The present disclosure relates to the technical field of outdoor articles, in particular to an assembly-type outdoor table.
Outdoor tables are commonly used for outdoor recreation and entertainment and need to be disassembled and reassembled frequently. An existing table frame is generally quadrilateral and consists of four frame pipes connected to each other. The frame pipes are directly connected by screws. Insufficiently firm frame tube connections can affect the stability and solidity of the table, so the table frame needs to be made firmer. Existing table plates are typically placed directly onto the table frame, with no other support underneath the table plate, and this can have an impact on the load bearing capacity of the table plate.
In view of the above problems, the present disclosure aims to provide an assembly-type outdoor table to solve the problem that an outdoor table is not firmly assembled.
The technical problem solved by the present disclosure can be solved by using the following technical solution: the assembly-type outdoor table includes a table plate, an enclosure frame and table legs, where the table legs are arranged at four corners of the enclosure frame, the table plate and the enclosure frame are mounted in a matching manner, a filling seat is embedded in the enclosure frame, a fastening wall is arranged on the enclosure frame, an expansion wall for being attached to an inner side surface of the fastening wall is arranged on the filling seat, an expansion bolt penetrates through the filling seat from top to bottom, and the expansion bolt expands to make the expansion wall closely attached to the fastening wall.
The enclosure frame includes two longer pipes and two shorter pipes, the longer pipes and the shorter pipes are perpendicular to each other, the filling seats are arranged at joints of the longer pipes and the shorter pipes, and two ends of each filling seat are embedded into the longer pipe and the shorter pipe respectively.
Each longer pipe is divided into two symmetrical portions, a connecting pipe is arranged between the two portions of the longer pipe, and two ends of the connecting pipe are inserted into the two portions of the longer pipe respectively and then connected to the longer pipe through pull caps.
A support pipe is arranged on an inner side of the enclosure frame, two ends of the support pipe are fixed to the inner side of the enclosure frame, and the table plate is placed above the support pipe.
Two support pipes are arranged on the inner side of the enclosure frame, and the two support pipes are arranged parallel to each other.
The two ends of the support pipe are fixedly connected to the enclosure frame through pull caps.
The support pipe is divided into two portions, ends of the two portions of the support pipe are inserted into a connecting sleeve and connected, the connecting sleeve is connected to the two portions of the support pipe through pull caps, and the other ends of the two portions of the support pipe are fixed on the inner side of the enclosure frame respectively.
A table plate accommodating groove is arranged on the enclosure frame, and the table plate is accommodated in the table plate accommodating groove.
The table plate is divided into a plurality of small table plates, and the plurality of small table plates are fixed on the enclosure frame.
Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects: the fastening walls attached to each other are arranged on the enclosing frame and the filling seat, expansion screws are screwed into expansion screw holes of the filling seat during assembly, the filling seat presses and expands outwards, pressure between the filling seat and the enclosure frame becomes greater and greater along with continuous downward pressing of the expansion screws, the fastening walls of the filling seat and the enclosure frame are pressed on each other and stressed to achieve firm connection between the enclosure frame and the filling seat, and firmness and stability of a structure of the enclosure frame are guaranteed.

