TECHNICAL FIELD

The present utility model belongs to the technical field of sofas, and particularly relates to a seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude.

BACKGROUND ART

With the improvement of people's living standard, functional sofas and seats are more and more common in life. With the wide application of functional sofas, the comfort requirements for sofa seats are also increasing. Functional seats are typically equipped with seat extension devices to allow the seat to be adjusted between sitting, leisure and lying attitudes.

Existing seat extension devices suffer from the following drawbacks: in the lying attitude, the leg height is low, the same horizontal line between the knee and the heart cannot be realized, and a realization of zero gravity attitude affects the comfort of the seat. Existing seats that provide a zero gravity attitude require lengthening the legs to achieve a zero gravity attitude, adding cost. To this end, a seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude is proposed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the present utility model to provide a seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude, which aims to solve the above-mentioned problems raised in the background art.

Embodiments of the present utility model are achieved as follows: a seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude comprises:

    • a support structure;
    • a footrest structure comprising a large footrest, a small footrest and a first link assembly, wherein the footrest structure is connected to the seat structure by the first link assembly;
    • a seat structure connected to the support structure and the backrest by a connection structure, wherein the connection structure comprises a linkage assembly and a second link assembly;
    • the seat structure comprises a side plate provided with a seat frame mounting surface for mounting a seat frame;
    • a backrest hinged to the side plate;
    • when the seat extension device is in a zero gravity attitude, the angle β between the seat frame mounting surface and the ground being 28°-50°; when the angle β between the seat frame mounting surface and the ground is 30°, the backrest angle α formed between the backrest and the ground being 21°; and a vertical distance H between a highest point of the large footrest and a highest point of the backrest being 380 mm.

Further, the support structure comprises a front support, a rear support, and a bottom foot, the front support and the rear support are both hinged with the bottom foot.

Further, the first link assembly comprises a sixth foot rod, the large footrest is hinged with the sixth foot rod, the sixth foot rod is hinged with the fifth foot rod, the fifth foot rod is hinged with one end of the first foot rod and the second foot rod, the first foot rod and the second foot rod are both hinged with the small footrest, the other end of the first foot rod is hinged with one end of a third foot rod, the third foot rod is hinged with the second foot rod, and the second foot rod is hinged with one end of the fourth foot rod.

Further, the side plates are hinged with the other ends of third foot rod and fourth foot rod, and the side plates are hinged with the backrest and seat frame mounting guards.

Further, the second link assembly comprises a first link, a second link, a third link, a fourth link, and a fifth link and a sixth link, wherein the first link is hinged with the backrest, one end of the fifth link and the sixth link are hinged with the fourth foot rod, the sixth link is hinged with one end of a rotating member, the rotating member is connected to the driver, the fifth link is hinged with one end of the second link, the other end of the second link is hinged with a chute member, and the chute member is hinged with the side plate.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present utility model more clear, the present utility model is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present utility model and are not intended to limit the present utility model.

The specific implementation of the present utility model is described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

As shown in FIGS. 1-3, a seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude provided in one embodiment of the present utility model comprises:

    • a support structure;
    • a footrest structure comprising a large footrest 1, a small footrest 8 and a first link assembly,
    • wherein the footrest structure is connected to the seat structure by the first link assembly;
    • a seat structure connected to the support structure and the backrest 11 by a connection structure, wherein the connection structure comprises a linkage assembly and a second link assembly; the seat structure comprises a side plate 9 provided with a seat frame mounting surface 9a for mounting a seat frame;
    • a backrest 11 hinged to the side plate 9;
    • when the seat extension device is in a zero gravity attitude, the angle β between the seat frame mounting surface 9a and the ground is 28°-50°; when the angle β between the seat frame mounting surface 9a and the ground is 30°, the backrest angle α formed between the backrest 11 and the ground is 21°; the vertical distance H between a highest point of the large footrest 1 a the highest point of the backrest 11 is 380 mm.

In the embodiments of the present utility model, it is preferable that when the seat is in a zero gravity attitude, the knees and the heart of a user can be approximately positioned on the same horizontal plane after the user lies down, so that the stress area of the human body is enlarged, all parts of the body are uniformly stressed, and the user feels in the space like floating without pressure.

As shown in FIG. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the support structure comprises a front support 19, a rear support 20 and a bottom foot 21, the front support 19 and the rear support 20 are both hinged with the bottom foot 21.

As shown in FIG. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the side plates 9 are hinged with the other ends of the third foot rod 4 and the fourth foot rod 5, and the side plates 9 are hinged with the backrest 11 and seat frame mounting guards 10.

As shown in FIG. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the second link assembly comprises a first link 12, a second link 13, a third link 14, a fourth link 25, a fifth link 16 and a sixth link 17, wherein the first link 12 is hinged with the backrest 11, one end of the fifth link 16 and the sixth link 17 are hinged with the fourth foot rod 5, the sixth link 17 is hinged with one end of a rotating member 18, the rotating member 18 is connected to the driver, the fifth link 16 is hinged with one end of the second link 13, the other end of the second link 13 is hinged with a chute member 22, and the chute member 22 is hinged with the side plate 9.

In the embodiment of the present utility model, it is preferable that the angle between the side plate mounting surface 9a and the ground is up to 28°-50°, so that the second link 13 is added in order to ensure the stability of the seat extension device.

