BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the technical field of luggage case, and more particularly relates to a luggage case that facilitates clothes changing.

Due to social developments, spiritual and cultural aspects of life have been taking on increasingly greater significance. Watching shows and performances is an exemplary example. As people are working in such art events, and many shows and performances are performed on stages temporarily built for such purpose in public venues such as malls and stadiums, event hosts are usually unable to provide enough clothe changing rooms for all performers. Therefore, the performers may encounter the problem of clothes changing.

Usually, a performer will bring along with a luggage case to the venue of performance. A conventional luggage case only has the function of storing and carrying clothes which is insufficient to meet the performer's privacy for clothes changing when no changing room is available.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a luggage case that facilitates clothes changing, thereby solving performer's demand for clothes changing when no change room is available.

To attain the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

A luggage case that facilitates clothes changing, comprising a luggage case body; one side of the luggage case body is provided with an opening; said one side of the luggage case body where the opening is provided is defined as an upper side in use; an upper cover is movably provided on the luggage case body corresponding to the opening; two inner lateral sides of the luggage case body are provided with two first insertion sleeves respectively; each of the first insertion sleeves is being inserted by a vertically arranged telescopic supporting rod; a clothes hanging rod is simultaneously connected to top ends of all telescopic supporting rods in a removable manner; the clothes hanging rod is hollow inside; two telescopic hanging sub-rods are symmetrically arranged inside the cloth hanging rod and are telescopically movable in and out of two ends of the clothes hanging rod respectively; each of the telescopic hanging sub-rods is provided with a first rod section, a second rod section, and a third rod section; two ends of two first rod sections facing towards each other are connected to said two ends of the clothes hanging rod respectively; two ends of the two first rod sections facing away from each other are each being rotatably connected to a respective second rod section; each second rod section is also hollow inside; each third rod section is telescopically movable in and out of a respective second rod section.

Each telescopic supporting rod is in interference fit with a respective first insertion sleeve.

Said two inner lateral sides of the luggage case body are also provided with second insertion sleeves respectively below said first insertion sleeves such that the telescopic supporting rod inserted into each of the first insertion sleeves is further inserted downwardly into a respective second insertion sleeve; each telescopic supporting rod is in interference fit with a corresponding second insertion sleeve.

The clothes hanging rod are symmetrically provided with two connectors sleeving the clothes hanging rod; a lower end of each of the connectors is provided with a socket; a hole is opened in each of the connectors to allow the top end of a respective telescopic supporting rod to insert into.

Each telescopic supporting rod comprises a first section, a second section telescopically movable in and out of the first section, and a third section telescopically movable in and out of the second section; the first section, the second section, and the third section sequentially rise from the opening of the luggage case body.

Each of said two ends of the first rod sections facing towards each other is provided with a flange, and each of said two ends of the clothes hanging rod is provided with blocking pieces engageable with a respective flange; an outer diameter of the first rod section is smaller than an inner diameter of the clothes hanging rod; each flange is being in slidable fit with an inner wall of the clothes hanging rod.

The two ends of the two first rod sections facing away from each other are each being rotatably connected to a respective second rod section through a rotatable joint such that each of the first rod sections is horizontally rotatable with respect to the respective second rod section; each rotatable joint comprises a first rotatable section and a second rotatable section which are mutually rotatable with each other; also, each first rotatable section is connected with a respective first rod section, and each second rotatable section is connected with a respective second rod section.

Two ends of two third rod sections facing towards each other are each fitted into a respective second rod section.

Two ends of the two third rod sections facing away from each other are each provided with a baffle.

The luggage case body can be a hard case body or a soft case body.

According to the above technical solutions, the present invention provides a luggage case that facilitates clothes changing, wherein two telescopic supporting rods are vertically erected at two inner lateral sides of the luggage case body, and a clothes hanging rod is simultaneously connected to top ends of the two telescopic supporting rods in a removable manner, and two telescopic hanging sub-rods are symmetrically provided in the clothes hanging rod. On one hand, clothes stored in the luggage case body can be hung onto the clothes hanging rod for convenient clothes changing, on the other hand, the two telescopic hanging sub-rods in the clothes hanging rod can be pulled out, and the second rod section can be rotated to a certain degree with respect to the first rod section for each of two telescopic hanging sub-rods, and then a curtain can be hung on the clothes hanging rod and the two telescopic hanging sub-rods to form a temporary private clothes changing space so that performer can conveniently change clothes by utilizing the created clothes changing space. When the clothes hanging and changing functions are no longer in use, and it is intended to use the luggage case as usual, remove the clothes hanging rod from the two telescopic supporting rods, disassemble the two telescopic supporting rods from the luggage case body, and for each telescopic supporting rod 3, retract the third section into the second section, and then retract the second section into the first section, and finally, retract the two telescopic hanging sub-rods into two ends of the clothes hanging rod respectively. Accordingly, there are only two telescopic supporting rods of a minimum size, and one clothes hanging rod having the two telescopic hanging sub-rods retracted inside, which are thus easy to carry and does not occupy much space.

