The present disclosure relates to a detachable modular sofa, belonging to the technical field of modular sofas.
A sofa is a commonly used piece of furniture and is needed in almost all homes. Conventional sofas are monolithic and are very inconvenient to transport. In order to improve logistical efficiency, sofas need to be designed to be detachable in order to split the whole sofa and pack it through one or several boxes.
In addition, existing sofas can be pulled out from under the sofa with an integral extension frame. The prior art is to install the rollers on the side end of the extension frame, the board is mounted on the bottom of the sofa's fixing frame as a block plate. The extension frame can be pulled out from the fixing frame through the rollers, and the board is limited to the extension frame. This design requires drilling and mounting in both the extension frame and the fixing frame, resulting in a long time for the mounting, low efficiency, and more accessories are required, such that the cost is higher.
For example, the prior art discloses a modular sofa comprising a plurality of first sofa units connected together and a plurality of headrest fittings. The headrest fittings comprise: a first sofa headrest with at least two headrest connectors fixedly connected thereto at the bottom, and a support which is snap-fit one-to-one with the headrest connectors. The first sofa unit comprises: a first sofa base in the shape of a square plate and having a first foot at the bottom, a seat cushion whose horizontal projection area overlaps with the first sofa base and which is laid on the first sofa base. The top surface of first sofa base is provided with first connecting holes configured for detachably mounting the base at the left, right and rear side respectively.
The most popular modular sofa on the market today is one that consists of a recliner and a two-seat sofa docked together. The recliner, which is generally referred to as a chaise longue by consumers, has an armrest on only one side, and the armrest is also required to function as a cushion, and the side on which the armrest is not mounted is docked with the two-seat sofa. Likewise, the armrest of the two-seat sofa is eliminated on the side on which it is docked with the chaise longue, in order to better articulate the two sofas. In order to improve the comfort of use, the recliner part is a non-reseparable whole, and the two-seat sofa part is also a non-reseparable whole. And as a result, the popular modular sofa on the market at present is usually packaged as a whole of a recliner and a whole of a two-seat sofa.
Embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide a detachable modular sofa. By connecting the bottom of the recliner part with its body via a first bottom adjusting bracket, such that the disassembling and packaging of the bottom of the recliner part, the body, and the first bottom adjusting bracket can be achieved, which improves the utilization rate of the packaging and reduces the storage and transportation space. At the same time, by drawing out the fixing frame of the sofa, it enhances the mounting efficiency and reduces the cost, which is conducive to the application and popularization in the field of furniture technology.
The technical solutions of the present disclosure are as follows:
