FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to the field of securing devices. More specifically, the present invention relates to a crystal pouch device for securing a healing crystal to a garment or pet's collar or harness. Accordingly, the present disclosure makes specific reference thereto. Nonetheless, it is to be appreciated that aspects of the present invention are also equally applicable to other like applications, devices, and methods of manufacture.

BACKGROUND

Many people and even pets experience issues related to energy imbalances, which may manifest in forms such as anxiety, depression, or behavioral disruptions. In the realm of alternative wellness practices, crystals are often considered tools for promoting energy balance and alignment, potentially alleviating these conditions. For humans, wearing certain types of healing crystals near energy centers like the heart or throat chakras has been thought to contribute to emotional and mental well-being. Similarly, pets are also affected by energy imbalances, which can lead to anxiety-driven behaviors such as excessive barking, aggression, or destructiveness. The challenge lies in finding a practical and comfortable way to harness the potential benefits of healing crystals, ensuring they remain close to the desired chakras for both people and animals.

Therefore, there exists a long-felt need in the art for the crystal pouch device that securely holds healing crystals in a manner suitable for continuous use by humans and pets, wherein the crystal is held within their aura or energetic field. There also exists a long-felt need in the art for a crystal pouch device that provides a versatile attachment mechanism, allowing crystals to be placed on various types of clothing or pet accessories. Moreover, there exists a long-felt need in the art for a crystal pouch device that employs soft, breathable, and flexible materials to ensure wearer comfort and promote everyday use.

The subject matter disclosed and claimed herein, in one embodiment thereof, comprises a crystal pouch device. The device is comprised of a pouch body made from soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking materials, such as bamboo or cotton, to ensure comfort and reduce skin irritation during prolonged use. The body is reinforced with double-stitched seams for durability, accommodating vigorous activities for both humans and pets. Designed to discreetly and securely house at least one healing crystal, the pouch features an ergonomic, rounded shape that prevents discomfort from sharp crystal edges. The interior space includes protective cushioning material, such as foam or felt, to safeguard the crystal and wearer. A variety of healing crystals, including Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Citrine, may be used for their various wellness benefits. The pouch offers versatile attachment mechanisms, like rust-resistant clips or adjustable loops, for secure placement on human clothing or pet accessories. A closure fastener ensures the crystal remains enclosed, and optional interior dividers can organize multiple crystals, enhancing stability and reducing internal noise.

In this manner, the crystal pouch device of the present invention accomplishes all the foregoing objectives and provides a device that securely holds healing crystals in a manner suitable for continuous use by humans and pets. The device also provides a versatile attachment mechanism, allowing crystals to be placed on various types of clothing or pet accessories. Moreover, the device employs soft, breathable, and flexible materials to ensure wearer comfort and promote everyday use.

SUMMARY

The following presents a simplified summary to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the disclosed innovation. The subject matter disclosed and claimed herein, in one embodiment thereof, comprises a crystal pouch device. The device is comprised of a pouch body constructed from soft, breathable, and flexible fabrics, such as bamboo, cotton, or lightweight organic jersey, chosen for moisture-wicking properties to reduce skin irritation and enhance energy and airflow. The body features at least one double-stitched seam, providing durability and structural integrity, particularly suited for active use or high-wear environments.

The hypoallergenic materials used to ensure the device is safe for extended wear, making it suitable for human and pet users. The ergonomic, rounded exterior design securely houses at least one healing crystal while minimizing discomfort from sharp edges. The device can be worn discreetly under clothing for humans or attached externally to a pet's collar or harness.

An interior space is configured to hold and protect the crystal, incorporating cushioning material such as foam or soft felt to absorb impacts and provide comfort. The crystals housed within can be selected from a variety, each offering unique benefits: Amethyst for calmness, Rose Quartz for emotional healing, Clear Quartz for energy amplification, Citrine for positivity, Black Tourmaline for protection, Sodalite for communication, Green Aventurine for physical healing, and Lapis Lazuli for self-awareness.

The device features versatile attachment mechanisms for both human and pet use. For humans, options include rust-resistant metal clips or fabric loops, designed for secure attachment during activities while minimizing skin irritation. For pets, the attachment may involve reinforced loops or carabiner clips for easy and secure placement on collars or harnesses.

A closure fastener, such as a hook-and-loop system, snap buttons, a drawstring pull, or magnetic clasps, securely seals the interior space while allowing easy access to change or remove the crystal. The closure design prevents accidental ejection of the crystal during active use.

The interior space may include at least one divider, segmenting it into multiple compartments to house individual crystals. As noted above, there exists a long-felt need in the art for the crystal pouch device that securely holds healing crystals in a manner suitable for continuous use by humans and pets. There also exists a long-felt need in the art for a crystal pouch device that provides a versatile attachment mechanism, allowing crystals to be placed on various types of clothing or pet accessories. Moreover, there exists a long-felt need in the art for a crystal pouch device that employs soft, breathable, and flexible materials to ensure wearer comfort and promote everyday use.

The present invention, in one exemplary embodiment, is comprised of a crystal pouch device. The device comprises a pouch body made from soft, breathable, and flexible fabrics, such as bamboo, cotton, or lightweight organic jersey, selected for their moisture-wicking properties to enhance airflow and reduce skin irritation. The body incorporates at least one double-stitched seam, enhancing durability and structural integrity, making it suitable for active use and high-wear conditions.

Hypoallergenic materials ensure safety for extended wear, making the device ideal for both human and pet users. The ergonomic, rounded exterior design securely holds at least one healing crystal while minimizing any discomfort from sharp edges. It can be worn discreetly under clothing for human use or attached externally to a pet's collar or harness.

