Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application is a national stage application filed under 35 U.S.C. § 371 of PCT Application No. PCT/DE2023/200164, filed Aug. 11, 2023, which claims priority to German patent application DE 10 2022 208 433.0, filed Aug. 12, 2022, the entire disclosure of each is incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

1. Field of the Disclosure

The disclosure relates to a mounting device for connecting a pull-out device to a cover element of a piece of furniture, in particular a piece of sanitary furniture, with a mounting plate having two opposing surfaces. The disclosure also relates to a cover system comprising a cover element and a mounting device which can be fixed to the cover element. The disclosure also relates to a pull-out system comprising a pull-out device comprising a pull-out and a device arranged in the pull-out and a mounting device. The disclosure also relates to a system for arrangement in and/or on a piece of furniture, in particular a piece of sanitary furniture, comprising a cover element, a mounting device which can be fixed to the cover element, and a pull-out device comprising a pull-out and a device arranged in the pull-out. The disclosure also relates to a piece of furniture, in particular sanitary furniture, with a system. Although the present disclosure is generally applicable to any furniture, any cover elements and any pull-out devices, the present disclosure is explained in relation to a piece of sanitary furniture in the form of a kitchen base cabinet with a pull-out waste separation system which is connected to a kitchen front for pull-out.

2. Description of Related Art

Kitchen base cabinets are usually used to arrange different device, for example a pull-out waste separation system for a user of a sink as well as possibly a water treatment device or the like. The waste separation system is arranged in a known extendable manner in such a way that the waste separation system can be opened and closed by means of a cover, for example a kitchen front. The assembly of corresponding connecting elements to connect the cover element to the kitchen front is very complex, as these have to be individually measured, positioned and assembled so that, on the one hand, the waste separation system can be operated with the kitchen front and, on the other hand, the extendable kitchen front fits into the arrangement of the other kitchen fronts without offset and with the same gap dimension.

It is therefore known from EP 2 943 092 B1 to provide a positioning aid on a mounting element for finding a mounting position for connecting elements. For this purpose, the assembly aid has several predeterminable holes, slots and spacers in order to be able to arrange the positioning aid correctly on the corresponding element, for example the rear of a kitchen front. The respective fixing points must then be marked by hand. The positioning aid is then removed again and the connecting elements, such as drawer pull-outs, are fixed in place according to the marked positions.

The disadvantage of this is that the respective connecting elements have to be positioned manually, making assembly time-consuming and error-prone. For example, a screw hole set in a slightly incorrect position can no longer be easily corrected.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

It is an object of the present disclosure is therefore to provide an assembly device, a cover system, a pull-out system and a system for arrangement in and/or on a piece of furniture and a piece of furniture which enable simple, fast and reliable assembly while at the same time ensuring reliable and, if necessary, detachable fixing to one another.

A further object of the present disclosure is to provide an alternative mounting device, an alternative cover system, an alternative pull-out system and an alternative system for arrangement in and/or on a piece of furniture and an alternative piece of furniture.

In one embodiment, the present disclosure solves the above-mentioned objects by a mounting device for connecting a pull-out device to a cover element of a piece of furniture, in particular a piece of sanitary furniture, having a mounting plate with two opposing surfaces, comprising a first surface and an opposing second surface, wherein, in the fixed state of the mounting plate, the first surface is connected to the cover element and the second surface is connected to the pull-out device, wherein the first surface has at least one, in particular flat, fixing region, and wherein the second surface has at least two fixing elements arranged projecting from the second surface, wherein at least two of the fixing elements are arranged horizontally and/or vertically off-set from one another, in particular on horizontally different sides of the second surface, in the mounted state of the mounting plate, and wherein the at least two fixing elements are formed in one piece with the mounting plate and wherein the mounting plate has at least one bore on different sides.

In one embodiment, the present disclosure solves the above objects by a cover system comprising a cover member and a mounting device fixable to the cover member.

