Description

FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE

The present invention relates to the technical field of storage boxes, and in particular, to a storage box.

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

A storage box is a box body used to store various articles such as clothes, files, and toys. The storage box usually includes a hollow box body, a cover plate used to close the box body, and side buckles rotatably assembled on side faces of the box body. The storage box may be used separately, or a plurality of storage boxes may be stacked into a cabinet for use. The side buckles of some existing storage boxes are used to buckle the cover plate on the box body. When users stack a plurality of storage boxes up and down, the side buckles may only buckle the cover plate on the box body where the side buckles are located but cannot buckle upper and lower box bodies together, resulting in the storage boxes being easily collapsed due to the lack of a stable connection between the upper and lower box bodies during use. The side buckles of some other storage boxes are used to fasten upper and lower box bodies when the storage boxes are stacked for use. However, when the user removes the stacked storage boxes and uses a single storage box, the side buckles cannot match the cover plate on the box body, resulting in the articles in the storage box falling out easily when the user uses the single storage box because the cover plate cannot be closed.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

In view of the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, an objective of the present invention is to provide a storage box, which has the advantage that when a plurality of storage boxes are stacked up and down, the side buckles can not only buckle the cover plate of a current-layer box body but also connect and fasten the current-layer box body to an upper-layer box body.

To achieve the above objective, the present invention adopts the following technical solution. A storage box includes:

    • a box body provided with a storage cavity to place articles, wherein a top of the box body is provided with an opening;
    • a cover plate detachably assembled on the box body and configured to cover the box body; and
    • a side buckle rotatably assembled on an upper end of an outer side wall of the box body, wherein the side buckle includes: a side buckle body fixedly arranged on a surface of the side buckle body facing the box body and used to clamp a first buckle portion of the cover plate and a second buckle portion fixedly arranged on the same surface as the first buckle portion; and
    • when a plurality of the storage boxes are stacked up and down, the second buckle portion of a lower layer is clamped to the upper-layer box body, and meanwhile, the first buckle portion of the lower layer is clamped to the current-layer cover plate.

According to a further configuration of the present invention, the first buckle portion includes: a first extending portion fixedly arranged on a surface of the side buckle body facing the box body and extending toward the box body, and a first bending portion arranged perpendicular to the first extending portion and extending downward; and the first bending portion is clamped to the cover plate.

According to a further configuration of the present invention, a surface of the first bending portion clamped to the cover plate is provided with a first abutting surface, and the first abutting surface is configured as a first guiding arc surface.

According to a further configuration of the present invention, a surface of the first extending portion facing downward is provided with a first guiding inclined surface inclined toward the first bending portion.

According to a further configuration of the present invention, the first buckle portion and the second buckle portion are arranged on the same vertical line.

According to a further configuration of the present invention, two first buckle portions and two second buckle portions are provided.

According to a further configuration of the present invention, a gripping portion recessed away from the box body is provided on a surface of a free end of the side buckle body facing the box body, so as to facilitate a user to open the side buckle.

According to a further configuration of the present invention, a first buckle plate cooperating with the first buckle portion and extending away from the cover plate is fixedly provided on an outer side wall of the cover plate.

According to a further configuration of the present invention, a second buckle plate extending away from the box body is fixedly provided on a bottom side of the outer side wall of the box body; and when a plurality of the storage boxes are stacked up and down, the second buckle portion of the lower layer is clamped to the second buckle plate of the upper layer, so as to connect the upper-layer storage box with the lower-layer storage box.

According to a further configuration of the present invention, a second groove used to place the second buckle portion is provided on the second buckle plate.

After adopting the above technical solutions, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: in the present invention, the side buckle is rotatably assembled on the upper end of the outer side wall of the box body, when a plurality of the storage boxes are stacked up and down, the second buckle portion of the side buckle of the lower-layer box body is clamped to the upper-layer box body, and meanwhile, the first buckle portion of the lower-layer box body is clamped to the cover plate of the current-layer box body. The side buckles can not only buckle the cover plate of a current-layer box body but also fasten the current-layer box body to an upper-layer box body, thereby locking the cover plate of the current-layer box body so as to prevent articles in the box body from falling out, and connecting and buckling the upper-layer box body to the lower-layer box body so as to prevent the box bodies from collapsing due to unstable connection between the box bodies when a plurality of storage boxes are stacked up for use.
