The present disclosure relates to the technical field of folding beds, and in particular, to a middle support leg of a folding bed.
Middle support legs provided for current folding beds generally has these defects: First, a connection structure between the middle support leg and a bed plate is cumbersome, so that many steps are required for assembling and disassembling, it takes long time, and it is not convenient for daily use. A middle support leg of a folding bed provided in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, including a middle support leg body 1 for supporting the folding bed, a folding connector 3 connected to a top of the middle support leg body 1, and a folding bed plate 2 in cooperative connection to the folding connector 3. A bed plate bottom support frame 201 is fixed at a bottom of the folding bed plate 2. The folding connector 3 includes a transverse rod 302 fixedly connected to the top of the middle support leg body 1, and a connection assembly that is connected to the transverse rod 302 and is configured to cooperate with the bed plate bottom support frame 201. The connection assembly is connected to the bed plate bottom support frame 201. The core of this design is to achieve folding of a bed body and compact storage of support legs through rotating and folding functions of the middle support leg in conjunction with a packaging requirement of the folding bed, thus reducing a space occupied by packaging.
By the cooperation of the middle support leg body 1, the folding connector 3, and the folding bed plate 2, the middle support leg can be stably connected to the bed plate, to achieve middle supporting for the folding bed. The arrangement of the transverse rod 302 of the folding connector 3 and the connection assembly provide a structural foundation for the cooperation between the middle support leg and the bed plate bottom support frame 201, thus facilitating implementation of a subsequent folding operation.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the connection assembly includes an inverted U-shaped connection base 301. The inverted U-shaped connection base 301 is rotatably connected to the transverse rod 302. The inverted U-shaped connection base 301 is provided with an assembling structure configured to cooperate with the bed plate bottom support frame 201. A rotating function of the middle support leg is achieved by rotational fit between the inverted U-shaped connection base and the transverse rod. The rotating function is the key to implement the folding of the bed body, which makes the bed plate to be folded and gathered successfully and provides a foundation for space optimization during packaging. By the rotatable connection between the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 and the transverse rod 302, the middle support leg is rotatable relative to the bed plate to facilitate folding and storage. The structure of the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 adapts to the shape of the bed plate bottom support frame 201, so that the fitting degree for the connection assembly and the bottom of the bed plate is higher, and stability of connection is improved.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the assembling structure includes a connection plate 303 integrally arranged on the inverted U-shaped connection base 301. The connection plate 303 is fixedly connected to the assembling sheet 304. The assembling sheet 304 is fixedly connected to the bed plate bottom support frame 201. The fixed cooperation between the connection plate 303 and the assembling sheet 304 can stably connect the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 with the bed plate bottom support frame 201, so that a support force of the middle support leg can be more stably transmitted to the bed plate, and an overall support effect is enhanced.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the connection plate 303 and the assembling sheet 304 are fixedly connected by a screw 306. By using the connection manner implemented by the screw 306, the connection plate 303 and the assembling sheet 304 can be connected more firmly and are not easily loosened, which ensures stability of connection of assembling structures.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 and the transverse rod 302 are rotatably connected by a bolt 305. The bolt 305 simultaneously penetrates through the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 and the transverse rod 302. The bolt 305 is fixed on the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 by a nut. The transverse rod 302 can rotate around the bolt 305. One end of the transverse rod 302 is accommodated in the inverted U-shaped connection base 301. The bolt 305 not only achieves the rotational fit between the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 and the transverse rod 302, but also connects them into a whole, thus avoiding component separation. According to the design in which the transverse rod 302 is accommodated within the inverted U-shaped connection base 301, the structure is more compact during rotation and a possibility of shaking is reduced.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a clamping protrusion 307 is fixed on an inner wall of the inverted U-shaped connection base 301. A limiting hole 308 adapting to the clamping protrusion 307 is correspondingly formed in the transverse rod 302. The clamping protrusion 307 is clamped into the limiting hole 308 to limit a relative position between the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 and the transverse rod 302. After the clamping protrusion 307 is clamped into the limiting hole 308, the relative rotation between the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 and the transverse rod 302 can be limited, so that the middle support leg is kept being fixed when the middle support leg is in a supporting state and cannot deviate arbitrarily, thus improving stability of supporting.
Specifically, in this embodiment, two clamping protrusions 307 are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the inverted U-shaped connection base 301, and two limiting holes 308 are symmetrically formed in the transverse rod 302. The symmetrically arranged clamping protrusions 307 and limiting holes 308 can make a limiting force on the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 and the transverse rod 302 more uniform, thus avoiding structural looseness caused by an excessive local force and further enhancing structural stability in the supporting state.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a bottom of the middle support leg body 1 is covered with a rubber sleeve. The rubber sleeve at the bottom of the middle support leg body 1 can increase friction between the support leg and the ground and reduce sliding during supporting. Meanwhile, this can also buffer collision between the support leg and the ground and reduce noise during use. The middle support leg body adopts a foldable (or retractable) design and has a folding function. During storage, the middle support leg body can be collapsed or folded to a shortest state and can be just compressed to a gap formed after the bed body is folded, thus avoiding interference with other parts of the bed body and perfectly meeting a packaging requirement.
It is worth noting that the folding bed has a space for storing and accommodating the transverse rod 302 after being folded. During the folding of the transverse rod 302, the middle support leg body 1 needs to be removed, and the middle support leg body 1 is connected to the accommodated transverse rod 302 by a screw.
In summary, the middle support leg of the folding bed provided in this embodiment has the following advantages:
Working principle: The middle support leg of the folding bed provides a support force through the middle support leg body 1, and cooperates with the folding connector 3 to achieve connection and folding actions with the folding bed plate 2: The transverse rod 302 in the folding connector 3 is fixedly connected to the top of the middle support leg body 1, and the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 is connected to the transverse rod 302 by the bolt 305, so that the transverse rod 302 can rotate around the bolt 305. The rotating structure achieves the rotating function of the middle support leg, and provides a necessary condition for the folding of the bed body. The connection plate 303 and the assembling sheet 304 on the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 can be fixedly connected to the bed plate bottom support frame 201 at the bottom of the folding bed plate 2, and the middle support leg can be connected to the bed plate into a whole. When the middle support leg is rotated to a supporting position, the clamping protrusion 307 on the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 can be clamped into the limiting hole 308 of the transverse rod 302 to limit the relative rotation between the inverted U-shaped connection base 301 and the transverse rod 302 and ensure the stability of the supporting state. When packaging is required, the bed body is folded by using the rotating function after the limitation is deactivated, and the bed body is then compressed to the gap of the bed body by using the folding function of the middle support leg body, so that compact storage is achieved, and a space occupied by packaging is greatly reduced. The rubber sleeve at the bottom of the middle support leg body 1 can enhance the fitting degree to the ground and lower a sliding risk.
