This application is a continuation of co-pending International Patent Application No. PCT/CN2023/12742, filed on Oct. 30, 2023, which claims the priority and benefit of Chinese patent application number 202310968749.4, filed on Aug. 2, 2023 with China National Intellectual Property Administration, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The present invention relates to the technical field of hairdressing and styling devices, and more particularly to a multifunctional hairdressing and styling device.
At present, different hair styling devices are required for hair straightening and hair curling, even for different curling sizes. When hair straightening and hair curling operations are required at the same time, at least two different hairdressing and styling devices need to be prepared, resulting in high costs and frequent replacements of hairdressing and styling devices, which affect the operating efficiency.
In summary, how to improve the hairdressing and styling efficiency is an urgent problem to be solved by those skilled in the art at present.
In view of the foregoing problems, the present invention aims to provide a multifunctional hairdressing and styling device capable of achieving a variety of different styling effects, thereby avoiding frequent replacements of the hairdressing and styling devices, and improving the hairdressing and styling efficiency.
In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention provides the following technical solution:
Optionally, the heating surfaces of the same heating apparatus include at least two of an arcuate heating surface, a planar heating surface, a rectangular heating surface, and a trapezoidal heating surface, and the heating apparatus is a columnar structure having an oval cross-section.
Optionally, rotating shafts of the heating apparatuses are offset, such that the two plates may be closed when the heating apparatuses are rotated to different angular positions.
Optionally, each heating apparatus includes a planar heating surface and an arcuate heating surface, and the angular positions include a first angular position and a second angular position.
Optionally, axes of the rotating shafts of the heating apparatuses are offset from central axes of the heating apparatuses.
Optionally, the two plates are provided with the heating apparatuses, and rotating shafts of the heating apparatuses on the two plates are arranged to face each other, where the heating apparatuses on different plates have different heating surfaces.

In the process of using the multifunctional hairdressing and styling device provided by the present invention, the heating apparatus may be rotated to different angular positions, such that different heating surfaces of the heating apparatus can be used for heating the hair, and the different heating surfaces can produce different styling effects, so that different hairdressing and styling effects are achieved by using a same hairdressing and styling device, thereby avoiding frequent replacements of hairdressing and styling devices, and effectively improving the styling efficiency. In addition, it also reduces costs associated with purchasing multiple devices.

The technical solutions of embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and comprehensively described below in conjunction with accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the embodiments described herein are merely some embodiments rather than all embodiments of the present invention. All the other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention, without any inventive efforts, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
The present invention aims to provide a multifunctional hairdressing and styling device capable of achieving a variety of different styling effects, avoid frequent replacement of the hairdressing devices, and improve the efficiency of hairdressing and styling.
This specific embodiment provides a multifunctional hairdressing and styling device, including: at least one heating apparatus 3, where the heating apparatus 3 includes at least two different heating surfaces; and two plates pivotally connected and configured to open and close relative to each other. At least one of the two plates is rotatably provided with the heating apparatus 3; the heating apparatus 3 may be rotated to at least two different angular positions; and when the heating apparatus 3 is rotated to different angular positions, different heating surfaces of the heating apparatus 3 are used for heating hair to complete different styles.
As shown in FIG. 4, when the heating apparatus 3 is rotated to a horizontal position, it may be used for straightening hair; and as shown in FIG. 3, when the heating apparatus 3 is rotated to a vertical position, it may be used for curling hair.
It should be noted that, the heating apparatus 3 in this embodiment may have two different heating surfaces, or may have a plurality of different heating surfaces, so as to perform various hairstyling operations. Specifically, the heating apparatus 3 may be configured to have four different heating surfaces. During rotation of the heating apparatus 3, a different heating surface may be switched into an operating position each time after rotating by a predetermined angle. The predetermined angle may be any angle that satisfies any requirements, and may be determined according to actual conditions. Of course, other configurations are also possible, and will not be described in detail herein.
Only one plate is provided with a rotatable heating apparatus 3, while the other plate is provided with a heating plate that cooperates with the heating apparatus 3 and is fixedly arranged, and a cavity for accommodating the heating apparatus 3 is reserved. Alternatively, the two plates may be provided with heating apparatuses 3, and after rotation, the heating apparatuses 3 may avoid interference with each other. Specific configurations may be determined according to actual requirements, and will not be described in detail herein.
In the process of using the multifunctional hairdressing and styling device provided by this specific embodiment, the heating apparatus 3 may be rotated to different angular positions, such that different heating surfaces of the heating apparatus 3 can be used for heating the hair, and the different heating surfaces can produce different styling effects, so that different hairdressing and styling effects are achieved by using a same hairdressing and styling device, thereby avoiding frequent replacements of hairdressing and styling devices, and effectively improving the styling efficiency. In addition, it also reduces costs associated with purchasing multiple devices.
In one specific embodiment, the heating surfaces of the same heating apparatus 3 include at least two of an arcuate heating surface 32, a planar heating surface 31, a rectangular heating surface, and a trapezoidal heating surface.
