Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a tip member of a fixing tool of ground installation anchor type being fixedly attached to the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type so as to form a tip part of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type, in which a ground biting part formed substantially in a spiral shape for biting into the ground is provided on an outer circumferential surface of an elongated body with a circular cross section so that the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type can be installed by being rotated about an axis and thereby biting into the ground.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY

Conventionally, a steel pipe pile used in a technical field of fixing tools of ground installation anchor type comprises: a steel shaft pipe having an outer circumference surface on which at least one spiral blade is provided in a tip part; and an inner steel pipe, whose outer diameter is slightly smaller than an inner diameter of the steel shaft pipe, whose front end is closed by a bottom plate having one side surface on which at least one excavating piece is projected and the other surface being fixedly attached to the front end and which is inserted in the steel shaft pipe in a state that the excavating piece is directed toward the front end (see Patent Document 1).

Further, a conventional rotary penetrating pile used in the technical field of fixing tools of ground installation anchor type has a pile body including a first tapered part, whose diameter is made smaller toward its front end, and a second tapered part, which is provided to a front end of the first tapered part, whose diameter is continued from the first tapered part with a greater taper angle and whose diameter is made smaller toward its front end. Further, a rotary blade formed into a spiral shape is provided to the first tapered part, and an excavating blade is formed in the second tapered part. When excavating the ground by the rotary penetrating pile, the excavating blade and the second tapered part contact boulder stones in sediment, and the boulder stones are removed from the front ends part of the rotary blade, so that the excavation is not disturbed by the boulder stones. Further, a part of sediment between the blade is extruded radially outwardly by the first tapered part, so that a space between the blade is hardly clogged with sediment, and excavation efficiency is not lowered (see Patent Document 2).

EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

Embodiments of the tip member of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type relating to the present invention will now be explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings (FIGS. 1-10).

A tip member 20 of a fixing tool of ground installation anchor type relating to the present invention is fixedly attached to the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type so as to form a tip part of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type, in which a ground biting part 13 formed substantially in a spiral shape for biting into the ground is provided on an outer circumferential surface of an elongated body 10 with a circular cross section so that the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type can be installed by being rotated about an axis and thereby biting into the ground. Note that, the ground biting part 13, which is indicated by dotted lines in an embodiment of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type shown in FIGS. 7, 9 and 10, is formed into a continuous spiral shape, but the shape is not limited to the shown shape, so the spiral shape may be, for example, formed intermittently.

As shown in FIGS. 1-6, the tip member 20 of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type relating to the present invention comprises: a circular base part 21 being fixedly attached in a continuous state to the elongated main body 10 with the circular cross section; and a conical body part 22 that tapers from the circular base part 21 toward the tip part. In the circular base part 21 of the present embodiment, an outer diameter is substantially equivalent to that of the elongated body 10 with the circular cross section, the base part is formed into a low columnar shape with a prescribed thickness. In the present embodiment, the circular base part 21 with the prescribed thickness is continuously fixedly attached to an end part of the elongated main body 10 with the circular cross section by welding, but the fixedly attaching manner is not limited in the present invention, so it may be fixed to the end part of the elongated main body 10 with the circular cross section by, for example, screws, and other known manners may be employed.

As shown in FIGS. 1-6, the tip member 20 of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type relating to the present invention further comprises streak projection parts 30 being provided integrally on an outer surface 23 of the conical body part 22 (a side surface of the conical shape) in a form projecting outward between a maximum diameter part 24 of the conical shape (an outer diameter of a bottom surface) and a vertex 25 of the conical shape and in a form extending linearly along a generatrix 26 of the cone (see FIG. 6). Note that, in the present embodiment, the streak projection parts 30 are not formed in a front tip part of the conical shape. Even if the streak projection parts 30 are formed in the front tip part of the conical shape, an excavating effect is small, and the streak projection parts 30 are integrally fixed to the conical body part 22 by welding but it is difficult to perform welding in the front tip part of the conical shape, so the streak projection parts are formed in such manner, but the manner for forming the streak projection parts is not limited to said manner, they may be formed with optional length, thickness, etc.

By employing the tip member 20 of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type, the streak projection parts 30 appropriately excavate within a prescribed area to drill a hole in the ground when biting the ground with the fixing tool, so that the elongated body 10 with the circular cross section which is connected to the tip member 20 can penetrate into the ground. Namely, the streak projection parts 30 are provided on an outer surface 23 of the conical body part 22 in a form extending linearly along a generatrix 26 of the cone, so that the fixing tool has superior effects that an appropriate resistance for drilling a hole in the ground can be obtained by a force for screwing the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type into the ground and that the fixing tool can more easily bite the ground and can be more appropriately installed in the ground as an anchor.

