CROSS-REFERNCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The application claims priority to Chinese Application No. 202422917121.4, filed on Nov. 28, 2024, the entire content of which is incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure belongs to the field of living furniture, and particularly relates to a flat leisure chair.

BACKGROUND

More and more leisure chairs appear in daily life. However, seat plates and supports of existing outdoor fixed chairs in the market are usually welded and fixed together. Although the stable effect can be achieved through welding, it is very inconvenient or wasteful for packaging and transport by manufacturers or carrying by consumers, and thus the proportion of the logistics transport costs is high. To save the product costs, there is an urgent need for convenient packaging and assembling development of products.

To increase the loading quantities of containers, the chairs are usually disassembled into multiple pieces and then are mounted and fixed by using screws, and the functionality of the products is achieved after mounting. The main defects lie in that there are many parts of the products, easily causing part missing and difficulties in assembling; and there are many screws for the products, causing time wasting and labor wasting during assembling and poor experience of the consumers.

SUMMARY

To overcome the defects in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a flat leisure chair to solve the problems of inconvenience in assembling and carrying of existing leisure chairs.

The technical problems can be solved by the present disclosure through the following technical solution:

    • a flat leisure chair, including a chair leg assembly and a chair surface matched with the chair leg assembly, where a seat back is disposed at the top of the chair leg assembly; the seat back is movably snap-fitted with the chair leg assembly; and the chair leg assembly is detachably matched with the chair surface by means of fasteners.

Further, the chair leg assembly includes a front leg assembly and a rear leg assembly, the height of the front leg assembly is less than that of the rear leg assembly, and the seat back is obliquely disposed at the top of the front leg assembly and the top of rear leg assembly.

Further, the chair leg assembly includes a front leg assembly and a rear leg assembly, and the seat back is disposed at the top of the front leg assembly and the top of rear leg assembly.

Further, the height of the front leg assembly is less than that of the rear leg assembly.

Further, the front leg assembly includes front support legs disposed symmetrically, middle portions of the front support legs on two sides are connected by means of a front transverse rod, and an inward retraction section is disposed at the top of each of the front support legs and is provided with an elastic button.

Further, the rear leg assembly includes rear support legs disposed symmetrically, middle portions of the rear support legs on two sides are connected by means of a rear transverse rod, the arrangement height of the rear transverse rod corresponds to that of the front support legs, and an inward retraction section is also disposed at the top of each of the rear support legs and is provided with an elastic button.

Further, the seat back includes support pipes, a positioning sleeve matched with the inward retraction section is disposed on each of the support pipes, a positioning hole is formed in the positioning sleeve, and the inward retraction section is inserted into the positioning sleeve until the elastic button is snap-fitted with and limited by the positioning hole, thereby achieving fixation of the seat back to the chair leg assembly.

Further, each of the support pipes and each of the positioning sleeves are integrally disposed.

Further, L-shaped frames are disposed on opposite sides of the front transverse rod and the rear transverse rod, one side wall of each of the L-shaped frames is welded to the front transverse rod or the rear transverse rod, and the other side wall is detachably fastened to a lower end surface of the chair surface.

Further, the seat back is of an integrated structure.

Further, the seat back is a multi-section pipe and includes side pipe sections and a connecting section, two ends of the connecting section are inserted into the side pipe sections, and positioning sleeves are integrally disposed on lower end surfaces of the side pipe sections.

Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: the present disclosure provides the leisure chair which is small in package size and convenient to assemble. The leisure chair is in a flat design, the front leg assembly, the rear leg assembly and the seat back are connected by means of the elastic buttons, and the chair surface is fixed to the front leg assembly and the rear leg assembly by means of screws, so that the leisure chair has a few components and is convenient to assemble.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, the present disclosure is further described in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings and embodiments below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present disclosure, not to define the present disclosure.

As shown in FIG. 1-FIG. 4, a flat leisure chair includes a chair leg assembly 10 and a chair surface 20 matched with the chair leg assembly 10, where a seat back 30 is disposed at the top of the chair leg assembly 10; the seat back 30 is movably snap-fitted with the chair leg assembly 10; and the chair leg assembly 10 is detachably matched with the chair surface 20 by means of fasteners (such as fastening bolts and fastening screws). The chair leg assembly 10 includes a front leg assembly 11 and a rear leg assembly 12, the height of the front leg assembly 11 is less than that of the rear leg assembly 12, and the seat back 30 is obliquely disposed at the top of the front leg assembly 11 and the top of rear leg assembly 12. The front leg assembly 11 includes front support legs 111 disposed symmetrically, middle portions of the front support legs 111 on two sides are connected by means of a front transverse rod 112, and an inward retraction section 13 is disposed at the top of each of the front support legs 111 and is provided with an elastic button 131. The rear leg assembly 12 includes rear support legs 121 disposed symmetrically, middle portions of the rear support legs 121 on two sides are connected by means of a rear transverse rod 122, the height of the rear support legs 121 is greater than that of the front support legs 111, and the arrangement height of the rear transverse rod 122 corresponds to that of the front support legs 111, thereby ensuring the stability of the chair surface 20. An inward retraction section 13 is also disposed at the top of each of the rear support legs 121 and is provided with an elastic button 131.