In one embodiment, the present disclosure solves the aforementioned objects by a pull-out system comprising a pull-out device comprising a pull-out and a device arranged in the pull-out and a mounting device, wherein the fixing elements of the mounting plate and the pull-out device are designed so that the fixing elements and/or hooks can be releasably connected to the pull-out and/or to the device.

In one embodiment, the present disclosure solves the above-mentioned objects by a system for arrangement in and/or on a piece of furniture, in particular a piece of sanitary furniture, comprising a cover element, a mounting device which can be fixed to the cover element, and a pull-out device comprising a pull-out and a device arranged in the pull-out, wherein the fixing elements of the mounting plate and the pull-out device are designed so that the fixing elements and/eor hooks can be releasably connected to the pull-out and/or to the device.

In one embodiment, the present disclosure solves the aforementioned objects by means of a piece of furniture, in particular sanitary furniture, with a system.

One of the advantages thus achieved is that a cover element can be reliably and flexibly fixed to a pull-out system in a simple and fast manner by means of the mounting device. A further advantage is that the mounting device is simple and inex-pensive to manufacture. A further advantage is that the assembly effort and assembly costs are reduced, as is the susceptibility to errors during assembly.

Further features, advantages and further embodiments of the disclosure are described below or are disclosed thereby.

According to an advantageous further development of the disclosure, the first surface in the fixing area can be bonded to the cover element. The advantage of this is a uniform transmission of force between the mounting plate and the cover element. Furthermore, no additional fastening elements such as screws and the like are required. It is also possible to provide screw connections, which further increases the reliability of the fixing of the mounting plate and cover element.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, a plurality of holes are arranged to provide a screw connection, which are regularly distributed, in particular at least partially, in a grid. One of the advantages thus achieved is that a particularly flexible and at the same time reliable connection, for example by screw connections, can be provided in the holes.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, the fixing elements are arranged on the mounting plate. This avoids complicated production of the mounting plate with the formation of the fixing elements. At the same time, however, the mounting plate with the fixing elements is thus available in one piece to a fitter on site, so that he does not have to position the fixing elements himself. According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, at least one fixing element has a base with two projections, in particular wherein at least one protrusion is hook-shaped and/or at least one protrusion has an inclined profile relative to the second surface. The advantage of this is that a fitter can connect the mounting plate to the pull-out system in a particularly simple way, for example by hooking it in and snapping it into place. Nevertheless, a user can later detach the mounting plate together with the cover element from the pull-out system for maintenance purposes or similar if the connection is detachable. In other words, a detachable connection between the mounting plate and the pull-out system can be provided in a simple manner.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, at least one bore, in particular a plurality of bores, is arranged on the base. The advantage of this is that the base together with the mounting plate has a greater thickness than the mounting plate alone in the direction of the bore. In this respect, the resulting increased stability at this position can be utilized for mounting the mounting plate on the cover element.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, at least one protrusion has a passage that is in particular angular in shape. The advantage of this is the provision of a simple, detachable connection, in particular by means of hooking.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, the mounting plate has at least one hook, in particular of U-shaped design, which is arranged in particular in an opening of the mounting plate. The advantage of this is that it allows the mounting plate to be additionally secured to the pull-out system, for example in its upper area. For example, the hooks can engage directly in a waste collection system, whereas the fixing elements are arranged on an pull-out of the pull-out system.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, at least one fixing element is plate-shaped, in particular square, and has a connecting device for connection to the pull-out device. The advantage of this is that a uniform distribution of force between the cover element and the pull-out system is made possible by means of plate-shaped elements. The connecting device makes it particularly easy to mount the mounting plate to the pull-out system.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, the connecting device is designed to provide a positive and/or frictional connection, in particular in the form of a screw and/or clip connection. The advantage of this is the provision of a particularly reliable connection.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, one or more holders for detachably securing objects, in particular kitchen objects, and/or one or more shelves are arranged. This can further enhance the user experience. For example, hooks for tea towels or shelves for washing-up liquid, soap, sponges or the like can be arranged directly on the mounting plate, for example if this extends over the entire cover element except for one or more narrow edges. The mounting plate and/or the holders can be magnetic.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, the mounting plate has at least one reinforcing profile, in particular on at least two opposite sides. The advantage of this is that, on the one hand, the mounting plate can be made more stable, but at the same time this can also have a supporting effect on the stability of the cover element.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, a positioning device is arranged on the mounting plate. The advantage of this is that a fitter can easily and quickly mount the mounting plate to the cover element on site using the positioning device.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, the positioning device is designed to apply or affix a marking, preferably with the positioning device having at least one slot, at least one recess and/or at least one protrusion in the plane of the mounting plate. A possible advantage is that the positioning device can be provided in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, the cover element has at least two areas of different stability and the mounting plate can be fixed in such a way that it can be fixed in the area of higher stability and at least partially covers the area of lower stability. This means that framed kitchen fronts, for example, can also be reliably fixed to a pull-out system by means of the mounting plate.

