Bags for golf clubs; Stands for golf clubs for use on the course; Wheeled carriers specially adapted for golf bags Supports, e.g. with devices for anchoring to the ground
The present invention relates to the field of leisure sports goods, and in particular to a golf bag.
It is known that golf bags can provide two usage states for a user: a straight standing state and a tilted state. In the tilted state, the golf bag relies on a pair of supporting feet to achieve the tilted standing state. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a golf bag stand is a well-known golf bag stand structure that mainly includes a pair of joint seats 91 with hinge holes, which are fixedly arranged on a side of a golf bag head frame 90, a top portion of a stand 80 is provided with a hinge hole 81, and the pivot hole and the hinge hole are connected to each other by a latch 83, so that the stand is hinged to the joint seat. However, the joint seat and the stand are difficult to be processed and molded, and the pivot hole of the joint seat needs to be matched with the hinge hole of the stand, which further increases the difficulty in processing and assembling, not only increases a cost in production and manufacturing, but also relatively increases a time in assembling a product, and the latch used for hinging the joint seat and the stand is likely to be deformed due to stress under long-time use, thereby causing a structural failure.
Patent Document (CN2475434Y) discloses a golf bag stand that includes a frame and at least two engaging members, the frame is fixedly arranged at one end of a golf bag having an opening, and has at least two joint portions arranged at appropriate positions on the periphery thereof, and the engaging member is provided with an engaging portion at a first end, the engaging portion can be snapped to the joint portion, and a second end of the engaging member is snapped to a supporting foot of a stand assembly. The engaging member can be fixedly snapped to the joint portion of the frame without being separated, and the joint between the two components does not need to use other parts, which can greatly reduce the cost in production and manufacturing, and relatively shorten the assembly time.
The joint portion includes a cross bar, and the engaging portion is provided with a positioning hole penetrating the engaging portion, a diameter of the positioning hole is slightly larger than that of the cross bar, and the engaging portion has an opening penetrating the engaging portion laterally at an appropriate position on the periphery thereof, a width of the opening is slightly smaller than that of the cross bar, and the opening communicates with the positioning hole. The engaging portion is hinged to the joint portion through the snapping connection between the positioning hole and the cross bar.
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to improve the stability of the joint portion of the head frame of the golf bag (frame in the prior art) and the engaging portion of the stand.
In order to solve the above-described technical problem, technical solutions of the present invention are as follows. A buckle-type stand including: an engaging portion at a top end; and an inserting portion at a bottom end, in which the engaging portion is snapped to a joint portion on a head frame of a golf bag, and the inserting portion is connected with a supporting foot, the engaging portion includes a pair of engaging edge structures located on left and the right sides of the engaging portion, and a pair of V-shaped convex portions located between the pair of engaging edge structures and oppositely arranged front and back, each of the engaging edge structures is provided with a U-shaped bayonet, and a minimum distance between the pair of V-shaped convex portions is smaller than an inner diameter of the U-shaped bayonet.
The joint portion of the head frame of the golf bag is provided with a cross bar, when the buckle-type stand is installed with the head frame, the U-shaped bayonet is snapped to the cross bar, the inner diameter of the U-shaped bayonet is equal to or slightly smaller than an outer diameter of the cross bar, the cross bar passes through the pair of V-shaped convex portions and causes the pair of V-shaped convex portions to elastically deform and then reset, and the cross bar is restricted in the U-shaped bayonet to achieve the hinge connection between the stand and the head frame.
There is a spacing between the pair of engaging edge structures of the present invention, the spacing makes the contact between the pair of engaging edge structures and the cross bar have a certain span, which is beneficial to the stability of the connection between the engaging portion and the joint portion. Moreover, the cooperation between the pair of engaging edge structures and the cross bar, and the cooperation between the V-shaped convex portions and the cross bar are staggered along an axial direction of the cross bar, which is easy to absorb the deformation of the engaging portion or the cross bar and is beneficial to the stability of the connection between the engaging portion and the joint portion. When the engaging portion and the joint portion are stably connected, the rotation of the supporting foot relative to the head frame does not excessively swing, so that when the supporting foot rotates relative to the head frame, a rotation center axis of the supporting foot coincides with an axis line of the cross bar as much as possible.
In the pair of V-shaped convex portions, the V-shaped convex portion located in the front is arranged on a thin wall, and the thin wall is located between the pair of engaging edge structures, the V-shaped convex portion located in the rear is arranged on an engaging portion main body, and a space between the engaging portion main body and the thin wall is hollowed out. The thin wall and the pair of engaging edge structures, as well as the pair of engaging edge structures and the engaging portion main body, are all integrally injection molded. The thin wall is likely to be elastically deformed, which is beneficial for the cross bar of the joint portion to pass through the pair of V-shaped convex portions of the engaging portion. The space between the engaging portion main body and the thin wall is hollowed out, so that the contact between the cross bar and the engaging portion is limited to an inner wall of the U-shaped bayonet and the pair of V-shaped convex portions. In this way, a contact area between the cross bar and the engaging portion is small, and a friction resistance is small.
An interior of the engaging portion main body is a hollow grid structure. Compared with a solid structure, the hollow grid structure is likely to be deformed elastically, which is beneficial for the cross bar of the joint portion to pass through the pair of V-shaped convex portions of the engaging portion and to be snapped to the engaging portion. Moreover, the hollow grid structure facilitates the lightweight of the stand on the premise of ensuring sufficient strength.
The buckle-type stand is in an eagle claw shape as a whole, the engaging portion is in a curved quadrangular prism shape, the inserting portion is in a cylindrical shape, and an outer diameter of the buckle-type stand gradually decreases from the engaging portion to the inserting portion. The buckle-type stand is shaped like an eagle claw, which is beneficial to the stable snapping of the stand and the head frame. Moreover, the outer diameter of the buckle-type stand gradually decreases from the engaging portion to the inserting portion, so that the stand has sufficient strength to support the head frame and the golf bag.
