Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The following relates to a field of a fan with lamp, in particular to the field of a fast assembly fan with lamp.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

Fan with lamp is a common household appliance, which is a combination of a fan and a lamp, and functions as both fan and lamp, very conveniently and popularly.

Conventional fan with lamp usually includes supporting components, motor components and a plurality of fan blades. The supporting components are mounted to the ceiling, and the motor components are connected to the supporting components by screws, then the plurality of fan blades are respectively fixed on the side wall around the motor components by screws. In such structure, the connection among the supporting components, the motor components and the fan blades is complicated and costs as it relies on more screw connection only.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To overcome the shortcoming of conventional structure, provided herein is a fast assembly fan with lamp, having an easy process for assembly and low cost.

The present disclosure is that, a fast assembly fan with lamp comprises a supporting assembly, a housing and a plurality of fan blades, wherein the fan blades are detachably mounted on the side wall of the housing. The supporting assembly comprises a locking plate whose bottom is provided with a plurality of snap fasteners, and the top of the housing is provided with a plurality of cuts, wherein the snap fasteners engage with the cuts such that the housing is detachably mounted under the supporting assembly.

The beneficial effect of the present disclosure is that, each of the fan blades is detachably mounted on the side wall of the housing, the housing is engaged with the supporting assembly by the snap engagement such that the housing is detachably mounted under the supporting assembly. The installation of the fast assembly fan with lamp according to the present disclosure is easy, convenient and cost saving.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8, provided is a fast assembly fan with lamp, comprising a supporting assembly 10, a housing 20 and a plurality of fan blades 30, wherein the supporting assembly 10 is mounted on the ceiling, the housing 20 is arranged beneath the supporting assembly 10, and the fan blades 30 are connected to a side wall of the housing 20.

The supporting assembly 10 comprises a supporting rod 11, a canopy 12 and a locking plate 13, wherein the canopy 12 is arranged on the bottom of the supporting rod 11, the locking plate 13 is configured under the canopy 12, and there are a plurality of snap fasteners 131 provided at a bottom surface of the locking plate 13 for engaging with the housing 20.

There are a plurality of cuts 21 arranged along an inner edge of a top surface of the housing 20, the snap fasteners 131 can be engaged with the cuts 21.

In this embodiment, the snap fasteners 131 is secured in the cuts 21, and the housing 20 is therefore detachably mounted to the locking plate 13 quickly and conveniently.

A plurality of curved slots 22 is configured at the side wall of the housing 20, and a plurality of perforations 23 is configured at a top surface of the housing 20, wherein each perforation 23 is arranged at a top edge of each corresponding slot 22 and is interconnected to the corresponding slot 22.

    • One end of the fan blade 30 is provided with a curved connecting edge 31 which is equipped with a locking bar 32 and can be engaged with the slot 22, wherein the cross-section of the locking bar 32 is smaller than the perforation 23 but wider than the slot 22.

In this embodiment, the connecting edge 31 slides into the slot 22 through the perforation 23, the locking bar 32 is hereby contacting with an edge of the slot 22, thus, the fan blade 30 is detachably mounted on the side wall of the housing 20 quickly and conveniently. Further the fan blades can be in different shapes for energy saving purpose.

The fan blades 30 are mounted to the side wall of the housing 20, then the supporting assembly 10 is connected with the housing 20 by engaging the snap fasteners 131 with the cuts 21, meanwhile, the locking plate 13 contacts with a top end of the connecting edge 31 and the locking bar 32. Such installation is easy, convenient, and cost saving in aspects of labor, packaging and transportation.

A motor 40 is configured inside the housing 20 in an easy and convenient installation. A plurality of fixing holes 24 are configured at the top of the housing 20, and a plurality of mounting holes 41 are configured at the top of the motor 40, where each fixing hole 24 correspond to one mounting hole 41 such that the motor 40 can be fixed into the housing 20 by a screw connecting both the fixing hole 24 and the mounting hole 41 together.