According to another advantageous further development of the cover element, the mounting plate has a reinforcing profile, in particular in the form of an edging, at least partially in the area of lower stability of the cover element. The advantage of this is that it improves the stability of the arrangement of the cover element and mounting plate. In addition, the range of application of the mounting plate is also extended to frame-based cover elements with different stability ranges.

According to another advantageous further development of the cover element, the mounting plate extends essentially completely over at least one extension of the cover element. For example, the mounting plate can thus extend over the entire width of the cover element. A possible advantage is the increased stability and an extension of the area of application to frame-based cover elements.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, the cover element has a recess in which the mounting plate is arranged, in particular flush with the surface. The advantage of a particularly flush installation or fixing is a reduction of the installation space along the pull-out direction of the pull-out system.

According to another advantageous further development of the disclosure, the cover element and mounting plate are fixed to each other by means of a screw and/or adhesive connection. The advantage of this is a simple, reliable fixing without additional elements such as screws and the like in the case of an adhesive connection and/or a quick and reliable fixing by means of screws.

In a further embodiment, a prefabricated installation unit is provided for fixing in a cabinet, in particular a kitchen base cabinet or the like, comprising

    • a frame device, wherein the frame device is at least U-shaped in cross-section with a base and two side walls, and wherein at least one vertical separating element is arranged between the two side walls and the floor for horizontal subdivision into at least a first, in particular left-hand, and a second, in particular right-hand, receiving area for pre-installed user installation units, and

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE

FIG. 1 shows a piece of furniture with a system for arrangement in and/or on a piece of furniture according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 2 shows a section of a mounting plate according to an embodiment of the present disclosure and FIG. 3 shows a section of a mounting plate according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

FIG. 1 shows a piece of furniture 4 in which a pull-out system 2 is arranged. The pull-out system 2 comprises a pull-out U-shaped case 2a, in which a waste system 2b with a hanging frame 2c for a removable waste bin 2d is arranged. Furthermore, a cover 3 in the form of a kitchen front is shown for the pull-out system 2, which is detachably connected to the pull-out system 2 via a mounting plate 5.

The mounting plate 5 comprises two surfaces 5a, 5b, whereby a first surface 5a is used to connect to the cover 3 and the second surface 5b is used to connect to the pull-out system 2.

For this purpose, the mounting plate 5 has a formed flat, level fixing area 6 on the first surface 5a. In addition, several drill holes 8 are arranged in the mounting plate 5, for example in a grid pattern, circumferentially on one edge of the mounting plate 5, in particular on its upper side 50c, lower side 50b and on the left and right sides 50a, 50b and/or regularly distributed on the mounting plate 5. Alternatively or additionally, the mounting plate 5 can also be glued to the cover element 3, in which case the drilled holes 8 can be completely or at least partially omitted. The drill holes 8 can then be used to provide a screw connection to secure the mounting plate 5 to the cover element 3.

