An application is introduced herein related to the technical field of living goods, in particular, to a folding auxiliary chair.
Commode chairs are chairs used by people with mobility problems or the elderly to assist in defecation. At present, the commode chair currently on the market is usually in the form of a fixed unit that cannot be disassembled and folded, which means that the commode chair occupies a large amount of space during transportation or occupies space when not in use. There are technical problems that are unfavorable to transportation and storage.
Therefore, improvements need to be made to this.
The technical problem addressed by the present invention herein is to provide a folding auxiliary chair to address the above-mentioned defects, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems raised in the background.
In order to solve the aforesaid technical problems, the technical proposal adopted by the invention herein is as follows: folding auxiliary chair herein, comprising: the auxiliary chair body, the said auxiliary chair body including backrest bracket, a left armrest bracket movably connected to the left side of he said backrest bracket, and a right armrest bracket movably connected to the right side of the said backrest bracket; cushion assembly, the said cushion assembly including cushion base, and cushion set on the said cushion base; the said cushion frame is detachably connected to the said backrest bracket, the said left armrest bracket, and the said right armrest bracket, respectively, by means of a locking member; wherein when the said cushion assembly is removable from the said auxiliary chair body, the said left armrest bracket and the said right armrest bracket can be folded and stowed relative to said backrest bracket.

Furthermore, the said cushion assembly comprises locking member set; the said locking member set is used to lock said cushion to prevent the jacking up of lifting devices; the said locking member set comprises locking buckle, guiding seat, and locking rod; wherein the said locking buckle is set on the said cushion; the said guiding seat is mounted on the said supporting base; said locking rod passes in turn through the said supporting base, the said locking buckle to secure the said cushion to the said cushion frame, the said locking rod is, at least partially, disposed outside the said cushion frame; the said locking rod is pulled by an external force to disengage the said locking buckle to unfasten the said cushion from the said cushion frame.

The cushion assembly and the auxiliary chair body are detachable; when the product is transported or not in use, the cushion assembly could be separated from the auxiliary chair body, and the backrest bracket, left armrest bracket, as well as right armrest bracket on the auxiliary chair body could be folded to achieve the function of not occupying space during transportation and convenient storage.

The auxiliary chair body adopts the form of telescopic rod, which could adjust the height of the folding auxiliary chair to meet the needs of different groups of people.

