Augmented surgical reality environment
The present disclosure is directed to an augmented reality surgical system for viewing an augmented image of a region of interest during a surgical procedure. The system includes an image capture device that captures an image of the region of interest. A controller receives the image and applies at least one image processing filter to the image. The image processing filter includes a spatial decomposition filter that decomposes the image into spatial frequency bands. A temporal filter is applied to the spatial frequency bands to generate temporally filtered bands. An adder adds each band spatial frequency band to a corresponding temporally filtered band to generate augmented bands. A reconstruction filter generates an augmented image by collapsing the augmented bands. A display displays the augmented image to a user.

Electrocautery hemostasis clip
A device for treating a tissue includes a capsule extending longitudinally from a proximal end to a distal end and including a channel extending therethrough, the capsule releasably coupled to a proximal portion of the device and clip arms, proximal ends of which are slidably received within the channel of the capsule so that the clip arms are movable between an open configuration, and a closed configuration. A core member is coupled to the clip arms, the core member including a proximal portion and a distal portion releasably connected to one another so that, when the core member is subjected to a predetermined load, the proximal and distal portions are separated from one another. An electrically conductive control member is connected to the core member, a proximal end of the connected member connected to a power source for delivering an electrical current to the clip arms.

Surgical stapler flexible distal tip
A tool assembly for a surgical device includes a first jaw member defining a first tissue contact surface and a second jaw member defining a second tissue contact surface. The first jaw member and the second jaw member are movable in relation to each other between open and closed positions wherein, in the closed position, the first and second tissue contact surfaces are spaced apart from each other and define a tissue gap. A compressible material is secured to a distal end of the first jaw member. The compressible material engages the second jaw member when the first and second jaw members are in the closed position. A surgical device includes the aforementioned tool assembly. A kit includes the compressible material secured on a tool assembly of a surgical device. A method of manufacturing the tool assembly and securing the compressible material is disclosed.

Records access and management
Systems and methods for providing a healthcare provider with an electronic medical record of a patient, a recommendation, or an alert relating to the patient, based on an analysis of the patient's health data. Multiple electronic repositories may store the patient's health data as disaggregated health data. The patient's health data may be organized in a Healthcare Identity Graph providing a comprehensive medical history of the user. A device of the patient may access and analyze the patient's health data in response to detecting an event. The device can generate outputs or trigger actions based on the analysis of the patient's health data, and record the outputs or actions in the patient's Healthcare Identity Graph. Authentication and verification of the outputs or actions are stored at a Healthcare Liability Graph.

Systems and methods of determining compromised identity information
In some embodiments, a compromised data exchange system may include an interface configured to couple to a network, a processor, and a memory accessible to the processor. The memory may be configured to store instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to extract data from one or more websites using a crawler, detect portions within the data that resemble personally identifying information (PII) data based on PII data patterns using a risk assessment module, and to compare a detected portion to data within a database of disassociated compromised PII data to determine a match using the risk assessment module. The instructions may further cause the processor to selectively assign a risk score to a data item within the database in response to determining the match using a risk scoring module.