On the second surface 5b, the mounting plate 5 has several, in this case four, fixing elements 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, two of the fixing elements 7a, 7b and 7c, 7d being of the same type 7, 7′ in each case. In each case, two of the four fixing elements 7a, 7c and 7b, 7d are arranged on the left and right sides 50a, 50b of the mounting plate 5.

FIG. 2 now shows the fixing elements 7, 7′ of different types. In FIG. 2 on the left, the fixing element 7′ has a partially rounded, essentially rectangular base 70′. Two holes 73′ are arranged on the base 70′, between which an L-shaped or U-shaped hook 71′ is arranged. The fixing element 7 also comprises a partially rounded, essentially rectangular base 70. Three holes 73 are arranged on the base 70, with a protrusion 71 extending at an angle to the base 70 being arranged between two of the holes 73. On the opposite side of the base 70 there is also a protrusion 72 extending at an angle to the base 70, which has essentially the same width as the base 70 and a square passage 74.

In FIG. 3, in the upper area 50c of the mounting plate 5, in addition to lateral holes or through-holes 8, two L-shaped or U-shaped hooks 9 are produced projecting from the mounting plate 5 from the material of the mounting plate 5, so that an opening 10 is provided by the formation of the respective hook 9.

Furthermore, in an embodiment not shown here, the mounting plate 5 can be provided with one or more reinforcing profiles. A reinforcing profile can be provided, for example, by at least partially folding the mounting plate 5 or the like.

The fixing elements 7, 7′ or 7a-7d serve to fix the mounting plate 5 to the case 2a of the pull-out system 2, whereas the hooks 9 serve to connect the mounting plate 5 and the hanging frame 2c of the waste system 2b.

FIG. 4 shows a mounting plate according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

FIG. 4 shows a mounting plate 5 which has holes 8 in its respective corner areas. In addition, two fixing plates 7″ are arranged with the mounting plate 5, each of which has a connecting element 11 in the form of a cylindrical protrusion in its center for providing a clip connection with the hanging frame 2c of the waste system 2b. This then has corresponding receptacles for holding the connecting elements 11 and for fixing them to the hanging frame 2c. The fixing plates 7″ are essentially square and have reinforcing profiles 12, 12′ both diagonally and around the outer edge.

FIG. 5 shows a mounting plate according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

FIG. 5 essentially shows a mounting plate 5 according to FIG. 1. In contrast to the mounting plate 5 according to FIG. 1, the mounting plate 5 now extends essentially over the entire width (in FIG. 5 from left to right in the plane of the drawing) of the cover element 3 shown.

In contrast to the cover element 3 shown in FIG. 1, the cover element 3 shown in FIG. 5 has a multi-part structure with a frame 3b that has a surrounding cover 3a, for example made of glass or stainless steel or the like, on its outside. In addition, the cover element 3 has a so-called inner lining 3c on the inside, which is not completely covered or uncovered by the frame 3b.

Since the mounting plate 5 extends essentially across the entire width (in FIG. 5 from left to right in the drawing plane) of the cover element 3, it therefore also spans part of the inner lining 3c. To increase stability, for example, one or more reinforcing profiles can be arranged or formed on the mounting plate 5, in particular in the form of a edging 13 in the upper area 50c of the mounting plate 5.

In general, the mounting plate 5 can also be provided with at least one vertical slot 14a and/or at least one horizontal slot 14b. The slots 14a, 14b serve to simplify assembly by a fitter on site. In other words, they serve as an indication aid.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for fixing a mounting plate 5 comprising at least one slot 14a, 14b is provided, wherein the mounting plate 5 is placed flush in at least one corner of a cover element 3, then the position of the mounting plate 5 on the cover element 3 is fixed by means of marking by means of the at least one slot 14a, 14b, in particular wherein the marking is carried out by means of a pin guided in the at least one slot 14a, 14b, and the mounting plate 5 is then positioned, in particular displaced, on the cover element 3 in such a way that one edge of the mounting plate 5 is congruent with the at least one marked position.

A slot 14a, 14b can, for example, have a length of between 1 mm and 100 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 50 mm, and a width of between 0.5 mm and 5 mm, preferably between 1 mm and 3 mm.

