 covers a second end of the e-liquid storage tube 21 and abuts against the light-transmitting bottom cover 12. Thus, the overall structure is more stable. The sealing cover 23 and the sealing seat 24 can be made of materials such as silica gel or rubber, thereby better avoiding leakage of the aerosol generation matrix. It is understandable that all that is required is to form the aerosol by means of atomization, and chemical components of the aerosol generation matrix are not specifically limited here.

The sealing seat 24 is provided with a second air guide hole 241 in communication with the e-liquid adsorbing member 22, and the second air guide hole 241 is in communication with the air inlet hole 122 and the atomization core 3. An end surface of the sealing seat 24 facing the battery 5 is provided with a first guide convex portion 242 and a second guide convex portion 243, the first guide convex portion 242 and the second guide convex portion 243 are spaced apart from each other, the first guide convex portion 242 and the second guide convex portion 243 both extend in a direction where the battery 5 is located, each of the first guide convex portion 242 and the second guide convex portion 243 is provided with a guide arc surface 200, and the guide arc surfaces 200 match an outer circumferential surface of the battery 5.

The end surface of the sealing seat 24 facing the battery 5 is further provided with an anti-blocking convex portion 244, and the anti-blocking convex portion 244 is located between the first guide convex portion 242 and the second guide convex portion 243, and the second air guide hole 241 is located between the first guide convex portion 242 and the second guide convex portion 243. The battery 5 is blocked by means of the anti-blocking convex portion 244, so that the air around the battery 5 can flow into the second air guide hole 241, thereby avoiding blockage of the second air guide hole 241, and making an air path smoother.

The atomization core 3 is located inside the smoke passage 25 of the e-liquid storage assembly 2, is connected to a first electronic wire 92, and includes a porous e-liquid guide tube 31 and an electric heating element 32, and the porous e-liquid guide tube 31 is located inside the e-liquid adsorbing member 22 and is configured to transfer the aerosol generation matrix to the electric heating element 32. The electric heating element 32 is located inside the porous e-liquid guide tube 31, is electrically connected to the controller 6, and is configured to atomize the aerosol generation matrix on the porous e-liquid guide tube 31. The porous e-liquid guide tube 31 can be made of cotton or ceramic, and the electric heating element 32 can be an electric heating wire or an electric heating net, which are not specifically limited here. In this embodiment, the electric heating element 32 is the electric heating net, the electric heating net is located inside the smoke passage 25 and is electrically connected to the controller 6, and the electric heating net is in a circular shape with an opening and extends in a longitudinal direction of the smoke passage 25, so that the air flow is unobstructed, the atomization efficiency is high, and the heat utilization rate is 50% or above. One end of the first electronic wire 92 is electrically connected to the electric heating element 32, and the other end of the first electronic wire 92 is electrically connected to the adapter plate 4. It is understandable that all that is required is to atomize the aerosol generation matrix, and the structure of the atomization core 3 is not specifically limited here.

The adapter plate 4 is located between the e-liquid storage assembly 2 and the battery 5 and is configured to transmit electric energy. The battery 5 is cylindrical, is located between the e-liquid storage assembly 2 and the light diffusion member 8, and extends in a transverse direction of the electronic cigarette, thereby greatly increasing the space utilization rate. A part of the battery 5 extends between the first guide convex portion 242 and the second guide convex portion 243, and is spaced apart from the first guide convex portion 242 and the second guide convex portion 243. Guide is performed by means of the first guide convex portion 242 and the second guide convex portion 243, so that during assembly, the battery 5 can be ensured to be assembled in place, blockage of the air path is well avoided, the consistency of the product is high, and the percent of pass of the product is increased. Preferably, the outer circumferential surface of the battery 5 is coated with an e-liquid adsorbing sheet 98, and the aerosol generation matrix leaked from the e-liquid storage assembly 2 is adsorbed by means of the e-liquid adsorbing sheet 98, so that the aerosol generation matrix can be prevented from flowing towards the controller 6, and a short circuit can be avoided. In addition, in order to better protect the battery 5 against puncturing, a barrier sheet 99 is provided between the battery 5 and the controller 6.

