Smart Summary: Merino wool and cotton socks have been combined with medical-grade silicone to create a special design. The silicone is applied in a zigzag pattern on the inside of the sock, just below the cuff. This feature helps keep the socks from slipping down the legs while being worn. The silicone is safe for the skin, meaning it won't cause allergic reactions. Additionally, these socks can be washed and dried like regular socks, and they are also suitable for diabetic individuals. πŸš€ TL;DR

No more sagging socks in your boots. My invention relates to these socks which won't slide down the user's legs. I James Warren of Horton, Alabama invented these socks after days of aggravation of my socks sliding down my leg into my work boots. There are no related applications, and this invention application did not receive any federal research and/or funding. Substitute.

SPECIFICATION

A cotton or wool sock that is used for work or leisure wear, by men or women. A cotton or wool sock that is knit throughout With at least one body of yarn integrally, a knit leg and foot portion is used. I added a medical grade silicone in a zig zag

implanted relationship with the top of the knit and wool sock. The socks are turned inside out, and a piece of plastic is inserted in the open end of the sock. I then used medical grade silicone to put just under the cuff of the sock. The medical

silicone dried to the touch within 30 minutes, then the socks were turned to the other side and laid out for the opposite side to have silicone applied. The sock has an open end for which the user's foot is passed through, with the silicone portion folded

down it can be pulled up to the calf. Then unfold the top of the sock, this helps prevent leg hair being pulled. The sock, also has a closed end where the foot is located. I have used the same pattern listed above in ankle high socks as well as diabetic socks. This no slip boot sock invention will keep your socks up all day even when you wear boots for twelve hours.

Claims