The slots 14a, 14b shown in FIG. 5 are in particular not to scale and in FIG. 5 also in particular not arranged in such a way that they are suitable for positioning the mounting plate 5 shown in FIG. 5 on the cover element 3.

FIG. 6 shows a mounting plate according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

FIG. 6 essentially shows a mounting plate 5 according to FIGS. 1-3. In contrast to the mounting plates 5 of FIGS. 1-3, the mounting plate 5 according to FIG. 6 now has two rectangular recesses 15a on its left side 50a in the plane of the mounting plate 5. Alternatively or additionally, instead of recesses 15a, protrusions 15b can also be arranged on the mounting plate 5 in the plane of the mounting plate 5. In the mounting plate 5 shown in FIG. 6, the protrusions 15b are arranged on the underside of the mounting plate 5. Like the slots 14a, 14b of the mounting plate 5 of FIG. 5, the recesses 15a and protrusions 15b serve to simplify assembly by an fitter on site by using them as an indication aid. Analogous to the method for fixing a mounting plate 5 according to FIG. 5, the mounting plate 5 according to FIG. 6 is essentially fixed in the same way:

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for fixing a mounting plate 5 comprising at least one recess 15a and/or a protrusion 15b in the plane of the mounting plate 5 is provided, wherein the mounting plate 5 is placed flush in at least one corner of a cover element 3, then the position of the mounting plate 5 on the cover element 3 is fixed by marking by means of the at least one recess 15a and/or the at least one protrusion 15b, in particular wherein the marking is carried out by means of a pin guided in the at least one recess 15a and/or on an edge of the mounting plate 5 outside the protrusion 15b, and the mounting plate 5 is then positioned on the cover element 3, in particular displaced, in such a way that an edge of the mounting plate 5 and/or a protrusion 15b is congruent with the at least one marked position.

In general, the slots 14a, 14b shown in FIG. 5, the recesses 15a shown in FIG. 6 and the protrusions 15b can be combined with one another as desired.

The recesses 15a and the protrusions 15b can each have a length of between 1 mm and 100 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 50 mm.

FIG. 7 shows a three-dimensional view of a prefabricated mounting unit from the front.

FIG. 7 shows a prefabricated installation unit 1A. This comprises an essentially U-shaped frame 2A with a base 2aA and two sides 2bA, 2cA as well as a vertical partition 3A and a horizontal partition 4A, both in the form of a metal sheet. Overall, the two partitions essentially form a “T”, with the vertical partition 3A being fixed to the base 2aA and the underside of the horizontal partition 4A. The horizontal partition 4A is fixed to the two side walls 2bA, 2cA on their inner sides. The two side walls 2bA, 2cA protrude upwards over the horizontal partition 4A, resulting in an upper receiving area 5cA and a lower receiving area 5dA, the latter being divided by the vertical partition 3A into a left receiving area 5aA and a right receiving area 5bA. A water treatment device 6A is arranged in the right-hand receiving area 5bA, a pull-out 7A for a pull-out waste bin 8A arranged therein is arranged in the left-hand receiving area 5aA and a pull-out drawer 9A is arranged above it.

On the pull-out 7A—alternatively or additionally on the drawer 9A—a holding device 17A can be provided on its front side—here in several parts, each with a hook-in opening on the left and right—on which a cover such as a kitchen front or the like can be fixed, in particular hooked in. When the kitchen front is moved, the waste bin 8A is opened at the same time.

For example, a fixed shelf can be arranged in the upper receiving area 5cA and fixed to the two protruding side walls 2bA, 2cA, for example by means of a clip connection.