A lamp board 50 is arranged under the motor 40, and is provided with a plurality of bulbs 51 for lighting purpose when turning on.

A lampshade 60 is provided at the bottom of the housing 20, wherein a plurality of grooves 25 are provided on an inner wall at the bottom of the housing 20, and a plurality of lugs 61, corresponding to the grooves 25, are provided around the circumference of the lampshade 60. The lampshade 60 can be fixed at the bottom of the housing 20 by engaging the lugs 61 with the grooves 25 for easy and convenient installation purpose.

In conclusion, each of the fan blades 30 is detachably mounted to the side wall of the housing 20. The housing 20 is detachably mounted under the supporting assembly 10 by the snap engagement between the snap fasteners 131 and the cuts 21. The fast assembly fan with lamp according to the present disclosure is assembled easily and conveniently, with low costs in aspects of mold, time, labor, packaging, and transportation.

Claims

1. A fast assembly fan with lamp, comprising a supporting assembly (10), a housing (20) and a plurality of fan blades (30), wherein each of the fan blades (30) is detachably mounted on a side wall of the housing (20),

the supporting assembly (10) comprises a locking plate (13) whose bottom is provided with a plurality of snap fasteners (131), and a top surface of the housing (20) is provided with a plurality of cuts (21), wherein the snap fasteners (131) engage with the cuts (21) such that the housing (20) is detachably mounted under the supporting assembly (10).

The fan with lamp of claim 1, wherein the side wall of the housing (20) is provided with a plurality of slots (22), and a perforation (23) is configured at a top edge of each slot (22); one end of the fan blade (30) is provided with a connecting edge (31) which is equipped with a locking bar (32), and the connecting edge (31) slides into the slot (22) through the perforation 23, while the locking bar (32) is contacting with an edge of the slot (22).

3. The fan with lamp of claim 2, wherein a cross-section of the locking bar (32) is smaller than the perforation (23) and is wider than the slot (22).

4. The fan with lamp of claim 1, the supporting assembly (10) further comprises a supporting rod (11) and a canopy (12), wherein the canopy (12) is arranged under the supporting rod (11), and the locking plate (13) is arranged under the canopy (12).

The fan with lamp of claim 1, wherein a motor (40) is provided inside the housing (20), a plurality of fixing holes 24 are configured at the top of the housing 20, and a plurality of mounting holes 41 are configured at a top of the motor 40; each fixing hole 24 can be connected with each corresponding mounting hole 41 by screw.

6. The fan with lamp of claim 5, wherein a lamp board (50) is arranged under the motor (40), and is provided with a plurality of bulbs 51 thereon.

The fan with lamp of claim 6, wherein a lampshade (60) is provided at a bottom of the housing (20); a plurality of grooves (25) are provided on an inner wall at the bottom of the housing (20), and a plurality of lugs (61) are provided around the circumference of the lampshade (60); the lampshade (60) is fixed at the bottom of the housing (20) by engaging the lugs (61) with the grooves (25).

The fan with lamp of claim 2, wherein a motor (40) is provided inside the housing (20), a plurality of fixing holes 24 are configured at the top of the housing 20, and a plurality of mounting holes 41 are configured at a top of the motor 40; each fixing hole 24 can be connected with each corresponding mounting hole 41 by screw.

The fan with lamp of claim 3, wherein a motor (40) is provided inside the housing (20), a plurality of fixing holes 24 are configured at the top of the housing 20, and a plurality of mounting holes 41 are configured at a top of the motor 40; each fixing hole 24 can be connected with each corresponding mounting hole 41 by screw.

The fan with lamp of claim 4, wherein a motor (40) is provided inside the housing (20), a plurality of fixing holes 24 are configured at the top of the housing 20, and a plurality of mounting holes 41 are configured at a top of the motor 40; each fixing hole 24 can be connected with each corresponding mounting hole 41 by screw.