FIGS. 1-3 and 5 show a folding auxiliary chair, which comprises: auxiliary chair body 1, the said auxiliary chair body 1 comprising backrest bracket 2, left armrest bracket 3 movably connected to the left side of the said backrest bracket 2, and right armrest bracket 4 movably connected to the right side of the said backrest bracket 2; cushion assembly 5, the said cushion assembly 5 comprising a cushion frame 6, and cushion 7 provided on the said cushion frame 6; the said cushion frame 6 is detachably connected to the said backrest bracket 2, the said left armrest bracket 3, and the said right armrest bracket 4, respectively, by means of locking member; wherein, after said cushion assembly 5 is detached from the said auxiliary chair body 1, the said left armrest bracket 3 and the said right armrest bracket 4 could be folded and stored relative to the said backrest bracket 2.
In view of the technical problems documented in the technical background, the backrest bracket 2 of the above technical solution is formed by connecting the rods, which can be used as a back support; the left armrest bracket 3 is realized by using the rod combined with the handrail; the left armrest bracket 3 includes left sleeve 8 and F-shaped left bracket 9; the left sleeve 8 and the left bracket 9 are connected; the left sleeve 8 is located in the backrest bracket 2; thus, the left armrest bracket 3 can rotate relative to the backrest bracket 2; the right armrest bracket 4 is realized by using the rod combined with the handrail; the right armrest bracket 4 includes right sleeve 10 and F-shaped right bracket 11; the right sleeve 10 is connected with the right bracket 11; the right sleeve 10 is located on the backrest bracket 2; thus, the right armrest bracket 4 can rotate relative to the backrest bracket 2.
In normal use, the two sides of the front end of the cushion assembly 5 are connected and fixed with the left armrest bracket 3 and the right armrest bracket 4; the rear end of the cushion assembly 5 is connected and fixed with the backrest bracket 2; so that the folding auxiliary chair is in an open state for normal use, and the connection and fixing method can be connected and fixed by the knob, screws, and other fasteners, and there is no restriction on this.
Referring to FIGS. 2-3, when not in need of use or for transportation, the cushion assembly 5 could be removed from the auxiliary chair body 1; the cushion assembly 5 offers no fixation to the auxiliary chair body 1, and the left armrest bracket 3 and the right armrest bracket 4 are in an active state with respect to the backrest bracket 2; so personnel could rotate the left armrest bracket 3 and the right armrest bracket 4 with respect to the backrest bracket 2, thus realizing the folding, achieving the effect of not occupying space for transportation as well as convenient storage.
Referring to FIGS. 4 and 6-10, as a preferred embodiment, the said cushion assembly 5 comprises more than one set of lifting devices 12 to lift the said cushion 7; the said lifting devices 12 are provided on the said cushion frame 6; the said lifting devices 12 comprise support seat 13, pneumatic rod 14, bracing member 15, and sliding connecting rod 16; the said support seat 13 is connected to the said cushion frame 6; the first end of the said pneumatic rod 14 is connected to the said support seat 13; the second end of the said pneumatic rod 14 is connected to the first end of the said bracing member 15; the second end of the said bracing member 15 is connected to the first end of the said sliding connecting rod 16; the said bracing member 15 is connected to the said cushion 7; the said support seat 13 is provided with sliding groove 17 for movement of the second end of the said sliding connecting rod16; the said cushion frame 6 is provided with limiting groove 26 corresponding to the said sliding connecting rod 16; the said sliding connecting rod 16 is placed in the said limiting groove 26; wherein, the said pneumatic rod 14 lifts up to drive the said bracing member 15 and the said cushion 7 up; and the said second end of said sliding connecting rod 16 is able to move linearly in the said sliding groove 17; and the said sliding connecting rod 16 is placed in said limiting groove 26 to limit the amplitude of side-to-side swaying of said cushion 7.
Referring to FIGS. 7-8 and 12, the lifting devices 12 is used to assist users who have difficulty standing or post-operative patients to provide lifting assistance while standing, reducing their burden; in practice, the lifting devices 12 is at least one or more than one group; one group may be selected under the effect of satisfying the lifting function; in this embodiment herein, two groups of lifting devices 12 are selected; and the two groups of lifting devices 12 are respectively provided on both sides of the cushion 7 to achieve a symmetrical distribution; preferably, the lifting devices 12 are realized by using support seat 13, pneumatic rod 14, bracing member 15, and a sliding connecting rod 16;wherein, the support seat 13 is fixed to the cushion frame 6 by screws; the first end of the pneumatic rod 14 is fixed to the support seat 13 by screws; the second end of the pneumatic rod 14 is a telescopic end; the second end of the pneumatic rod 14 is fixed to the first end of the bracing member 15 by screws; the bracing member 15 is fixed to the cushion 7 by screws; the second end of the bracing member 15 is connected to the first end of the sliding connecting rod 16; the sliding groove 17 is provided in the direction from front to back of the support seat 13; and the second end of the sliding connecting rod 16 is movably placed in the sliding groove 17; so as to satisfy the movable position of the sliding connecting rod 16 when the cushion 7 is being lifted up; the limiting groove 26 is provided on the cushion frame 6 corresponding to the position of the sliding connecting rod 16; as the pneumatic rod 14 is loosely installed, the gap between the cushion frame 6 and the cushion 7 will be enlarged into a left-right swaying state at the end of the cushion 7, resulting in the back device locking member 18 not being able to successfully locate the locking buckle 19 of the cushion 7; therefore, by placing limiting groove 26 in the cushion frame 6 in conjunction with the sliding connecting rod 16, and by using sliding connecting rod 16 being in the limiting groove 26 at all times, the locking of the cushion 7 is realized; which facilitates the locking rod 21 to be connected and fixed with the locking buckle 17 on the cushion frame.
The driving process is as follows: when the user or the patient stands, the second end of the pneumatic rod 14 lifts up to drive the cushion 7 to lift up; then the user or the patient on the cushion 7 could be able to obtain lifting assistance to facilitate standing; and the lifting up of the cushion 7 drives the second end of the sliding connecting rod 16 to move within the sliding groove 17; and, at the same time, the sliding connecting rod 16 is in the limiting groove 26; and the cushion 7 is limited in the left-right direction by the limiting groove 26; which realizes the positioning of the cushion 7 and facilitates the subsequent connection of the locking rod 21 with the locking buckle 19.
Referring to FIGS. 6-11, the said cushion assembly 5 comprises locking member set 18; the said locking set 18 is used to lock the said cushion 7 to prevent the said lifting devices 12 from lifting up; the said locking set 18 comprises locking buckle 19, guide seat 20 and locking rod 21; wherein, the said locking buckle 19 is provided on the said cushion 7; the said guide seat 20 is mounted on the said support seat 13; the said locking rod 21 sequentially passes through the said support seat 13, the said locking buckle 19 to secure the said cushion 7 to the said cushion frame 6; the said locking rod 21 is at least partially placed outside the said cushion frame 6; the said locking rod 21 is pulled by an external force to disengage the said locking buckle 19 to unfasten the said cushion 7 from the cushion frame 6.
When the user or the patient sits on the cushion 7, it is not convenient for the user or the patient to sit, due to the force of the pneumatic rod 14 to lift up the user or the patient; regarding this, by installing locking member 18 on the cushion assembly 5, its main function is to serve as a switch for the pneumatic rod 14; for example, when the user or patient sits on the cushion 7, the cushion 7 and the cushion frame 6 are in a merged state; the user or patient can fix the cushion 7 by connecting the sliding locking rod 21 to the locking buckle 19; when the user or patient needs to lift assistance, the user or patient pull the locking rod 21 to release the connection with the locking buckle 19; and the pneumatic rod 14 drives the cushion 7 to lift up, achieving standing assistance for the user or patient.
Specifically, the locking member set 18 includes locking buckle 19, guide seat 20, and locking rod 21; the locking buckle 19 is connected to the cushion 7; the locking buckle 19 has an opening to facilitate locking or unlocking of the locking rod 21; the guide seat 20 is provided with at least two openings; and the two openings are provided forwards and backwards to form a guide for the locking rod 21; and the locking rod 21 passes through the guide seat 20 and the locking buckle 19 in sequence; the end of the locking rod 21 could be provided to be placed on the cushion frame 6; and the end of the locking lever 21 could be provided with a ball head to facilitate movement of the user or the patient's grip.
Specifically, the front end of the said cushion 7 is connected to the front end of the said cushion frame 6 through hinge 22; the lifting means of cushion 7 is inclined lifting, which facilitates the assistance of the user or patient who are sitting to stand; the shape of cushion 7 can be prepared in the shape of a toilet seat cushion or a regular seat cushion 7; being prepared in the shape of a toilet seat cushion, which can facilitate the user or patient to stand up after using the toilet.
Referring to FIG. 5, the said backrest bracket 2 includes backrest telescopic rod 23; the said backrest telescopic rod 23 could adjust the telescopic length relative to the said backrest bracket 2; the said left armrest bracket 3 includes left telescopic rod 24, the said left telescopic rod 24 could adjust the telescopic length relative to the said left armrest bracket 3; the said right armrest bracket 4 includes right telescopic rod 25; the said right telescopic rod 25 could adjust the telescopic length relative to the said right armrest bracket 4.
In the implementation, in order to solve the adjustable height technical problems of the auxiliary chair body 1, backrest bracket 2 set backrest telescopic pole 23; the left armrest bracket 3 set left telescopic rod 24; the right armrest bracket 4 set right telescopic rod 25; the expansion mode is to realize through uniformly setting adjustment holes on the telescopic rod; the contraction mode is to realize through cooperating with the elastic column on the bracket.

