Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an object assembly device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a backup.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A buckle is a device used to connect or secure objects, commonly found in clothing, footwear, backpacks, seat belts, and other products. It can be used to adjust the length or secure items through structures such as snaps, clips, and pin buckles. The main function of a buckle is to facilitate the joining, putting on, taking off, adjusting the tightness of objects, and ensuring their stability. Common types of buckles include: snap buckles, typically used in backpacks and seatbelts, which can be opened by pressing on both sides; pin buckles, similar to buckles on belts, which are secured by a pin passing through a belt hole; magnetic buckles, which use magnetic force to automatically close, commonly found in handbags or anti-theft bags; twist buckles, which are secured or unlocked by rotating a threaded structure, commonly found in luggage and handbags; and snap buttons, which can be fastened by pressing, commonly found in clothing or accessories. These buckle designs can meet specific functional requirements, and may also take aesthetics and ease of use into account.

Although buckles are a common and indispensable tool in daily life, there are some problems with their practicality. For example, the connection between the male and female fasteners of the buckle is not smooth, making insertion and removal difficult; also, the connection method between the buckle and the joining member to be joined is limited, which restricts its application.

In order to solve the aforementioned problems in use, the present invention is proposed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This paragraph extracts and compiles some features of the present invention; other features will be disclosed in the follow-up paragraphs. It is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

In order to solve the aforementioned usage problems, a buckle is disclosed in the present invention. The buckle includes: an upper cover, comprising: a first circular plug portion, having a cylindrical appearance, wherein a vicinity of a center of the first circular plug portion is open to form a first circular recess, and the first circular recess is fixed with a first magnet inside; and a circular top cover, coaxially connected to and above the first circular plug portion, forming a first flange outward, wherein a top side of the circular top cover is used to be combined with a first fixing end; and a buckle base, comprising: a second circular plug portion, having a cylindrical appearance, wherein a vicinity of a center of the second circular plug portion is open to form a second circular recess, an inner diameter of the second circular recess is slightly larger than an outer diameter of the first circular plug portion, a depth of the second circular recess is the same as or slightly less than a height of the first circular plug portion, a third circular recess is formed in a vicinity of a center of a bottom of the second circular recess, and the third circular recess is fixed with a second magnet inside; and a circular base, coaxially connected to and below the second circular plug portion, having an outer diameter larger than that of the circular top cover and forming a second flange outward. A second fixing end is capable of being fitted onto an outer periphery of the second circular plug portion or combined with a bottom of the circular base. When the first circular plug portion is plugged into the second circular recess, the upper cover and the buckle base are removably joined by the magnetic force between the first magnet and second magnet, and an end of the first circular plug portion abuts against the bottom of the second circular recess.

According to the present invention, the third circular recess may extend downwards into the circular base. The first magnet and the second magnet are cylinders with the same outer diameter. An exposed surface of the first magnet is slightly recessed within the first circular plug portion or flush with the end of the first circular plug portion. When the second fixing end is fitted onto the outer periphery of the second circular plug portion, the second flange prevents the second fixing end from falling off the buckle base.

Another buckle is also disclosed in the present invention. The buckle includes an upper cover, comprising: a first circular plug portion, having a cylindrical appearance, wherein a vicinity of a center of the first circular plug portion is open to form a first circular recess, and the first circular recess is fixed with a first magnet inside; and a circular top cover, coaxially connected to and above the first circular plug portion, forming a first flange outward, wherein a top side of the circular top cover is used to be combined with a first fixing end; and a buckle base, comprising: a second circular plug portion, having a cylindrical appearance, wherein a vicinity of a center of the second circular plug portion is open to form a second circular recess, an inner diameter of the second circular recess is slightly larger than an outer diameter of the first circular plug portion, a depth of the second circular recess is larger than a height of the first circular plug portion, and the second circular recess is fixed with a second magnet inside; and a circular base, coaxially connected to and below the second circular plug portion, having an outer diameter larger than that of the circular top cover and forming a second flange outward. A second fixing end is capable of being fitted onto an outer periphery of the second circular plug portion or combined with a bottom of the circular base. When the first circular plug portion is plugged into the second circular recess, the upper cover and the buckle base are removably joined by the magnetic force between the first magnet and the second magnet, and an end of the first circular plug portion abuts against the second magnet, and an end of the second circular plug portion abuts against the first flange.

According to the present invention, the second circular recess may extend downwards into the circular base. The first magnet and the second magnet are cylinders, and an outer diameter of the second magnet is larger than that of the first magnet. An exposed surface of the first magnet is slightly recessed within the first circular plug portion or flush with the end of the first circular plug portion. When the second fixing end is fitted onto the outer periphery of the second circular plug portion, the second flange prevents the second fixing end from falling off the buckle base.

