The present invention relates to the technical field of cable-taking tools, and in particular to a rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame.
The cable take-up frames are a kind of cable take-up tools, and have a main function that is to reel the cable, so as to facilitate the transportation of the cable. Therefore, the cable take-up frame is widely used. When the cable needs to be transported, the cable take-up frame is required to reel the cable.
Although the existing cable take-up frame can reel the cable, there are still some problems. First, the current cable take-up frame cannot take into account the reeling and unreeling while taking into account the transportation. Second, the current cable take-up frame cannot hang head end portions of the cable and clamp tail end portions of the cable, which makes it inconvenient to reel the cable, and there is a risk of the cable unfolding outward during transportation. Therefore, a rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame is needed to solve the above problems.
The purpose of embodiments of the present invention is to provide a rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame, aiming to solve the following problems: the existing take-up frame cannot take into account both the reeling and unreeling during transportation and cannot hang head end portions of the cable and clamp tail end portions of the cable.
The embodiments of the preset invention are implemented as follows: a rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame comprises: a central column, wherein support plates are fixedly connected at both end portions of the central column; cable take-up grooves fixedly connected to the two support plates, wherein two cable take-up grooves are provided and symmetrically distributed about the central column, on one side of the cable take-up grooves is fixedly provided a crank handle; and a fixed handle fixedly installed outside the two cable take-up grooves and used to lift the cable take-up frame when the cable take-up frame moves, wherein the fixed handle is correspondingly provided with a rotary handle rotationally installed on the support plates, and the rotary handle is used to lift the rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame when a cable is reeled in and out, and the fixed handle and the rotary handle are distributed on both sides of the center column.
Preferably, the rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame further comprises head end hooks, which are fixedly arranged in the cable take-up grooves and are used to hang head portions of the cable to facilitate cable reeling
Preferably, the rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame further comprises tail end slots fixedly installed at connected portions between the fixed handle and outer portions of the cable take-up grooves, and tail end portions of the cable can be stuck in the tail end slots to prevent the cable from loosening.
The rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame provided by the present invention can not only reel in or release a cable, but also reel in and unreel while taking into account transportation, and further can hang head end portions of the cable and clamp end portions of the cable, thereby greatly facilitating the reeling of the cable and preventing the cable from unfolding outward, and is simple to operate and highly practical.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame.
The markups in the drawings are indicated as follows:
In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clear, the present invention is further described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present invention and do not limit the present invention.
The specific implementation of the present invention is described in detail in conjunction with specific embodiments.
Please refer to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame comprises:
When the rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame is used to reel in a cable, first hang head end portions of the cable on an inner side of the cable take-up grooves 3, then lift or hang the rotary handle 6, hold the crank handle 4 to rotate the cable take-up grooves 3, and the cable take-up grooves 3 can rotate around the rotary handle 6, so that the cable can be gradually rolled up. When it needs to transport the cable, hold the fixed handle 5 to prevent the cable take-up grooves 3 from rotating, thereby ensuring the stability of the cable during transportation.
As shown in FIG. 1, in a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame further comprises head end hooks 7, which are fixedly arranged in the cable take-up grooves 3 and are used to hang head portions of the cable to facilitate cable reeling
As shown in FIG. 1, in a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the rotary multifunctional cable take-up frame further comprises tail end slots 8 fixedly installed at connected portions between the fixed handle 5 and outer portions of the cable take-up grooves 3, and tail end portions of the cable can be stuck in the tail end slots 8 to prevent the cable from loosening.
Before winding the cable, head end portions of the cable are put on the head end hooks 7. When the cable take-up grooves 3 are driven to rotate by the crank handle 4, the cable take-up grooves 3 can quickly and stably wind the cable. After the cable is wound, tail end portions of the cable are clamped into the tail end slots 8, so as to prevent the cable from loosening and bouncing outward, thereby ensuring the stability of the cable during transportation.
The above descriptions are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
