TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, and in particular, to an easy-to-clean vacuum cleaner.

BACKGROUND

At present, a structure of a vacuum cleaner is mainly composed of a body, a dust suction port arranged on the body, a dust suction motor arranged in the body, a dust chamber in communication with the dust suction port, and the like. The dust chamber has an exposed dust discharge port and a dust discharge cover for exposing and covering the dust discharge port. When the dust suction motor operates, garbage at the dust suction port can be sucked in and stored in the dust chamber, and then after the garbage in the dust chamber is stored to a certain capacity, the garbage in the dust chamber can be cleaned out by opening the dust discharge cover. However, the traditional way to clean the dust chamber is to directly make the dust discharge port face down and let the garbage in the dust chamber fall automatically by gravity, or help the garbage fall by hand shaking. However, some garbage is light in weight, and it is often difficult to clean it out of the dust chamber by falling by gravity or shaking. For example, garbage sucked and stored in a dust chamber of a pet vacuum cleaner for combing and simultaneously sucking pet hair usually includes hair-like flocs. These hair-like flocs are light in weight and have strong adhesion, and still firmly adhere to the dust chamber during cleaning with the dust discharge port facing down. Users have to use other tools to clean these hair-like flocs out of the dust chamber. Therefore, the cleaning process is quite troublesome.

Connecting rod, 342. Cleaning head, 4. Air filter assembly, 5. Cleaning accessory, 51. Connector, 52. Suction inlet, 53. Needle cloth, 54. Hair removal member.

An easy-to-clean vacuum cleaner has a structure composed of a body 1, a dust suction port 121 arranged on the body, a dust suction motor 2 arranged in the body, a dust chamber 31 in communication with the dust suction port 121, and the like. As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the easy-to-clean vacuum cleaner of this embodiment mainly relates to a small handheld pet vacuum cleaner configured to suck away pet hair while combing pet hair. In addition, a left side of a view shown in FIG. 1 is used as a front part or a front side of the easy-to-clean vacuum cleaner, and a right side of the view is used as a rear part or a rear side of the easy-to-clean vacuum cleaner.

The body 1 is composed of a head 11, a dust suction channel 12 on a bottom part of the head, and a handle 13 on a bottom part of the dust suction channel that are integrally formed. An overall shape is similar to a shape of a handgun.

A front part of the head 11 is internally provided with a dust suction motor 2, which may be used as dust suction power of the whole vacuum cleaner, and a rear part of the head 11 is provided with a dust canister 3 that is removably positioned and mounted. The dust canister may be connected to the front part of the head 11 to form a round horizontal cylindrical canister after being assembled to the rear part of the head in place, to enhance the overall aesthetics. A side surface on a rear part of the dust suction channel 12 is provided with a dust canister release button 122, which may be configured to release or lock the mounting of the dust canister 3 to the rear part of the head 11.

The dust canister 3 is hollow inside to form a dust chamber 31. The dust canister 3 is made of a transparent material, so that a user can observe a garbage storage situation in the dust chamber 31 in real time.

An air filter assembly 4 is mounted between a front end of the dust chamber 31 and the dust suction motor 2. The air filter assembly is usually made of HEPA or filter cotton or strainer cloth, or the like, to avoid affecting the operation of the dust suction motor 2. In other words, the dust suction motor not only may provide a negative pressure for the dust chamber 31 of the dust canister 3 for sucking garbage, but also can effectively prevent the garbage in the dust chamber 31 from being sucked into the dust suction motor 2 and causing damage.

A rear end of the dust canister 3 is open to form an exposed dust discharge port 32, a hemispherical dust discharge cover 33 for exposing and covering the dust discharge port is arranged at the dust discharge port, and a detachable structure is usually adopted between the dust discharge cover and the dust discharge port, for example, a screw fastening connection structure of this embodiment, or a snap connection structure or a plug-in connection structure. However, these detachable structures all need to ensure that the dust chamber 31 can be closed after the dust discharge cover 33 covers the dust discharge port 32, to avoid losing the negative pressure in the dust chamber 31.

In addition, the dust chamber 31 is further internally provided with a cleaning rack 34. The cleaning rack includes a connecting rod 341 and a cleaning head 342 arranged on an inner end of the connecting rod. The cleaning head is generally designed to be flat. As shown in FIG. 6, the cleaning head 342 of this embodiment is a disk-shaped component formed by rotating and winding the inner end of the connecting rod 341, and the cleaning head 342 needs to be located on a bottom part of the dust chamber 31 away from the dust discharge port 32, so that the garbage sucked into the dust chamber can be stored between the cleaning head 342 and the dust discharge port 32. Since this embodiment is a pet vacuum cleaner for combing hair of a pet, the garbage stored between the cleaning head 342 and the dust discharge port 32 usually includes light-weight hair-like flocs.