The same heating apparatus 3 may include two or more heating surfaces having the same shape. For example, the heating apparatus 3 may include four heating surfaces, all of which are the arcuate heating surfaces 32, but have different curvature dimensions, so as to form curls of different sizes. Alternatively, the same heating apparatus 3 may include two or more heating surfaces having the same shape and the same size, depending on the actual situation.
Based on the above embodiments, the same heating apparatus 3 may be configured to include four heating surfaces, that is, an arcuate heating surface 32, a planar heating surface 31, a rectangular heating surface, and a trapezoidal heating surface, and during use, rotating the heating apparatus by 90Β° can realize switching between different heating surfaces.
In this embodiment, the same heating apparatus 3 may include a plurality of heating surfaces having different shapes for different styling purposes, thereby enhancing functional diversity of the hairdressing and styling device.
In one embodiment, the two plates are provided with identical heating apparatuses 3, and rotating shafts of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are offset, such that the two plates may be closed when the heating apparatuses 3 are rotated to different angular positions.
Specifically, the multifunctional hairdressing and styling device may include a first plate 1 and a second plate 2, both of the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are provided with heating apparatuses 3. Each heating apparatus 3 includes a planar heating surface 31 and an arcuate heating surface 32, and angular positions include a first angular position and a second angular position. As shown in FIG. 4, when the heating apparatuses 3 are rotated to the first angular position, the planar heating surfaces 31 of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are arranged opposite to each other, and the planar heating surfaces 31 are configured to heat hair to achieve a straightening effect. As shown in FIG. 3, when the heating apparatuses 3 are rotated to the second angular position, the arcuate heating surfaces 32 of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are arranged in a staggered manner, such that both the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 have spaces for accommodating the heating apparatus 3 on the opposite side. In FIG. 3, the arcuate heating surfaces 32 are configured to heat hair to achieve a curling effect.
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the heating apparatus 3 is a columnar structure having an oval cross-section, where the planar heating surface 31 is located on a plane corresponding to a long side of the oval, and an axis of the rotating shaft of the heating apparatus 3 is offset from a central axis of the heating apparatus 3.
Alternatively, the multifunctional hairdressing and styling device may include a first plate 1 and a second plate 2, both of the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are provided with heating apparatuses 3. Each heating apparatus 3 includes a planar heating surface 31 and a rectangular heating surface, and angular positions include a first angular position and a second angular position. When the heating apparatuses 3 are rotated to the first angular position, the planar heating surfaces 31 of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are arranged opposite to each other, and the planar heating surfaces 31 are configured to heat hair to achieve a straightening effect. When the heating apparatuses 3 are rotated to the second angular position, the rectangular heating surfaces of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are arranged in a staggered manner, such that both the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 have spaces for accommodating the heating apparatus 3 on the opposite side, thereby achieving a curling effect.
Of course, the heating apparatus 3 may alternatively have other shapes that satisfy related requirements, which will not be described in detail herein.
In one embodiment, the two plates are provided with the heating apparatuses 3, and rotating shafts of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are arranged to face each other, where the heating apparatuses 3 on different plates have different heating surfaces.
Specifically, the heating apparatus 3 on one plate may include a planar heating surface 31 and a convex arcuate heating surface 32, while the heating apparatus 3 on the other plate may include a planar heating surface 31 and a concave arcuate heating surface 32. Angular positions include a first angular position and a second angular position. When the heating apparatuses 3 are rotated to the first angular position, the planar heating surfaces 31 of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are arranged opposite to each other, and the opposing planar heating surfaces 31 clamp hair when the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are closed, thereby achieving a straightening effect. When the heating apparatuses 3 are rotated to the second angular position, the convex arcuate heating surface 32 and the concave arcuate heating surface 32 of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are arranged opposite to each other, and the convex arcuate heating surface 32 and the concave arcuate heating surface 32 cooperate with each other and are configured to clamp hair, thereby achieving a curling effect.
Alternatively, the heating apparatus 3 on one plate may include a trapezoidal heating surface and a convex arcuate heating surface 32, while the heating apparatus 3 on the other plate may include a recessed trapezoidal heating surface that cooperates with the trapezoidal heating surface and a concave arcuate heating surface 32. Angular positions include a first angular position and a second angular position. When the heating apparatuses 3 are rotated to the first angular position, the trapezoidal heating surface and the recessed trapezoidal heating surface of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are arranged opposite to each other, and are configured to clamp hair when the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are closed, thereby achieving a trapezoidal curl style. A single trapezoidal heating surface may include a plurality of trapezoidal protrusions of different sizes, and the recessed trapezoidal heating surface may include a plurality of recessed trapezoidal heating portions, thereby achieving a small-wave curling effect. When the heating apparatuses 3 are rotated to the second angular position, the convex arcuate heating surface 32 and the concave arcuate heating surface 32 of the heating apparatuses 3 on the two plates are arranged opposite to each other, and the convex arcuate heating surface 32 and the concave arcuate heating surface 32 cooperate with each other and are configured to clamp hair, thereby achieving a curling effect.