In the upper area of the side walls 2bA, 2cA, which slope downwards (bottom right in FIG. 6, reference sign 13A) in the rear area (top right in FIG. 7), a support unit 10A is arranged in the front area of the side walls 2bA, 2cA, comprising horizontal rows of holes formed in a grid 11aA, into which a corresponding carrying handle 11bA, which is U-shaped and L-shaped in cross-section, can be detachably hooked by a fitter on site for carrying the preassembled installation unit 1A. Furthermore, on the front edge of the side walls 2bA, 2cA and the base 2aA, a folded edge 12A is arranged in the form of a 90-degree outward bend. On the one hand, this can serve as a stop when the installation unit 1A is inserted from the front, and on the other hand, it can be used to cover any gaps. In addition, drilled holes 14A can also be arranged on the side walls 2bA, 2cA, in particular in a grid, in order to be able to fix the side walls 2bA, 2cA and thus the installation element 1A in a cabinet by means of screws. In one embodiment, the entire support unit 10A with a carrying handle can also be arranged completely in the side walls 2bA, 2cA, which enables simplified handling.

The 90-degree bend can also be omitted. Alternatively, a 180-degree bend can be provided to form a fold, which on the one hand improves stability and on the other hand can provide an overlap for a narrow free space.

Spacer elements 16A, for example in the form of felt strips or the like, or compensation panels or the like can be arranged on the outside of the side walls 2bA, 2cA and/or the base 2aA as well as on elements or components installed in the installation unit 1A, for example on the shelf, in order to provide a gap cover or the like, for example.

The prefabricated installation unit 1A can be supplemented with a mounting frame 15A, which interacts with the prefabricated installation unit 1A in an at least partially form-fitting manner, in particular abuts against it. Pipes 21A for waste water or the like can be fixed to the mounting frame 15A, which is arranged in the rear region 18A of the preassembled installation unit 1A. The prefabricated installation unit 1A can also be used without mounting frame 15A.

FIG. 8 shows a section of a prefabricated installation unit in a three-dimensional view oblique from the front.

FIG. 8 essentially shows an installation unit 1A according to FIG. 7. In contrast to the installation unit 1A shown in FIG. 7, the installation unit 1A shown in FIG. 8 now has two further drawers 9bA, 9cA in the lower receiving area 5dA in the left-hand receiving area 5aA instead of the pull-out 7A with waste bin 8A, so that a total of three drawers 9aA, 9bA, 9cA are arranged one above the other in the left-hand receiving area 5aA so that they can be pulled out. Furthermore, a drawer 9A extending across the entire width is arranged in the upper receiving area 5cA. On the front of the lowest drawer 9cA, a holding device 17A can be provided—here in several parts, each with a holding plate 17A on the left and right—on which a cover such as a kitchen front or the like can be fixed. When the kitchen front is moved, the bottom drawer 9cA is pulled out at the same time. In contrast to FIG. 7, the installation unit 1A shown in FIG. 8 now has a computer 6A instead of the water treatment unit. Overall, the prefabricated installation unit 1A can then be installed in office cabinets or the like.

FIG. 9 shows a pull-out rail for a drawer of a prefabricated installation unit in three-dimensional view.

FIG. 9 shows a pull-out rail 30A for a drawer, in particular for a drawer 9A according to FIG. 7 and/or one of the drawers 9A, 9aA, 9bA, 9cA according to FIG. 8. The pull-out rail 30A has a front and a rear holder 3A1, 32A, with which the rail can be fixed to the side walls 2bA, 2cA of the installation unit 1A and/or a vertical partition wall 3A by means of a screw connection. For this purpose, corresponding perforated grids 36A are provided in the respective holders 31A, 32A, which are essentially L-shaped in cross-section. In addition, the pull-out rail 30A has a movable rail 33A, on which in particular an adapter 34A, preferably made of plastic, is arranged. This can be used to detachably connect a drawer to the pull-out rail 30A. As already explained, the front holder 31A is L-shaped, as is the rear mounting 32A. However, the rear holder 32A has a chamfer 35A so that its two legs form an angle to each other that is different from 90 degrees in a section of the leg, so that a horizontal offset 37A is provided.

FIG. 10 shows a part of a prefabricated installation unit in three-dimensional view oblique from behind.

