Cross-category view of a dataset using an analytic platform
In embodiments, systems and methods may involve using a platform as disclosed herein for applications described herein where the systems and methods involve receiving a dataset in an analytic platform, the dataset including fact data and dimension data for a plurality of distinct product categories. It may also involve storing the data in a flexible hierarchy, the hierarchy allowing the temporary fixing of data along a dimension and flexible querying along other dimensions of the data. It may also involve pre-aggregating certain combinations of data to facilitate rapid querying, the pre-aggregation based on the nature of common queries. It may also involve facilitating the presentation of a cross-category view of an analytic query of the dataset. In embodiments, the temporarily fixed dimension can be rendered flexible upon an action by the user.

Interior rearview mirror assembly with display
A video mirror system for a vehicle comprising an interior rearview mirror assembly having a transflective electro-optic reflective element that transmits at least about ten percent of visible light incident thereon and reflects at least about sixty percent of visible light incident thereon. A display module is disposed at a rear of the transflective electro-optic reflective element and comprises a plurality of individual light sources. A thermally conductive element may be in substantial thermal contact with the display module and is exposed at a rear casing portion of the mirror assembly so as to draw heat generated by the display module away from the display module and to the exterior of the interior rearview mirror assembly. The exposure of the thermally conductive element at the rear casing portion may be substantially not discernible to a viewer viewing the rear casing portion of the interior rearview mirror assembly.

Control method and control unit for impact type screw fastening device
An object is to improve accuracy of tightening torque and to shorten time necessary for fastening a screw in an impact type screw fastening device that uses an electric motor as a rotation driving source. A control method for the impact type screw fastening device that uses an electric motor as a rotation driving source includes the steps of driving the motor to rotate by supplying current to the motor intermittently so that torque exerted on a load by rotation of the motor becomes like pulses on the time axis, and controlling the current of every time of each pulse so that an increment of every time of each pulse of the torque after the torque reaches a target approach torque TQN that is a first set value becomes smaller than that before it reaches the target approach torque TQN.

Remote plasma source for pre-treatment of substrates prior to deposition
A plasma processing chamber particularly useful for pre-treating low-k dielectric films and refractory metal films subject to oxidation prior to deposition of other layers. A remote plasma source (RPS) excites a processing gas into a plasma and delivers it through a supply tube to a manifold in back of a showerhead faceplate. The chamber is configured for oxidizing and reducing plasmas in the same or different processes when oxygen and hydrogen are selectively supplied to the RPS. The supply tube and showerhead may be formed of dielectric oxides which may be passivated by a water vapor plasma from the remote plasma source. In one novel process, a protective hydroxide coating is formed on refractory metals by alternating neutral plasmas of hydrogen and oxygen.