As shown in FIG. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the linkage assembly comprises a linkage member 23, a front linkage 15 and a rear linkage 24, the linkage member 23, the front linkage 15 and the rear linkage 24 are both hinged with a side plate 9, the linkage member 23 is hinged with a chute member 22, the linkage member 23 is hinged with a rear support 20, a fourth link 25 and a first link 12, the rear linkage 24 is hinged with a fifth link 16 and a third link 14, and the front linkage 15 is hinged with a fourth link 25 and a front support 19.

As shown in FIG. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, a chute bushing 26 is riveted in the chute member 22.

In the embodiment of the present utility model, it is preferable that the angle between the side plate mounting surface 9a and the ground is up to 28°-50°, so that the chute member 22 is added in order to ensure the stability of the seat extension device; wherein a metal chute bushing 26 is riveted in the chute member 22, the chute bushing 26 can rotate, and when an iron frame is opened and closed, the chute bushing 26 can roll in the chute member 22, so that the iron frame is opened and closed more smoothly and stably.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 in a rest attitude, when the leg rest is fully opened, and then the leg rest is opened to a zero gravity attitude, since the linkage member 23 and the front linkage 15 are both hinged with the side plate 9, the fourth link 25 is connected between the front linkage 15 and the linkage member 23, the front linkage 15 is hinged with the front support 19, the linkage member 23 is hinged with the rear support 20, and the front support 19 and the rear support 20 are in turn connected with the bottom foot 21. As these components rotate, the extension device transitions from the rest attitude to the zero gravity attitude (see FIG. 1 and FIG. 2). When the seat extension device is in the zero gravity attitude, an angle β between the seat frame mounting surface 9a and a ground is 28°-50° and in some embodiments may be 28°, 29°, 30°, 32°, 34°, 36°, 38°, 40°, 42°, 44°, 46°, 48°, and 50°. At the zero gravity attitude, the backrest angle α is 21° and may be 21°, 22.5° and 24° in some embodiments.

For example, when an angle between the seat frame mounting surface 9a and a ground is 30°, an angle between the backrest 11 and the ground is 21°. The vertical distance H between the highest point of the large footrest 1 and the highest point of the backrest 11 is 380 mm when the seat extension device is in the zero gravity attitude. In some embodiments, it may be 340 mm, 360 mm, and 380 mm. For example, in the present embodiment, when the seat extension device is in the zero gravity attitude, the distance from the highest point of the large footrest 1 to the ground is 650 mm, and the distance from the highest point of the backrest 11 to the ground is 270 mm. The difference in height between the two components can be up to 380 mm. When the seat is in the zero gravity attitude, the knees and the heart of a user can be approximately positioned on the same horizontal plane after the user lies down, so that the stress area of the human body is enlarged, all parts of the body are uniformly stressed, and the user feels in the space like floating without pressure.

The above is merely a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, and it should be pointed out that for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present utility model, and these should also be regarded as the scope of protection of the present utility model, without affecting the effects of the implementation of the present utility model and the applicability of the patent.

Claims

1. A seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude, comprising:

a support structure;

a footrest structure comprising a large footrest, a small footrest and a first link assembly,

wherein the footrest structure is connected to the seat structure by the first link assembly;

a seat structure connected to the support structure and the backrest by a connection structure,

wherein the connection structure comprises a linkage assembly and a second link assembly;

the seat structure comprises a side plate provided with a seat frame mounting surface for mounting a seat frame;

a backrest hinged to the side plate;

when the seat extension device is in a zero gravity attitude, the angle β between the seat frame mounting surface and the ground being 28°-50°; when the angle β between the seat frame mounting surface and the ground is 30°, the backrest angle α formed between the backrest and the ground being 21°; and a vertical distance H between a highest point of the large footrest and a highest point of the backrest being 380 mm.

2. The seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude according to claim 1, wherein the support structure comprises a front support, a rear support, and a bottom foot, the front support and the rear support are both hinged with the bottom foot.

The seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude according to claim 2, wherein the first link assembly comprises a sixth foot rod, the large footrest is hinged with the sixth foot rod, the sixth foot rod is hinged with the fifth foot rod, the fifth foot rod is hinged with one end of the first foot rod and the second foot rod, the first foot rod and the second foot rod are both hinged with the small footrest, the other end of the first foot rod is hinged with one end of a third foot rod, the third foot rod is hinged with the second foot rod, and the second foot rod is hinged with one end of the fourth foot rod.

4. The seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude according to claim 3, wherein the side plates are hinged with the other ends of the third foot rod and the fourth foot rod, and the side plates are hinged with the backrest and seat frame mounting guards.

The seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude according to claim 3, wherein the second link assembly comprises a first link, a second link, a third link, a fourth link, and a fifth link and a sixth link, wherein the first link is hinged with the backrest, one end of the fifth link and the sixth link are hinged with the fourth foot rod, the sixth link is hinged with one end of a rotating member, the rotating member is connected to the driver, the fifth link is hinged with one end of the second link, the other end of the second link is hinged with a chute member, and the chute member is hinged with the side plate.

The seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude according to claim 5, wherein the linkage assembly comprises a linkage member, a front linkage and a rear linkage, the linkage member, the front linkage and the rear linkage are all hinged with the side plate, the linkage member is hinged with the chute member, the linkage member is hinged with a rear support, a fourth link and a first link, the rear linkage is hinged with a fifth link and a third link, and the front linkage is hinged with a fourth link and a front support.

7. The seat extension device for providing a zero gravity attitude according to claim 5, wherein a chute bushing is riveted in the chute member.