Referring initially to the drawings, FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of one potential embodiment of a crystal pouch device 100 of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture.

The device 100 is comprised of a pouch body 110 constructed from soft, breathable, and flexible fabrics selected from materials such as, but not limited to, bamboo, cotton, lightweight organic jersey, or other suitable natural and synthetic fabrics. These materials are preferably chosen for their breathability and moisture-wicking properties, which mitigate skin irritation by promoting airflow and reducing the buildup of sweat or heat. To further enhance its durability and performance under rigorous conditions, the body 110 is comprised of at least one seam 112 that is double-stitched. This stitching method provides enhanced structural integrity, especially useful for pets engaging in high-energy activities or environments prone to wear and tear.

The materials used for the pouch body 110 are hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin, making the device 100 suitable for extended wear periods. This is particularly important for both human and animal users who may have prolonged contact with the fabric. The pouch body 110 can be worn discreetly under clothing for human users or attached externally to a pet's collar or harness. The body 110 design features a slightly dome-shaped or rounded exterior that is ergonomically constructed to securely house at least one healing crystal 10. The rounded design minimizes the likelihood of sharp crystal edges piercing or pressing uncomfortably through the fabric, ensuring the safety of both the wearer and the contents.

The interior of the pouch body 110 is designed to include an interior space 120 specifically configured to hold and protect the crystal 10. To achieve optimal protection, the interior space 120 incorporates an inner layer of cushioning material 130. This cushioning material 130 may be comprised of foam, soft felt, or another impact-absorbing substance that provides a protective barrier between the crystal 10 and the outer environment, further safeguarding the wearer from any potential discomfort.

The healing crystal 10 housed within the pouch body 110 may be selected from a variety of types. For example, the crystal 10 may be made from Amethyst, which is known for promoting calmness and clarity, making it a popular choice for stress relief and enhancing mental balance. Rose Quartz can be used to provide emotional healing and is believed to promote love and compassion, making it ideal for those seeking to foster deeper emotional connections. Clear Quartz can be used for amplifying energy and supporting overall healing efforts. Citrine can be used for boosting energy and encouraging positive emotions, as well as aiding in the manifestation of abundance and prosperity. Black Tourmaline can be used for shielding against negative energy and promoting a sense of security. Sodalite can be used for fostering effective communication and encouraging rational thought, which can be beneficial in improving clarity and insight. Green Aventurine can be used for promoting physical healing, particularly in matters related to the heart and circulation, making it a stone often chosen for wellness purposes. Further, Lapis Lazuli can be used for enhancing self-awareness and stimulating the desire for knowledge. Other crystals 10 that can be used include amber, ametrine, bloodstone, blue lace agate, boji stone, carnelian, cherry opal, chrysoprase, copper, emerald, fluorite, gold, hematite, jade, malachite, milky quartz, moonstone, peridot, platinum, rhodolite, garnet, ruby, and smoky quartz.

The device 100 is equipped with versatile attachment mechanisms that accommodate both human and pet use. For human wearers, the body 110 includes at least one fastener 140, which may be a rust-resistant metal clip, at least one fabric loop, or other secure attachment options. These fasteners 140 are designed to hold the pouch securely in place during physical activities while ensuring comfort and minimizing skin irritation. For pet applications, the fastener 140 may be configured differently, incorporating at least one reinforced, adjustable loop or a carabiner clip made of durable materials. These options allow the pouch to be attached to a variety of pet collars, harnesses, or leashes, offering ease of use while prioritizing the pet's comfort and safety.

Additionally, the body 110 may be comprised of a closure fastener 114 designed to seal the opening 116 of the body 110 securely. The closure fastener 114 may be selected from options including a hook-and-loop system, snap buttons, a drawstring pull, or magnetic clasps. Each closure method is chosen to ensure the crystal 10 remains securely housed while allowing for convenient access when the user wishes to change or remove the crystal. The design prevents accidental ejection of the crystal 10, even during vigorous activities.

To further customize the utility of the interior space 120, it may include at least one divider 122. The divider 122 segments the interior space 120 into multiple compartments, each designed to house individual crystals 10. This division serves to minimize movement of the crystals, reducing noise and potential damage from internal impacts while enhancing the overall stability of the crystal arrangement. The dividers 122 may be fabricated from flexible yet durable fabric strips or lightweight mesh materials, ensuring that the organization system adds minimal bulk to the pouch body 110.

Certain terms are used throughout the following description and claims to refer to particular features or components. As one skilled in the art will appreciate, different persons may refer to the same feature or component by different names. This document does not intend to distinguish between components or features that differ in name but not structure or function. As used herein “crystal pouch device” and “device” are interchangeable and refer to the crystal pouch device 100 of the present invention.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the crystal pouch device 100 of the present invention and its various components can be of any suitable size and configuration as is known in the art without affecting the overall concept of the invention, provided that they accomplish the above-stated objectives. One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the size, configuration, and material of the crystal pouch device 100 as shown in the FIGS. are for illustrative purposes only, and that many other sizes and shapes of the crystal pouch device 100 are well within the scope of the present disclosure. Although the dimensions of the crystal pouch device 100 are important design parameters for user convenience, the crystal pouch device 100 may be of any size, shape, and/or configuration that ensures optimal performance during use and/or that suits the user's needs and/or preferences.

Various modifications and additions can be made to the exemplary embodiments discussed without departing from the scope of the present invention. While the embodiments described above refer to particular features, the scope of this invention also includes embodiments having different combinations of features and embodiments that do not include all the described features. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications, and variations as fall within the scope of the claims, together with all equivalents thereof.
