The present disclosure relates to easy-pulled bottle cap, particularly to, an easy-pull bottle cap with invisible cutting lines.
Easy-pulled bottle caps are currently the most commonly used sealing devices for bottled beverages, with the advantages of easy use and low cost.
At present, most easy-pulled bottle caps are made by stamping thin metal sheets, which causes inconvenience in cleaning the pull ring and cap after use. The cap is also prone to scratching the human body. At the same time, when opening the bottle caps, a large opening force is often required, rendering it extremely difficult to open the cap and easily damaging the bottle mouth.
In summary, researching an easy-pulled bottle cap that does not cause harm to the human body and can be opened with a small opening force is a technical problem that technical personnel in this field need to solve.
To solve the above technical problem, the present disclosure provides an easy-pull bottle cap with invisible cutting lines, including a circular bottle cap body; and the circular bottle cap body is provided with a pull ring, cutting lines, and a plurality of teeth evenly arranged around the bottle cap body; there are two cutting lines, an included angle a between the two cutting lines is 120° to 140°, and each of the cutting lines is located on a center line of a corresponding teeth around the bottle cap body; one end of the pull ring is provided with a lacing hole that is arranged on an upper cap surface of the bottle cap body, the other end of the pull ring is fixed on one side of the bottle cap body that is located on a bisector of the included angle α between the two cutting lines.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, each of the cutting lines is provided on an interior of the center line of the corresponding teeth, and each of the cutting lines is integrally molded with the bottle cap body.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, one end of an upper cap surface of the bottle cap body where the cutting lines is located is an extended section, the extended section has a length of 0.5 mm to 0.8 mm.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, there are 21 or 23 teeth.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the lacing hole is a circular hole or a cross-shaped hole.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the pull ring is integrally with the bottle cap body.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, both the bottle cap body and the pull ring are made of tinplate or aluminum.
Compared to the existing technology, the cutting lines in the present disclosure are located on the center line of the corresponding teeth around the bottle cap body, thereby forming an included angle of 120°to 140°. The other end of the pull ring is located at the bisect of the included angle between the two cutting lines, thereby ensuring that the bottle cap can be opened with a modest amount of force without causing any harm to the hands. The present disclosure is structurally simple, convenient, and safe.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an easy-pull bottle cap with invisible cutting lines of the present disclosure.
FIG. 2 is a structure diagram of the easy-pull bottle cap with invisible cutting lines in an open state of the present disclosure.
Number reference: 1—bottle cap body; 2—teeth; 3—pull ring; 4—cutting line; 5—lacing hole.
The present disclosure is further detailed and combined with the attached drawings below to help professionals in the field better comprehend the technical scheme of the present disclosure.
It is necessary to note that in FIG. 1, the surface perpendicular to the paper and facing outward is the upper cap surface. In addition, the surface perpendicular to the paper and facing inward is the lower cap surface.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an easy-pull bottle cap with invisible cutting lines includes a bottle cap body 1, and the bottle cap body 1 is provided with a plurality of teeth 2, a pull ring 3 and two cutting lines 4. The plurality of teeth are evenly distributed around the circular bottle cap body. Each cutting line 4 is located on a center line of two corresponding teeth 2, thereby forming an included angle of 120° to 140°. The pull ring has a lacing hole 5 on one end and is located on an upper cap surface of the bottle cap body 1. The other end of the pull ring 3 is fixed on one side of the bottle cap body 1 and located on the bisector of the included angle a between the two cutting lines 4.
In this embodiment, the cutting lines 4 are located on the center line of the corresponding teeth around the bottle cap body 1 and form an included angle of 120° to 140°. The other end of the pull ring 3 bisects the included angle between the two cutting lines 4. The easy-pull bottle cap is opened, a user can lift the pull ring 3 through the lacing hole 5, and the other end of the pull ring 3 is used to fixed on the side of the bottle cap body 1 as a fulcrum to rotate at a certain angle and then the bottle cap body 1 is pulled. At this time, the bottle cap body 1 will crack along the cutting lines 4, allowing the easy-to-open bottle cap body to be opened with a minimal amount of force without causing any harm to the hands. This bottle cap is structurally simple, convenient, and safe.
Each cutting line 4 is located on the center line of the corresponding teeth 2 around the bottle cap body 1 and integrally molded with the bottle cap body 1. The cutting lines 4 are located on one end of the upper cap surface of the bottle cap body 1 and have an extended section with a length of 0.5 mm to 0.8 mm.
In this embodiment, a connection between one end of the cutting lines 4 on the upper cap surface of the bottle cap body 1 and the extended section is an arc shaped. The cutting lines 4 are arranged on an interior of the center line of the corresponding teeth 2, which can effectively reduce the force to open the bottle cap and keep the user unharmed. One end of each cutting line 4 on the upper cap surface of the bottle cap body 1 is designed with an extended section with a length of 0.6 mm. The arc connection between one end of the cutting lines 4 on the upper cap surface of the bottle cap body 1, and the extended section can reduce the force to open the bottle cap and keep a sufficiently large angle while opening the bottle cap. In other embodiments, an extension distance of the extended section can be set to a value other than 0.6 mm.
The number of the teeth 2 is set to 21 or 23. In this embodiment, when there are 21 teeth 2 around the bottle cap body 1, the included angle between the two corresponding cutting lines 4 should be 120°. When there are 23 teeth 2 around the cap bottle body 1, the included angle between the two corresponding cutting lines 4 should be 140°. In other embodiments, the number of teeth 2 and the included angle between the two corresponding cutting lines 4 can be modified to ensure that a modest force is required to open the bottle cap while keeping the user safe.
The lacing hole 5 is a circular hole or a cross-shaped hole. The pull ring 3 and the bottle cap body 1 are integrally molded and made of tinplate or aluminum.
In this embodiment, the pull ring 3 and the bottle cap body 1 are integrally molded and made of tinplate. The lacing hole 5 is a circular hole that allows fingers to slide through. This design makes it easier to open the bottle cap and ensures that the pull ring 3 does not break. In other embodiments, the pull ring 3 and the bottle cap body 1 can be made of aluminum. The lacing hole 5 can be a cross-shaped hole or a hole of other shapes as long as the fingers can easily lift the pull ring 3 without breaking it.