Folding auxiliary chair, characterized in that it comprises: Auxiliary chair body, said auxiliary chair body comprising a backrest bracket, a left armrest bracket movably connected to the left side of said backrest bracket and a right armrest bracket movably connected to the right side of said backrest bracket; Cushion assembly, said cushion assembly comprising a cushion frame and a cushion disposed on said cushion frame; said cushion frame being detachably connected to said backrest bracket, said left armrest bracket, and said right armrest bracket, respectively, by means of a locking member; wherein said cushion assembly is removable from said auxiliary chair body, said left armrest bracket and said right armrest bracket can be folded and stowed relative to said backrest bracket.

Folding auxiliary chair of claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises: the said cushion assembly comprises one or more sets of lifting devices for lifting the seat cushion; the said lifting devices are set on the cushion frame; the said lifting devices comprise support seat, pneumatic rod, bracing member, and sliding connecting rod; the said support seat is connected to the said cushion frame; the first end of the said pneumatic rod is connected to the support seat; the second end of the said pneumatic rod is connected to the first end of the said bracing member; the second end of the said bracing member is connected to the first end of the said sliding connecting rod; the said bracing member is connected to the said cushion; the said support seat is provided with a support for the movable sliding groove placed on the second end of the said sliding connecting rod; the said cushion frame is provided with a limiting groove corresponding to said sliding connecting rod; said sliding connecting rod is placed in said limiting groove; wherein said pneumatic rod drives said bracing member and said cushion jacking up; the second end of the said sliding connecting rod is capable of linear activity within the said sliding groove; and said sliding connecting rod is placed in said limiting groove to limit the amplitude of side-to-side swaying of said cushion.
3. Folding auxiliary chair of claim 2, characterized in that: the said cushion assembly comprises locking member set; the said locking member set is used to lock said cushion to prevent the jacking up of lifting devices; the said locking member set comprises locking buckle, guiding seat, and locking rod; wherein the said locking buckle is set on the said cushion; the said guiding seat is mounted on the said supporting base; said locking rod passes in turn through the said supporting base, the said locking buckle to secure the said cushion to the said cushion frame, the said locking rod is, at least partially, disposed outside the said cushion frame; the said locking rod is pulled by an external force to disengage the said locking buckle to unfasten the said cushion from the said cushion frame.
4. Folding auxiliary chair of claim 3, characterized in that the front end of the said cushion is connected to the front end of the cushion frame through a hinge.
5. Folding auxiliary chair of claim 1, characterized in that the said left armrest bracket is sleeved on the said backrest bracket; the said left armrest bracket can rotate relative to the said backrest bracket.
6. Folding auxiliary chair of claim 1, characterized in that the said right armrest bracket is sleeved on the said backrest bracket; the said right armrest bracket can rotate relative to the said backrest bracket.
