This specific embodiment is only an explanation of the present application, which is not a limitation of the present application, and those skilled in the art may make modifications to this embodiment without creative contribution as needed after reading this specification, but as long as it is within the scope of the claims of the present application, it should be protected by the Patent Act.

The present embodiment is related to a portable medicine bottle, as shown in FIGS. 1-6, including a bottle body 100 and a bottle cap 200.

Inside the bottle 100 is a chamber for storing the medicine, an end of the bottle body 100 is provided with a bottle opening 110 for the placement and removal of medicines, an outer side of the bottle body 100 is provided with a guiding groove 120, an end of the guiding groove 120 facing the bottle opening 110 is provided with an opening, an opposite end of the guiding groove 120 is provided with a locking hole 130. The bottle cap 200 includes an insertion segment 210, and the insertion segment 210 is able to be inserted into the bottle opening 110, so as to achieve the sealing of the bottle opening 110 by the bottle cap 200, and to protect and seal the medicine inside the bottle body 100. A locking rod 300 is slidably provided inside the insertion segment 210, an end of the locking rod 300 is protruded out of a peripheral side of the insertion segment 210, and the locking rod 300 is able to be slid so as to change a length of the locking rod 300 protruding relative to the peripheral side of the insertion segment 210. An elastic member 400 is provided between the insertion segment 210 and the locking rod 300 to push the locking rod 300 out from the peripheral side of the insertion segment 210.

A diameter of the locking hole 130 corresponds to a diameter of the locking rod 300, a width of the guiding groove 120 is less than the diameter of the locking rod 300, so that the locking rod 300 cannot pass through the guiding groove 120, the locking rod 300 cannot be directly disengaged from the locking hole 130, the locking rod 300 is provided with a sliding segment 320 cooperated with the guiding groove 120, and the sliding segment 320 is provided on an outer side of the locking rod 300. When not in operation, the elastic member 400 pushes out the locking rod 300, and the guiding groove 120 can be passed through the locking rod 300. The locking rod 300 can be locked in the locking hole 130, so that the connection between the bottle cap 200 and the bottle body 100 can be locked, ensuring that the bottle cap 200 can be stably connected to the bottle body 100 to avoid accidental dropping of medicines from the medicine bottle. By pressing the locking rod 300, it can be slid inward, so that the sliding segment 320 can cooperate with the guiding groove 120, so that the locking rod 300 can slide in or out of the locking hole 130 along the guiding groove 120, so as to lock or unlock the bottle cap 200. The unlocking method of the bottle cap 200 is simple and quick. Simply press the locking rod 300 to quickly pull out the locking rod 300 along the guiding groove 120, so that the bottle cap 200 can be separated from the bottle body 100, so that the user can quickly take the medicine bottle for medication.

In some implementations, the locking rod 300 is slidably mounted in the insertion segment 210 along a radial direction of the insertion segment 210, so that the locking rod 300 is protruded at a middle of the insertion segment 210, which is more convenient for the user to press and operate, and at the same time, ensures a balance of forces when pressing the locking rod 300, and ensures a good use experience of the medicine bottle.

In some implementations, the guiding groove 120 includes: a first guiding segment parallel to an insertion direction of the insertion segment 210 into the bottle opening 110, and a second guiding segment perpendicular to the first guiding segment. When the insertion segment 210 enters the bottle opening 110, the locking rod 300 can slide rapidly along the first guiding segment without obstructing the insertion of the insertion segment 210, and then by means of the rotation of the bottle cap 200, the locking rod 300 enters the locking hole 130 along the second guiding segment, and the elastic member 400 pushes out the locking rod 300 to achieve the locking of connection between the bottle cap 200 and the bottle body 100. When opening the bottle cap 200, it is necessary to press the elastic member 400 and rotate the bottle cap 200 at the same time so that the sliding segment 320 enters the second guiding segment, and then directly pull the bottle cap 200 out of the bottle opening 110 to open the cap. The cap opening process is simple and convenient, and the setting of the second guiding segment avoids the accidental touching of the locking rod 300, which directly causes the cap opening and medicine falling out, and improves the use experience of the medicine bottle. Admittedly, in other embodiments, the guiding groove 120 can also be set in other types to achieve different unlocking requirements. If only the first guiding segment is provided in the guiding groove 120, unlocking and locking between the bottle cap 200 and the bottle body 110 can be quickly achieved.

In some implementations, the insertion segment 210 is provided with a mounting hole 211, and the locking rod 300 is slidably mounted in the mounting hole 211, so that the sliding of the locking rod 300 is more stable. The inner end of the locking rod 300 is provided with a spring holder 310 configured to mount the elastic member 400 to ensure the stable mounting of the elastic member 400, so as to achieve a good pushing effect on the locking rod 300.

In the present embodiment, a limit assembly is also provided between the bottle cap 200 and the locking rod 300 to limit a sliding range of the locking rod 300 to avoid separation of the locking member from the bottle cap 200, and to ensure that the sliding segment 320 can cooperate well with the guiding groove 120 when pressing the locking member to enhance the cap opening experience of the medicine bottle. In some implementations, the limit assembly includes: a limit block 500 detachably connected to the sliding segment 320, and a limit groove 600 parallel to a sliding direction of the locking rod 300, in which the limit block 500 is placed in the limit groove 600, and is slidable within the limit groove 600 to limit the sliding range of the locking rod 300. Specifically, the limit groove 600 is arranged above the mounting hole 211, the limit member is detachably connected above the locking rod 300 by means of a threaded structure, and an upper part of the limit groove 600 is open, so as to facilitate the mounting of the locking member.

In some implementations, the bottle cap 200 also includes a blocking segment 220, and when the locking rod 300 is located in the locking hole 130, the blocking segment 220 is able to be abutted against the upper edge of the bottle opening 110 to achieve blocking of the bottle opening 110 and ensure a good sealing effect. An outer diameter of the blocking segment 220 is identical to an outer diameter of the bottle opening 110, which allows for a smoother transition between the bottle opening 110 and the blocking segment 220, and the integrity and aesthetics of the medicine bottle are better. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the limit groove 600 is provided at an upper end of the insertion segment 210, and the blocking segment 220 is detachably connected above the insertion segment 210 through a threaded structure.

In the present embodiment, the outer side of the locking rod 300 is provided with a pressing cap 330. The pressing cap 330 can increase an area of the outer side of the locking rod 300, which is more convenient for the user to press and operate, making the unlocking and locking process of the bottle cap 200 more simple and convenient. In some implementations, a peripheral side of the insertion segment 210 is provided with a sealing ring 700 to improve the sealing and waterproofness between the bottle cap 200 and the bottle body 100 to better protect the medicine in the medicine bottle.

In the present embodiment, the bottle cap 200 is provided with a hanging hole 800. The bottle can be hung on a bag or body by means of the hanging hole 800, which is more convenient for carrying the medicine bottle. Also, when the medicine bottle is hung, the medicine bottle can be opened with one hand, making the opening of the medicine bottle more convenient, meeting the needs of opening the cap under some special circumstances, and improving the use experience of the medicine bottle. Admittedly, in other embodiments, the hanging hole 800 may also be provided on the bottle body 100, or on both the bottle cap 200 and the bottle body 100.

The above is only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application and not for limitation. Other modifications or equivalent substitutions made by persons of ordinary skill in the art to the technical solution of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application as long as they do not deviate from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present application.