The controller 6 is located inside the shell 1, is located between the battery 5 and the light diffusion member 8, and extends in the transverse direction of the electronic cigarette. The controller 6 is connected to a connecting bolt 60, a second electronic wire 93, and a USB interface 94, and the connecting bolt 60 penetrates through the light diffusion member 8 and is connected to an end wall of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12, so that the fixing is stable and reliable. The controller 6 is electrically connected to the battery 5 and the atomization core 3 and is configured to control the battery 5 to supply power to the atomization core 3 and the light source 7 when the user smokes the electronic cigarette, so as to enable the atomization core 3 to atomize the aerosol generation matrix to form the aerosol and to enable the light source 7 to emit light. Specifically, the second electronic wire 93 is electrically connected to the adapter plate 4, and the controller 6 is electrically connected to the atomization core 3 by means of the second electronic wire 93, the adapter plate 4 and the first electronic wire 92. A cross-section area of the second electronic wire 93 is greater than a cross-section area of the first electronic wire 92. Thus, the energy consumption can be reduced, the stability of the smoke amount is ensured, and the smoke amount is large. A length of the first electronic wire 92 is less than a length of the second electronic wire 93.

In this embodiment, the controller 6 includes a control board 61 and an air flow sensor 62, the control board 61 is provided with an electronic circuit, and the air flow sensor 62 is electrically connected to the control board 61 and is configured to detect whether the user smokes. It is understandable that the structure of the controller 6 is not specifically limited here, and all that is required it to control the electronic cigarette to work.

Reference is made to FIG. 2 and FIG. 7. The light source 7 is mounted at the controller 6 and at least partially extends into the light diffusion member 8. In this embodiment, there are a plurality of light sources 7, and the plurality of light sources 7 are spaced apart from one another, so that light emitted by the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 is more uniform. It is understandable that the light sources 7 can be LED lamp beads, all that is required is to emit light after electrifying, and the structure thereof is not specifically limited here.

Reference is made to FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 6. The light diffusion member 8 is located inside the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 and is configured to guide the light of the light source 7 to be emitted out of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12, so that the user can be prevented from seeing a glaring bright spot, and the health of the user is better protected. Preferably, an outer circumferential surface of the light diffusion member 8 abuts against an inner circumferential surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 and is configured to guide the light emitted by the light source to be emitted out of an outer circumferential surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12. Thus, the user can easily observe the working state of the electronic cigarette. In addition, the outer circumferential surface of the light diffusion member 8 abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12, so that the light is better transmitted to the light-transmitting bottom cover 12. In this embodiment, the light diffusion member 8 is an elastic member, and the elastic member is connected to the light-transmitting bottom cover 12, so that the connection is tighter, and light leakage does not occur easily. The outer circumferential surface of the light diffusion member 8 elastically abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12. The elastic member can be a silica gel member or a rubber member, that is, the light diffusion member can be made of an elastic material such as silica gel or rubber.

Specifically, the light diffusion member 8 is located on one side of the controller 6 facing away from the battery 5, the light diffusion member 8 is provided with a connecting hole 81, a positioning hole 82, a first avoidance hole 83, a second avoidance hole 84, a sensor mounting hole 85 and an accommodating groove 86, the connecting hole 81, the positioning hole 82 and the sensor mounting hole 85 are provided in parallel and penetrate through a first end surface and a second end surface of the light diffusion member 8, and a side surface of the connecting hole 81 is in communication with a side surface of the positioning hole 82. The positioning column 125 penetrates through the positioning hole 82 and the controller 6, and the connecting column 126 penetrates through the connecting hole 81 and is connected to the connecting bolt 60 so as to be connected to the controller 6, so that the controller 6 is connected stably. The light diffusion member 8 covers a part of a surface of the control board 61 of the controller 6, the light source 7 extends into the accommodating groove 86, and a groove wall of the accommodating groove 86 covers the light source 7, so that the light can be well scattered. The air flow sensor 62 extends into the sensor mounting hole 85.