Therefore, the luggage case that facilitates clothes changing as provided by the present invention does not only meet the performer's demand for clothes changing when no change room is available, but also provides portable and space saving structural supporting components on the luggage case body to achieve the purpose of the invention.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

To further explain the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail as follows with reference to an embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 1-4, a luggage case that facilitates clothes changing is provided, comprising a luggage case body 1; the luggage case body 1 can be a hard case body or a soft case body, for example, it can be made of nylons or resins, and an outer shape of the luggage case body 1 has no difference with a commonly known conventional luggage case. A top side of the luggage case body 1 is provided with a hand grip 11 and a pull rod 12; a bottom side of the luggage case body 1 is provided with castors 13.

One side of the luggage case body 1 is provided with an opening; said one side of the luggage case body 1 where the opening is provided is defined as an upper side in use; an upper cover 2 is movably provided on the luggage case body 1 corresponding to the opening; the upper cover 2 is connected to the opening of the luggage case body 1 by a zipper. During use, the luggage case body 1 is laterally positioned on a floor where the opening facing upwardly, unzip the upper cover 2, flip up the upper cover 2 to access or store the clothes inside the luggage case body 1.

As shown in the figures, with reference to a position where the luggage case body 1 is laterally positioned on the floor where the opening facing upwardly, two inner lateral sides of the luggage case body 1 are provided with first insertion sleeves 14 respectively; each of the first insertion sleeves 14 is being inserted by a vertically arranged telescopic supporting rod 3; said two inner lateral sides of the luggage case body 1 are also provided with second insertion sleeves 15 respectively below said first insertion sleeves 14 such that the telescopic supporting rod 3 inserted into each of the first insertion sleeves 14 is further inserted downwardly into a respective second insertion sleeve 15; each telescopic supporting rod 3 is in interference fit (in form of tight fit) with a respective first insertion sleeve 14 and a corresponding second insertion sleeve 15 below said respective first insertion sleeve 14.

Each telescopic supporting rod 3 comprises a first section 31, a second section 32 telescopically movable in and out of the first section 31, and a third section 33 telescopically movable in and out of the second section 32; the first section 31, the second section 32, and the third section 33 sequentially rise from the opening of the luggage case body 1; an outer diameter of the first section 31 is greater than an outer diameter of the second section 32; the outer diameter of the second section 32 is greater than an outer diameter of the third section 33; a telescopic structure of the telescopic supporting rod 3 is the telescopic structure commonly known in the art, which is similar to the telescopic structure found in a foldable umbrella.

A clothes hanging rod 4 is simultaneously connected to top ends of all telescopic supporting rods 3 in a removable manner. Specifically, the clothes hanging rod 4 are symmetrically provided with two connectors 5 sleeving the clothes hanging rod 4; a lower end of each of the connectors 5 is provided with a socket 51; a hole is opened in each of the connectors 5 to allow the top end of a respective telescopic supporting rod 3 to insert into; the hole of each of the connectors 5 is in interference fit (in form of tight fit) with the respective telescopic supporting rod 3.

The clothes hanging rod 4 is hollow inside; two telescopic hanging sub-rods 6 are symmetrically arranged inside the cloth hanging rod 4 and are telescopically movable in and out of two ends of the clothes hanging rod 4 respectively; each of the telescopic hanging sub-rods 6 is provided with a first rod section 61, a second rod section 62, and a third rod section 63, where an outer diameter of the first rod section 61 and an outer diameter of the second rod section 62 are smaller than an inner diameter of the clothes hanging rod 4, and an inner diameter of the second rod section 62 is greater than an outer diameter of the third rod section 63.

Two ends of the two first rod sections 61 facing towards each other are connected to said two ends of the clothes hanging rod 4 respectively; specifically, each of said two ends of the first rod sections 61 facing towards each other is provided with a flange 611, and each of said two ends of the clothes hanging rod 4 is provided with blocking pieces 41 engageable with a respective flange 611; each flange 611 is being in slidable fit with an inner wall of the clothes hanging rod 4. When each first rod section 61 moves inside the clothes hanging rod 4, the first rod section 61 is prevented from falling out of the clothes hanging rod 4 by the flange 611 engaged with the blocking pieces 41.

Two ends of two first rod sections 61 that is facing away from each other are each rotatably connected to a respective second rod section 62 through a rotatable joint 7; each rotatable joint 7 comprises a first rotatable section 71 and a second rotatable section 72 which are mutually rotatable with each other; also, each first rotatable section 71 is rotatably connected with a respective first rod section 61 so that the first rotatable section 71 is rotatable with respective to the respective first rod section 61, and each second rotatable section 72 is connected with a respective second rod section 62 so that the second rod section 62 is horizontally rotatable with respect to the second rotatable section 72.

Each second rod section 62 is also hollow inside; each third rod section 63 is telescopically movable in and out of a respective second rod section 62; two ends of two third rod sections 63 facing towards each other are each being fitted into a respective second rod section 62, and a way of fitting each third rod section 63 into the respective second rod section 62 is the same as how each first rod section 61 is fitted in to the clothes hanging rod 4, and so will not be described in detail herein. Two ends of the two third rod sections 63 facing away from each other are each provided with a baffle 64.

