The present application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202422966734.7, filed on Nov. 29, 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The present application relates to the technical field of garment and in particular to a bra.
As consumers' requirements for wearing comfort and aesthetics continue to increase, underwear product design and manufacturing technology are also constantly improving. As an important part of women's underwear, the structural design and material selection of bras have a direct impact on the wearing experience.
Traditional bras are usually made by sewing fabrics, and after long-term use, problems such as uneven seams and frayed edges are prone to occur, especially at the joints and edges of the shoulder straps, where these problems are more prominent.
In view of the deficiencies in the prior art, the present application provides a bra that can solve the problems of uneven underwear surface and curled edges.
In order to solve the above technical problems, a technical solution adopted in an embodiment of the present application is: to provide a bra, wherein the bra comprising a bra body and shoulder straps, the bra body comprising an inner layer, an outer layer and an adhesive layer, the inner layer and the outer layer are integrally knitted as one piece, and at least part of the inner layer and the outer layer are bonded by the adhesive layer.
In one embodiment, the bra further comprising a molded cup, wherein the molded cup is located between the inner layer and the outer layer, the inner layer or the outer layer is provided with a perforation, and the shoulder strap passes through the perforation and is connected to the molded cup.
In one embodiment, the bra further comprising a molded cup and a connecting strap connected to the bra body, the first end of the connecting strap is connected to the bra body, a perforation is provided on the inner layer or the outer layer, and the second end of the connecting strap passes through the perforation and is connected to the molded cup.
In one embodiment, the connecting strap or the bra body is detachably connected to the shoulder strap.
In one embodiment, the second end of the connecting band is connected to the non-edge area of the molded cup.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, in this embodiment, the bra comprising a bra body 10 and shoulder straps 20. The bra body 10 comprising an inner layer 11, an outer layer 12 and an adhesive layer 16, the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 are integrally knitted as one piece, and at least part of the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 are bonded by the adhesive layer 16.
As shown in FIG. 5, the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 are a single piece of material that is integrally knitted. After folding the material, at least some regions of the inner layer 11 and outer layers 12 are bonded together through an adhesive layer 16, thereby forming the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 on the front and back sides, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, in one embodiment, the bra further comprising a molded cup 30 and a connecting strap 40 connected to the bra body 10, the first end 41 of the connecting strap 40 is connected to the bra body 10, the inner layer 11 or the outer layer 12 is provided with a perforation (not shown), and the second end 42 of the connecting strap 40 passes through the perforation and is connected to the molded cup 30. In one embodiment, the perforation is provided on the inner layer 11, and the first end 41 of the connecting strap 40 can be specifically connected to the ear 13 of the bra body 10. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the perforation can also be provided on the outer layer 12, and this embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, in one embodiment, the connecting strap 40 or the bra body 10 is detachably connected to the shoulder strap. The ear 13 of the bra body 10 may be provided with a button 14. The bra body 10 is detachably connected to the shoulder strap 20 via the button 14. The shoulder strap 20 is provided with a button that matches the button 14. In another embodiment, the shoulder strap may be fixedly connected to the molded cup. Specifically, the bra further comprising a molded cup, the molded cup is located between the inner layer and the outer layer, the inner layer or the outer layer is provided with a perforation, and the shoulder strap passes through the perforation and is connected to the molded cup.
As shown in FIG. 4, in one embodiment, the second end 42 of the connecting band 40 is connected to the non-edge area of the molded cup 30. The connecting band 40 is connected to the non-edge area of the molded cup 30, and the molded cup 30 does not need to be separately provided with an ear structure connected to the connecting band 40, so that the molded cup 30 is better adapted to the human chest, more comfortable, and has better lateral extensibility, and can adapt to different sizes of chests without wrinkling and deformation. In one embodiment, the upper edge of the molded cup 30 is a smooth transition curve.
In one embodiment, the connecting strap 40 is bonded to the molded cup 30 via an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer makes the surface smoother and does not cause a foreign body sensation to the human body.
As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, in one embodiment, the connecting strap 40 is connected to the upper part of the molded cup 30, and at least a part of the lower part of the molded cup 30 is connected to the bra body 10. At least one point of the lower part of the molded cup 30 is in contact with the bra body 10. In this way, the upper and lower ends of the molded cup 30 are respectively fixed to the bra body, so as to prevent the molded cup 30 from sliding or turning inside the bra body 10. At the same time, since only the upper and lower points are fixed instead of being fully fixed, the lateral extension of the molded cup 30 will not be affected, so that the molded cup 30 can adapt to human breasts of different sizes, has better lateral extensibility, and is more comfortable to wear.
As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, in one embodiment, the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 are integrally knitted by rib knitting. Rib knitting is generally a kind of elastic texture formed by alternately knitting forward and reverse stitches in knitting. In one embodiment, the knitting density of the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 corresponding to the lower bust area 15 of the bra body 10 is greater than that of the area around the lower bust area 15, so as to form better elasticity in the lower bust area 15, improve support, and compress fat to improve the appearance of wearing.
As shown in FIG. 4, in one embodiment, the first end 41 of the connecting strap 40 is connected to the ear 13 of the bra body 10.
The embodiment of the present application also provides a bra, which comprising a bra body 10 and a shoulder strap 20, a molded cup 30, and a connecting strap 40 connected to the bra body 10, wherein the first end 41 of the connecting strap 40 is connected to the bra body 10, the bra body 10 comprising an inner layer 11 and an outer layer 12, the molded cup 30 is located between the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12, and a perforation is provided on the inner layer 11 or the outer layer 12, and the second end 42 of the connecting strap 40 passes through the perforation and is connected to the molded cup 30.
In one embodiment, the connecting strap 40 or the bra body 10 is detachably connected to the shoulder strap 20.
In one embodiment, the second end of the connecting strap 40 is connected to the non-edge area of the molded cup 30.
In one embodiment, the upper edge of the molded cup 30 is a smooth transition curve.
In one embodiment, the connecting strap 40 is bonded to the molded cup 30 via an adhesive layer.
The embodiment of the present application arranges the bra to include a bra body and shoulder straps, wherein the bra body comprising an inner layer, an outer layer and an adhesive layer, the inner layer and the outer layer are integrally knitted as one piece, and at least a portion of the inner layer and the outer layer are bonded by the adhesive layer. The one-piece knitted bra is seamless and flat as a whole, and the edges are not easy to curl. The bra is thinner and has better ductility when bonded by the adhesive layer.
In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the present application is further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present application and are not used to limit the present application.
The above is only a specific implementation method of the present application. It should be pointed out that for ordinary technicians in this technical field, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principles of the present application. These improvements and modifications should also be regarded as the scope of protection of the present application.

