Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of beds, and in particular, to a roll-packed bed.

BACKGROUND

Roll-packed bed is a modularized and easy-to-store bed product that has emerged in the home market in recent years.

As shown in FIG. 10 to FIG. 11, a mainstream roll-packed bed on the current market uses an assembled structure that is formed by “assembling four bed plates”: A main body of the bed is formed by connecting four independent bed plates through hinges. During assembling, a bed surface can be flatly assembled through rotation of hinged points, to meet a sleep need. For packing and storage, by using the rotation characteristic of a hinge structure, the four bed plates are folded along the hinged points and are then roll-packed, to reduce an overall occupied space.

However, after being roll-packed, a length of the bed is still large. As a result, the logistics and transportation costs for enterprises are high.

Therefore, a roll-packed bed is provided.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The implementations of the present disclosure will be explained in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments, so that an implementation process of how to solve the technical problems using the technical means and achieve the technical effects in the present disclosure can be fully understood and implemented.

Embodiment 1

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a roll-packed bed, including a bed frame main body. The bed frame main body includes four main bed plates 1. Two adjacent main bed plates 1 are hinged to each other. Extension bed plates 2 are mounted on two sides of each main bed plate 1 through connectors.

By the adoption of the above technical solution, hinging structures between the adjacent four main bed plates 1 can be rotated and folded around hinge points, to provide a foundation for subsequent roll-packing and storage. Meanwhile, the extension bed plates 2 are mounted on the two sides of each main bed plate 1, which can ensure that an area of an unfolded bed plate meets a daily usage requirement. In addition, during roll-packing, a relative position between the extension bed plates 2 and the main bed plates 1 can be adjusted through the connectors, to further reduce a volume after roll-packing.

In this embodiment, each connector includes a first connection block 7 and a second connection block 8. One end of the first connection block 7 is fixedly connected to the extension bed plate 2. One end of the second connection block 8 is fixedly connected to the main bed plate 1. The first connection block 7 is hinged to the second connection block 8.

By the adoption of the above technical solution, each connector is composed of the first connection block 7 and the second connection block 8 that are hinged to each other. The first connection block 7 is fixed to the extension bed plate 2, while the second connection block 8 is fixed to the main bed plate 1. This allows the extension bed plate 2 to rotate around a hinge point between the first connection block 7 and the second connection block 8, thus ensuring stability of connection between the extension bed plate 2 and the main bed plate 1 and folding the extension bed plate 2 toward the main bed plate 1 during roll-packing, to reduce an occupied space.

In this embodiment, a plurality of first supporting legs 3 staggered from each other are fixedly mounted at bottoms of two main bed plates 1 located at a middle portion of the bed frame main body.

By the adoption of the above technical solution, the plurality of first supporting legs 3 that are staggered from each other are arranged at the bottoms of the two main bed plates 1 at the middle portion of the bed frame main body. On the one hand, the first supporting legs 3 can provide a stable support for the main bed plate 1, thus ensuring the load-bearing capacity during use. On the other hand, the design of “mutual staggering” can avoid mutual interference between the first supporting legs 3 at the bottoms of the adjacent main bed plates 1 during roll-packing, thus ensuring that the main bed plates 1 can be folded smoothly without affecting a roll-packing operation.

In this embodiment, second supporting legs 4 are mounted, through mounting members in a position-adjustable manner, at bottoms of four extension bed plates 2 located at four corners of the bed frame main body.

By the adoption of the above technical solution, the position-adjustable mounting of the second supporting legs 4 can be implemented at the bottoms of the four extension bed plates 2 at the four corners of the bed frame main body through the mounting members, so that during use, the second supporting legs 4 can be moved to the bottoms of the extension bed plates 2 to support edges of the bed body. When roll-packing is required, the second supporting legs 4 are moved to inner sides of the main bed plates 1, without occupying a roll-packing space.

Specifically, in this embodiment, each mounting member includes a connection sheet 5. One end of the connection sheet 5 is hinged to the bottom of the main bed plate 1. An upper end of each second supporting leg 4 is fixed to another end of the connection sheet 5.