The design of the upper cover and buckle base in the present invention allows the magnets to exert their magnetic force more effectively, ensuring a smooth connection between the upper cover and buckle base. This makes insertion and removal effortless while also allowing the magnets to hold the two together. In addition, the design of the second circular plug portion can make the fixed end to being fitted onto an outer periphery of the second circular plug portion or combined with a bottom of the circular base, increasing the variety of joining member states in the invention and making the applications more diverse.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will now be described more specifically with reference to the following embodiments.

See FIG. 1 to FIG. 4. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a buckle 1 in a status of combination according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a three-dimensional view of the buckle 1 when it is separated. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional perspective view of the buckle 1 in a status of combination. FIG. 4 is an exploded cross-sectional view of the buckle 1 when it is separated. The structure of the buckle 1 includes an upper cover 10 and a buckle base 20. The following sections will describe each of these technical components in detail.

The upper cover 10 includes a first circular plug portion 11 and a circular top cover 12. The first circular plug portion 11 has a cylindrical appearance. A vicinity of the center of the first circular plug portion 11 is open to form a first circular recess 111. The first circular recess 111 is fixed with a first magnet M1 inside. Since the first magnet M1 can be inserted into the first circular recess 111, the first magnet M1 is also cylindrical in shape. An exposed surface of the first magnet M1 may be slightly recessed within the first circular plug portion 11 as shown in FIG. 3. In practice, the exposed surface of the first magnet M1 may also be flush with the end of the first circular plug portion 11. The circular top cover 12 is coaxially connected to and above the first circular plug portion 11. It forms a first flange 121 outward. The top of the circular top cover 12 is flat and can be used to combine (e.g., by gluing) to a first fixing end (not shown, the specific form of which will be described in a later example). The first fixing end may be a portion of a joining member to be combined. It may also be a joining auxiliary part used for the upper cover 10.

The buckle base 20 includes a second circular plug portion 21 and a circular base 22. The second circular plug portion 21 has a cylindrical appearance. A vicinity of the center of the second circular plug portion 21 forms a second circular recess 211. In terms of design, the inner diameter of the second circular recess 211 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the first circular plug portion 11. The depth of the second circular recess 211 is the same as or slightly less than the height of the first circular plug portion 11. A third circular recess 2112 is formed in a vicinity of the center of the bottom 2111 of the second circular recess 211. The third circular recess 2112 is fixed with a second magnet M2 inside. The second magnet M2 and the first magnet M1 have the same shape; they are both cylinders. The two magnets have the same outer diameter. If both magnets have the same height, then the second magnet M2 and the first magnet M1 are identical magnets, but the present invention does not limit their heights. An exposed surface of the second magnet M2 may be slightly recessed within the third circular recess 2112. It can also be flush with the surface of the bottom 2111. The circular base 22 is coaxially connected to and below the second circular plug portion 21, having an outer diameter larger than that of the circular top cover 12 and forming a second flange outward 221. In the embodiment, since the height of the second magnet M2 is higher, the third circular recess 2112 used for accommodating it extends downwards into the circular base 22 (the bottom of the third circular recess 2112 is located in the circular base 22). If the height of the second magnet M2 is not high enough, the third circular recess 2112 may only be formed in the second circular plug portion 21 and does not extend downwards into the circular base 22.

When being in use, a second fixing end (not shown, the specific form will be explained in subsequent example) is capable of being fitted onto an outer periphery of the second circular plug portion 21, or combined (e.g., by gluing) with the bottom of the circular base 22. When the first circular plug portion 11 is plugged into the second circular recess 211, the upper cover 10 and the buckle base 20 are removably joined by the magnetic force between the first magnet M1 and the second magnet M2. At this moment, an end of the first circular plug portion 11 abuts against the bottom 2111 of the second circular recess 211. When the second fixing end is fitted onto the outer periphery of the second circular plug portion 21, the function of the second flange 221 is to prevent the second fixing end from falling off the buckle base 20.

See FIG. 5 and FIG. 6. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional perspective view of another buckle 2 in in a status of combination according to a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is an exploded cross-sectional view of the buckle 2 in FIG. 5 when it is separated. As for their appearance when being combined, buckle 1 and buckle 2 are the same, so the appearance of the buckle 2 is omitted from the drawings. The buckle 2 has the same upper cover 10 as the previous embodiment, but with a different buckle base 30. The technical features of buckle base 30 will be described in detail below.