The bra of claim 1, wherein the bra further comprises a molded cup, wherein the molded cup is located between the inner layer and the outer layer, the inner layer or the outer layer is provided with a perforation, and the shoulder strap passes through the perforation and is connected to the molded cup.
3. The bra of claim 1, wherein the bra further comprises a molded cup and a connecting strap connected to the bra body, a first end of the connecting strap is connected to the bra body, the inner layer or the outer layer is provided with a perforation, and a second end of the connecting strap passes through the perforation and is connected to the molded cup.
4. The bra of claim 3, wherein the connecting strap or the bra body is detachably connected to the shoulder strap.
5. The bra of claim 3, wherein the second end of the connecting strap is connected to a non-edge area of the molded cup.
6. The bra of claim 5, wherein an upper edge of the molded cup is a smooth transition curve.
7. The bra of claim 5, wherein the connecting strap and the molded cup are bonded to each other through an adhesive layer.
8. The bra of claim 3, wherein the connecting strap is connected to an upper part of the molded cup, and at least a part of a lower part of the molded cup is connected to the bra body.
9. The bra of claim 1, wherein the inner layer and the outer layer are integrally joined by rib knitting.
10. The bra of claim 3, wherein the first end of the connecting strap is connected to an ear of the bra body.

The bra of claim 1, wherein the inner layer and the outer layer are a single piece of material that is integrally knitted, after folding the material, at least some regions of the inner layer and outer layer are bonded together through the adhesive layer, thereby forming the inner layer and the outer layer on the front and back sides, respectively.

A bra comprising a bra body and shoulder straps, a molded cup and a connecting strap connected to the bra body, a first end of the connecting strap is connected to the bra body, the bra body comprising an inner layer, an outer layer and an adhesive layer, the molded cup is located between the inner layer and the outer layer, the inner layer or the outer layer is provided with a perforation, and a second end of the connecting strap passes through the perforation and is connected to the molded cup, the inner layer and the outer layer are integrally knitted as one piece, and at least part of the inner layer and the outer layer are bonded by the adhesive layer, the bra is seamless.
13. The bra of claim 12, wherein the connecting strap or the bra body is detachably connected to the shoulder strap.
14. The bra of claim 12, wherein the second end of the connecting strap is connected to a non-edge area of the molded cup.
15. The bra of claim 12, wherein an upper edge of the molded cup is a smooth transition curve.
16. The bra of claim 12, wherein the connecting strap and the molded cup are bonded to each other through an adhesive layer.