In this embodiment, the seat back 30 includes support pipes, a positioning sleeve 33 matched with the inward retraction section 13 is disposed on each of the support pipes, the support pipe and the positioning sleeve 33 are integrally disposed, a positioning hole 331 is formed in the positioning sleeve 33, and the inward retraction section 13 is inserted into the positioning sleeve 33 until the elastic button 131 is snap-fitted with and limited by the positioning hole 331, thereby achieving fixation of the seat back 30 to the chair leg assembly 10. The seat back 30 in the present application can be of an integrated structure or a multi-section structure. To reduce the package, the seat back 30 is preferably designed to be a multi-section pipe and includes side pipe sections 31 and a connecting section 32, two ends of the connecting section 32 are connected to the side pipe sections 31 through arc-shaped sections 34, two ends of the arc-shaped sections 34 are respectively matched with the side pipe sections 31 and the connecting section 32 in an inserted manner, and positioning sleeves 33 are integrally disposed on lower end surfaces of the side pipe sections 31.

L-shaped frames 40 are disposed on opposite sides of the front transverse rod 112 and the rear transverse rod 122, one side wall of each of the L-shaped frames 40 is welded to the front transverse rod 112 or the rear transverse rod 122, and the other side wall is detachably fastened to a lower end surface of the chair surface 20. That is, mounting openings are formed in two side walls of each of the L-shaped frames 40, and are matched with fastening screws to be fastened with the front transverse rod 112, the rear transverse rod 122 or the chair surface 20.

The leisure chair in the present application is in a flat design, has a few components (including the front leg assembly 11, the rear leg assembly 12, the chair surface 20 and the seat back 30), and is convenient to assemble and small in package size. During assembly, the inward retraction sections 13 of the front leg assembly 11 and the rear leg assembly 12 are inserted into the positioning sleeves 33, meanwhile, the elastic buttons 131 are pressed downwards, and the elastic buttons 131 pop out of the positioning holes 331 after reaching set positions, thereby completing the fixation of the front leg assembly 11, the rear leg assembly 12 and the seat back 30; and then the L-shaped frames 40 are locked with the chair surface 20 through the fastening screws.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and are not limitations; although the present disclosure is illustrated in detail with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that they can still amend the technical solutions recited in the above-mentioned embodiments, or perform equivalent substitutions on part or all of the technical features thereof; and such amendments or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A flat leisure chair, comprising a chair leg assembly and a chair surface matched with the chair leg assembly, wherein a seat back is disposed at a top of the chair leg assembly; the seat back is movably snap-fitted with the chair leg assembly; and the chair leg assembly is detachably matched with the chair surface by means of fasteners.

2. The flat leisure chair according to claim 1, wherein the chair leg assembly comprises a front leg assembly and a rear leg assembly, and the seat back is disposed at the top of the front leg assembly and the top of rear leg assembly.

3. The flat leisure chair according to claim 2, wherein the height of the front leg assembly is less than that of the rear leg assembly.

4. The flat leisure chair according to claim 3, wherein the front leg assembly comprises front support legs disposed symmetrically, middle portions of the front support legs on two sides are connected by means of a front transverse rod, and an inward retraction section is disposed at the top of each of the front support legs and is provided with an elastic button.

The flat leisure chair according to claim 4, wherein the rear leg assembly comprises rear support legs disposed symmetrically, middle portions of the rear support legs on two sides are connected by means of a rear transverse rod, and an inward retraction section is disposed at the top of each of the rear support legs and is provided with an elastic button.

The flat leisure chair according to claim 5, wherein the seat back comprises support pipes, a positioning sleeve matched with the inward retraction section is disposed on each of the support pipes, a positioning hole is formed in the positioning sleeve, and the inward retraction section is inserted into the positioning sleeve until the elastic button is snap-fitted with and limited by the positioning hole, thereby achieving fixation of the seat back to the chair leg assembly.

7. The flat leisure chair according to claim 6, wherein each of the support pipes and each of the positioning sleeves are integrally disposed.

The flat leisure chair according to claim 5, wherein L-shaped frames are disposed on opposite sides of the front transverse rod and the rear transverse rod, one side wall of each of the L-shaped frames is welded to the front transverse rod or the rear transverse rod, and the other side wall is detachably fastened to a lower end surface of the chair surface.

9. The flat leisure chair according to claim 2, wherein the seat back is of an integrated structure.

The flat leisure chair according to claim 2, wherein the seat back is a multi-section pipe and comprises side pipe sections and a connecting section, two ends of the connecting section are inserted into the side pipe sections, and positioning sleeves are integrally disposed on lower end surfaces of the side pipe sections.
