Stacked semiconductor devices and methods of forming same
Stacked semiconductor devices and methods of forming the same are disclosed. First tier workpieces are mounted on a top surface of a semiconductor device to form first tier stacks, the semiconductor device comprising one or more integrated circuit dies, the semiconductor device having one or more test pads per integrated circuit die on the top surface of the semiconductor device. Each of the first tier stacks is electrically tested to identify first known good stacks and first known bad stacks. Second tier workpieces are mounted atop the first known good stacks, thereby forming second tier stacks. Each of the second tier stacks is electrically tested to identify second known good stacks and second known bad stacks. Stacking process further comprises one or more workpiece mounting/testing cycles. The stacking process continues until the stacked semiconductor devices comprise desired number of workpieces.

Closure lockout systems for surgical instruments
A surgical instrument is disclosed. The surgical instrument can include a first jaw, a second jaw, and a jaw closure lockout system. The first jaw can comprise a pivot pin slot and a slide pin slot. The second jaw can comprise an anvil and, in addition, a mounting portion comprising a pivot pin, which can be movably positioned in the pivot pin slot. A shiftable guide can be movably positioned in the first jaw and can comprise a body and a barrier wall. The body can comprise a slide pin movably positioned in the slide pin slot. The barrier wall can be aligned with a portion of the pivot pin slot when the slide pin is positioned within a range of positions in the slide pin slot, and the barrier wall can be offset from the pivot pin slot when the slide pin is positioned outside the range of positions.

Stapling device and method
Medical devices and related methods for closing a perforation in a bodily wall are provided. The medical device generally includes an introducer device having a base defining a plurality of recesses formed therein. Visceral staples are disposed within the recesses in a delivery state and are biased toward a deployed state. A holding mechanism retains the staples in the delivery state, and the holding mechanism is moveable relative to the base to allow the staples to extend out of the recesses. The biased nature of the staples will cause them to transition into the deployed state after the staples have been released, such that the staples will thereby pierce adjacent tissue and remain closed. The holding mechanism can be retractable or pivotable out of engagement with the staples. The introducer device can include upper and lower jaws or a slidable cover relative to the base.

Geo-location based event gallery
A computer implemented method may include receiving geo-location data from a device of a user; comparing the geo-location data with a geo-location fence associated with an event; determining that the geo-location data corresponds to the geo-location fence associated with the event; responsive to the determining that the geo-location data corresponds to the geo-location fence associated with the event, supplying user-selectable event gallery information, associated with an event gallery of the event, to the device for addition to a destination list on the device; detecting selection of the user-selectable event gallery information in the destination list by the user of the device; and/or responsive to the detecting of the selection of the user-selectable event gallery information by the user of the device, adding the user as a follower of the event, with access to the event gallery.