In one embodiment, at least one side of the heating apparatus 3 is provided with a planar heating member fixedly mounted on the plate, and the planar heating member is configured to clamp hair when the plates are closed.
Specifically, a planar heating member may be fixedly arranged on one side of the heating apparatus 3, and when the heating apparatus 3 heats hair, the fixed planar heating member cooperates to clamp hair, thereby improving the styling effect.
In one specific embodiment, both ends of the heating apparatus 3 are provided with columnar rotating shafts 33 having square cross-sections. The plate is provided with a support member 4 for supporting the rotating shafts and an elastic member 5. One end of the elastic member 5 abuts against the support member 4, and the other end thereof abuts against the plate, such that the support member 4 is elastically raised and lowered when the columnar rotating shafts 33 rotate.
As shown in FIG. 1, the heating apparatus 3 is provided with a rotating protrusion 34 extending from the plate. Alternatively, a power-driven member for driving the heating apparatus 3 to rotate may further be provided.
With reference to FIGS. 1 and 5-8, end housing members 21 are provided at end portions of the first plate 1 and the second plate 2. During actual use, the heating apparatus 3 may be rotated about the columnar rotating shafts 33 by rotating the rotating protrusion 34. A side surface of each columnar rotating shaft 33 is in contact with the support member 4, and the elastic member 5 is a spring. During rotation of the heating apparatus 3, the spring is compressed, and after the heating apparatus 3 is rotated to a designated position, the elastic member 5 returns to its original state.
In this specific embodiment, the rotating shaft and the support member 4 are in surface-to-surface contact, thereby providing good stability.
Each embodiment of the specification is described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts between the embodiments may refer to each other. Any combination of all the embodiments provided by the present invention falls within the scope of protection of the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.
The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device provided by the present invention has been described in detail above. Specific embodiments are used for illustrating principles and implementations of the disclosure herein. The description of the embodiments above is only used for helping understand the method and its core concept of the disclosure. It should be pointed out that those ordinarily skilled in the art may also make some improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
1. A multifunctional hairdressing and styling device, comprising:
at least one heating apparatus, wherein the heating apparatus comprises at least two different heating surfaces;
two plates pivotally connected and configured to open and close relative to each other;
and at least one of the two plates is rotatably provided with the heating apparatus; and
the heating apparatus is rotatable to at least two different angular positions; and when the heating apparatus is rotated to different angular positions, different heating surfaces of the heating apparatus are configured to heat hair to complete different styles.
2. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 1, wherein the heating surfaces of the same heating apparatus comprise at least two of an arcuate heating surface, a planar heating surface, a rectangular heating surface, and a trapezoidal heating surface, and the heating apparatus is a columnar structure having an oval cross-section.
3. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 1, wherein rotating shafts of the heating apparatuses are offset, such that the two plates are closed when the heating apparatuses are rotated to different angular positions.
4. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 3, wherein each heating apparatus comprises a planar heating surface and an arcuate heating surface, and the angular positions comprise a first angular position and a second angular position.
5. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 4, wherein the two plates are provided with the heating apparatuses, and axes of the rotating shafts of the heating apparatuses are offset from central axes of the heating apparatuses.
6. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 1, wherein the two plates are provided with the heating apparatuses, the rotating shafts of the heating apparatuses on the two plates are arranged to face each other, and the heating apparatuses on different plates have different heating surfaces.
7. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 6, wherein the heating apparatus on one plate is provided with a planar heating surface and a convex arcuate heating surface, and the heating apparatus on the other plate is provided with a planar heating surface and a concave arcuate heating surface; and the angular positions comprise a first angular position and a second angular position; and
when the heating apparatuses are rotated to the first angular position, the planar heating surfaces of the heating apparatuses on the two plates are arranged opposite to each other; and when the heating apparatuses are rotated to the second angular position, the convex arcuate heating surface and the concave arcuate heating surface of the heating apparatuses on the two plates are arranged opposite to each other.
8. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 1, wherein at least one side of the heating apparatus is provided with a planar heating member fixedly mounted on the plate, and the planar heating member is configured to clamp hair when the plates are closed.
9. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 1, wherein both ends of the heating apparatus are provided with columnar rotating shafts having square cross-sections; each plate is provided with a support member for supporting the rotating shafts and an elastic member; and one end of the elastic member abuts against the support member, and the other end thereof abuts against the plate, such that the support member is elastically raised and lowered when the columnar rotating shafts rotate.
10. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 1, wherein the heating apparatus is provided with a rotating protrusion extending from the plate; and/or
further comprising a power-driven member for driving the heating apparatus to rotate.
11. The multifunctional hairdressing and styling device according to claim 4, wherein when the heating apparatuses are rotated to the first angular position, the planar heating surfaces of the heating apparatuses on the two plates are arranged opposite to each other; and when the heating apparatuses are rotated to the second angular position, the arcuate heating surfaces of the heating apparatuses on the two plates are arranged in a staggered manner.
