More specifically, the present invention relates to a crystal pouch device for securing a healing crystal to a garment or pet's collar or harness. Accordingly, the present disclosure makes specific reference thereto. Nonetheless, it is to be appreciated that aspects of the present invention are also equally applicable to other like applications, devices, and methods of manufacture.
Many people and even pets experience issues related to energy imbalances, which may manifest in forms such as anxiety, depression, or behavioral disruptions. In the realm of alternative wellness practices, crystals are often considered tools for promoting energy balance and alignment, potentially alleviating these conditions. For humans, wearing certain types of healing crystals near energy centers like the heart or throat chakras has been thought to contribute to emotional and mental well-being. Similarly, pets are also affected by energy imbalances, which can lead to anxiety-driven behaviors such as excessive barking, aggression, or destructiveness. The challenge lies in finding a practical and comfortable way to harness the potential benefits of healing crystals, ensuring they remain close to the desired chakras for both people and animals.
Therefore, there exists a long-felt need in the art for the crystal pouch device that securely holds healing crystals in a manner suitable for continuous use by humans and pets, wherein the crystal is held within their aura or energetic field. The present invention, in one exemplary embodiment, is comprised of a crystal pouch device. The device 100 is comprised of a pouch body 110 constructed from soft, breathable, and flexible fabrics selected from materials such as, but not limited to, bamboo, cotton, lightweight organic jersey, or other suitable natural and synthetic fabrics. These materials are preferably chosen for their breathability and moisture-wicking properties, which mitigate skin irritation by promoting airflow and reducing the buildup of sweat or heat. To further enhance its durability and performance under rigorous conditions, the body 110 is comprised of at least one seam 112 that is double-stitched. This stitching method provides enhanced structural integrity, especially useful for pets engaging in high-energy activities or environments prone to wear and tear.
The materials used for the pouch body 110 are hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin, making the device 100 suitable for extended wear periods. This is particularly important for both human and animal users who may have prolonged contact with the fabric. The pouch body 110 can be worn discreetly under clothing for human users or attached externally to a pet's collar or harness. Further, Lapis Lazuli can be used for enhancing self-awareness and stimulating the desire for knowledge. Other crystals 10 that can be used include amber, ametrine, bloodstone, blue lace agate, boji stone, carnelian, cherry opal, chrysoprase, copper, emerald, fluorite, gold, hematite, jade, malachite, milky quartz, moonstone, peridot, platinum, rhodolite, garnet, ruby, and smoky quartz.
The device 100 is equipped with versatile attachment mechanisms that accommodate both human and pet use. For human wearers, the body 110 includes at least one fastener 140, which may be a rust-resistant metal clip, at least one fabric loop, or other secure attachment options. These fasteners 140 are designed to hold the pouch securely in place during physical activities while ensuring comfort and minimizing skin irritation. For pet applications, the fastener 140 may be configured differently, incorporating at least one reinforced, adjustable loop or a carabiner clip made of durable materials. These options allow the pouch to be attached to a variety of pet collars, harnesses, or leashes, offering ease of use while prioritizing the pet's comfort and safety.
Additionally, the body 110 may be comprised of a closure fastener 114 designed to seal the opening 116 of the body 110 securely. The closure fastener 114 may be selected from options including a hook-and-loop system, snap buttons, a drawstring pull, or magnetic clasps. Each closure method is chosen to ensure the crystal 10 remains securely housed while allowing for convenient access when the user wishes to change or remove the crystal. The design prevents accidental ejection of the crystal 10, even during vigorous activities.
To further customize the utility of the interior space 120, it may include at least one divider 122. The divider 122 segments the interior space 120 into multiple compartments, each designed to house individual crystals 10. This division serves to minimize movement of the crystals, reducing noise and potential damage from internal impacts while enhancing the overall stability of the crystal arrangement. The dividers 122 may be fabricated from flexible yet durable fabric strips or lightweight mesh materials, ensuring that the organization system adds minimal bulk to the pouch body 110.

One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the size, configuration, and material of the crystal pouch device 100 as shown in the FIGS. are for illustrative purposes only, and that many other sizes and shapes of the crystal pouch device 100 are well within the scope of the present disclosure. Although the dimensions of the crystal pouch device 100 are important design parameters for user convenience, the crystal pouch device 100 may be of any size, shape, and/or configuration that ensures optimal performance during use and/or that suits the user's needs and/or preferences.

12. The crystal pouch device of claim 11, wherein the body is comprised of an organic jersey.
13. The crystal pouch device of claim 11, wherein the cushioning material is comprised of a felt.
14. The crystal pouch device of claim 11, wherein the healing crystal is comprised of an Amethyst, a Rose Quartz, a Clear Quartz, a Citrine, a Black Tourmaline, a Sodalite, a Green Aventurine, or a Lapis Lazuli.