FIG. 10 essentially shows a section of the rear of the installation unit 1A in the lower area. The installation unit 1A has several steps 19aA, 19bA, so that overall horizontal sections and vertical sections alternate. For example, small electrical devices, cable guides or the like can be arranged in the horizontal sections. In FIG. 10, for example, a pull-out support system 22A is arranged here on the vertically lowest step 19aA, which is triggered by slight pressure of the waste container 8A in the direction of the pull-out support system 22A and then pushes the waste container 8A forwards in the opposite direction by means of a rotatable arm 23A. In this way, no handles are required, for example on a kitchen front, if this is connected to the waste bin 8A and/or its pull-out 7A. As an alternative to the waste bin 8A, another pull-out element such as a drawer can also be arranged. When slight pressure is exerted on the drawer in the direction of the pull-out support system 22A, this is triggered and the pull-out support system 22A then pushes the drawer forwards in the opposite direction by means of the rotatable arm 23A. The power supply required for the pull-out support system 22A can then be provided, for example, by fixing a socket to the mounting frame 15A.

As shown in FIG. 10, the vertical sections can have an opening 20A that allows access to installed components of the installation unit 1A.

In a further embodiment not shown, the horizontal partition wall 4A is not flat in the rear area 18A, but can have an additional step upwards in the vertical direction. This enables improved accessibility in the rear area 18A. At the same time, the stability of the installation unit 1A can also be improved.

FIG. 11 shows a piece of furniture with an installation system and FIG. 12 shows the piece of furniture in FIG. 11 in detail and in front view with additional elements.

FIG. 11 shows the rear view of a piece of furniture in the form of a kitchen base cabinet 2B. There is a recess or opening 3B in the base cabinet 2B, which is usually used to connect a sink to hot and cold water connections in a house wall. In the recess 3B, two identically designed installation elements 1B are arranged laterally on the left and right, on which two crossbars 7aB, 7bB extend at different (vertical) heights, which are connected at the ends to the two installation elements 1B. However, the installation elements 1B can also be arranged at the top and/or bottom in the recess 3B of the piece of furniture as required. The installation elements 1B each have mirror symmetry along a horizontal axis 17B.

An installation element 1B, as shown in FIG. 11, has an essentially L-shaped cross-section. The shorter leg is formed by a fixing area 4B (see FIG. 12), the longer leg by an installation area 5B. Protrusions 14B are arranged in the extension of the installation area 5B in its plane of extension, which serve as stops for the correct positioning of the installation element 1B in the recess 3B of the base cabinet 2B. The installation element 1B is usually mounted from the front. For this purpose, the installation element 1B is inserted into the opening 3B and the stops 14B are pushed laterally between the house wall (not shown) and the rear wall 25B of the base cabinet 2B. The fixing area 4B is then pressed against the inner wall 26B of the base cabinet 2B and fixed there, for example by screwing, gluing, clipping or the like.

In its installation area 5B, the installation element 1B has a grid 10B with several rows 11B (see FIG. 12) of double keyhole-shaped recesses 9B over the entire area or surface 8B. Neighboring rows 11aB, 11bB of recesses 9B are shifted by half a distance 12B, here vertical, between two recesses 9B of a row 11aB. The horizontal distance 13B between two recesses 9B, 9aB at the same horizontal height in the rows 11aB, 11cB corresponds to the vertical distance 12B. The installation element 1B therefore has a perforated grid, the spacing of which is selected so that a fixed grid dimension is produced in the vertical and horizontal direction as shown in FIG. 11. In addition, the offset by half the spacing of the grid 10B in the horizontal and vertical direction results in an intermediate grid, which enables finer positioning and fixing of additional elements on the installation element 1B.

The same grid dimension is used for the crossbars 7aB, 7bB. Overall, the grid 10B is selected so that it continues horizontally and vertically across the respective crossbar 7aB, 7bB when the crossbar 7aB, 7bB is detachably fixed, in particular suspended, on the two installation elements 1B. The recesses 9B of the crossbars 7aB, 7bB are keyhole-shaped. The crossbars 7aB, 7bB each have mirror symmetry along a vertical axis 17aB.

