Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application is based upon and claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202411619186.9, filed on Nov. 13, 2024, the entire content of which is incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present technical solution relates to the technical field of chairs, in particular to an assembled chair.

BACKGROUND

Chairs are indispensable items in life and are widely present in our daily environment.

Most chairs in the market currently use screws to connect various parts, or directly fix the connections. This method makes the chair assembly and disassembly process complicated, and also affects the overall appearance of the chair. Particularly when the screws are rusted, the aesthetics of the chair is reduced. In addition, some of the existing chairs are also injection-molded into one piece, which makes it impossible to disassemble during transportation, thereby occupying a large space and increasing the transportation cost. Meanwhile, the one-piece injection-molded chair is easily damaged during transportation, which increases transportation loss.

For example, Chinese patent CN201320824755.4 discloses a chair, in which various components are fixed together by screws, which makes disassembly and assembly complicated and affects the overall appearance.

Another example is an injection-molded and assembled chair disclosed in Chinese patent CN202120906624.5, which also uses fasteners such as screws or bolts to fix the various components together. It also has the problems of complicated disassembly and assembly, and the exposed fasteners affect the overall appearance.

First, insert the side end of the seat panel 2 into the opening 11, making the slot IV 22 and the slot VI 111 engaged for tight connection. Then rotate the front end of the seat panel 2 with the slot VI 111 as the center of the circle, making the slot III 21 and the bottom of the front side wall for the opening 11 engaged for tight connection, and the inner walls slightly close to the outside for the slot IV 22 and the slot III 21 abut against the side end of the side panel 1, thereby improving the load-bearing capacity of the seat panel 2 in the middle part.

When the side panel 1 and the backrest 3 are installed, the upper half of the side panel 1 can be placed in the avoidance groove 33, making the upper side wall of the avoidance groove 33 placed on the upper end face of the side panel 1, so that engagement and connection of the slot V 31 and the slot I 12 are achieved.

First insert the end part of the front crossbeam I 4 into the slot VIII 15, and then the front crossbeam I 4 moves downward, making the slot VII 41 and the lower side wall of the slot VIII 15 engaged for tight connection.
