Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims priority from the Chinese patent application 2024221825357 filed Sep. 5, 2024, the content of which is incorporated herein in the entirety by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of auxiliary tool technology, particularly to a tool stool.

BACKGROUND

Tool carts are movable containers used for containing hand tools and greatly convenient in production. For the sake of easy operation, tool stools are designed with additional cushions based on tool carts. For tool stools of the prior art, though provided with additional cushions, their containing spaces have been compressed and therefore are limited.

SUMMARY

In order to address the shortcomings of the prior art, the present disclosure provides a tool stool with a big containing space and an extension design.

The above purposes of the present disclosure can be achieved through the following technical solution:

The present disclosure provides a tool stool comprising:

    • A base, a first tool tray set on the base;
    • A cushion, support frames for fixedly connecting the cushion to the base;
      • An extension rack and a functional tray set on the extension rack; the extension rack is hinged to the base; when unfolded, the extension rack can be horizontally aligned with the base; when folded, the extension rack can be buttedly placed on the base.

By adopting the above technical solution, the tool stool and cushion of the present disclosure are helpful for operators to operate while sitting, and a certain containing space can be formed between the base and cushion; when unfolded, no mutual limitation between the extension rack and cushion will be caused, and a bigger containing space can be achieved; when folded, the extension rack can be buttedly placed on the base, saving the space.

Furthermore, the base is a square frame, and pulleys are installed at the four corners of the base.

By adopting the above technical solution, a higher stability of the base can be achieved, and the setting of pulleys can help to facilitate the movement of the tool stool, making the operation more convenient.

Furthermore, the first tool tray is detachably connected to the base, and several grilles are provided in the first tool tray.

By adopting the above technical solution, the first tool tray can be replaced as needed and divided into several containing parts for different operating tools.

Furthermore, at least two support frames are provided, which are set on the same side of the base, one end of each support frame is fixedly connected to the base, and the other end is fixedly connected to the cushion.

By adopting the above technical solution, a higher stability of the cushion can be achieved and a containing space can be formed between the cushion and base.

Furthermore, a universal wheel is installed on the extension rack.

By adopting the above technical solution, when the extension rack is unfolded, the universal wheel is in contact with the ground to support the extension rack and base on the same horizontal plane; the use of the universal wheel in conjunction with the pulleys of the base makes it more convenient to move the tool stool.

Furthermore, one side of the functional tray has partitions, and the other side has a holding recess.

By adopting the above technical solution, when the extension rack is unfolded, the side of the functional tray with partitions faces upwards; the partitions can divide the functional tray into different containing parts and hold a container that needs to be fixed; when the extension rack is folded, the side of the functional tray with a holding recess faces upwards for containing tools or other accessories.

Furthermore, the tool stool is further provided with a tool basket, and the bottom of the tool basket has partition grooves; the partition grooves are adapted to the partitions, and the tool basket can be placed in the holding recess.

By adopting the above technical solution, the tool basket can be used separately or in conjunction with the extension rack; when the extension rack is unfolded, the tool basket can be placed on the functional tray. At this time, the partitions on the functional tray match the partition grooves of the tool basket, fixing it to the functional tray; when the extension rack is folded, the side of the function tray with a holding recess faces upwards, and the tool basket can be placed in the holding recess, saving the containing space.

Furthermore, the tool basket has a handle; the handle is hinged to the tool basket.

In summary, the present disclosure has at least one beneficial technical effect as follows: the tool stool of the present disclosure has an extension rack, which can be unfolded or folded during use, making the containing space bigger and the use more flexible; the functional tray has different functions depending on the purpose of the extension rack, which can not only contain tools, but also fix or hold a tool basket.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT

The present disclosure is further described in detail in combination with the drawings.

In order to help technicians in this art to understand the present disclosure, the following embodiment of the present disclosure is described with reference to FIGS. 1-4.

According to FIGS. 1-4, the tool stool disclosed in the present disclosure comprises a base 1, a cushion 2 and an extension rack 3.

A first tool tray 11 is set on the base 1. The base 1 is a square frame, the design of which is intended to enhance the stability of the base 1; pulleys 12 are installed at the four corners of the base 1; the pulleys can be dead pulleys 12 or universal pulleys 32 for easily moving the tool stool; the first tool tray 11 is detachably connected to the base 1, and several grilles 13 are set in the first tool tray 11 in order to divide it into several containing parts for different operating tools.

The cushion 2 is fixedly connected to base 1 through support frames 4. At least two support frames 4 are used; in this embodiment, two support frames 4 are provided, and the two support frames 4 are set on the same side of the base 1. One end of each support frame 4 is fixedly connected to the base 1, and the other end of the support frame 4 is fixedly connected to the cushion 2 for achieving a higher stability of the cushion 2; a containing space is formed between the cushion 2 and base 1; with a vertical long end and horizontal short end, each support frame 4 is L-shaped and has a certain curvature.

The extension rack 3 has a functional tray 31; the extension rack 3 is hinged to the base 1; when the extension rack 3 is unfolded, the extension rack 3 can be horizontally aligned with the base 1; when the extension rack 3 is folded, the extension rack 3 can be buttedly placed on the base 1. The extension rack 3 is installed with a universal wheel 32; when the extension rack 3 is unfolded, the universal wheel 32 is in contact with the ground to support the extension rack 3 and base 1 on the same horizontal plane; when the extension rack 3 is folded, the universal wheel 32 is set on the base 1 with the extension rack 3; the use of the universal wheel 32 in conjunction with the pulleys 12 of the base 1 makes it more convenient to move the tool stool.

One side of the functional tray 31 has partitions 33, and the other side of the functional tray 31 has a holding recess 34. When the extension rack 3 is unfolded, the side of the functional tray 31 with partitions 33 faces upwards; the partitions 33 can divide the functional tray 31 into different containing parts and hold a container that needs to be fixed; when the extension rack 3 is folded, the side of the functional tray 31 with a holding recess 34 faces upwards for containing tools or other accessories.

The tool stool is further provided with a tool basket 5, and the bottom of the tool basket 5 has partition grooves 51; the partition grooves 51 are adapted to the partitions 33 in the functional tray 31, and the tool basket 5 can be placed in the holding recess 34. The tool basket 5 can be used separately or in conjunction with the extension rack 3; when the extension rack 3 is unfolded, the tool basket 5 can be placed on the functional tray 31. At this time, the partitions 33 on the functional tray 31 match the partition grooves 51 of the tool basket 5, fixing the tool basket 5 to the functional tray 31; when the extension rack 3 is folded, the side of the function tray 31 with a holding recess 34 faces upwards, and the tool basket 5 can be placed in the holding recess 34, saving the containing space. The tool basket has a handle 52; the handle 52 is hinged to the tool basket 5.

The principle of this embodiment is as follows: the tool stool and cushion 2 of the present disclosure are helpful for operators to operate while sitting, and a certain containing space can be formed between the base 1 and cushion 2; when the extension rack 3 is unfolded, no mutual limitation between the extension rack 3 and cushion 2 will be caused, and a bigger containing space can be achieved; when the extension rack 3 is folded, the extension rack 3 is butted with the base 1 and set on the base 1, saving the space.