According to the above technical solutions, the present invention provides a luggage case that facilitates clothes changing, wherein as shown in FIGS. 2, 4-5, two telescopic supporting rods 3 are vertically erected at two inner lateral sides of the luggage case body 1, and a clothes hanging rod 4 is simultaneously connected to top ends of the two telescopic supporting rods 3 in a removable manner, and two telescopic hanging sub-rods 6 are symmetrically provided in the clothes hanging rod 4. On one hand, clothes stored in the luggage case body 1 can be hung onto the clothes hanging rod 4 for convenient clothes changing, on the other hand, the two telescopic hanging sub-rods 6 in the clothes hanging rod 4 can be pulled out, and the second rod section 62 can be rotated to any desired certain degree with respect to the first rod section 61 for each of two telescopic hanging sub-rods 6, and then a curtain can be hung on the clothes hanging rod 4 and the two telescopic hanging sub-rods to form a temporary private clothes changing space so that performer can conveniently change clothes inside this clothes changing space. When the clothes hanging and changing functions are no longer in use, and it is intended to use the luggage case as usual, remove the clothes hanging rod 4 from the two telescopic supporting rods 3, disassemble the two telescopic supporting rods 3 from the luggage case body 1, and for each telescopic supporting rod 3, retract the third section 33 into the second section 32, and then retract the second section 32 into the first section 31, and finally, retract the two telescopic hanging sub-rods 6 into two ends of the clothes hanging rod 4 respectively. Accordingly, there are only two telescopic supporting rods 3 of a minimum size, and one clothes hanging rod 4 having the two telescopic hanging sub-rods retracted inside, which are thus easy to carry and does not occupy much space.

Therefore, the luggage case that facilitates clothes changing as provided by the present invention does not only meet the performer's demand for clothes changing when no change room is available, but also provides portable and space saving structural supporting components on the luggage case body to achieve the purpose of the invention.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A luggage case that facilitates clothes changing, comprising a luggage case body; one side of the luggage case body is provided with an opening; said one side of the luggage case body where the opening is provided is defined as an upper side in use; an upper cover is movably provided on the luggage case body corresponding to the opening; wherein two inner lateral sides of the luggage case body are provided with two first insertion sleeves respectively; each of the first insertion sleeves is being inserted by a vertically arranged telescopic supporting rod; a clothes hanging rod is simultaneously connected to top ends of all telescopic supporting rods in a removable manner; the clothes hanging rod is hollow inside; two telescopic hanging sub-rods are symmetrically arranged inside the cloth hanging rod and are telescopically movable in and out of two ends of the clothes hanging rod respectively; each of the telescopic hanging sub-rods is provided with a first rod section, a second rod section, and a third rod section; two ends of two first rod sections facing towards each other are connected to said two ends of the clothes hanging rod respectively; two ends of the two first rod sections facing away from each other are each being horizontally rotatably to connected to a respective second rod section; each second rod section is also hollow inside; each third rod section is telescopically movable in and out of a respective second rod section.

2. The luggage case of claim 1, wherein each telescopic supporting rod is in interference fit with a respective first insertion sleeve.

The luggage case of claim 1, wherein said two inner lateral sides of the luggage case body are also provided with second insertion sleeves respectively below said first insertion sleeves such that the telescopic supporting rod inserted into each of the first insertion sleeves is further inserted downwardly into a respective second insertion sleeve; each telescopic supporting rod is in interference fit with a corresponding second insertion sleeve.

The luggage case of claim 1, wherein the clothes hanging rod are symmetrically provided with two connectors sleeving the clothes hanging rod; a lower end of each of the connectors is provided with a socket; a hole is opened in each of the connectors to allow the top end of a respective telescopic supporting rod to insert into.

The luggage case of claim 1, wherein each telescopic supporting rod comprises a first section, a second section telescopically movable in and out of the first section, and a third section telescopically movable in and out of the second section; the first section, the second section, and the third section sequentially rise from the opening of the luggage case body.

The luggage case of claim 1, wherein each of said two ends of the two first rod sections facing towards each other is provided with a flange, and each of said two ends of the clothes hanging rod is provided with blocking pieces engageable with a respective flange; an outer diameter of the first rod section is smaller than an inner diameter of the clothes hanging rod; each flange is being in slidable fit with an inner wall of the clothes hanging rod.

The luggage case of claim 6, wherein the two ends of the two first rod sections facing away from each other are each being rotatably connected to a respective second rod section through a rotatable joint such that each of the first rod sections is rotatable with respect to the respective second rod section; each rotatable joint comprises a first rotatable section and a second rotatable section which are mutually rotatable with each other horizontally; also, each first rotatable section is connected with a respective first rod section, and each second rotatable section is connected with a respective second rod section.

8. The luggage case of claim 1, wherein two ends of two third rod sections facing towards each other are each being fitted into a respective second rod section.

9. The luggage case of claim 8, wherein two ends of the two third rod sections facing away from each other are each provided with a baffle.

10. The luggage case of claim 1, wherein the luggage case body is made of nylons or resins.
