CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202423158156.0, entitled โ€œauxiliary device for pull-upsโ€, filed on Dec. 20, 2024, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to an auxiliary device for pull-ups, which belongs to the technical field of auxiliary technologies for pull-ups.

BACKGROUND

Auxiliary device for pull-ups is one of fitness equipments specifically designed to assist users in completing pull-up movements, especially suitable for those who do not have enough strength to complete standard pull-ups. The auxiliary device for pull-ups is an effective training tool for those who wish to enhance upper limb strength but find it difficult to independently perform pull-ups. By using the auxiliary device reasonably, the users may gradually improve their strength and coordination, ultimately achieving the goal of independently completing pull-ups.

Currently, there are various auxiliary devices for pull-ups on the market, which mainly reduce difficulty by providing assistance, enabling beginners or people with weaker strength to complete pull-ups. Existing auxiliary devices are usually operated with multiple counterweights, and the users adjust the number of fixed counterweights according to their own weight needs. Then, while kneeling on the platform, the platform pulls the counterweights down by pulling the rope. When performing the pull-up, the weight of the counterweights may assist in pulling the platform up, thereby assisting in completing the pull-up. However, in the actual operation process, manual adjustment of the counterweight is required, which is quite cumbersome. Moreover, sometimes the counterweight is forgotten to be operated during actual operation. At this time, kneeling down directly on the platform will cause it to quickly slide off, posing a certain safety hazard.
