The present disclosure claims the priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 2025219846716 filed on September 15, 2025 before CNIPA. All the above are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety.
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of ventilation equipment, and particularly to a fan with an anti-falling structure.
In daily life and work scenarios, suspended fans (such as ceiling fans and overhead fans) are widely used in various indoor environments due to their advantages of effective air circulation and minimal space occupation. However, traditional suspended fans pose significant safety hazards and functional limitations during long-term use: The installation structure of traditional suspended fans relies on rigid connections between the connection seat on the fixed shaft and the mounting portion (ceiling base or hanging rod), with core load-bearing components being connectors such as bolts and snaps. As usage time increases, these connectors are prone to loosening due to factors such as vibration, environmental humidity changes, and material aging. Additionally, the centrifugal force generated by fan blade rotation during operation continuously applies lateral loads to the connection node between the fixed shaft and the mounting portion, further accelerating wear and loosening of the connectors. Once the connectors fail, the entire fan (including the drive motor and fan blades) may fall from a height, potentially injuring personnel below or damaging furniture, thereby posing a threat to user safety.
In view of the above, the present disclosure provides a fan with an anti-falling structure to prevent the entire fan from falling from a height.

The embodiments of the present disclosure will be hereinafter clearly and completely described in combination with the accompanying drawings.
With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, a fan with an anti-falling structure includes a mounting portion 1 configured to be fixed to a wall (ceiling), a fixed shaft 2 connected to the mounting portion 1, a drive motor 3 rotatably connected to the fixed shaft 2, and a plurality of fan blades 4 fixed to the drive motor 3. An anti-falling rope 5 is connected to an upper end or a lower end of the fixed shaft 2, and a connection structure 6 is provided between a lower end of the anti-falling rope 5 and the fixed shaft 2 to fixedly connect the lower end of the anti-falling rope 5 and the fixed shaft 2. An upper end of the anti-falling rope 5 is fixed to the mounting portion 1 or the wall. In this way, the anti-falling rope 5 may restrain the drive motor 3 when the connection structure 6 between the mounting portion 1 and the fixed shaft 2 fails, preventing the drive motor 3 and components connected thereto from falling, thereby avoiding injury to personnel below or damage to furniture, and improving the safety of the fan.
In the present embodiment, the fixed shaft 2 is internally hollow to form a first through hole 21. The fixed shaft 2 includes a first end portion 22 provided at its upper end and extending above the drive motor 3 or a second end portion 23 provided at its lower end and extending below the drive motor 3. The lower end of the anti-falling rope 5 passes through the first through hole 21 and is connected to the first end portion 22 or the second end portion 23. The hollow design of the fixed shaft 2 forming the first through hole 21 provides a hidden passage for the anti-falling rope 5, preventing the anti-falling rope 5 from being exposed externally. Meanwhile, the extended design of the first end portion 22 and the second end portion 23 offers sufficient operational space for connecting the anti-falling rope 5, facilitating installation personnel in securing the rope and reducing assembly difficulty.
In the present embodiment, the connection structure 6 includes a wire threading hole 61 provided on the first end portion 22 or the second end portion 23 for the anti-falling rope 5 to pass through, a wire sleeve 62 provided on an exterior of the fixed shaft 2 for the anti-falling rope 5 to pass through, and a locking screw 63 provided on the wire sleeve 62 to lock the anti-falling rope 5 inside the wire sleeve 62. In some implementations, the wire threading hole 61 includes a first wire threading hole 611 provided on one side of the fixed shaft 2 and a second wire threading hole 612 provided on the fixed shaft 2 opposite to the first wire threading hole 611. In this configuration, the lower end of the anti-falling rope 5 first passes out from the interior of the fixed shaft 2 through the first wire threading hole 611, then passes through the wire sleeve 62 and re-enters the interior of the fixed shaft 2 through the second wire threading hole 612. Subsequently, the anti-falling rope 5 passes out again from the interior of the fixed shaft 2 through the first wire threading hole 611, and finally passes into the wire sleeve 62, where the anti-falling rope 5 is locked by the locking screw 63 on the wire sleeve 62. This effectively prevents the anti-falling rope 5 from slipping off the fixed shaft 2, ensuring reliable connection between the anti-falling rope 5 and the fixed shaft 2. Simultaneously, the symmetrical design of the first wire threading hole 611 and the second wire threading hole 612 ensures uniform force distribution on the rope, avoiding the risk of breakage due to localized stress concentration. Certainly, the wire threading hole 61 may be one or multiple; and two locking screws 63 are respectively provided on both sides of the wire sleeve 62 to lock the anti-falling rope 5 passing through the locking screws 63.
In the present embodiment, a connecting member 51 is provided at the upper end of the anti-falling rope 5. The connecting member 51 includes a connecting plate 511 configured to be fixed to the mounting portion 1 or the wall, and a fixing hole 512 is provided on the connecting plate 511. This adapts to various fixing methods such as expansion bolts and self-tapping screws, facilitating the fixation of the upper end of the anti-falling rope 5 to the mounting portion 1 or the wall.
In the present embodiment, a connection seat 7 is provided between the fixed shaft 2 and the mounting portion 1 to connect the fixed shaft 2 and the mounting portion 1. The connection seat 7 serves as a transitional connecting component between the fixed shaft 2 and the mounting portion 1, enabling rapid assembly and disassembly through connection methods such as threads or pins. A second through hole 71 communicating with the first through hole 21 is provided on the connection seat 7, thereby providing a continuous passage for the anti-falling rope 5 and ensuring that the anti-falling rope 5 may extend from the fixed shaft 2 to the mounting portion 1 or the wall.
In the present embodiment, the mounting portion 1 includes a ceiling base 11 connected to the connection seat 7 and fixed to the wall. An interior of the ceiling base 11 communicates with the second through hole 71, thereby enabling the fan to be used as a ceiling fan.
In the present embodiment, the mounting portion 1 includes a hanging rod 12 connected to the connection seat 7 and a ceiling suspension base 13 fixed to the wall at an upper end of the hanging rod 12. A third through hole 121 is provided inside the hanging rod 12 to communicate an interior of the ceiling suspension base 13 with the second through hole 71, thereby enabling the fan to be used as a suspended ceiling fan.
In the present embodiment, a light-emitting portion 8 is connected to the second end portion 23. The light-emitting portion 8 includes a fixing plate 81 arranged on the second end portion 23, a lampshade 82 arranged on the fixing plate 81, and a lamp core 83 arranged inside the lampshade 82. The first through hole 21 communicates with an interior of the lampshade 82, thereby allowing the power cord of the lamp core 83 to be routed through the first through hole 21, concealing the power cord and avoiding exposure. The lampshade 82 is provided with a connector threadedly connected to the fixed shaft 2, and a through hole is provided inside the connector to communicate the first through hole 21 with the interior of the lampshade 82.
In the present embodiment, the anti-falling rope 5 is a steel wire rope, ensuring that the steel wire rope may bear the weight of the fan and eliminate the risk of falling. Additionally, the surface of the steel wire rope is coated with zinc to enhance corrosion resistance and prevent rust caused by humid environments during long-term use.