In the tip member 20 of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type of the present embodiment, shoulder parts 31, which are formed on a maximum diameter part 24 side of the conical shape of the streak projection parts 30 and which project outermost, are projected further outward than the outer circumferential surface 11 of the elongated body 10 with the circular cross section and not projected further outward than an outer diameter part 14 of the ground biting part 13.

Namely, the streak projection parts 30 having the shoulder parts 31 can excavate the ground within an area of a prescribed diameter so as to drill a hole into which the elongated body 10 with the circular cross section can enter, but an underground part, in which the ground biting part 13 formed into the spiral shape is fixed by biting, is not excessively excavated, so that the ground biting part 13 formed into the spiral shape is capable of strongly biting sands and soils under the ground.

By employing the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type, the fixing tool can be easily, securely and strongly installed on the ground without being easily pulled out from the ground.

In the tip member 20 of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type of the present embodiment, a height of the streak projection parts 30 projecting from the outer surface 23 of the conical body part 22 is made gradually lower from the maximum diameter part 24 of the conical shape of the conical body part 22 toward the vertex 25 thereof like a tapered shape.

With the above-described structure, the excavating force applied by the streak projection parts 30 can be made gradually greater from front ends of the streak projection parts 30 toward a bottom surface of the conical shape of the conical body part 22 (the maximum diameter part 24 of the conical shape of the conical body part 22). Namely, by employing the streak projection parts 30, the force for excavating the ground is made gradually greater from the front ends side of the conical shape and transmitted smoothly, so that the elongated body 10 with the circular cross section, which is connected to the tip member 20, can smoothly penetrate into the ground, and the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type can be easily installed on the ground.

Further, in the tip member 20 of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type of the present embodiment, the three streak projection parts 30 are provided to circumferentially equally divided positions on the outer surface 23 of the conical body part 22. Namely, a plurality of the streak projection parts 30 (e.g., three in the present embodiment) are symmetrically provided on the outer surface 23 of the conical body part 22, such that the excavating force is substantially equally transmitted to the streak projection parts 30 when biting the ground, and the fixing tool bites the ground in a state of erecting an axis of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type without being oscillated.

With the above-described structure, the force for excavating the ground can be transmitted with good balance by the three streak projection parts 30, so that the ground can be more smoothly excavated, and the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type can be screwed into the ground and appropriately installed and fixed.

Further, in the tip member 20 of the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type of another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7-10, the elongated body 10 with the circular cross section is formed into a tubular shape having a hollow part 12 into which a rod body can be inserted, and the tip member is fixedly attached to the tip part of the elongated body 10 with the circular cross section so as to close the hollow part 12. Note that, in the present embodiment, the elongated body 10 with the circular cross section is composed of a steel tubular material (e.g., straight steel pipe).

With the above-described structure, the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type for setting poles of flags, tents, tarpaulins, parasols, etc. can be reasonably and appropriately produced.

Next, a method of using the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type of the embodiment (shown in FIGS. 7-10), in which the tip member 20 is fixedly attached to the tip part thereof, will be explained.

The fixing tool of ground installation anchor type of the embodiment can be installed in the ground, e.g., soil surface, sand surface such as beach, and can be used for multipurpose, e.g., fixing a tent, tarpaulin, etc., mooring a boat, canoe, etc. Further, the fixing tool of ground installation anchor type can be used for setting a pole of a flag, tent, tarpaulin, parasol, etc., and it has a tubular body (the elongated body 10 with the circular cross section) into which a lower end part of a pole can be inserted and held, a hexagonal nut head 15 is provided to a top part of the tubular body, and a spiral ground biting part (the ground biting part 13) is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the tubular body.

The fixing tool of ground installation anchor type is fixed in the ground by: fitting an adapter to the hexagonal head 15 from an upper side; and pushing and screwing the fixing tool, with an impact wrench (an electric tool) connected to the adapter, from the upper side. For example, the fixing tool can be fixed in a sand beach so as to moor a small boat to the fixing tool with a rope, carabiner, etc. Further, when setting a tent, sheet, etc., blowing up the tent, sheet, etc. can be directly prevented the fixing tool or prevented by a rope, carabiner, etc. connected to the fixing tool. Note that, in case of fixing or mooring an object with a rope, carabiner, etc., a part formed like a washer (a washer-shaped part 16) and holes 17 formed therein can be used. Further, an eye bolt can be screwed by using a screw part of the hexagonal nut head 15, and a rope can be tied or a carabiner can be attached by using the eye bolt.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and many alternations could be made hereto without departing from the spirit of the invention.