Reference is made to FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 7. The electronic cigarette in the present invention further includes a sealing sheet 95, a display screen 96, and a semi-transparent light shielding member 97, where the sealing sheet 95 covers an end surface of the light diffusion member 8 facing the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 and covers a groove opening of the limiting groove 124, the sealing sheet 95 is provided with a first air guide hole 951, and the first air guide hole 951 is in communication with the limiting groove 124 and the second air guide hole 241 of the e-liquid storage assembly 2. The sealing sheet 95 covers the groove opening of the limiting groove 124, so that air leakage can be well avoided. Preferably, the sealing sheet 95 is made of an opaque or semi-transparent material, and is configured to obstruct light of the light source 7 from being emitted to an end surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12. Thus, when the electronic cigarette is located in a horizontal state, the light of the light source 7 cannot be directly emitted to the people around.

The display screen 96 is located on one side of the controller 6 facing away from the battery 5, and a screen of the display screen 96 faces the light shielding member 97 and corresponds to the observation hole 123 in position. The display screen 96 extends into the first avoidance hole 83 and is configured to display information such as the charge level of the electronic cigarette or the residual amount of the aerosol generation matrix. The USB interface 94 extends into the second avoidance hole 84. The light shielding member 97 covers the end surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12, and the light shielding member 97 is made of a semi-transparent material, so that the user cannot see the display screen 96 when the display screen 96 does not work, and the user can see the display screen 96 only when the display screen 96 works. Thus, the product looks more technical, and the user experience is improved.

In conclusion, according to the present invention, through cooperation of the shell 1, the e-liquid storage assembly 2, the battery 5, the controller 6, the light source 7, and the light diffusion member 8, the shell 1 includes the accommodating tube 11 and the light-transmitting bottom cover 12, the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 covers one end of the accommodating tube 11, the light diffusion member 8 is located inside the light-transmitting bottom cover 12 and is configured to guide the light of the light source 7 to be emitted out of the light-transmitting bottom cover 12, and the light source 7 is mounted at the controller 6 and at least partially extends into the light diffusion member 8, so that the light emitted by the light source 7 is not directly emitted from the light-transmitting bottom cover 12, but passes through the light diffusion member 8 and then is emitted from the light-transmitting bottom cover 12, and the user can be prevented from seeing the glaring bright spot, thereby improving the user experience.

For a person skilled in the art, it is apparent that the present invention is not limited to the details of the above-mentioned exemplary embodiments, and the present invention can be implemented in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or basic features of the present invention. Therefore, no matter from which point of view, the embodiments should all be regarded as exemplary and non-limiting. The scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims rather than the above-mentioned description, and therefore it is intended that all changes which fall within the meanings and scopes of equivalents of the claims are included in the present invention. Any reference numeral in the claims should not be regarded as limiting the claims involved.

In addition, it should be understood that although the description is described in accordance with the embodiments, not every embodiment only contains an independent technical solution. This describing form of the description is only for the purpose of clarity. A person skilled in the art should take the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can also be appropriately combined to form other embodiments that can be understood by a person skilled in the art.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. An electronic cigarette, comprising a shell, an e-liquid storage assembly, a battery, a controller, a light source, and a light diffusion member, wherein the shell comprises an accommodating tube and a light-transmitting bottom cover, and the light-transmitting bottom cover covers one end of the accommodating tube; the e-liquid storage assembly is located inside the accommodating tube and is configured to store an aerosol generation matrix; the battery is located between the e-liquid storage assembly and the light diffusion member; the controller is located inside the shell and is electrically connected to the battery; the light source is mounted at the controller and at least partially extends into the light diffusion member; and the light diffusion member is located inside the light-transmitting bottom cover and is configured to guide light of the light source to be emitted out of the light-transmitting bottom cover.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein an outer circumferential surface of the light diffusion member abuts against an inner circumferential surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover and is configured to guide the light emitted by the light source to be emitted out of an outer circumferential surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover.

3. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the outer circumferential surface of the light diffusion member elastically abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover.

4. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the light diffusion member is an elastic member, and the elastic member is connected to the light-transmitting bottom cover.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 4, wherein the controller is located between the battery and the light diffusion member and is connected to a connecting bolt, the connecting bolt penetrates through the light diffusion member and is connected to an end wall of the light-transmitting bottom cover, and the light diffusion member is made of silica gel.

6. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the light diffusion member is provided with an accommodating groove, and the light source extends into the accommodating groove.

7. The electronic cigarette according to claim 6, wherein the light diffusion member covers at least a part of a surface of the controller, and a groove wall of the accommodating groove covers the light source.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, further comprising a sealing sheet, wherein the light-transmitting bottom cover is provided with an air inlet hole and a limiting groove, the air inlet hole is in communication with the limiting groove, the limiting groove is located on an end surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover facing the e-liquid storage assembly, and the limiting groove is internally movably provided with an air adjustment member; and the sealing sheet covers a groove opening of the limiting groove and is provided with a first air guide hole, and the first air guide hole is in communication with the limiting groove and the e-liquid storage assembly.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 8, wherein the sealing sheet covers an end surface of the light diffusion member facing the light-transmitting bottom cover, is made of an opaque or semi-transparent material, and is configured to obstruct light of the light source from being emitted to an end surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover.

10. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, further comprising a light shielding member, wherein the light shielding member covers an end surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover.

11. The electronic cigarette according to claim 10, further comprising a display screen, wherein the display screen is located on one side of the controller facing away from the battery, and a screen of the display screen faces the light shielding member; and the light shielding member is made of a semi-transparent material and covers the end surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the e-liquid storage assembly comprises an e-liquid storage tube, an e-liquid adsorbing member, a sealing cover and a sealing seat, the e-liquid storage tube is located inside the accommodating tube, the e-liquid adsorbing member is located inside the e-liquid storage tube, the sealing cover covers a first end of the e-liquid storage tube, and the sealing seat covers a second end of the e-liquid storage tube and abuts against the light-transmitting bottom cover.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 12, wherein an end surface of the sealing seat facing the battery is provided with a first guide convex portion and a second guide convex portion, the first guide convex portion and the second guide convex portion both extend in a direction where the battery is located, and at least a part of the battery extends between the first guide convex portion and the second guide convex portion.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 13, wherein the end surface of the sealing seat facing the battery is further provided with an anti-blocking convex portion, and the anti-blocking convex portion is located between the first guide convex portion and the second guide convex portion; and the sealing seat is provided with a second air guide hole in communication with the e-liquid adsorbing member, and the second air guide hole is located between the first guide convex portion and the second guide convex portion.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, further comprising an atomization core, wherein the e-liquid storage assembly is internally provided with a smoke passage extending in a longitudinal direction of the electronic cigarette; and the atomization core comprises an electric heating net for atomizing the aerosol generation matrix, and the electric heating net extends in a longitudinal direction of the smoke passage and is electrically connected to the controller.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, further comprising an atomization core and an adapter plate, wherein the atomization core is connected to a first electronic wire, and the first electronic wire is electrically connected to the adapter plate; and the controller is connected to a second electronic wire, the second electronic wire is electrically connected to the adapter plate, and a cross-sectional area of the second electronic wire is greater than a cross-sectional area of the first electronic wire.

17. The electronic cigarette according to claim 16, wherein the adapter plate is located between the e-liquid storage assembly and the battery, and a length of the first electronic wire is less than a length of the second electronic wire.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the light diffusion member comprises a connecting hole and a positioning hole, the connecting hole and the positioning hole are provided in parallel and both penetrate through a first end surface and a second end surface of the light diffusion member, and a side surface of the connecting hole is in communication with a side surface of the positioning hole; and a surface of the light-transmitting bottom cover facing the second end surface of the light diffusion member is provided with a positioning column and a connecting column, the positioning column penetrates through the positioning hole and the controller, and the connecting column penetrates through the connecting hole and is connected to the controller.

19. The electronic cigarette according to claim 18, wherein the positioning column and the connecting column are provided in parallel and are connected to each other.

20. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the battery extends in a transverse direction of the electronic cigarette.