In this way, the cleaning rack 34 can be taken out from the dust discharge port only by removing the dust discharge cover 33 and exposing the dust discharge port 32, so that the hair-like flocs can be driven by the cleaning rack 34 to be cleaned out the dust chamber 31. Certainly, it is best to fix an outer end of the connecting rod 341 directly to the dust discharge cover 33, so that the dust discharge cover exposes the dust discharge port 32. In other words, while the dust discharge cover 33 is being screwed out of the dust discharge port 32 and taken away, the cleaning rack 34 can be taken out from the dust discharge port 32 synchronously, thereby improving cleaning efficiency of the garbage. Therefore, the cleaning process is simpler and more convenient.

The dust suction channel 12 is a horizontal rectangular channel. One end of the dust suction channel, that is, the right end as shown in FIG. 1 is sealed and in communication with the dust chamber 31, and an other end, that is, the left end as shown in FIG. 1 is directly open through the front part of the head 11 to form a dust suction port 121. Therefore, the dust suction motor 2 operates, so that the garbage at the dust suction port 121 can be sucked and stored in the dust chamber 31 through the dust suction channel 12.

A cleaning accessory 5 is arranged at the dust suction port 121, and two side surfaces of a front part of the dust suction channel 12 are each provided with an accessory release button 123, which may be configured to release or lock mounting of the cleaning accessory 5 at the front part of the head 11.

The cleaning accessory 5 may be selected based on an actual use need, for example, a needle comb, a dematting comb, or a thinning brush. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a needle comb is selected. A rear part of the needle comb is provided with a connector 51 removably inserted into the dust suction port 121, and a front part thereof is provided with a suction inlet 52 in communication with the dust suction port 121, needle cloths 53 densely distributed around the suction inlet, and a hair removal member 54 moving relative to the needle cloths.

The body 1 is provided with a driving member 131. Specifically, a front side of the handle 13 is provided with a trigger serving as the driving member 131, and the handle 13 is internally provided with a motor switch 132. The motor switch is a normally closed micro switch.

When the driving member 131 drives the cleaning accessory 5 to perform a cleaning action at the dust suction port 121, that is, the driving member 131 is pressed to drive the hair removal member 54 to move forward relative to the needle cloths 53, the hair-like flocs adhering to the needle cloths are cleaned. In this case, the driving member 131 contacts the motor switch 132 synchronously to start the dust suction motor 2 to operate, so that the hair-like flocs adhering to the needle cloths 53 are sucked into the dust chamber 31 through the suction inlet 52, the dust suction port 121, and the dust suction channel 12 in sequence for storage.

When the driving member 131 is reset, the cleaning accessory 5 does not perform a cleaning action at the dust suction port 121. In other words, the pressing force on the driving member 131 is released to enable the driving member to automatically pop out and reset, and the corresponding hair removal member 54 also moves backward relative to the needle cloths 53 to reset, to facilitate combing of the pet hair by the needle cloths. In this case, the driving member 131 is also synchronously out of contact with the motor switch 132 to disable the dust suction motor 2.

Certainly, the driving member 131 may also drive only the cleaning accessory 5 to perform a cleaning action at the dust suction port 121, and the dust suction motor 2 is further controlled by a switch to start or disable. However, the cleaning and suction are not linked, which may affect use efficiency of the vacuum cleaner.

The handle 13 is internally provided with a battery 133. The battery is mainly used as an operating power supply of the dust suction motor 2, and a replaceable dry battery can be selected as the battery 133, or a rechargeable battery is directly selected as the battery. Even without needing to design a battery, the dust suction motor 2 can also operate through direct direction by mains power.

In addition, another auxiliary electronic accessory such as an indicator lamp, a speed regulating switch of the dust suction motor 2, or a charging socket of the battery 133 may be further designed on the host 1, to enhance the usage function of the easy-to-clean vacuum cleaner and improve usage comfort.

The present invention is not only applicable to the pet vacuum cleaner, and but also applicable to various types of dust suction devices. Any garbage such as light-weight hair-like flocs in the dust chamber 31 that needs to be cleaned can be cleaned conveniently and quickly by using such a cleaning rack 34, thereby achieving high cleaning efficiency and a quite reliable effect.

The above descriptions are only specific embodiments of the present invention. A person skilled in the art should understand that any structural design equivalent to this embodiment shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