In conjunction with FIG. 1 to FIG. 8, an assembly-type outdoor table is disclosed in examples of the present disclosure. The assembly-type outdoor table includes a table plate 3, an enclosure frame 1 and table legs 2. The table legs 2 are arranged at four corners of the enclosure frame 1. The table plate 3 and the enclosure frame 1 are mounted in a matching manner. A filling seat 4 is embedded in the enclosure frame 1. A fastening wall 7 is arranged on the enclosure frame 1. An expansion wall 14 attached to the enclosure frame 1 is arranged on the filling seat 4. An expansion wall 14 for being attached to an inner side surface of the fastening wall 7 is arranged on the filling seat 4. An expansion bolt penetrates through the filling seat 4 from top to bottom. The expansion bolt expands to make the expansion wall 14 closely attached to the fastening wall 7.
The enclosure frame 1 includes a plurality of frames, and the plurality of frames are combined by frame assembly. The enclosure frame 1 includes two longer pipes 11 and two shorter pipes 12. The longer pipes 11 and the shorter pipes 12 are perpendicular to each other. The filling seats 4 are arranged at joints of the longer pipes 11 and the shorter pipes 12. Two ends of each filling seat 4 are embedded into the longer pipe 11 and the shorter pipe 12 respectively. Each longer pipe 11 is divided into two symmetrical portions. A connecting pipe 13 is arranged between the two portions of the longer pipe. Two ends of the connecting pipe 13 are inserted into the two portions of the longer pipe respectively and then connected to the longer pipe 11 through pull caps.
As shown in FIG. 2, a support pipe 8 is arranged on an inner side of the enclosure frame 1. Two ends of the support pipe 8 are fixed to the inner side of the enclosure frame 1. The table plate 3 is placed above the support pipe 8. The two ends of the support pipe 8 are fixedly connected to the enclosure frame 1 through pull caps. The support pipes 8 are arranged below the table plate 3, such that stability of the entire table can be improved, and a bearing capacity of the table plate 3 can be improved.
As shown in FIG. 6, the support pipe 8 is divided into two portions. Ends of the two portions of the support pipe are inserted into a connecting sleeve 9 and connected. The connecting sleeve 9 is connected to the two portions of the support pipe through pull caps. The other ends of the two portions of the support pipe are fixed on the inner side of the enclosure frame 1 respectively.
As shown in FIG. 7, two support pipes 8 are arranged on the inner side of the enclosure frame 1. The two support pipes 8 are arranged parallel to each other.
As shown in FIG. 5, a circle of table plate accommodating groove 10 is arranged on the enclosure frame 1. The table plate 3 is accommodated in the table plate accommodating groove 10. The table plate 3 is divided into a plurality of small table plates. The plurality of small table plates are fixed on the enclosure frame 1. The small table plates can be stacked after disassembly and occupy less area.
According to the present disclosure, the fastening walls are arranged on the enclosure frame 1 and the filling seat 4, and the fastening walls of the enclosure frame and the filling seat are completely attached. Expansion screws are screwed into expansion screw holes 6 of the filling seat 4 during assembly. The filling seat 4 presses and expands outwards. Pressure between the filling seat 4 and the enclosure frame 1 becomes greater and greater along with continuous downward pressing of the expansion screws. The fastening walls of the filling seat and the enclosure frame are pressed on each other and stressed to achieve firm connection between the enclosure frame 4 and the filling seat 1, and firmness and stability of a structure of the enclosure frame 1 are guaranteed.

An assembly-type outdoor table, comprising a table plate, an enclosure frame and table legs, wherein the table legs are arranged at four corners of the enclosure frame, the table plate and the enclosure frame are mounted in a matching manner, a filling seat is embedded in the enclosure frame, a fastening wall is arranged on the enclosure frame, an expansion wall for being attached to an inner side surface of the fastening wall is arranged on the filling seat, an expansion bolt penetrates through the filling seat from top to bottom, and the expansion bolt expands to make the expansion wall closely attached to the fastening wall.

The assembly-type outdoor table according to claim 1, wherein the enclosure frame comprises two longer pipes and two shorter pipes, the longer pipes and the shorter pipes are perpendicular to each other, the filling seats are arranged at joints of the longer pipes and the shorter pipes, and two ends of each filling seat are embedded into the longer pipe and the shorter pipe respectively.
3. The assembly-type outdoor table according to claim 2, wherein each longer pipe is divided into two symmetrical portions, a connecting pipe is arranged between the two portions of the longer pipe, and two ends of the connecting pipe are inserted into the two portions of the longer pipe respectively and then connected to the longer pipe through pull caps.
4. The assembly-type outdoor table according to claim 1, wherein a support pipe is arranged on an inner side of the enclosure frame, two ends of the support pipe are fixed to the inner side of the enclosure frame, and the table plate is placed above the support pipe.
5. The assembly-type outdoor table according to claim 4, wherein two support pipes are arranged on the inner side of the enclosure frame, and the two support pipes are arranged parallel to each other.
6. The assembly-type outdoor table according to claim 4, wherein the two ends of the support pipe are fixedly connected to the enclosure frame through pull caps.

The assembly-type outdoor table according to claim 4, wherein the support pipe is divided into two portions, ends of the two portions of the support pipe are inserted into a connecting sleeve and connected, the connecting sleeve is connected to the two portions of the support pipe through pull caps, and the other ends of the two portions of the support pipe are fixed on the inner side of the enclosure frame respectively.
8. The assembly-type outdoor table according to claim 1, wherein a table plate accommodating groove is arranged on the enclosure frame, and the table plate is accommodated in the table plate accommodating groove.
9. The assembly-type outdoor table according to claim 8, wherein the table plate is divided into a plurality of small table plates, and the plurality of small table plates are fixed on the enclosure frame.
