Multi-stack package-on-package structures

A package includes a first device die, and a first encapsulating material encapsulating the first device die therein. A bottom surface of the first device die is coplanar with a bottom surface of the first encapsulating material. First dielectric layers are underlying the first device die. First redistribution lines are in the first dielectric layers and electrically coupling to the first device die. Second dielectric layers are overlying the first device die. Second redistribution lines are in the second dielectric layers and electrically coupling to the first redistribution lines. A second device die is overlying and electrically coupling to the second redistribution lines. No solder region connects the second device die to the second redistribution lines. A second encapsulating material encapsulates the second device die therein. A third device die is electrically coupled to the second redistribution lines. A third encapsulating material encapsulates the third device die therein.

Method and apparatuses for assisting a diagnosing practitioner with describing the location of a target structure in a breast

An operating method assists a diagnosing practitioner with describing the location of a target structure in a tomosynthesis image data record of a compressed breast of a patient. The target structure is localized by a first spatial information item. The method includes: a) ascertaining a first shape information item describing at least one first, compressed breast shape in the tomosynthesis image data record, b) determining a second shape information item describing the breast in a non-compressed breast shape, from the first shape information item, c) mapping the position of the target structure from the compressed breast shape and to the non-compressed breast shape using at least the second shape information item for ascertaining a second spatial information item relating to the non-compressed breast shape, and d) transforming the second spatial information item into a pictogram information item facilitating an abstracted pictorial representation and/or describing the latter.

Intelligent automated assistant in a messaging environment

Systems and processes for operating an intelligent automated assistant in a messaging environment are provided. In one example process, a graphical user interface (GUI) having a plurality of previous messages between a user of the electronic device and the digital assistant can be displayed on a display. The plurality of previous messages can be presented in a conversational view. User input can be received and in response to receiving the user input, the user input can be displayed as a first message in the GUI. A contextual state of the electronic device corresponding to the displayed user input can be stored. The process can cause an action to be performed in accordance with a user intent derived from the user input. A response based on the action can be displayed as a second message in the GUI.

Software application to request and control an autonomous vehicle service

Various embodiments relate generally to autonomous vehicles and associated mechanical, electrical and electronic hardware, computer software and systems, and wired and wireless network communications to provide an autonomous vehicle fleet as a service. In particular, a method may include receiving, from a user device, a ride request to transport a user to a destination from an origin location through an autonomous vehicle system service. Based on the origin location associated with the request, an autonomous vehicle system may be selected from a fleet of autonomous vehicles to execute the ride request. The fleet may be managed by the autonomous vehicle system service. The ride request may then be provided to the autonomous vehicle system, and information about the autonomous vehicle system may also be provided to the user device.