The buckle base 30 includes a second circular plug portion 31 and a circular base 32. The second circular plug portion 31 has a cylindrical appearance. A vicinity of the center of the second circular plug portion 31 is open to form a second circular recess 311. An inner diameter of the second circular recess 311 is slightly larger than an outer diameter of the first circular plug portion 11. However, different from the previous embodiment, the depth of the second circular recess 311 is larger than the height of the first circular plug portion 11. The second circular recess 311 is fixed with a second magnet M2 inside. In the embodiment, the second magnet M2 and the first magnet M1 have the same shape; they are both cylinders. However, the two magnets have different outer diameters. An outer diameter of the second magnet M2 is larger than the outer diameter of the first magnet M1. Similarly, This embodiment also does not limit the height of the two. The circular base 32 is coaxially connected to and below the second circular plug portion 31. The circular base 32 has an outer diameter larger than that of the circular top cover 12, and for a second flange 321 outward. In the embodiment, since the height of the second magnet M2 is higher, the second circular recess 311 for accommodating it extends downwards into the circular base 32. If the height of the second magnet M2 is not high enough, the second circular recess 311 may only be formed in the second circular plug portion 31.

When being in use, a second fixing end (not shown, the specific form will be explained in subsequent example) is capable of being fitted onto an outer periphery of the second circular plug portion 31, or combined with the bottom of the circular base 32. When the first circular plug portion 11 is plugged into the second circular recess 311, the upper cover 10 and the buckle base 30 are removably joined by the magnetic force between the first magnet M1 and the second magnet M2. At this moment, an end of the first circular plug portion 11 directly abuts against the second magnet M2, and an end of the second circular plug portion 31 abuts against the first flange 121 to form a perfect joint. Similarly, when the second fixing end is fitted onto the outer periphery of the second circular plug portion 31, the function of the second flange 321 is also to prevent the second fixing end from falling off the buckle base 30.

See FIG. 7. Take the buckle 1 as an example (the buckle 2 is the same). FIG. 7 illustrates one configuration of the buckle 1 of the present invention with a fixed end. The circular top cover 12 of the upper cover 10 is combined with a left front fabric C1 (the first fixing end) of a shirt. The circular base 22 of the buckle base 20 is combined with a right front fabric C2 (the second fixing end) of the shirt. In this application example, the upper cover 10 and the buckle base 20 function as the male and female fasteners, respectively. Combination with the circular top cover 12 requires the joining member for directly joining, not the joining auxiliary part for auxiliarily joining.

See FIG. 8 to FIG. 10. These drawings illustrate another application of the buckle 1 of the present invention. FIG. 8 illustrates the combination state of the upper cover 10 of the buckle 1 with a joining auxiliary part C3. FIG. 9 illustrates the combination state of the buckle base 20 of the buckle 1 and a joining member C4. FIG. 10 illustrates how the buckle 1 combines with the joining member C4. In FIG. 8, the circular top cover 12 of the upper cover 10 is combined with the joining auxiliary part C3. The purpose of the joining auxiliary part C3 is to extend the width of first flange 121. In this example, the actual form of the joining auxiliary part C3 is an ornament. In FIG. 9, the joining member C4 is a belt or cord. Both ends have circular openings O that are identical in diameter to the outer diameter of the second circular plug portion 21. One of the circular openings O is fitted around the second circular plug portion 21, forming another usage configuration of the aforementioned second fixing end. As shown in FIG. 10, the purpose of joining member C4 is to connect the two shoulder straps B of the bag, so that the shoulder straps B will not slip or separate when the user carries the bag. The joining auxiliary part C3 also serves as a decorative function. After the joining member C4 bends around and wraps around the two shoulder straps B, the second circular plug portion 21 then passes through another circular opening O and plugs into the first circular plug portion 11. When in use, as mentioned above, the second flange 221 can prevent the second fixing end from falling off the buckle base 20. However, because the outer diameter of the first flange 121 is the same as or only slightly larger than that of the circular opening O, the second fixing end is likely to fall off from the upper cover 10. At this moment, the joining auxiliary part C3 then plays the role of a blocker. In this way, the two ends of the joining member C4 are joined together, thereby achieving the function of fixing the shoulder strap B.

In addition to the above-mentioned usage examples, the buckle of the present invention can also be used to add decoration to items such as necklaces, pendants, ornaments, bags, glasses, tote bags, side bags, bibs, clothes, pants, slippers, sandals, shoes, hats, boots, and high heels. As shown in FIG. 11, it illustrates an example of an application of the buckle. An ornament C5 is glued to the upper cover 10. A slipper upper C6 is glued to the bottom of the buckle base 20. By joining the upper cover 10 with the buckle base 20, the ornament C5 is attached to the slipper upper C6. Since the upper cover 10 is replaceable, while maintaining the original buckle base 20 and adhesive to the slipper upper C6, the ornament C5 on the slipper upper C6 can have different appearances.

While the invention has been described in terms of what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention needs not be limited to the disclosed embodiments. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims, which are to be accorded with the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar structures.