By the adoption of the above technical solution, one end of the connection sheet 5 in the mounting member is hinged to the bottom of the main bed plate 1, and the another end is fixed to the upper end of the second supporting leg 4, so that the second supporting leg 4 can rotate around a hinge point between the connection sheet 5 and the main bed plate 1, to adjust the position of the second supporting leg 4. During use, rotating the connection sheet 5 can adjust the second supporting leg 4 to the bottom of the extension bed plate 2. During roll-packing, rotating the connection sheet 5 can move the second supporting leg 4 to the inner side of the main bed plate 1, thus avoiding the second supporting leg 4 from occupying an additional space.

Further, in this embodiment, each mounting member further includes a handle bolt 6. The bottom of each extension bed plate 2 is fixedly connected to a fixing seat 201. Each connection sheet 5 is provided with a through hole. A screw rod of the handle bolt 6 is threadedly mounted on the fixing seat 201 after penetrating through the through hole.

By the adoption of the above technical solution, the handle bolt 6 newly added to the mounting member cooperates with the fixing seat 201 at the bottom of the extension bed plate 2 and the through hole of the connection sheet 5. When the second supporting leg 4 is adjusted to the bottom of the extension bed plate 2, the screw rod of the handle bolt 6 penetrates through the through hole of the connection sheet 5 and is threadedly screwed into the fixing seat 201 to fix the position of the connection sheet 5 and lock the second supporting leg 4. When roll-packing is required, the handle bolt 6 is loosened to deactivate the fixation. The operation is convenient, and the fixation is reliable.

Further, in this embodiment, the bottom of each main bed plate 1 is fixedly connected to a storage seat 101 which is capable of storing and fixing each second supporting leg 4 during roll-packing.

By the adoption of the above technical solution, the storage seat 101 at the bottom of the main bed plate 1 is specifically configured to store and fix the second supporting leg 4 during roll-packing. When the second supporting leg 4 needs to be retracted during the roll-packing, the second supporting leg 4 can be rotated to the inner side of the main bed plate 1 and then fixed to the storage seat 101 through the handle bolt 6, thus avoiding protrusion of the second supporting leg 4 due to shaking during the rolling-packing, further compressing the overall volume after the roll-packing, preventing damage to the second supporting leg 4 during transportation, and improving product transportation safety.

Specific roll-packing steps are as follows:

    • 1. The handle bolts 6 at the four corners of the bed frame main body are first loosened to deactivate the fixation on the second supporting legs 4. The second supporting legs 4 are then rotated to the inner side of the bed frame main body, namely, right under the bed frame main body. The connection sheets 5 and the second supporting legs 4 are fixed on the storage seats 101 through the handle bolts 6.
    • 2. The extension bed plates 2 are flipped and folded toward the main bed plates 1 corresponding to the extension bed plates 2.
    • 3. The four main bed plates 1 are flipped and roll-packed, so that a roll-packed bed is approximately cuboid.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, a difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is as follows: Each connector includes an L-shaped plate 9 which is fixed at a top of each extension bed plate 2. One end of the L-shaped plate 9 away from the extension bed plate 2 can be clamped to a framework of each main bed plate 1. Through the above setting, it is convenient to assemble and disassemble the extension bed plate 2 and the main bed plate 1.

Specific roll-packing steps are as follows:

    • 1. The handle bolts 6 at the four corners of the bed frame main body are first loosened to deactivate the fixation on the second supporting legs 4. The second supporting legs 4 are then rotated to the inner side of the bed frame main body. The connection sheets 5 and the second supporting legs 4 are fixed on the storage seats 101 through the handle bolts 6.
    • 2. The L-shaped plates 9 on the extension bed plates 2 are separated from the main bed plates 1.
    • 3. The four main bed plates 1 are flipped and roll-packed, so that a roll-packed bed is approximately cuboid.
    • 4. The removed extension bed plates 2 are placed on four surfaces of the roll-packed cuboid.

The above shows and describes several preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, but as mentioned earlier, it should be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the form disclosed herein and should not be regarded as an exclusion of other embodiments. It can be used in various other combinations, modifications, and environments, and can be changed within the scope of the concept of the present disclosure concept through the above teachings or technologies or knowledge in the related art.
