Smart Summary: NETGUARD is a strong net that is placed at the bottom of a swimming pool or any container filled with water. When needed, the net can be activated to rise up to the surface. This helps to catch and hold onto any items or debris floating in the water. It is designed to keep the water clean and safe for users. Overall, it makes maintaining pools or water containers easier and more efficient. π TL;DR
A sturdy net mechanism installed at the base of a swimming pool or container of water. The device is activated and the net rises to the surface of the body of water.

The present application relates to a mechanism that lays flat at the base of a large container of water or liquid. The apparatus can be elevated above the surface of the container of water or liquid if activated. The mechanism can be used for lifesaving and sanitation purposes.
There are many devices that can be used to assist in saving people or animals who are drowning. Objects can be used by a swimmer to assist in saving lives or lifeguards and bystanders can attempt to assist in the prevention of drownings in an artificial body of water like a swimming pool. According to the World Health Organization the number of deaths have risen by drowning in the United States. Drownings are a global issue with over 300 000 deaths occurring each year. There are many types of tools and instruments used to clean a swimming pool or large containers of water. Most of these tools and instruments require human contact to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation.
By securely placing the net guard at the base of a swimming pool or container of water a level of safety and sanitation are in place. The mesh screen net is comprised of material made of wire thread or fiber interlaced. The porous type device has minute spaces and holes through which liquid or air can flow and seep through.
The flat sturdy mesh net is equipped to lift something as light as a feather and an object of enormous weight. Installing netguard in public and private swimming pools natatoriums jacuzzis hot tubs tanks and aquariums ensures more safety and sanitation. The mechanism is built slightly smaller than and similar to the shape of the body of a swimming pool or large container of water or liquid. When activated the mechanism rises up and will stop above the surface of water.
Anything that is in the swimming pool or container of water such as people animals toys trash or debris will be raised to the surface level and easily rescued or retrieved. The device will decrease lives lost to drowning as the sturdy net would take less than a minute to reach the surface of the swimming pool once activated. The mechanism is a form of new age lifeguarding. It would be an assist to lifeguards or bystanders attempting to rescue people or animals from drowning.
It would also be an assist to the cleaning and upkeep of swimming pools and containers of water or liquid.
Netguard would be used locally nationally and worldwide at homes apartment complexes schools hotels resorts zoos gyms training facilities and other public or private establishments.