A rounded, essentially rectangular opening 16B is arranged in the center of the respective installation area 5B. In terms of cross-sectional area, this is significantly larger than the cross-sectional area of the recesses 9B, in particular more than twice as large, and is used to feed through hoses, cables or the like.

In FIG. 11, the two installation elements 1B are designed as identical parts. In a further embodiment not shown here, these installation elements 1B can also be different in terms of their width, i.e. their horizontal extension. For example, one installation element 1B can have fewer rows 11B than the other installation element 1B. In particular, one installation element 1B can have only one row 11B and the other installation element 1B can have at least four rows 11B, in particular six rows 11B. A possible cross-bar 7aB, 7bB between the two installation elements 1B is then correspondingly longer.

FIG. 12 also shows different additional elements 6aB, 6bB. The additional element 6aB is hooked by its rear wall with a connecting element (not shown here) into at least one recess 9B of the crossbar 7aB or the installation element 1B, as shown in FIG. 12, and, if necessary, additionally secured there. The additional element 6aB is designed for guiding cables, which can be secured by clamping them to the respective additional element 6aA. The additional element 6bB is hooked by its rear wall with a connecting element (not shown here) into at least one recess 9B of the crossbar 7aB, as shown in FIG. 11, and, if necessary, additionally secured there. The additional element 6bB comprises a clamp 20B for securing pipes 21B such as drain pipes or the like.

FIG. 13 shows an installation system.

FIG. 13 essentially shows an installation system 100B as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12. In contrast to the installation system 100B according to FIGS. 11 and 12, the installation system 100B according to FIG. 13 does not have an opening 16B in the respective installation element 1B. The laterally projecting protrusions 14B are also missing. Instead, the installation elements 1B of FIG. 13 now have vertical protrusions 15B arranged on the fixing area 4B. These are arranged in a plane in front of the plane of the installation area 5B and allow the installation element 1B to be mounted directly from the front into the recess 3B of the base cabinet 2B by means of the stops on a front side of the rear wall of the base cabinet 2B. Furthermore, the fixing area 4B and installation area 5B are additionally connected to each other at the front via stiffeners 19B. Furthermore, the crossbars 7aB, 7bB are higher or wider, thus have more rows of recesses 9B and, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 13, are not only mirror-symmetrical along a vertical axis 17aB, but also with respect to a horizontal axis 17bB.

FIG. 14 shows an additional element fixed to an extension element of an installation system.

FIG. 14 shows an additional element 6B, which has a clamping device 20B for holding a hose 22B. The clamping device 20B is made of plastic and comprises a round base 20aB and two essentially U-shaped clamps 20bB, between which the hose 22B is pressed and then detachably secured therein by friction.

FIG. 15 shows a cross-section of a connecting element.

FIG. 15 shows a connecting element 18B in the form of a two-part rivet head screw 23B with parts 23aB, 23bB that can be connected separately to installation element 1B, crossbar 7aB, 7bB and/or additional element 6B, 6aB, 6bB. The rivet head screw 23B is fixed to the additional element 6B by means of the screw 23bB, for example, so that the head 23aB protrudes to the rear. This head 23aB can then engage in a recess 9B of installation element 1B or one of the crossbars 7aB, 7bB and, for example, fix an additional element connected to the rivet head screw 23B accordingly.

FIG. 16 shows a three-dimensional view of a connecting element.

FIG. 16 shows an additional element 6aB, which has two protrusions 27aB, 27bB bent in opposite directions. These protrusions 27aB, 27bB can be produced by punching. The protrusions 27aB, 27bB engage in the recesses 9B, which are formed here, for example, in the shape of a keyhole, and, by clamping the wings 27aB, 27bB in the recess 9B, secure the additional element 6aB to the installation element 1B, as shown in FIG. 15, or also to a crossbar 7aB, 7bB.
